I am to state that there is one website by name jokerquiz.com saying that they are conducting quiz competitions and offering iphone as prize The prize winners have to pay an amount of Rs.349/- through the mobile and they were using only airtel and vodafone numbers for their scandal. Hence I kindly request to control this. Otherwise, the name of your concern will be affected because it has an impact that you are also a silent partner in this scandal. Please take speedy action which will save the amount of poor and innocent people.

      My airtel Digital TV account number is [protected] and my registered mobile number is [protected].I have 03 airtel mobile number (02 postpaid & 01 prepaid). I am using the airtel services from last 07 years. In DTH services they are cheating their customers by deducting of Rs15 per month as IMF charges. From last 04 years they are doing this kind of dirty tricks with their customers like me & now they deduct Rs 200 PM by changing my pack without my consent.
      Please refund my money: Rs720+200=Rs920 otherwise I have more options.

        This is to inform you that my land line connection with Broad Band service no is +9133400**308 and using for quite a considerable period. From a substancial
        time I did not get incoming calls well as Broad Band connections was not available.
        To day ie, on 30th April 2017 made a call from this land line to my mobile phone and astonished to note that call came from [protected] which is completely a separate number altogether. Immediately I have contacted AIRTEL customer complain centre 121 from my land phone land phone and explained the issue. AIRTEL is requested conduct detail enquiry and inform me immediately because some one might using my number in connivence with Airtel people for some malafied intention for which I should not be held responsible. My original number still receiving calls. I am not sure who else is using Broad Band connection in this number. True caller identified the new number as Cc2.

        Airtel consumer complain NO 121 told complain no as[protected] dated 30/04/2017.apart from that I have mailed my complain to [protected]@in.airtel.com with details of contact numbers etc.Nothing ave been done so far.

          I dial *121# and i received best plan from airtel.. I select 399 plan.. Plan only mentioned unlimited call and 1 gb data per day till 56 day.. Bt i cant use my plan. I complained in 198 customer care services.. Bt services are too bad.. They can't take any solution for me.. Airtel said this plan is only for 4g mobile.. Bt *121# dial time they dont mentioned this plan is only applicable for 4g.. Nd i have 3g mobile. My airtel no is [protected]

              My self srinu kuram. I am using airtel (Odisha) ph. No-[protected] from last 8mnth. Before this i used this number as airtel andhrapradesh around 3yrs.
              Recently my number was deactivated without proper reason and i went to airtel office for the reason of reactivation and the reason given by airtel executive is zero usage. But i was continuously using and recharging this number. For evidences plz see attachements. Then how they can deactivate my number without intimation and proper reason.
              I have contacted airtel andhra & odisha customer care several times but they simply said we don't have any details about your prepaid number so we cannot do anything like that. But i have submitted all kyc documents while taking simcard. Please take corrective action on it.

                  For the last week my calls have been dropping, often I can't make calls, and whoever tries to call me is told I am unreachable. I have put my SIM in various different phones but the problem persists.
                  I have complained to Airtel but nothing has been done. How can such a huge company not be able to keep up their most basic service??!!! Such cheats.
                  They have caused me major inconvenience, and I am now ready to change services. But I will not go down without a fight.
                  Fix this problem Airtel or stop claiming you're the biggest and the best. Such a shame. My name is Teesta Guha Sarkar. Do your research, find my number and solve the problem.

                    The network is very week when we call to another no the call disconnect automatically and the call sound is also not lissson or hear to me please soon the network problem be short out

                    I also port my no. Few days after this type of camplaint not to be short out i will change my airtel no. To another campany after 100 days.

                    Orry to says airtel is also not so good campany as the adversisement ask

                        Airtel was cheating everyone in india before jio lunched and now also airtel is cheating by not keeping their promises.

                        On 24-april-2017, airtel has lunched 399 plan which has validity of 70 days. Today i recharged my airtel i.e [protected]for 399 and the validity i got is only 28days??

                        How can they change the plan without any prior notice to the consumers??

                        But in the airtel home page still it is showing 56 days for 399 plan which i have not got this also??

                        What should i do, i have recharged for 399 plan thinking i don't have to spend any money for next 70 days, how can airtel do like this to their consumer??

                        Please do take an action because the promos which airtel made and breaking their promises without any notice?

                        If 10% of people in india has recharged for 399 and airtel doing such a fraud things, they have have earned a huge money, and then it will be converted as black money because airtel will show that they give such options facilities to the people but it is not.

