      Hello,

      I submitted a complaint of airtel related network & internet issue before 1-2 month ago but still i didn't get any solution from airtel. I am very disappointed with the lack of airtel services. Airtel provided very poor services to compare other connections. I would never want to join airtel now & i don't want to recommended to anyone.

            Respected Sir,
            I had been using an airtel dongle with connection number [protected] till January 2017. I paid all the due bills and requested the company to stop all services as I did not wish to continue. But I still receive at least 12 computer generated voice calls in a day, asking me to pay my due bills for February and March 2017. I am a busy person and all these calls are very disturbing in nature. This harassment needs to stop. I have not used the dongle in February and March and I have requested for the connection to be stopped multiple times.
            Please take necessary action immediately.

            This is regarding airtel prepaid# [protected]
            I am unable to send any SMSes. I have tried updating my Smsc number but no effect. Please resolve this issue at the earliest. My phone model is One Plus 3T
            My self chandradeep singh using airtel network since long time .I have changed my Plan on 19 jan2017 from 299 to infinity plan 549. but i m getting the bill of same amount and the airtel didnot provide the solution till date, i m totally fade up with there services.

              We have made a bill payment of our airtel landline connection on 26th March 2017 in which we have by mistakenly paid Rs.11091/- instead of Rs. 1091/-. So we requested for refund in which the airtel customer care asked to make a fresh payment of the bill of Rs.1091/- and send the mail and they will in return the whole amount of Rs. 11091/- within 3-4days. We had paid our bill with fresh payment but till now we have not received the refund amount of Rs. 11091/-.

              Again after repeatdly calling them for the refund i was asked to submit the bank statement for refunding the amount in www.airtel.in/refund website and told that the amount will be credited in 4 hours but no amount credited. Again and again i called them, and they telling that it will take some more days.And he told that it will be refunded in cheque. Some weeks back they asked to submit me the bank details for NEFT transfer and sometime they are telling they will pay through cheque. They are jsut playing with me and not refunding my amount. Mentally they are torturing. For refunding nowhere 2 months is required.

              No one is contacting and after i am calling they are just telling that we did'nt took the call. Till now I hane not received any refund amount through NEFT and Cheque or any other mode. No one has contacted us from their side and after calling they are telling that we didnt received their call. They are not calling and updating wrong information in their database. Please I am requesting you to help me out for getting back my money. I am have been mentally furstrated by them. I want compensation form them as this issue is since one and half month. I want my refund within 24 hours. Please help me out as I have sent mail since march 26th 2017 and till now no refund.

              Till now i have not received any cheque or NEFT transfer of my amount. I want cmpensation for this type of treatment. I just want my money back and for this i am struglling like anything since March 26th 2017. If you had to send checque, you have never called and confirmed my address and also why you have told that you will be doing NEFT transfer while i had conversation with your team. Within 24 hours i want my money back. Since last week i am listening that you have sent the cheque but nothing reached...This is getting too much and also no one is bothered about customer's money.

                  I have recharged my Airtel [protected] for Rs-399/-, as in Airtel My app it shows 56 days of validity and 1GBd data/day.

                  After the recharge i got the plan for only 30 days and data benefit of only 1.5 GB for 30 days.

                  This completely fraud and open loot. Somebody should take serious action for this open loot from airtel.

                  I call to customer care, the response was : Offer is withdrawn from Airtel.
                  If offer is withdrawn then why it is still available on My Airtel App?

                  It should be removed with an immediate effect in that case. Airtel is completing doing fraud business with customers.

                  There should be proper prior information to be provided.

                  If Airtel cannot provide the unlimited calls with 58 days of internet i.e. 1GB/day then i want refund for recharge done.

                  Customer care service is very worst, as they treat customers without their knowledge, and disconnect the calls.

                  I want this issue to be resolved at the earliest.

                  By the way there is no any contact from airtel regarding the issue raised here.
                  Really it is terrific response from airtel, as they do not case customers concerns except looting public money.
                  If they cannot able to compete then why do they offer such tariffs and then LOOT.

                      I am a airtel prepaid customer with number [protected]. I have been charged for VAS services like video pack, midnighmasala the services i never subscribed. I contacted the customer care & got the advice to sms STOP to 155223 & received the confirmation that the services are stopped. But again i am charged for the same services & on inquiry i am told that Airtel customer care can not help in this matter. Kindly look into the matter & resolve the issue at the earliest.

                        This 399 plan is for 70 days as they notified. But some websites showing it is for 56 days. But after recharge I got 28 days validity with totally 1GB net balance not 1GB per day. For this why I have to taken up this plan? I want clear solution for this or refund my 399.                             Incoming call not coming to my Airtel sim in roaming. It says no doesn't exist. However, I am able to make incoming calls. I have called customer care multiple times but they have not provided any solution. Really fed up with disappointing Airtel customer care. I am facing so much hardship as no one is able to call me.

