Aircel — I am not able to send message to get port number

I am currently using aircel service. I wanted to change my network when i tried to send port to 1900. My messade is undelivered.
I wanted my port number.
For the past 2 months i am facing so many issues from aircel no tower, no network and even it becomes no service or to some other network.
Even 121 customer care is not connecting. Totally irritated by this network.

Kindly do the needful.

I am trying to change from AIRCEL to Idea As there is no network of aircel at My RoomPlace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting many times on 18 Feb, 2018 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. {98136*****}

I am trying to change from AIRCEL to reliance jio as there is no network coverage of aircel at my locality. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times but no response till now. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. My no. Is [protected].

Dear sir, I want to port my no [protected], for that I send my no to 1900 several times but every time it’s rejected without any error from my side.
Pl look into the matter and release my UPC no, as it is necessary for port the mobile no as per guidelines.
