I made a recharge of ₹399/- on 25-4-17 to my Airtel no [protected] according to plan unlimited calling and 1gb 4G data per day but they are not providing free daily 1gb 4G data. Whenever I use mobile data they are deducting balance from my main balance till now they have deducted ₹ 12/- Also, customer care executives r not giving any satisfactory answer. After a 5 times argument they have only refunded ₹3. And still free data is not provided. My complaint no CBNRD[protected] is still pending there.

    Messages not goes to 121

    Hello hope you are doing well.i have an issue that whenever i tried to send message to 121 it shows failed while as on other numbers message goes easily.i called customer care and checked message centre number, everything is ok.Kindly fix this problem as soon as possible.

    I have made a complaint before regarding all the bill issues & they have committed me to give at last the waiver of rs 500. Bt they have not give me any waiver & now they are telling they will not give me any waiver.
    My landline no.[protected]. The airtel company is totally fraud. First they make commitment & send me their commitment in return & after that they refuses us regarding all commitment. Never trust airtel company & its word. It is the biggest fraud company in india.

        My house is located in 2km distance from national highway & its also in Bhubaneswar that is the capital of Odisha. But their is no airtel network since last 20days. Even their is Airtel tower in 200mtrs (tower id - ORNH01) distance.

        This type of service can not be expected at all in the main town

            Dear Sir,
            My mobile number - [protected].
            I was an airtel postpaid customers the company cheated on telling me it's a corporate plan with 299/- rentals n 1gb Internet for HDFC Bank customers. Later changed the plan without informing me and I started receiving high bills and sometimes there were smses to numbers which I never made n that also on international numbers. I have no clue who they belong to. So I decided of change from postpaid to prepaid. Visited the null bzr gallery. The moment u tell them abt this they are least interested n ask u to pay more than your actually o/s n u have to beg for a refund. I paid 750/- n the were to refund me but now it shows only 75/- credit they need to pay. This is what I enquired yest on the air customer service 198 with one of their supervisor. The debit u for charges immediately n doe refund give false claims of 45 days which are never followed. I need a refund n compensation for the harassment. I had 2 nos to port n they only did 1 on that day and made m run to the borivali main gallery saying there are no charges for the Sim there but who u reached there they said systems r down after hearing not request for post to prepaid. Only after raising my voice one of the lady accepted the form still cribbing on my documents that it could get rejected coz I signed with a black pen. I said I will sign with blue she didn't allow. This is what is going on. I am frustrated with the airtel mobile. Pls help me. My airtel mobile no is - [protected]

              I am unable to receive any SMS on my prepaid mobile number [protected].
              My last message was received on 21st April 2017. This is causing lot of problem as otps are sent on my number. Moreover my sim stopped working all of sudden last month and I had to get a new SIM.
              Even the 4G offered is every bad as the network keeps going off every now and then.
              Pls resolve my SMS issue.

                My complaint was pending from april 2016 and i complain so many time see my history... Airtel told me we buildup new site within 3 to 4 month... But still it's not solved.. More than 1 year, and last time i talked with someone who give me discount for 6 month but it's only 3 month... All matters is just for 150 rs discounts... My demand was give me rent 99rs and other discount which is continue... But airtel not give me and also they are not provide network... Is that fair? I am 7 to 8 years old customer and when i purchased cut corporate plan at that time they told me cug is free for 3 of your postpaid. But i know after 6 year they charge me 50rs in each cug... I pay for 7 years? Who will refund that? How to lire with me... After increase my rent 68 to 99.. They inform me... But after increased 199.. Without inform me... And they told we i form you... If i know that time than i leave airtel on the spot... How can waste my time now...
                Your 2 to 3 person told me you can leave airtel... We don't need... You can also ask porbandar airtel shop also... They know...
                My demand is only give me 99rs plan... I don't 3g 4g cug... Only 2g and 500 min and 100 sms... Nothing else..
                Or so many people from airtel give me warning and using nonsense word to pay bill or we cut your service..
                I am given in written i don't pay still me network problem of 1year pending complain and charge...
                Cut my service.. So many copititor in market...
                And i am loyal.. It's my mistake...8 year loyalitty result is here...
                And airtel tel me..99rs plan not working.. So many people use 99rs plan still... I will go with rti... And don't take me lebaral...
                Just see my history..
                I will pay 1000rs.. And still i pay 1500 rs and leave airtel if you don't need.. Or you can close my 3 postpaid and i have 5 prepaid also..
                Just see profit or loss... If 2500rs than give me mail... Or i will not paid because i pay cug charge 150*84 month... And network problem of last 1year pending complain... Ya your network team also servey and install repitor but 1 year it's not install...
                Replay also who is upper authority on applate..
                Your on of the applate say... I am last.. Than what we have to do? Why we can't not complaint you ceo gm agm... Give me there i'd or number and if you can't do than give me in written.. I want to present in court media lokpal trai consumer court...
                And always say also give in written don't call me between 10am to 5.30pm... I am govt servant.. So please call after 5.30..in holiday you can call any time

