Airtel was cheating everyone in india before jio lunched and now also airtel is cheating by not keeping their promises.
On 15-april-2017, airtel has lunched 399 plan which has validity of 70 days. Today i recharged my airtel for 399 and the validity i got is only 28days??
How can they change the plan without any prior notice to the consumers??
But in the airtel home page still it is showing 56 days for 399 plan which i have not got this also??
What should i do, i have recharged for 399 plan thinking i don't have to spend any money for next 70 days, how can airtel do like this to their consumer??
Please do take an action because the promos which airtel made and breaking their promises without any notice?
If 10% of people in india has recharged for 399 and airtel doing such a fraud things, they have have earned a huge money, and then it will be converted as black money because airtel will show that they give such options facilities to the people but it is not.
I think they have earned hundreds of corer with this fraud cases and by their advertisement many people has ported to airtel network.
See how they are cheating people and making people to come behind airtel network..
How can this be justified??

Complaint marked as Resolved 1.Company should not change their plans without any prior notice to the consumer and when company introduces new plan atl st it has to stay for some month but this 399 plan is reomeved within 10days.
I want my money back, therefore I request you to kindly to provide me Rs.399 to my Airtel wallet account.
2. Company should not bring consumers by advertising it well and not keeping their promises as many people would have ported to Airtel just because of 399 plan and now there is no 399 plan which means Airtel has tried many people to bring to those network.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