                        I think they have earned hundreds of corer with this fraud cases and by their advertisement many people has ported to airtel network.

                        See how they are cheating people and making people to come behind airtel network..

                        How can this be justified??

                        Helllo...I HV same complaint against airtel regarding 399 plan..first dey HV given it for 70 days and suddenly plan WS ovr in 28 days...so I went to airtel store and tlkd wid der representative some how dey explained me it is just for 28 days and hence forth 399 RS for 70 days vl b activated for me..again I did tht recharge and scheme got activated for 28 days...I calld to customer care and dey told dey vl extend it till 70 days...airtel is cheating upon people

                          I am not getting 4G network on my number I have recharged my number on 21 April 2017 of rupees 244 for 70GB 70 days 1GB parday at that time i called airtel costumer they told me to upgrade my 4G SIM again and I got a new SIM but after some time for last friday night 28, April 2017 i called airtel costumer care then I went to airtel store they told me to clean up the SIM and try but still problem was the still there after that I again called airtel costumer care he told me that you have used your 1Gb so you are unable to used 4G on 29 April 2017 they are telling thet airtel 4G is working in your location and it is in good condition but on 30 April 2017 morning they are telling that there is no 4G network in my area it is clear that airtel Tellicom company is doing fake tv add thet shows that airtel 4G network is better than else
                          Please resolve my problem as soon as possible

                          Yesterday 1/5/17 i got a call from airtel number [protected], he told me to switch off my handset after 30min and and then start it and you will get the 4g network but after getting 4g network it again stopped at 11:30 pm from that time till 11:30am i was unable to receive 4g network

                            I have recharged 349 for [protected] which gave me 1gb/ day for 28 days with unlimited calling. This was exclusively for 1 year. Validity expired on 29/4/17 and when I tried to recharge again it was not showing. Secondly, app offered 4gb for 28 days on recharge of 147 and when I recharged it though it deducted and showed successfull recharge, data was showing as only 1gb for 7 days. Thirdly, on recharge of 97 exclusively on the app which gave 400 local minutes for 28 days, on recharge it is showing just for 7 days. It this some kind of joke. Kindly resolve.

                              Dear sir

                              Few days back i have applied for portability from vodafone to airtel. On the same day i got call from vodafone and the executive was insisting me to cancel the port request and offered me rs 549 plan. I agreed with him and asked him to activate the plan and cancelling porting request. And same plan has been activated on my number. Still i was getting frequent call from airtel. I told airtel customer executive several time that i don't want to port and cancel my request. The same i had informed to vodafone customer executive (I also have the copy of email) and they told me that they have cancelled the porting request. Now today my vodafone network was suddenly gone and got the message from airtel that my airtel sim got activated. What kind of fraud from airtel is this. How can they forcefully port my number when i already denied for same.

                              Hi requested for porting my number to Airtel from Vodafone. According to the message from Airtel the SIM was supposed to be activated last night (March 14) at 11:30 PM.

                              Around 10:30 the network on my Vodafone SIM went off & I inserted the Airtel SIM. The network appeared for a min & disappeared. I have called customer care twice - once they said wait for 3 hours. The second time they said change your handset. I tried putting the SIM into another phone but that didn’t work either.

                                    My mother always uses to recharge for the next month's data pack before the previous months data pack would get over so that the left over data can be carry forwarded. She did the same thing yesterday but airtel didn't do so and she lost 1.5 GB data worth Rs.300 and after calling customer care they said they cannot do anything about it. No wonder Airtel is falling down. So not customer friendly.

                                      A mobile no. registered on WhatsApp [protected] is disturbing my family members and chat with them by telling a fake identity of my family members and chats vulgarly. He copies the details and chats with another in such a way that he is one of our family members and gives a fake identity of one of family member and shares information. He is a threat to my whole family. Please check the phone number and kindly find who is this person. It can be a threat to nation too. Someone is intruding into our personal lives, please check the number as soon as possible.

                                        I am arunkmar g pandit using airtel sim [protected] from almost 5 years, recently i opted for unlimited calls plan of rs 349, it worked for 3 days and again started to charge normal rates, i once talked to costumer executive but he gave wrong number to enquire.
                                        I want justice to my money so i request you to continue the plan service to prescribed period, or else stop giving adds about the plan and i will quite airtel very happily for its worst service and money making stratagy.
