Recharge of 349 got expired before 28 days

I had recharged previous month for 349 rs in which i got 500mb day and 500 mb night data for 28 days i. E 28 gb data, but even after not using such volume it kept showing 60 mb available at any given time in my airtel app and i was not able to use that much data. But today just for opening the internet my balance is deducted and 50-60 rs are deducted today. There are 4-5 days left of validity of 349 pack.
Kindly look into the matter....

Misuse of credit card for payment of mobile bill

Sir,

I made a wrong recharge of 399 on my airtel number which is related to 4 g. Neither my sim is 4g nor my phone is 4 g.

Firstly, I think this should not be possible. How can a 4 g recharge can be done on 3 g sim.

Now I can neither use this plan nor they are refunding my money. Even banks reverse the transaction if made to a wrong account....

Geb complaint

This is regarding poor electricity supply given by Gujarat Electricity Board.

Previously we were staying in sola where we were getting electricity supply of Torrent Power. Now we are staying at devnagar gota and unluckly we are getting power supply of GEB.

comperatively GEB's service is very much poor and we are fed up of it. In hot summer day lights go off, in rainy season no electricity.

I visited airtel outlet in lokhandwala andheri mumbai for airtel connection. The executive took money and my detial and said he will give connection next day. But the guy didn't connect any connection till date. Already 20 days has been passed. Worst company is ever i saw. I mailed and called their customer care. They least bothered. Our pm is saying digital india. But these company is still live in 1000 years back life....
