Aircel — Deduction of my recharged amount from Aircel Account | |||
Dear Sir, On 18th March 20, 2015, the balance in my account (Aircel number [protected]) Rs.100 plus was suddenly got deducted zero and while making calls, call could not be connected wherein reflects as Zero balance. For this reason, I had recharged my Aircel number [protected] with RS.200 (with full talk time offer) through my Internet service with the transaction number TNR[protected] and received full talk time Rs.200 in my balance at 07.46 PM on 19th March, 2015. At 0930 PM, the balance in my account was ZERO. After contacting Aircel Customer Care numerous times, all I have received is excuses like Call after 1 hours, call after 24 hours, or Server is down. The behavior of these customer care executives is extremely inappropriate. I have not received the refund of my previous balance plus my recharged amount, nor an explanation as to why my balance was deducted. It is a severe Mental Harassment and loss of precious time in addition to loss of money. Was this information helpful? | |||
