I felt cheated and disappointed with the way Airtel handled my postpaid rental plan.
On 19th Apr 2017, i have received call from Airtel executive offering better postpaid plan to switch from Vodafone.
As my data usage is less they offered me Rs-399 per month rental plan, where Local, STD, roaming incoming and outgoing are free.
Airtel person came and collect documents along with money Rs 100. They said this 100 Rs will be adjusted in first month billing.
Once Airtel got activated got SMS saying my plan is RS-499 and outgoing roaming call will be charged. I reached out to executive she stopped picking calls. When i reached to customer care they say there is no 399 plan with outgoing roaming free. They didn't even correct the mistake of their executives, only they say SORRY.
I had similar plan with Vodafone, these guys are simply cheating and trapping customers to Port to Airtel.
Executives have switched off their mobiles. Such cheaters these executives are. Their Mobile numbers are +91-[protected] and +91-[protected].
Expecting Airtel to stand for the commitment given by their executives.

This is regarding airtel prepaid# [protected]
I am unable to send any SMSes. I have tried updating my Smsc number but no effect. Please resolve this issue at the earliest. My phone model is One Plus 3T
