We shifted last month to new place since then the internet on my mobile is not working.. I called several times to customer service but they don't provide any solutions and at last they said that there is no solution for the problem. Either in that case you guys should provide me refund of the net pack or the facility to port out.. My mobile is a dual sim enabled.. Other sim's internet connection work appropriately.. I am fed with you guys.. What customer service are you providing.. Nothing.. Just shut down your company.. It is of no use.. You can verify about the complaints i made using my number -[protected].. If you can provide any solution than reach out to me at the same no.. Or else i will take some very strict action..

    Dear sir/madam,

    I am retired, senior citizen and want to bring to your notice that i have received, too much inflated bill amount of 11, 184/- inr for my landline connection for the billing period 26-mar-2017 to 25-apr-2017 from bharti airtel. I am shocked to see such a huge amount as we are using the same airtel landline & broadband service from more than 10 years and have never received such huge bill for our connection. The maximum bill we have received till date is of 2800/- inr for any billing cycle.

    Also from last six months we switched our plan to a fixed plan where we were advised that all the outgoings/incomings to landline/mobile for std/local are free of cost, and we were getting reasonable bill of around 1200/- inr from last six months. Now i am unable to understand that how the bill can suddenly got so much inflated for this month for our connection, where we have not made any special calls. We reached airtel’s customer care for the details and they are giving illogical explanations which we are unable to understand. (Complaint id: 81934070 and interaction id:[protected]. We have written to them and from 2 days there is no call back done to us. We asked for the itemised statement and can see that for the billing cycle of march – april they are also calculating the calls made in jan and feb. After calling them and writing them again they are not ready to check the issue and provide us with new bill.
    I am a retired person and do not have spare money to pay such an illogical hefty amount levied on me by airtel, hence, need your intervention so that they can correct the send bill to me. Frim last 6 month our bill was coming correctly as per the bill plan where we paid only 1055/- inr and all the outgoing/incoming calls were free under this.

    Just for the records, we are a loyal customer of airtel where we are using airtel’s 6 mobile connections and 2 landline connection in our family. We paid all the bills on time. But after receiving such a bill for the first time feeling cheated and losing faith on airtel.
    Still hoping for your kind consideration to get our bill checked and corrected as we are not getting needed support from bharti airtel.
    If you require past bill and payment details we can provide you same on demand. Right now attaching the latest bill which we have got.
    Waiting for an early action from your side. Kindly help!

    You are Still continuing to lie as your different members are calling us again and again and we have provided you details of the issues multiple time, and this is what you updating here. Even after getting the details you people are wasting time and not addressing the issue and harassing us by making us repeat the same details again and again. Please ask your team to check the bill why they have included calls from the month of Jan Feb also in the April bill. And why the calculation is not done as per our bill plan which was continuing from last 6-7 months. Check the bill history to know the details of discrepancy, instead of harassing us daily.

        I was already skeptical about airtel and reliance due to bad experience in the past. Currently, i am using bsnl which is good but there speed is somewhat less. So i decided to try airtel again but to my great surprise, as soon as i turned on my router, airtel meter races to 80 mb-100 mb. Remember, i haven't even opened any site, except google.

        I got to know that airtel is cheating people. They are offering high data usage but they have setup meter in such a way that it will consume your data in no time.

        Beware guys, i am now sticking to my old bsnl. Even though, speed is just ok but at least i am being charged for what i actually use.

        I urge people of india to run a campaign on social media so that everyone know about this scam.

          I want to tell that my number is blocked for some reason. Even i am a regular user. I was to attend an interview from college in canada. Due to airtel's bad services i am unable to tell them the reason for my phone to not work. I think airtel should improve their services rather than making hikes in their prices. The worst servicer provider till now is the airtel. I called them for the reason of my sim being blocled but they did not had any answers. Atleast they should have answers for their work.

            Below is the concern:
            1.Airtel customer service is not appropriate
            2. I have asked on care .one guy has told me you can recharge 244 and get benefit 1 gb per day
            I have done that recharge on 30th april
            I have not received any offer
            Then i have called on customer care, one lady said offer is not valid on your no.
            I have again called another lady said offer is available may be some technical issue
            Again called guy told offer is not valid on your no we can refund half amount

            Main concern: if you are not enabling offers on all no then what is the sense on different recharge apps those offers showing to users
            For fooling the customers?
            Second main concern: i have recently done port from mumbai to delhi circle that customer center guy )khanpur airtel branch) you can recharge for 345 and can get 1 gb per day .

            NOW all exevutives are telling me on your no no offer available for 1 gb per day.
            Who will available those offers on my sim tell me that
            Or else activate those offers.

            I can done sim port on another service providers as well, because you are just making customers fool and irritate by providing worst customer support

                I had recharged my airtel number [protected] with rs 399 on 18th april. This plan was offered by airtel in my number. I have the message of offers in my number. Screenshot of the message with date is given below. It offered unlimited call and 70gb data for 70 days (1gb data per day). At the time of recharge my net ballance was about 6 gb. On 25th april i saw i could not access net. So i contacted operator he told offer was for 4g sim with 4g handset. My mobile handset is 4g but sim is 3g. So i rushed to recharge shop and he changed my sim to 4g with a strugle for about 3hour. Next day i contacted operator through the shop owner. But operator told i will get unlimited call and total 2gb data. Now i do not get any option to contact operator through 198 or [protected] or 121 from 27th april. It is strange. I think i am cheated by airtel. They must have database of 3g or 4g sim, so why they offer me that plan?

