Airtel talks about open network but we don't get network in our office and we want approx 25 Connection in CUG and we are in touch with company since last 1 month number of people have come to check the network issue and even they have agreed that there is no network so they requested for the booster to the company and booster has been approved by them but still it is not installed in our premises.Since last one month we are loosing our business because of Airtel.

    Hi,
    I am serving your broadband connection from last month.
    One of airtel executive mr. Archit called me on 18-19th march 2017 and offered me to reconnect your previous broadband connection. You will get bill only rs.230/ month including service tax with unlimited calling and 20gb data without installation fee. I ask him are you sure because my phone has auto recorded apps, he told me it is recorded call from airtel also so no worry we will give the same as i told you.

    But it was not updated in airtel system till now. I raised the complain regarding this 3 times & called many times but till now it is not resolved.

    They generates a bill rs.650 for 15 days.

    Then finally i was requested to cancel the services if you can't satnd your bytes. They asked me to pay full amount currently and will have to pay rs.1200 for full month in next coming days while airtel customer care executive already accepted many times you will get the service with same offered amount once airtel investigate with archit, but i don't know how much time you will take to find your own employee (Archit).
    I have recorded all conversation in my phone, but they threatening me to pay this amount while i am ready to pay which was asked me initially.

      I bought a new 4G handset and I changed my Airtel SIM card to a 4G SIM on 18-Apr-2017. I recharge with 399 data pack. I was able to do net surfing till 23-Apr-2017 but from 24th onwards I am not able to connect internet. When ever I'm trying to connect internet some network issue is showing and it's asking me to check mobile network connectivity. Please help me.

            I have activated this fraud 399 rs so called 70 gb data plan on my number from this company application which is showing 70 days validity 1 days back, since then it has been a constant source of frustration and helplessness for me, thier customer care is absolutely shameless and fraud. I am not at all getting data, let alone daily data 1gb data as they claimed. They make a mockery of customer services and utter shame on so called private companies which are supposed to be efficient and transparent, and height of shamelessness is their tagline, welcome to india s first open network. Even their online complaint site is not working, where are we supposed to complaint, can anybody tell here!

            Recharged my number [protected] with 399 plan for 70 days.Speed was very good for approx 30 days and now its worst than any 2g network.called customer care for so many time and they just give same reply and try to disconnect the call.Hope to expect some solution from this online portal or it is another fraud service by airtel as their customer care service...

              Dear Sir/ Madam,

              I have been using Airtel no: [protected] since 2005. I have shifted to my own flat in Viman Nagar area, Visakhapatnam in 2014. Since that time I have been facing network coverage issues, Call drop problem, disconnection of call issues continously. I have been raising complaints since last 2 years.

              But to my surprise Airtel technical team is closing the complaints with out resolving the issues neither giving a call for identification of the issue. At one side Airtel is giving a open challenge on network front and other side Airtel is not resolving the network issues of customer, how good is this I am not able to understand.

              Recently also I have raised a network issue complaint on 14th April 2017 vide complaint no: 75516573, 21st April vide complaint no: 24206428 and 25th April vide complaint no:75768027. To my surprise once again the complaints have been closed with out resolving neither improving the network coverage.

              Hence I request you to kindly look into the concerned matter for resolving the network issues. As this issue of network coverage is just getting dragged by Airtel team again and again without any solutions. If the issues is not getting resolved then I need to take serious actions against Airtel including legal.

              Hope that the network issues of my area will be solved at the earliest.

                I have already given 2 complaints at airtel site but no response from any person at airtel other than same robot message saying we will contact within 2 hours.

                I had a postpaid number [protected] which i want to convert to prepaid. So i submitted my documents at airtel centre 10 days ago. Now my postpaid has become deactive. But the problem is that the new prepaid sim is also not active. I have not received even a single message from airtel so far on my alternate contact number.

                Please activate my new sim asap.

                  As I already discussed my problem regarding First Recharge.. I have submitted all details and my other number as demand by airtel administration before 7 or 10 days but still no response and no process forwarded against my serious problem.
                  It is ok for me if they are not able to solve my problem... Then please refund my money which I paid along with my documents that I submitted to purchase 2 new no. ( As already discussed)
                  I don't want to be join a company which have so many problems in starting.. so close my numbers and please refund my documents and deposited money..