                              I had a corporate account [protected] with airtel. Which I ported out in March 2017. At the time of porting out on 16th March 2017 I had mailed them asking total Outstanding amount and I had paid all the dues including un-billed amount as per their mail. Accordingly they have given clearance to port out. But now in May they have raised a bill of amount 502 rupees which seems a fraud.
                              Now these airtel guys are calling for payment. I explained them all the scenario but they are not responding.
                              I really appreciate your help in above matter.

                                I felt cheated and disappointed with the way Airtel handled my postpaid rental plan.

                                On 19th Apr 2017, i have received call from Airtel executive offering better postpaid plan to switch from Vodafone.
                                As my data usage is less they offered me Rs-399 per month rental plan, where Local, STD, roaming incoming and outgoing are free.

                                Airtel person came and collect documents along with money Rs 100. They said this 100 Rs will be adjusted in first month billing.

                                Once Airtel got activated got SMS saying my plan is RS-499 and outgoing roaming call will be charged. I reached out to executive she stopped picking calls. When i reached to customer care they say there is no 399 plan with outgoing roaming free. They didn't even correct the mistake of their executives, only they say SORRY.

                                I had similar plan with Vodafone, these guys are simply cheating and trapping customers to Port to Airtel.

                                Executives have switched off their mobiles. Such cheaters these executives are. Their Mobile numbers are +91-[protected] and +91-[protected].

                                Expecting Airtel to stand for the commitment given by their executives.

                                Hi I am Atul Veer.

                                I got a call from this number - +91-[protected] lady kept saying she is calling from Airtel Head office and kept selling me some plan; when I asked her how do I know that she is calling from Airtel - she disconnected. This is not even a professional behaviour so how can we expect them do deliver professional service.

                                Airtel please stop cheating people. I tried to port to Airtel twice for last two moths; nothing happened now I am not going to port to Airtel ever

                                Please be ware of cheats who call you pretending to be something they are not - always ask them to contact you from official numbers.

                                    I saw a advertisement for sms work/ Part time work in Airtel Company.
                                    I made a call to know regarding this oppurtunity at mob No. [protected] He ask me to deposit Rs. 1850.00 as a registration fees . I made payment Rs. 1850.00 through my SBI account No [protected] via net banking in the given account No of Nilesh sharma Of Account no o[censored]nion Bank of India by Acc No. [protected] with IFSC Code UBIN 0554332. After This I received Another Phone Call by new No that is [protected] to deposit Rs. 6500.00 as a insurance Amount in the above account of Nilesh Sharma I deposited Rs. 6500.00 also on same date 01/05/2017 . through my saving bank account of SBI. After this they are asking to deposit Rs. 8750.00 more as a cost of air ticket of airtel person to receive my product. initially when I made a call to query about this job work . the person who were talking to me he said that ihave to pay only Registration charges Rs.1850.00 except this nothing i have to pay but in two part they got my Rs. 8350.00( Rupees eight thousand three hundred fifty rupees.) in form of Rs.1850+ Rs.6500.00= Rs. 8350.00
                                    Sir I am very tiny earning now I could not bear this financial fraud please help me to recover my Rs 8350.00/= I would be obliged to you if I would be able to recover this amount from Account Of NILESH SHARMA (A/C NO O[censored]nion Bank India : [protected]) WITH (IFSC CODE UBIN0554332)

                                    This is Aditi - a resident of Lucknow - Uttar Pradesh.

                                    I saw a advertisement for sms work/ Part time work in Airtel Company in Amar Ujaala news paper

                                    Satyender Kumar, was the person when the given number (+91.[protected] and +91.[protected]) in the ad was dialled. He claimed that he represents Airtel.

                                    Satyendra asked me to deposit 1500 INR on his PNB A/c ([protected]). And also assured, after that a laptop will be handed over to start the work

                                    On 11th August, this amount was dully deposited in cash.

                                    Please note - the advertisement did not mention anything about 1500 rupees as the registration fee.

                                    Satyendra, was contacted after 1500 rupees were deposited. He demanded another 6500 rupees be deposited to get the laptop.

                                    May I please request you to look into this and help me. I do not have great financial support hence this request
                                    I would be obliged if you can recover this amount from Account Of Stayendra PNB A/c ([protected])

                                        I used to have this airtel prepaid number [protected]. I havnt used this number since last 4-5 months. Today i inserted sim its showing network but emergency calls only. While calling that number its saying out of coverage area. Most of my accounts (Bank and other) are registered with this mobile number. I need this number direly. I contacted airtel customer care and airtel store but they said they cant help it. Plz need help for this. Thanks
