We disturbed due to unwanted and abuse calls from following number in night only and it has already been addressed to mobile operator - at kolkata.
He is calling at 02:00am and saying that calling from health department. Requested to please take necessary action to avoid such nuisance.

      Sir, i didn't use the aircel sim for the past 4 months. So i think the services have been disconnected. I wish to continue using the aircel sim. Kindly resume the services.

      I want to port my Aircel service to other service...Message not send to 1900 (Universal port number) from last two days.

      It is something blocked by Aircel, just to ensure that no body is able to PORT from aircel to other providers.

        I've been using aircel for more than 10 years but recently im so annoyed with their customer care service! They deduced the balance of 80rs for no reasons when i called first time they told i use internet and subscribed something. I kindly told them that i'm using a basic mobile phone i cant really use internet then they told i will connect to higher officials but they couldnt and told me to call after 1 hour and then i again called another guy picked the call he was very arrogant and rude and cut the call inbetween. And again i called they told me we cant refund in future we will make sure it wont happen they didnt give the solutions and stole the money. Its very pathetic.

          Mera aircel company ka plan 149 ka pack dala hua hai. Jisme 149 ka balance +1gb/day + aircel to aircel free or 25 p/other call mila hai. Par data pack 2 days he mila 1gb+1gb uske baad nai mila or 149 ka balance ko v kaat liya gaya hai. Customer care v nai lagta hai ek baar lag to v koi karwahi nai hua. Recharge hum[protected] ko karwaye thy. Please help me iske pehle[protected] ko v 125 ka recharge karwaye thy jisme 15 gb dene ka baat tha but wo v pura nai mila tha.

                I wanted to get rid of the precall offers information before each and every call. This strategy of product advertisements will only backfire as it irritates the customers when we are trying to reach someone in emergency. I raised a complaint with the customer care (Which is quite impossible to reach with the automatic options they have in 121, i had to go into 3g technical support option to talk to a customer care executive) and they straight away said that is not possible to get rid of these messages. I asked them to take a complaint they said no that is not possible.

                    Please reactivate my aircel kolkata prepaid number +917278*507. Currently, i live in bangalore for job purpose, and my sim card is deactivated.                       I am working in chil sez ccc office. Recently i bought an aircel sim. But i am unable to get the range inside my office building while i am able to get it outside with in the campus. Many of my colleagues has also shifted from aircel to some other network because of this issue. Other networks are available inside the buildings, why not aircel?. Can you do something about this?.

                            Everyday 2 rs are being deducted from my aircel balance. I didn't even applied for this service and a lot of amount have been deducted till now. How can aircel be so irresponsible and force any service onto us without our permission or request? It got activated itself everyday. I don't want any service like this! Remove the pack as soon as possible.

                                Airtel accepted the request and received the message it will get process on 26 Sep 2017 and again Today i received the message that UPC code missmatch.
                                upc code is DT843211. kindly process the request and help me to join Airtel.

                                  I have recharged rs. 89 in my aircel number. Benefit is 1 gb/day with validity of 28 days. But, i didn't get it. I contacted with customer care for several times but my problem is still not resolved. Help me.

I have registered with trai's telecom commercial communications customer preference portal on 15.04.2010 with preference - "no call and sms". The preference details were modified by aircel on 24.02.2014 without my knowledge, i once again reset my preference on 16.03.2015 as "no call and sms". I received several promotional sms even after my resetting the preference. Again i had to reset the preference on 08.12.2016 as "no call and sms". Still i am receiving promotional sms different ids and even from aircel. I have forwarded the messages received to 1909 in the required format. E. G - dm-kotakm on 16.09.2017, dm-kotakm on 09.09.2017, md-appollo on 01.09.2017, ad-sharkn on 23.08.2017, dz-herbal on 22.07.2017, dt-aircel on 12.06.2017, dt-aircel on 11.06.2017, dt-aircel on 10.06.2017, dt-aircel on 09.06.2017 etc.

                                      I am abhijeet sengupta. I want to port my aircel no to bsnl due to network issue. But after submitting the porting request 2 times, aircel rejects my porting request by stating that my bill was not paid, while actually it is paid as per bill received and also i paid 130 rs i advance for current month. And second time aircel refuse to port by saying that the porting number is not matching.. Please let me know how to resolve this problem.
