I am an aircel prepaid customer bearing sim no. [protected] in my name
Mrs. Purnima banachal, in the assam circle.
That sir from last three four days i am greatly facing with the
Connection that is both outgoing / incoming does not work. I complaint
With the customer care and after repeated request i am still facing
The same trouble. From the customer care side i was told : there might
Be handset problem etc. I changed my handset too and did all other
Necessary activities to make it ok. But till now none of your customer
Care etc. Has been trying to solve my problem. I am social worker and i

      Hi, I am a customer of Aircel from past 5 years, They have been deducting my balance very often for no reason. Last night they deducted 75rs for no apparent reason whenever I try to call customer service, either the call gets dropped or if it connected agents hung up on me. When I go to Aircel service center Koramangala they ask me to call Customer service. Please help me get my balance back. Thank you Wasi

      As per the analysis done checked & found that you recharged RC 77, hence you consumed the Freebies post the consumption balance deducted from main account of Rs.75 towards browsing charges on 19.04.2015 found.Tried reaching you to inform that wavier is
      not applicable as the default browsing charges is applicable you
      were not contactable..agreed .Please be informed For any further
      assistance you can reach Appellate desk by dialing [protected] from Monday to Friday between 10AM and 6PM
      For your information I always have 24rs 100MB activated you can check on that. On 22nd night around 8:30 my 78 rupees were deducted I would like to know why. I am talking about 22nd not on 19th please understand and then respond.

        Dear sir/madam My name is vijay, I purchased new aircel sim([protected]) with 450 internet plan (discounted for 350 rupee) I bought on 17 April till now there is no network and aircel executive named sayed([protected]) who sold me, is not picking call, so I went to main aircel head office in kormangla they communicated with executive and assured me of activating the sim but still no network and no responce from the executive r kormangla office & they r not ready to take complaint and escalate it, Still awaiting positive response, Kindly reply soon on the issue, I am very much disappointed by the service.

                Once in a morning last week I got up to see two VAS services were activated on my number, within one hour I started getting continuous messages of confirmations stating that some service has been activated, before I was just deleting those, but I saw the messages were not stopping, I noted some of the services which were activated. Dating Tips Honeymoon Destination Shayari Pack Kissing Tips Beauty Tips NDTV Bollywood Still many more...which I deleted. I called the CC nearly 9 in the morning and asked about this, they said that those services were activated through Internet and money cannot be refunded. I do browse Internet through my phone, but I never use stupid VAS services, they are crap. For refund, I read somewhere that TRAI has ordered that money can be refunded within 24 hours of activation, but there is no "yes" from aircel. The CC says that SMS Stop to 155223 to deactivate, but still some craps are left activated, which are active, but says none are active. Okay, suppose I activated a damn VAS service through somewhere, then before cutting my balance why don't Aircel ask for a confirmation. Thats my money, if someone tells Aircel that I bought something and they should pay from my pocket, can't they ask us just once if we did or not? I think these are just play to "steal" money from consumers, after all we only suffer. My number is [protected], Karnataka.

                Dear Concern

                As per our telephonic conversation with you (customer care centre) last month regarding deactivation of vas charges, but nobody consider my complaint.

                My value plan is Rs.499 but every time we have to pay extra amount, so request you to plz consider my complain and take action ASAP otherwise I will have to switch off to other plan.

                  Yestarday I bought a recharge coupon of rs19 (3000 local or std seconds), when I dialled *124* 16 digit # it shows connection prblm or invald MMI code.then I dialed 123 & the rest prcess, computer sys invald code, after all ths, I contacted coustomer care and tell the prblm, they said call back after 2 hrs. I clicked that and without taking any conformation from me, Rs .30 of my balance was deducted. I gave complaint to the customer care executive but he didn't respond well.                           This is the third time my balance was deducted 120rs this time, I have lost over 300 rupees a message comes thank you for using aircel services and balance gets deducted even with don't activate any.                                 On 16 april 2015 a sms come from aircel recharge 65 and get 80 talktime ..i recharged bt dont get any money..recharge was successful..then i called 198 customer care said me..in next 8 hour you got your money..bt not get any money in 8 hours..then i return call 198 again told me you will get your money in next 24 hour..bt dnt get any money.. Till today i called many times bt dont get my money..and after all u aircel blocked my call.. What is this...what is reason behind it... Thnks

                                  I am Y.Roopesh... I recently ported my number to AIRCEL. My aircel number is [protected]. When i dail *121# or *122#.. It is replying me as SERVICE UNAVAILABLE... After contacting customer care with their suggesstion i replaced my sim for 175/-... Even after replacing new sim, i am facing the same problem... If this continues i have no other choice but to port my number to other better network... Thank you

                                    Hi, I had taken a 3g internet plan and wanted to renew it after I have used it completely. Without information, I was deducted by 130Rs for 13 mb extra usage.As soon as the data pack got over, my internet should have got disconnected or I should have been asked if I wanted to continue to use the internet .But aircel did not do it.I get 1.5 gb for 198Rs but now I have paid 130 for 13 mb. It is highly unethical to use such deceptive practices to take extra money. If I recharge earlier, I would have lost the validity period for which I have paid. I have been a customer for 9 years now and because of this I am thinking of changing to another service provider . My number is [protected]. I want to know if the money can be refunded to my account .I think this is an issue faced by a lot of people and I hope someone from Aircel customer care would read this and make sure that the customer is asked if he wants to use data at such a high rate of 10Rs for 1 mb or not. For a few minutes, I have lost 130Rs. This is very bad, Kindly request people in aircel to learn that customer satisfaction is key and not to use such cheap practices to earn some extra money.You are going to lose a lot more than what you have gained .I am writing this so that others become aware of these practices and also I want to check if there would be any change .I do not want to keep losing money like this every month.If there is no change, I will be moving to another service provider Regards S.Sriganesh
