I got a message that on charging of rupees 109 I will get talktime of 120 and data pack of 125mb data bt i haven't received the data pack till now and today I gotta reduction of rupees 10 from my account on using Internet that only 615 KB Now as I am calling costomer-care They are rejecting my call, as if I am black-listed

      I have receive msg on 13 august that rs.11= local + std A2A mobile calls @ 10p/min 60 dino tak. so i recharge my no. on 13 august. txn no. RJR[protected]. but this service give me only five days now i have no benefit from recharge and when i complain for this customore care say we have no offer for your no. then what can i do.

        This is sghosh and i am severely facing issues for the last few months with this disgusting network operator. last month my balance was deducted amounting to rs 30. I had called up the cust.care to complain.they assured me that my balance would get refunded. and the service would be discontinued. bot this month the same took place again. I had recharged my no. with rs 60 full talk-time(17th aug 2015) and by yesterday night my balance was deducted.i received a message that my service has been renewed.. i called up the cust care bt repeatedly got the same answer that all cust.executives are busy. i tried to call from a different no.and immediately got connected..the cust care executive was extremely rude to answer and then she refused to refund my money back saying that THE SERVICE WAS RENEWED.. i had asked to transfer the call to their senior .. the executive told that the senior cant be transfered.. i have a ques to aircel.. why do u deceive people in such a way?? and then you have no proper answer ..

          So i was using net in my mobile During search 3, 4 pages automatically opened and soon after that a SMS came to.my mobile And it was written that thank you for using this service and deduce my 30 rs I complaint in helpline no. They reply that this is ndtv download charge and this is non refundable Pls help me because I haven't subscribed or download ndtv service

            Hi I have 138 balance. But when tried to recharge pi 95 it's showing low balance.ROTNPI95 failed. It's really pathetic that u ll give offer but not really u give. Aircel false information nd packs looks like cheating.. I have screen prints of the same. Please take action immediately, Pi95 should be activated immediately. please take action for false offer. I had called customer care also but no use

                Recently i brought a new Aircel Post Paid connection [protected] in Tamil Nadu. in the Plan they clearly mentioned 200 MB Date Free after that 1ps for 50 kb, and my Credit limit is Rs. 700. but i Consumed 376 Mb date they are telling and they are giving bill for 176 mb they are charging Rs.1876 /-, i raised my complaints thru 198, applets and Dealer point, there is no use .. No body is responding for me... they are cheating the customers..

                Recently I took a new Aircel Post Paid connection [protected] in Tamil Nadu.

                But i Consumed 376 Mb data they are telling and they are giving Discount for 200 MB DATA and Remaining 176 mb they are charging Rs.1876 /-, and My Mobile Connection Credit limit is Rs 700..


                i raised my complaints thru 198, applets and Dealer point, there is no use .. No body is responding for me... they are cheating the customers..

                I received the above reply form AIRCEL, but till date there is no use ...

                No one give solution for me...not even i received a call from their end...

                Good service from AIRCEL... they are not bothering about customer complaints...
                Your telling your working...but your Aircel people sending many useless messages daily ...but no one called me regarding this issue.. How long it will take to solve this issue..

                As per our system records you are in Retail Club Plan 199 - 3G Plan on 01/07/2015 to 03/07/2015 & As per the request National [protected]@199 plan on 04/07/2015 31/07/2015, bill cycle on (01/07/2015 To 31/07/2015) 500 MB 2G+3G Data Discount @ 1P/50KB DATA benfit (01/07/2015 03/07/2015 ). National SME - 200 MB 2G Data Discount After 10p/10KB, crossed more than 200MB 2G Data therefore your bill got charged for the same hence waiver not applicable.

                1. Who gave the request to Plane change? and Where? if possible pls provide the copy of the request letter.

                2. As u said in the National SME Plan 199 ur charging 10ps/10KB then how come this 3600+ amount, can u possible to Explain?

                3. In the Month of July 14th 2015 this Mobile connection is Barred for reaching of 80% Credit Limit ( Credit Limit of this
                Mobile No is Rs 700). and the out going is released on 23rd July-2015. if possible pls check your Date.

                4. 15th july 2015 this mobile un billed amount is Rs.455/-as per the Aircel call center people, then how come this amount.

                I have so many issue in your bills. i am just mention major billing problem. i am very much happy with your reply but your not trying to solve this problem, ur trying to cheat the customer.

                Every time I m getting reply like this, when can I get th solution, I asked you 4points but your not replied for that.

                I will not contact anybody because, I know there is no use.. why should i waste my energy and time.

