Since aircel is closing down in maharashtra, need to port out my number. Sms is simply not getting sent to 1900, and i have been mailing to the aircel social media team since last 10 days, yet there seems no response from the team. Also i tried calling the customer care number [protected], people attending the call were trying to avoid by keeping my call on hold for long time. I tried sending port request SMS to 1900 in the following format

Each time I was charged for sending port SMS and didn't received port code a single time. I tried calling to 1900 although it is disconnecting automatically. My no. is [protected]. Please do something about it.
