I have complained several times, but whenever i complaint they replied me that ur problem will be resolve in 24 hours

    Airtel landline no: [protected]. The cancellation request was submitted in the month of november but the billing was not frozen adn the bill was generated for two consecutive months. Upon enquiry found that it was erroneous and we owed only a fraction of the amoutn which was paid as well. And even though there have been multiple promises that this will be looked into every week we still get a call asking us to pay the balance and when enquired, again we are told that we are not to pay and its companies' mistake. Issue unresolved for months now.

      My data balance in the prepaid airtel number which I use in my mobile all of a sudden showed the balance as 0, shockingly as I had unused balance of 1.8GB and my recharge date was on[protected]. How can you deduct the unused balance? I need this issue to be addressed and suitable explanation with the balance to be reversed to my account. This has happened to me the 2nd time in the past 6 months which is why I now come to realize that Airtel Service provider is none better than the rest which they otherwise claim to be.

          I'm flagging off a serious concern here by a sales employee of Airtel. I've followed up with Jayesh to give me an acknowledgement/ receipt of the Airtel hotspot which I purchased in first week of April. I've followed up multiple times but till date not a single response from the gentleman on receipt or even bothering to send a response or attend to my calls. Shame on Airtel for encouraging such unethical practices. His cell phone number is +[protected]

          Since there was no response from the salesman Jayesh, I took to social media to reach out to the company and get my concern addressed. I posted it on Airtel's facebook page but again the company did not take any action. i've pasted the snapshots of all the proofs of communication below.

          kindly let me know how i should get the receipt and falg it to the right authorities on Airtel's cheating practices.

            I have been using Airtel for more than 10 years... It's proving me to be as wrong decision to choose Airtel coz for any technical problem you can't reach their customer care ... Always on IVR which is disgusting to hear that automated voice... Airtel is becoming a flop show... I will never recommend Airtel to anyone... Such an awful service...

              I was contacted from airtel support regarding infinity plan saying i would get 16gb data, unlimited call, and 100 sms per day for 499/- till now i have only received 3gb data. On enquiring from customer care first they said wait for 96 hours more now they are saying u wont get 13 gb, as plan is updated u will get 10 gb and for that too contact the guy who collected your documents, .. seriously what kind of service is this?????
              I want to know why this cheating is going on ???
              Just to attract customers???
              U guys have lost some of your market to JIO, and u are treating the remaining ones like this????
              Atleast stick to your words that you promise...

                  Airtel representatives contacted me on the 24th of April and told me that with the Postpaid plan of 499, I'll be getting 3GB of 4G data and in addition to that, if I download and install the my Airtel app, I'll be getting another 10GB of data free every month.

                  The same was confirmed to me by the backend team who contacted me when I sent in the request to port from Vodafone to Airtel.

                  Now, on the 1st of May, the porting was completed and when I check, I see only 3GB of data. When I contacted the customer care regarding this issue, they are telling me that the free data offer expired on the 10th of April.

                  They do not have an answer as to why their own representative offered the plan to me even after the plan had expired. They are not ready to provide a solution as well. This is the worst customer service in the world in my Johnson's

                  I would suggest everyone to stay away from this network and their horrible, seriously horrible customer service.

                  Yeah, you provided an unsatisfactory resolution to the problem. A problem which was caused by your representative and one which you people aren't ready to rectify. Hats off to your representatives and your customer service. I'm just waiting for my 90 days to be completed to port out of Airtel.
                  No update or call after the last message on the 3rd. This is just horrible customer service.

                      I have recharged with 399 Rs plan(1GB/day and unlimited calls for 70 days) on 20th April but it is not reflecting correctly on my account.
                      It is showing data expiring on 17th May which is just 28 days while it should be 70 days.
                      Kindly fix it ASAP.

                            My mobile number is [protected]. I recharged my account with Rs.349 on 28th Apr 2017 and got the confirmation from Airtel that the account has been recharged. However on 1st May, my balance became zero and I am not able to make any calls. Usage of mobile between 28th Apr and 1st May is very minimal and there is no reason why the balance has to become zero in three days. I am not getting a proper response from Airtel on this issue. I request your intervention and have the balance restored in my Airtel account.

                                I have paid Rs-3447 cheque on[protected] for broadband new connection. I was assured for new connection before 6.00 pm on[protected].
                                I have called more than 20 times in customer care (spent additional money in holding calls by customer care) and every time I was ensured for the connection within 3-4 hrs. Now it is around 100 hrs over. In the last call today at 4.00 pm I was told before 7.00pm it will be installed.

                                Now recently I got a message that within 05 days it will be resolved.

                                NOW I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

                                  On the my airtel app, it read get 500 MB on loading 100 rupees on Airtel money app. Hence, I was redirected to download the app. After installation, I loaded 100 rupees and got a message you have got 500 MB data valid from 12 AM to 6 AM. On the my airtel app, no where it was mentioned that only night data will be provided. If they had mentioned that, I wouldn't have availed the offer since I sleep before 12 and wake at 7. This data is completely useless for me. It was completely misleading and not informative. These are really bad tactics.

                                      My villge address is dhakhaura, post - maigalganj, district - lakhimpur kheri, up-261505.in middle of my village dhakhaura, the network quality of airtel is very bad. Many times it has been found that no signals are avilable to talk with any one. When we all move to roof then one or two signals indicate. But due to cracking in voice it is totally wastage of our money.in my village lump sum 1500 subscribers using airtel sim. The distance of nearest tower from my village 4 k. M. Which is located in aurangabad village. I have made complaints many times but no result came in my hand. Last complaint is made by me on toll free number 198, they provided complaint reference number[protected] on dated 29.04.2017 at 8.28 pm. But no result came. So please look into same matter and file my complaint fro whole village subscriber and resolve it on urgent basis,
