I am being charged 15 rupees every month. I want to use the connection as and when I want. Why is there a compulsion on the usage?

I will cancel the connection in May and go with Jio DTH. This is a prepaid service. There cannot be any late fee charges on not maintaining minimum balance. Every time I add money when I want to use the service, 15 rupees are deducted.

I m very sorry to say that i had a very bad experience with airtel. From last 6 months i m facing the network issue every time your executives are commenting that it will resolve with a 2 -3 day but it never happen.. After that they committed that if it not resolve we wave off your bill..
