    I repeatedly launched a complaint about my internet service problem. I'm in the middle of booking tickets when the internet stops working & complaining going through the customer care after that is a task they put you on hold for 20/30mins & no solution. You spend 2/3 hours just dealing with them. First Mr.rupum then the next customer care guy too.

      Hi - I forgot Mpin for airtel payments bank. That was created 4-5 years back when i was using a normal phone - probably i gave some random name. I'm unable to remember the details that i had provided at that time(like Name). When i tried to retrieve the mpin by calling your customer care, they are asking for these details - which i forgot and its impossible to get those details. Could you please help me to retrieve back the mpin. I'm ready to submit the proofs also if needed.

        Airtel sends me messages every day saying that if I recharge with 349 I will get 1gb every day for 28 days... But when I recharged I didn't get the data as promised.. When asked about the same to the customer care they say to my number this is not applicable. I don't understand if its not applicable for my number why am I having 40 sms from airtel telling to Recharge for 349 please also note that there are no conditions applicable written in the SMS. They are a fraud company.. I have decided to port my number to some trustworthy provider. Advice to all... Don't go with airtel.. They are really a fraud..

              On "My Airtel" app under "View best offers" option, there was a recharge amount of ₹799 which said "Unlimited loc+STD+Roaming calls".

              I did the recharge by directly selecting that recharge value and the recharge was successful.

              However even after the recharge, my balance got deducted for making calls under roaming.
              The recharge offer said Unlimited Roaming calls. So why am I charged for calls then?

              The customer care says that no offer exists for Roaming but why did My Airtel app claim such recharge exists? The app screenshot is attached.

              I want unlimited local calling as the recharge offer said or refund the recharge amount.

              I received a call from following number "+918826136567” on 18-05-2017. As on date, Airtel has given me free calling when Roaming and they have refunded the talktime which was charged for the previous calls I had made before today. The refund is given as talktime balance.

                  Sir myself mithun. I am currently working in bihar jharkhand. Few months ago i purchased a airtel sim card ([protected]) and make my airtel app account on this no. And saved my account no in it, for deduction online money for any type of recharge. On 13 april i have made a recharge on other airtel no which belongs to delhi. The recharge amount was 399.in first attempt its failed but money deducted i thought its my mistake i am trying again but get same result, fund deducted two times from my account but no recharge happened. I have another recharge offer that have done but my 399*2=798 rupess not paid by airtel back in my wallet or in my account. I have many times contact to customer care of bihar jharkhand they said once your amount paid within 24 hours but its not happened after few days when i call to back then they said your no. On which you made recharge was belpngs to delhi so we cant do anymore talk to delhi airtel customer care with [protected] then they said call to bihar jharkhand customer care on 121 but no result get they only transfer call senior to senior but not get result sir. Sir tell me what i do, how can my deducted amount i get back from airtel and sir i have attached my acoount summery with this which all detail mention no amount yet i have get. Help me sir.                         Almost 1year back I've taken airtel postpaid connection which comes with various postpaid plans. I had gone for monthly around 365 rental. Around mid of jan'17 my SIM card was lost so after that there was no usage on my SIM and i[censored] can go through your system check against my sim u'll be able to find it out. And now i'm getting several calls for bill payment of rs.965. And according to them I've to pay the bill amount as the bill has already been generated even if I've not used it.

                          Airtel not giving me benefits of one gb free internet daily on 399 recharge. Name multan mal parihar. [protected] and [protected] contact number. I recharged with 399 on both the numbers. But airtel not giving me free data benefits daily and giving me wrong excuses when i talk to customer care. Bad service by airtel. Pehle jaisi baat nahi rahi airtel me ab. I called customer but bahane banate rehte hai. Aur ghuma ghuma kar poochte hai sim 4g hai?? Handset 4g hai?? Kabhi kehte hai apko benefit applied hai jitna use karna hai 4g data use karate raho. Apko 1 gb data roz denge. Sare executives alag alag baat karate hai. They say apke number par benefit lagu nahi hai. Phone kar karke pareshan ho gaye hai. Koi sunvayi nahi ho rahi hai.

                              Hello,

                              I have raised a complain about the airtel 399/- validity plan cheating by airtel.
                              Still i have no response from the airtel, they have asked me to share the alternate contact number saying they tried reaching me many times but not successful, in this case then why do airtel advertise saying the best network in india??

                              Later i have share the contact number and free time of mine where they can call me but still no response.

                              I request you to kindly take some necessary action against airtel as they are cheating in every steps like, saying best network in india, customer care tried to reach me but not successful, changing the airtel plan without any prior notice to the consumer... Etc by doing all they are cheating us.

                                This is to inform you that on 30/04/2017 i have recharged an amount of rs.345/- ([protected]) towards free lacal call to any network and 1gb data/day for 28 days instead of payment my data is not connected thereafter i contacted airtel customer care for thrice on 01/05/2017 but they are least bothered to resolve my problems instead of they advice to do some technical changes in my mobile eventhough once again i have called but they din't resolve my problem.

                                  Two months back i have change my broadband plan from 16 mbps to 40 mbps. But i am getting only 16 mbps speed. Upon calling to customer care they do something at backend and speed comes to normal i. E. 40 mbps but later on drop to 16 mbps again.
                                  I have track record of my speed test result for last 2 months in support of my complaint. Its cheating of company who is charging more but delivering less.
                                  They should be punished and i should get proper service and compensation.

                                    This is an incident happend right now. Me being an Airtel pospaid customer from past 1.5years, i had an issue raised to the Airtel Customer care a 5mins back. My interenet data was getting just blank at a time from 2.am to 4. am every day from past 1 week. The person who attented my call named "VASNIK SIDHARTH" advised me that Airtel dosent have 3G or 4G in my address location n i should be trying for a different connection. I was extremly shocked with the response i got from the representative of India's best network. Friends, i request you to please help me to react to this pathetic service who claim to be the best in indudtry.

                                      I was called to customer care fir info and i am handled by employee name called sunny, he is not ready to listen mr query and not allowing me to complete my conversation. He is very irritated to provide the information asked by me and very rash behaviour.
