[Resolved] Aircel — call gets diverted and rejected on aircel | |
When i call from aircell number firstly it gets diverted and then rejected, as i checked i don't have any custom diverts activated, I have all incoming calls, but can't place any calls; Its been a period of thirty days, i even checked with aircel gallery people, And strangly they don't know anything about this; Customer service is totally not cooperative, Totally irresponsible behavior by company, this is last place i am trying or will change provider! My village surrounding is 10 km. That 10 km place Aircel net work is not working on last 22. I called for Aircel care 2 times but it's not consider my compliments. Please take my compliment sir.

Last week i link my addhar to sim and deler say that you have to send a message
RVE KYC YES send to 12345 and u will get a confirmation msg of aadhar linking but my message did not send to that number

My aircel sim with number [protected] looks like it has been disconnected, as it is showing ''emergency calls only'' message from the past 5-6 days..i had not recharged it for a while... ive been using the number since the past 10 years.. please start my service again as it is an important number for me..

I want to port out my number from aircel
But every other circular says invalid UPC
First i go to the idea centre but they told me that you have invalid upc
Then jio
Then airtel
But every circular told me the same.
