    Hi,

    I had been communicated regarding the 10GB per month of data for next three months as surprise offer. The validity of this offer is till 30th April. But today when I open 'my app', I could find that banner highlighting this offer, while it was there a couple of days back.
    I tried calling customer care, but they didn't provide any solution or reason for this.

      I have shifted from bsnl to airtel as post paid customer due to network problems last year. For the last 48 hours i am getting no service signal and on few occasions weak signal with wodafone shown against signal. Neither i am able to make calls nor receive calls. The shifting of location results in service availability. I being a 100% disabled had to sent the iphone mobile through some body outside.         This is Manas here. My Airtel No. [protected]. I am using this SIM more than six months. On 27th of April my phone no is not working. When I spoke with Airtel customer care they said SIM blocked because of I am not using this no. last 90 days.

        I am attaching the screen shots of SMS that I received from Airtel recharged Rs. 349 on 20th of April. My SIM blocked on 27th Of April. Why my SIM is blocked?

        Airtel customer care also advise go to any nearest Airtel store to get duplicate SIM. When I ask for duplicate SIM at Airtel store they said SIM is dead. So they can not provide new SIM.

        You tell what should I do now?

          Recently Airtel is advertised some big words "4G network", "fastest network" blah, blah, blah.

          But in reality airtel is getting worst day by day. Earlier my phone was working on atleast 3g. But after this Airtel 4g my phone is working on EDGE or GSM. When i filled a complaint, every one says its tower issue. But no one resolves it. When i checked by myself the illegal airtel towers were removed from our area.

          So the Airtel has just only changed the text of network to 4G on some phones they have not done anything rather then advertising. Airtel does not know the standards of 4G.

            Airtel is one of the bad network they cheating and earnings money and blackmailing by cutting the service in my family we are 7 members using airtel network and also broadband monthly we billing rs 4000 to 5000 now you airtel need to remove my all late fee which u got from my knowledge then i will pay the bill else all of them going to change the network to jio .

If i rang this number with my airtel number i receive the message saying that ' this number does not exit" i have also tried from other airtel number which i am having also get the same message.
              I have visited your airtel service center at udupi they are not able to solve the problem.
              Please look in to the matter and solve the problem.

                  Airtel offered me 200 ripped discount on my plan 499 as most of them gong to jio.i stayed back with airtel now they are saying it's not like that .so u cheated the customers in a cheap way once a given word of 6 months offer should not be taken back this is not good for a big network like ths

                      To service team,

                      This is anukrity varshney, having airtel prepaid connection no. [protected]. I lost my sim yesterday while changing the mobile case. hence, I request the Airtel team to please BLOCK this Sim card as soon as possible.

                      Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid SIM card (if possible, with the balance amount from my previous SIM). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

                                  I have taken Airtel broadband connection (account number [protected]) in Oct 2016 after paying 3 months advance rental of Rs. 4304. After 1 month they generated bill, I raised complaint (ref no.[protected] and they promised to adjust the advance paid in the bill but kept on generating the bills for 2nd and 3rd month. I called customer care multiple times but they are completely useless and kept saying they cannot track my payment even after sending the advance bill paid receipt. I finally cancelled the connection after 3 months. Now their legal team is threatening me to pay or they send court notice.
                                  Really pathetic service from airtel that customers have to go through this kind of treatment after paying ADVANCE rental. I hope they wake up at least now or else I will have no option but to complain the consumer forum.

                                      I am using airtel post paid connection from 1 year and the no ([protected]) was activated in march-2016 and they have barred my number april -27-2017.
                                      Due to incomplete documents.

                                      If i have not submitted proper documents how it got activated first time.
                                      I have called customer care and nodal officer but no proper response and wrong information providing.

                                        I have Airtel Broadband connection in the name of hotel city palace, Raipur location, my landline number is [protected] and i want to change my bill plan 999/- + tax but as the airtel customer care asked me to send a mail on [protected]@in.airtel.com but i didn't get any response from that side my request to change for bill plan change so kindly help for the same ...