                      This is Mohammed from Hyderabad, My number [protected]. I faced a bad experience with aircel customer care representative. Dont have any good response from them. i think they are government employees.. I don't know the representative name and sorry don't have any SR number. I filed a request regarding my balance reversal on august 15 2015. but still now they haven't completed my requested. while i ask them to transfer the call to your superior they will not transfer the call and simply hang up the call.

                        The amount rs 30 has been auto deducted from my mobile balance no [protected] on 16/08/2015. I call to 198 on 16/08/2015 but due to unavailability of customer care service by the service provider, no complaint can be register. I also call to 198 on 17/08/2015 but informed to me that call after 2 hours. I also called 198 on 18/08/2015 but mr. Anurag tell me that they can not solve my problem. Sir when i never massage or call for any service to activate the why my balance has been deducted. Please help me and solve my grievance.

                            This network is are the most problem with me because. If I can see the full amount of time to time with I have net balance but it was taking the main balance. K I calling for customers services they told within 48 hrs if you're money is refundable but going on 3 days. It should not come the amount.

                              My phone number is [protected] and net pack is activated in my number. Today (17.08.15) I recharged for rs. 60 in the morning but 50 rupees was deducted from my account for some unknown services. At 8.50 pm, I received an SMS from ‘DD AIRCEL', which is as follows: “Download FREE Content on your mobile! Click now http://111.93.115.200/aircel/Pack.ashx?splid=14533&subid=384”. When I noticed that my account balance was deducted, I called 198. The serviceman reported that I’ve downloaded a video amounting to 50 rupees, although the information is wrong, since I have not downloaded any such video. He also informed that it is impossible to refund the money even though I repeatedly said that I haven't downloaded any such video. I have faced this kind of issues from Aircel company several times earlier. Finally, I have no choice left but to complain here. Please refund the money immediately.

                                17.08.2015 I recharged my aircel number today with Rs.20 and got Rs.17.79 which was fine.Later on, in the evening I received a text "thanks for using pocket aircel internet" and the new balance was Rs.5.88 which is very annoying and irritating.I don't even know why this service got activated on my number when I haven't told them anything about this.My number is-[protected]. This has happened a number of times that the day I've recharged my number, that very day, they added a service against my will thereby deducting the balance. I would request my refund and also very severe actions needs to be taken against this cheat company as not only me who is facing these kind of problems, most of the customers are facing these issues as 4 of family memebers have faced this. When we make a complaint to the customer care, they take no action, provide zero solution and also the agents behave very rudely. Kindly look into the matter as this is not tolerable and acceptable at all.

                                  I am the user of Aircel network last month i recharge with 144 Rs where i got 150 rs talk time but after some time company deduct 139 Rs from my account so I immediately call to the customer care number one of the executive pickup my call i told him about that he told me one of the services activate in your number i[censored] not want so we close from my site and we will get your money within 48 hours but i still waiting for it eveen none of the executive told me proper issue they every time they told me our system show me your deducted amount it will be come today but every time they told that and i still waiting for my money. and when today morning i call to the customer care the one of the executive pickup my call and told me that in our system is shown that today afternoon you will me definitely get your amount but still i dont get my balance i again call in evening to costumer care number so that time a new executive told you will get toomaroo your refund and when i asked some more details about that so he do miss behave from me. i totally very disappointed with aircel customer services.and i want my mony back.

                                    My connection no. is [protected]. From last several months whenever my Balance is falling Below Rs. 90.00 then automatically it got reduce to Rs. 0.27 everytime. I had made several complaints but no responce & solution has been received by me till date. Even my card everytime got Roaming connection. As i am in full local network range then also its got transfer to Roaming Connection. Mr. Ashok Kumar Suthar.

                                    As per our system records Rs.129 pocket internet pack got expired on 14th Aug'15 post which total Rs.90 balance was deducted for GPRS usage on 15th Aug'15 for using GPRS service at the rate of 15p/10KB. Hence the balance which was deducted is correct and accurate as per the data usage done. Tried calling your number but it was not reachable.

                                        Dear sir, It is inform you that, yesterday night there was deduction of 50 ruppes on my Aircel mob-[protected], during net. your customer care executive don't pick up my phone, while I am dialing again and again. on that night I have sufficient net balance but I don't understand why are you deduct my main balance everytime. If this is the case I will change my phone to another network. I will not want to suffering this kind of service at all. kindly look into the matter and return my 50 rupees asap.

                                        We have verified your account details and found that on dated 16th Aug 2015 a content “VALPACKS" was downloaded from your number [protected] through transaction mode WAP and Rs.49/- was deducted from your account towards content download charges. As the content is chargeable there was no wrong deduction from your account. Hence we regret to inform you that we will not able to post any adjustments in this regard.