                PROBLEM UNSOLVED. No email, no phone call, no sollution. But marked as resolved. ?????? I recharged my new jio number for 84 days. Also thinking to port my airtel number to vodaphone. And then the problem will be solved for ever. Shame airtel Go hell

                  I have opted for airtel postpaid network, which was the biggest mistake I could make. I have been facing network problem ever since Feb 2016.I have made a total bill payment of approx 40000 post that, but I face network issues all the time. I have made complaints starting from 18th June 2016 to 11th Feb 2016 (8 complaints). Every time I was assured that it would be resolved in 48 hours and now when I writ to the team they say resolving network issue requires clearances and time.

                  Earlier they said 48 hours and now they say it takes time. Since June 2016 they it is under process as per them. Presently my bill approximates to 6681, all they want is their money back. I requested them to waive it off as they were unable to provide me quality service, but in all their reply mails they keep on sending the mode of payment for their bill. All they care for is their money, I don't understand what is the use of a network if you cannot hear the other person's voice and on top of it you are charged exorbitantly.All they want is their bill to be paid and do not care about the business loss faced by us. I told them to compensate for the same to which they have no response.

                  Customers are being cheated and robbed at by such people. Kindly help.

                      I am change my plan last month plan 799 cug.

                      This month i got bill - airtel bill no.[protected] dated 24/04/2017.

                      Urprise in my bill airtel add incoming voice charge about 188 rs.

                      In my plan all incoming & outgoing call are free but airtel add 188 rs. Extra in my bill.

                      I call customer care and discussed about this with
                      Airtel relationship person id [protected] she told me by mistake we add this amount.

                      My airtel complaint no. 75974778.

                        Just moved to back to India after 19 years of living abroad and the only bad part of it has been dealing with the incompetence of Airtel. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to face in my life.

                        I registered my account with Airtel on 30th april and after expressing my urgent need to set up the wifi fast, I was told once I make the online payment and submit the necessary documents, they will send someone to my home within 24 hours. I was pleasantly surprised so I made the payment. Since then, it's been more than 3 days. I have yet to receive a connection or even a call from a technician to set up an appointment. After the first 24 hours has passed, I made a call to customer care and was told that the connection would be done within 72 hours of account registration. That deadline has passed too. Every time I get in touch with a customer care rep, I'm told that somebody will 'definitely call within 24 hours'. I have tried reaching out to Airtel other ways such as twitter and email and each time no one has offered any resolution. Standard response I get is 'Please provide your contact number so we can discuss this further.' Once I give my number, they take hours to call me back. When they do call me, they say wait another 24/48 hours. It's infuriating. I'm so sick and tired of hearing that same line over and over again.

                        The most recent call to airtel customer care that I made was one hour ago and I was told that the order was put through only yesterday so according to their policy, the connection will be set up in another FOUR WORKING DAYS. Are you kidding? Where did that come from? I had double checked with several other customer care reps that the policy is to set up the connection within 72 hours of REGISTRATION. Suddenly there is an order date too? and another FOUR days? Does airtel enjoy pushing their customers around?

                        When I ask for a refund, they tell me there is no refund policy. Now my money is stuck with them (I had to pay 3 months advance payment too) so they don't have any motivation to help their customers. I hope Airtel goes obsolete soon. Waste of time and money.

                        Please don't waste your time signing up with Airtel. Your money will be put to better use elsewhere.

                        To airtel: don't bother initiating contact with me unless you can connect me with a technician immediately.

                            Airtel landline no: [protected]. The cancellation request was submitted in the month of november but the billing was not frozen adn the bill was generated for two consecutive months. Upon enquiry found that it was erroneous and we owed only a fraction of the amoutn which was paid as well. And even though there have been multiple promises that this will be looked into every week we still get a call asking us to pay the balance and when enquired, again we are told that we are not to pay and its companies' mistake. Issue unresolved for months now.

                              My data balance in the prepaid airtel number which I use in my mobile all of a sudden showed the balance as 0, shockingly as I had unused balance of 1.8GB and my recharge date was on[protected]. How can you deduct the unused balance? I need this issue to be addressed and suitable explanation with the balance to be reversed to my account. This has happened to me the 2nd time in the past 6 months which is why I now come to realize that Airtel Service provider is none better than the rest which they otherwise claim to be.

                                  I'm flagging off a serious concern here by a sales employee of Airtel. I've followed up with Jayesh to give me an acknowledgement/ receipt of the Airtel hotspot which I purchased in first week of April. I've followed up multiple times but till date not a single response from the gentleman on receipt or even bothering to send a response or attend to my calls. Shame on Airtel for encouraging such unethical practices. His cell phone number is +[protected]

                                  Since there was no response from the salesman Jayesh, I took to social media to reach out to the company and get my concern addressed. I posted it on Airtel's facebook page but again the company did not take any action. i've pasted the snapshots of all the proofs of communication below.

                                  kindly let me know how i should get the receipt and falg it to the right authorities on Airtel's cheating practices.

                                    I have been using Airtel for more than 10 years... It's proving me to be as wrong decision to choose Airtel coz for any technical problem you can't reach their customer care ... Always on IVR which is disgusting to hear that automated voice... Airtel is becoming a flop show... I will never recommend Airtel to anyone... Such an awful service...

                                      I was contacted from airtel support regarding infinity plan saying i would get 16gb data, unlimited call, and 100 sms per day for 499/- till now i have only received 3gb data. On enquiring from customer care first they said wait for 96 hours more now they are saying u wont get 13 gb, as plan is updated u will get 10 gb and for that too contact the guy who collected your documents, .. seriously what kind of service is this?????
                                      I want to know why this cheating is going on ???
                                      Just to attract customers???
                                      U guys have lost some of your market to JIO, and u are treating the remaining ones like this????
