They are giving excuse that offer is only applicable for particular & privilege customer and some are saying it not applicable on...

On calling Airtel customer care service several times and writing several mails to customer service, Airtel presence and also to apellete authority they are giving false data.

I cannot pay the bill for fake data
I do have all the proof for the calls I have made and data I have used....

I recharged for 349 but dint get 1 gb per day so I called customer care, they said that offer is not applicable to my number and they will raise the offer request and it will be activated i a week but even after a month also it's not activated
I called again after a month they tell the same thing that offer is not applicable to my number.
When everyone has got 349 offer I am not getting the same instead it's showing 799 offer...
