I have charged my phone with net banking on April 18 for INR 200. The amount never reflected on balance. I filed a complaint and they gave me a complaint number PR[protected] but so far it is not addressed.

I charged again on April 21 for INR 360 again with net banking, the transaction ID is[protected]. So far no credit into my balance.

Whats wrong with Airtel? Why are they messed up? Why they are cheating and ripping off customers? Went to TRAI website to complain, TRAI referred me to Airtel support numbers. Is there a way I can escalate this day light robbery by this messed up service provider called Airtel.

What details? Nothing has been credited to my Airtel account nor a refund has been processed. What games are you playing? This is a public forum and people can rip you to shreds if you try to answer as if you have responded but in reality you didn't. Where does this deception end? Either you credit my 560 INR or refund it. I will be exploring number portability to other carriers in mean time.

Even today my balance shows 0.39 Paise. I can't send SMS or anything, although I can still make calls I don't see how much is deducted and what's my pending balance. WTH is this? Is this a service? Why is it taking more than 2 weeks resolve a simple problem. I paid 560 INR and I need to see my balance when I send the USSD code *121#.

25 days and counting without any resolution. But wait things just get only lousier with Airtel. I received a call from Mr. Manoj Kumar 2 days ago asking me to submit my entire bank statement from April 14th till the current day so he can ensure that no credit has been issued. Two things to note here, Airtel wants to violate my privacy by peeking into my bank account so they can make sure they haven't issue a credit, what the heck is that? Secondly, rather than inquiring internally to see if customer has got his money refunded or not, they pushed the onus of proof entirely on customer. Anyone heard this before? I have to prove I didn't receive any refund so they can issue refund. What an asinine company. Is it any wonder that Airtel is sinking faster than a Titanic? The moral of the story is a toothless TRAI has no control on the rogue companies like Airtel who are at will to mess around with customers. God help this nation and its keepers.

Thought I post an update. The shameless organization called airtel hasn't resolved this still. They kept my 560 INR and and just jerking me around still.
No resolution yet but the tragicomedy continues. Got call from Airtel asking me lo and behold the nature of complaint and when it was lodged. OMG!!! We are back to square one.

        I have purchased a number for Rs.3000 and its been registered on my name. I got activated but didn’t’ receive the incoming. I complained to the customer care. Then later I got call from same number which somebody is calling me from Andhra Pradesh with the same number mentioning, that number belongs to him. He is getting incoming and outgoing calls.
        I have send several mails to Airtel appellate, they are not responsible nor problem is resolved.
        The exact problem is this number is already sold to somebody in AP and same number sold to me. Its registered on my name. I too paid first bill too.
        I have been asking Airtel to resolve the problem but they are not doing so.
        What shall I do? Shall I sue them or is their any other options?

                  I have raised request to airtel to migrate my postpaid to prepaid 2 weeks back, now they successfully migrated and my prepaid sim was activated, but i cant do recharge for that. When i dial *121# it's showing error occurred 536.                     I placed a request 79964228 on 13 march to shift my connection to my updated address. I was informed from your customer representative next day that address is not serviceable for Airtel broadband services. I requested to close my connection immidately and refund my amount as I have paid 3 months advance rent while used the services for only one month.

                    After placing request 80315182 to close my connection I got atleast 5-7 confirmation calls to ask the same reason for cancelling my connection which was annoying. Why should I tell same thing to multiple people again and again!

                    On 22 march I received a call from your side that we will make the broadband connection available at your new location within a month and you won't be charged for one month. At this I said ok and they closed the request which I placed to close my connection.

                    Now, I called on 16 April to check the status on my broadband connection availability at new place, at this your customer representative had no information and he said no notes or such service request has been raised to cater my needs I.e. Making broadband available at my new place.

                    He gave me this email ID to share my concerns and ask for status..

                    I called on 20th April again and had discussion for around 30 minutes. I got a confirmation mail from their end that I will receive refund from their end which amounts to 2800. Even after I said multiple times to write the date from which date will be processed in an email but that wasn't done either.. I am mentally harassed with these multiple follow ups.

                              The past complaints raised are being addressed very late and after persistent follow-up by customer. Current service call has not been attended even after reminding several times. I have been billed even for the time that I could not use the broadband Internet because the complaints were attended after a week.
                              I demand refund and exemption for billing for the time I could not use the Internet because of delayed response from Airtel especially in view of the fact that I have had to take additional data on mobile network multiple times using smartbyte hoping the issue will be resolved soon.

                              With regard to the Airtel Complaint ID: 1550025

                              I am fed up with the service and lack of technical support from Airtel. Since the last complaint I raised I have been following up several times and yet the issue is not resolved.
                              The technical help that came today in response to the complaint I raised yesterday, was incapable of connecting simple wires in the building to restore Internet /WiFi connection to my home.

                              I am truly appalled with the consistently poor response from Airtel with regard to my complaints.

                                Respected sir,
                                I have taken written letter to Airtel store in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur-302021 for termination of my land line phone number[protected] and Broadband services, but no body was ready to receive the letter. They asked me to give my identity so I gave my Aadhar Card. This was very surprising that when you want connection they will do anything but when it comes to disconnection they are not ready to receive any request.
                                For past six days I am running around to get my services disconnection. I have received one call from Airtel but before I could speak the phone was disconnectioned.
                                I now don't know what to do with this situation.
                                Please ask Airtel to disconnect my Land line phone number[protected] and Broadband services.

                                    I have activated this fraud 349 rs so called 28 gb data plan on my number from this company 2 days back, since then it has been a constant source of frustration and helplessness for me, thier customer care is absolutely shameless and fraud. I am not at all getting data, let alone daily data 1gb data as they claimed. They make a mockery of customer services and utter shame on so called private companies which are supposed to be efficient and transparent, and height of shamelessness is their tagline, welcome to india s first open network. Even their online complaint site is not working, where are we supposed to complaint, can anybody tell here!

                                      I paid my bill on March 15th 2017 to reconnect my connection & provided them with transaction number & bill details. Till date it is not reconnected. every time i call they say it will be rectified within 72 hours. it is 39 days since i paid & i called more than 10 times & nothing is been done yet. they just call & lie each time.

                                        I am sunitha here i complaining about your customer care service.
                                        I got message about 399 offer so i took that offer but i am not getting net.
                                        O i called your customer care i said my issue they said to wait for 3 days i waited.
                                        Today when i called them again to know about my complaint as it did not resolve they are saying now that it works only in 4g phone and sim which is not mentioned in sms
                                        If any such kind of conditions they should mention in msg that otherwise how customer will know it
                                        It just to fool us thats it
