[Resolved]  Aircel — upc code not getting generated

Hello,

I want to port my aircel number for which i am unable to generate upc code as the message i am trying to send to 1900 to get upc code is getting failed, could you please check the reason and assist me.

I have tried to call customer care several times but customer care is unable to help me with the request.

Please help me with getting upc request

Sir I have recharged Aircel 199 unlimited 3gdata and call plan it have speed of about 900kbps-1.5mbps in morning time.but after 2pm it's speed decreases to 10kbps daily.

Its almost 15 days now and i have not received any update, this is really exasperating. I am frustrated now and it does not make any sense to get an UPC code i will have to wait for 15 days.