                      My Airtel SIM no. [protected] got damaged and I had purchased new Nano SIM in Airtel Store in Express Avenue Mall, Chennai on Sunday 23/04/2017 around 2: 30 pm asked them to convert to post paid. It was informed to that it will be activated by 4 to 5 hrs. But it did not happen. I tried calling them multiple times in their landline no. For my bad luck no responsible person in the store attended my call.
                      Next Day, Monday I didn't lose my hope, I tried calling them again and again then at last someone picked the call, I informed that my SIM is still not active they told me that there is some error in the SIM and I was suppose to go there and collect new SIM there. After that they told me that I don't need to visit them my post paid SIM will be active in 2 hr and they will call back to me. But nothing happened till now @ 10:43 pm on 24/04/2017.
                      Now, my turn for next day begins tomorrow I totally lost hope in Airtel & Airtel Store in Express Avenue Mall.
                      I had paid Rs. 300/- for this SIM activation/post paid. My kind request please activate my SIM I am missing plenty of calls and in future I will never turn back to Airtel Company that too this Airtel Store at EA mall, Chennai.

                      Let me Port out choose other network, please don't frustrate the customer with fake promises and irresponsible behaviour.

                        Have recharged 399/- on 17 Apr 2017.
                        Which offers me unlimited voice calls local & Std, including land line, 1 Gb per day.

                        Issue 1: dead low speed internet 1.3 to 1.7 Mbps.

                        Issue 2: charging for calls from main account hiddenly.
                        Issue 3: call drops for unlimited voice calls
                        Issue 4: auto forwarding calls with out our intervention.
                        Issue 5: when I call customer care and complain, irresponsibly cut the phone after raising complaint and sent the SMS saying that the issue has been resolved .

                          4g data network is horrible at my location. I am staying at the heart of aizawl. I hardly get 4g signal. 3 g signal always fluctuating.2g gprs very slow.

                          Congestion is not the issue. Its same even at 2am. Can the network be
                          Improved? Or should i shift my residence to get better network? Right now i am located near cm' bungalow.
                          Or should i use some app to improve the network quality? Please suggest!!!

                                  I have raised a request on 14th april 2017 to convert my post paid airtel number "[protected]" to prepaid. The signals wentoff on my old postpaid sim on the same day after i submitted the request in the airtel office. I got the signals after 2 days (16th april 2017) on my new prepaid sim. When i call customer care for activation of services on my new prepaid sim, the customer care guys said like details not reflecting at their end and asked me to follow up with the airtel office guys where i submitted my identity and address proofs. After following up multiple times with airtel office guys and customer care guys after 7 days my details were reflecting at customer care guys level (24april 2017).

                                  But when i asked to activate the services, they denied and asked me to call 59059 for activation. When i dailed 59059 from my prepaid number its not working.

                                  Got fed up with this process and came to know how worst the airtel services and the response everytime i get from airtel with eta of 48 hours is irritating me.

                                  As of today its my 10th day without my sim connection... Where you can understand my situation. Hopelessly updating here out of frustration as my final option.

                                  Planning to remove this connection after couple of days if this is not working any more.

                                  Dear airtel : " if you dont know/want to resolve a customer complaint, then fine... Good bye... Forever!!!

                                        I have been using an old plan till date which is 1600 rs (65 gb data and 8mbps speed).
                                        Airtel has already migrated to new plan with v fiber tech, which is of 1149 rs (100gb data and 40mbps speed)

                                        I was facing many issue related to my connection, i wanted to disconnect the airtel services so i called to customer care, asking for disconnection.
                                        Then they told me about this plan (1149 rs). And told that my connection will be migrated to the new plan within 10 days.

                                        I called after 10 days probably on 12th day, to ask for the status. The customer care executive told me that he will fix it in another 5 days. After hearing that i was like, please disconnect my connection i dont want to continue with airtel. Then they forwarded the call to the concern department, where another executive told me that he will give me 300 rs discount post activation of the plan but it will take 3 days of time. I told ohk fine i will give 3 days of time. But now when i called them after 5 days from that day, they are sying it will take aging 20 days.

                                        So it is nothing but they are delaying the activation of the new plan so that they can keep me on the same old plan and can take some more money out of me.
                                        And there service is so frustrating that i have almost gone mad and wanted to yell over them. But now i just want that either they change to new plan withing a day or two, or they disconnect the services and connection. And one more thing i should not be paying based on my old plan for the rest of the days, because i have raised the request in the first week of april which is way ahead of my billing cycle.