                Sir please read my message carefully to airtel Sir... I don't want to talk long... But I am very tired to service and it's executives... Just tell short my complaint pending from last 15month... I am using 3 postpaid from 2010..but airtel don't want it's loyal customer.. Enough is that They send it's GUNDE at my home for billing recovery and misbehave with my family... But they don't try how customers not paid bill... He paid from last 8 year.. How they not... Today miss pragna is also give nonsense and unused Information to me I have all proof for court... More than 90 mail, screenshot, message Now that day call drop is continue Problem is on my both place home and office... Repitor is suggest by their network person.. April 2016 but still not install They say we have to take permission.. Which, where, whose, whom, give me all letter send by you for permission Give all paper work to me from April 2016 When I purchased postpaid I purchased CUG and asked it's free in group of your three postpaid But I know in April 2016, i was paid 50rs in each postpaid for CUG... HOW they can charge to me? 150 for one month Than 6year charge is 10800.. And because of your Otp I have loss in my net banking discount coupons and in my business.. Who pay my loss.. and IT'S ALL BECAUSE OF YOUR COVERAGE PROBLEM... THAN HOW I PAY Bill? I was ready paid 2000rs but your executive say when your billing cycle over that time I call you... 3, month over but no one call.. At that time bill was 2500..                 From the last few days I am not able to connect with Airtel 4G it only connects to a 3g or 2g. There a full availability of the network in my area as i was using it before but it automatically disconnected and not able to connect. I have a jio 4g sim running parallel to this so no problem of slot being damaged.

                  I am really disappointed with pathetic service of Airtel. It's regarding the wrong commitment by the provider against my monthly rental which they were offered 499 with 100 will be discounted for next 6 month.. in 1st month they give me benefit but now they have added the 499 in my current bill and due to this I have received wrong bill from.their side and same thing his customer care executive excepted but he said I will be getting new bill for Rs. 532 within 3 days. After 3 days when I have not received the same and when I again called their customer care but they are simply denying the same and don't even ready to listen the call recording of their executive.

                    Airtel systen wrongly activated VAS service on my number. When I raised a complaint regarding this they refused to take this and said you have to pay the amount for this. This is really annoying and discomfort of services which we are getting from Airtel Custome Care service Representative.

                    I dont want to pay the charge which they are applied on my number.

                    How can I raise a complaint as Airtel Representative denied to log a complaint on this. Completely Unsatisfied with the Airtel Response.

                      Airtel was cheating everyone in india before jio lunched and now also airtel is cheating by not keeping their promises.

                      On 15-april-2017, airtel has lunched 399 plan which has validity of 70 days. Today i recharged my airtel for 399 and the validity i got is only 28days??

                      How can they change the plan without any prior notice to the consumers??

                      But in the airtel home page still it is showing 56 days for 399 plan which i have not got this also??

                      What should i do, i have recharged for 399 plan thinking i don't have to spend any money for next 70 days, how can airtel do like this to their consumer??

                      Please do take an action because the promos which airtel made and breaking their promises without any notice?

                      If 10% of people in india has recharged for 399 and airtel doing such a fraud things, they have have earned a huge money, and then it will be converted as black money because airtel will show that they give such options facilities to the people but it is not.

                      I think they have earned hundreds of corer with this fraud cases and by their advertisement many people has ported to airtel network.

                      See how they are cheating people and making people to come behind airtel network..

                      How can this be justified??

                      1.Company should not change their plans without any prior notice to the consumer and when company introduces new plan atl st it has to stay for some month but this 399 plan is reomeved within 10days. I want my money back, therefore I request you to kindly to provide me Rs.399 to my Airtel wallet account. 2. Company should not bring consumers by advertising it well and not keeping their promises as many people would have ported to Airtel just because of 399 plan and now there is no 399 plan which means Airtel has tried many people to bring to those network.

                                    I have been using airtel since 10yrs.i often fly abroad.since i have not made any calls or sent sms while in international roaming i havent been deducted any monthly rental and also i am not aware of it.
                                    Today i sent an sms and have been deducted rs 99 and the monthly rental pack for IR has been activated. In future i am not going to send any sms or make calls in IR and i want my monthly rental pack to be deactivated.

                                      I recharged of 349 from a recharge store for 1 month of data and free calling, a week ago. Now the airtel app is showing no data balance and no calls are connected. Such a mistake at your end is really failing your growth. You say you are an open network. But if we even cannot to a costumer care executive. It is really not the same open network where you even cannot speak to a office representative.
