[Resolved] Airtel — 1 year complaint is pending airtel is play with me | |||
Sir my mail us below and airtel reply me.. Network is good.. We update our site but sir it's take 1year? Mail is... My complaint was pending from april 2016 and i complain so many time see my history... Airtel told me we buildup new site within 3 to 4 month... But still it's not solved.. More than 1 year, and last time i talked with someone who give me discount for 6 month but it's only 3 month... All matters is just for 150 rs discounts... My demand was give me rent 99rs and other discount which is continue... But airtel not give me and also they are not provide network... Is that fair? I am 7 to 8 years old customer and when i purchased cut corporate plan at that time they told me cug is free for 3 of your postpaid. But i know after 6 year they charge me 50rs in each cug... I pay for 7 years? Who will refund that? How to lire with me... After increase my rent 68 to 99.. They inform me... But after increased 199.. Without inform me... And they told we i form you... If i know that time than i leave airtel on the spot... How can waste my time now... Your 2 to 3 person told me you can leave airtel... We don't need... You can also ask porbandar airtel shop also... They know... My demand is only give me 99rs plan... I don't 3g 4g cug... Only 2g and 500 min and 100 sms... Nothing else.. Or so many people from airtel give me warning and using nonsense word to pay bill or we cut your service.. I am given in written i don't pay still me network problem of 1year pending complain and charge... Cut my service.. So many copititor in market... And i am loyal.. It's my mistake...8 year loyalitty result is here... And airtel tel me..99rs plan not working.. So many people use 99rs plan still... I will go with rti... And don't take me lebaral... Just see my history.. I will pay 1000rs.. And still i pay 1500 rs and leave airtel if you don't need.. Or you can close my 3 postpaid and i have 5 prepaid also.. Just see profit or loss... If 2500rs than give me mail... Or i will not paid because i pay cug charge 150*84 month... And network problem of last 1year pending complain... Ya your network team also servey and install repitor but 1 year it's not install... Replay also who is upper authority on applate.. Your on of the applate say... I am last.. Than what we have to do? Why we can't not complaint you ceo gm agm... Give me there i'd or number and if you can't do than give me in written.. I want to present in court media lokpal trai consumer court... And always say also give in written don't call me between 10am to 5.30pm... I am govt servant.. I don't want to talk long... But I am very tired to service and it's executives...
Just tell short my complaint pending from last 15month...
I am using 3 postpaid from 2010..but airtel don't want it's loyal customer..
Enough is that
They send it's GUNDE at my home for billing recovery and misbehave with my family...
But they don't try how customers not paid bill... He paid from last 8 year.. How they not...
Today miss pragna is also give nonsense and unused Information to me
I have all proof for court...

Problem is on my both place home and office... Repitor is suggest by their network person.. April 2016 but still not install
They say we have to take permission.. Which, where, whose, whom, give me all letter send by you for permission
Give all paper work to me from April 2016
When I purchased postpaid I purchased CUG and asked it's free in group of your three postpaid
But I know in April 2016, i was paid 50rs in each postpaid for CUG...
HOW they can charge to me?
150 for one month Than 6year charge is 10800..
And because of your Otp I have loss in my net banking discount coupons and in my business.. Who pay my loss..
and IT'S ALL BECAUSE OF YOUR COVERAGE PROBLEM... THAN HOW I PAY Bill?
I was ready paid 2000rs but your executive say when your billing cycle over that time I call you... 3, month over but no one call.. At that time bill was 2500..
Its all OK... but HOW YOU SEND GUNDE AT HOME AND WHO GIVE RIGHT TO MISBEHAVE WITH HUMAN...? THEY ALSO HUFFY MY FAMILY.
IF IT'S HAPPEN WITH YOU THAN YOU KNOW... IF IS HAPPEN ANY NONSENSE WHO WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY?
I CLEARLY SAY... AND SAID I am ready to pay 2000..and convert in prepaid...
Ya today airtel accept that they charge me CUG charges and they refund 2000..if its.. Than its 10800 SO WHAT ABOUT IT.??? .and it's MUST BE REFUNDED to me... So now you have to give me proper solutions..
I have ready all proof... Anytime I am ready for lokpal, court, media and consumer court..
I am reputed person that's way I am not register FIR for its GUNDE...
I WILL also complaint TO MODIFY SIR AND PRO OFFICE..

From the last few days I am not able to connect with Airtel 4G it only connects to a 3g or 2g. There a full availability of the network in my area as i was using it before but it automatically disconnected and not able to connect. I have a jio 4g sim running parallel to this so no problem of slot being damaged.

Customer Care executive told Rs.345 recharge for unlimited calls and daily 1gb internet for my airtel number [protected] . I am recharged 345 plan but I get unlimited calls and only 50mb net. Why are they give wrong information I want refund .
