Aircel — unable to receive upc - says mobile & sim number not matching

I have sent the port out sms at least 10 times from my aircel mobile last 3 days and no response. Today i tried to generate the upc from my another network, though u gave my correct mobile digits n sim card last 5 digits it says incorrect. The same scenario for my dad's aircel sim as well. Kindly suggest or resolve at the earliest.

and provide your mobile number and last 5-digit of your sim card number if says wrong try by changing last digit of your sim number from 0-9
ex: 12340, 12341, 12349
there is possibility to work because the last digit is called as check digit (technically) it may change if your sim card is older than 3-4 years

if the link above doesn't work ( may be because of too much traffic ) try same process for IVRS by changing last number of your sim

40917 but it says no records exists
plz validate it

and plz dont say visit nearby aircel store
all stores near my home are closed
i have facing same issue, sim is not port.
Aircel my last 5 digit sim no. is 20973 but it says no records exists when called from other network for generating my UPC code.

Please validate it & update it in your Aircel database as soon as possible, so that I can generate my UPC code
Same issues with my number also. What type of pathetic service is this. I will wait another 2 days or I am dumping the sim

When i try to get upc through IVR and enter my no [protected] and enter last 5 digit no of my sim as mentioned earlier its says information doesnt match with their records kindly help me ... its my very old and important contact number ...

i think, if the sim (dupicate) then, this issed placed ; becoz last 3 day we got UPC most user's, and also some-other failed ; after we check with them they told, this is duplicated sim

Ugh. Facing the same issue here. It is really terrible. It says the sim number detail does not match with their records. How is that even possible? So frustrated with this issue. Can't even get UPC to port elsewhere.

I am facing the same problem and Aircel's UP(E) Customer Care Number is not working says "Number doesn't exist".
This is my primary contact number I can't even perform transactions and other tasks as well.
Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
