I've a Airtel 4g sim but the sim is not working.it says out of service.the number backside of the sim is[protected]U.please help me ...I'm worrying about it...I can't even place a call...I'm living in India, Tamil Nadu, ramanathapuram, paramakudi.i will hope to see you will resolve this problem. .

    My mother always uses to recharge for the next month's data pack before the previous months data pack would get over so that the left over data can be carry forwarded. She did the same thing yesterday but airtel didn't do so and she lost 1.5 GB data worth Rs.300 and after calling customer care they said they cannot do anything about it. No wonder Airtel is falling down. So not customer friendly.

      Hello sir,

      A mobile no. registered on WhatsApp [protected] is disturbing my family members and chat with them by telling a fake identity of my family members and chats vulgarly. He copies the details and chats with another in such a way that he is one of our family members and gives a fake identity of one of family member and shares information. He is a threat to my whole family. Please check the phone number and kindly find who is this person. It can be a threat to nation too. Someone is intruding into our personal lives, please check the number as soon as possible.

        I am arunkmar g pandit using airtel sim [protected] from almost 5 years, recently i opted for unlimited calls plan of rs 349, it worked for 3 days and again started to charge normal rates, i once talked to costumer executive but he gave wrong number to enquire.
        I want justice to my money so i request you to continue the plan service to prescribed period, or else stop giving adds about the plan and i will quite airtel very happily for its worst service and money making stratagy.

          Airtel customer care,

          On 14th april 2017, i've applied for my new broadband connection at my house.
          The salesman (Shankar) assured me that i will get a connection within 24hours (But i got after 4days).
          He took installation charges of rs 500. (Cheque on the name of bharati airtel). He assured me that i will get a landline phone along with my connection.
          On 18th april 2017, your men (Gaurav) from installation department came to install connection at my house.

          To my utter surprise, i was informed by him that: -

          1. I won't get my landline phone since the sales team hasn't passed the
          Request.
          2. I will get a speed of 2mbps instead of getting 16mbps since the
          Sales team has directed to do so. (That also only when i enquired
          After running a speed test on my mobile).

          The very next day i dialled 121 from my no. And i was assured that the problem will be fixed by 22nd april 2017.

          Even on 28th april, it wasn't resolved, and it kept on showing that my complaint was open.

          I called shankar several times, and he also kept on saying that i will receive my phone on next day (Every time).

          For the speed, he said that only 2mbps was feasible in my area.
          That"s not true! My freind is getting a speed of around 8-10mbps!!!

          You have published false advertisements claiming of providing 16mbps speed at my locality. You haven't informed even during the time of registration that i will get only 2mbps!

          Either you provide me
          -with the instruments (Landline phone) within a fixed date
          -and install a speed of 16mbps (Because i am paying you for that!
          There is no excuse of feasibility, you are charging me, so it's
          Your duty to make it feasible), and if you can't then don't charge me
          Full amount
          Or have me a disconnection with full refund.

          Airtel is the costliest service provider in my area, still, i chose it because of its service they provide, which they yet failed to provide!
          Even my previous service provider was providing me with a better service!

          I've received your call on 9th May 2017, stating that I will receive my instruments within one week.

          May I inform you, that it has been more than 10 days but I have still not received my instruments. Plus, I haven't received any notification about the same.

          Kindly look into the matter and take strict actions against the sales team, which was responsible for providing me the necessities.

          Kindly assure me a fixed time by which I will receive my gadget. Or otherwise make me a refund of my Rs. 500 which you took as installation charges.

          It's been more than a month since I've had a connection from Airtel. Still I haven't received any instruments.
          Even my speed plan hasn't been changed. I am still getting a speed of 2Mbps instead of 16Mbps.
          I've even tried to contact ​through Airtel presence, but still didn't received any replies.
          This is pathetic! It looks that airtel even don't take complaints seriously.

                  I had applied for the change of ownership. Address verification was carried out sucessfully on 25th April, 2017 for which a text mes was recieved by me. I had been visiting AIRTEL Store, Sector 35, Chandigarh for the updates and being attended by Ms. Shikha. She without refereing or checking the status used to inform that the ORDER has not been generated. I contacted customer service number, who was very cooperative in checking through the problem that child numbers were attached though not in use.

                  Today was my 4th visit to the store for this purpose when I was surprised to note that Ms. Shikha could't recollect that I had been visiting her for many days.

                  The Manager informed that Ms. Shikha did't follow, however, she was supposed to update the status and had been negligent.The proceedure have been restarted today with getting my documents again without giving any time line for accomplishing the work.

                  If the customers have to call the customer service number and every time required to spend 20-30 minutes for resolving the issues, WHAT IS THE NEED OF RUNNING OFFICE/STORES LIKE SECTOR 35, CHANDIGARH.

                      My customer id for airtel dth is [protected]. I had recharged for cbs channels way back in jan 2012, after a year or so airtel discontinued the channel but still charging me the top up done for these channels every month.
                      How come you can charge for the channel which you only discontinued and that too from such a long time, when i spoke with the customer care guy they told me sir you should have informed us earlier so that we should not have charged you, after explaining it to him that you are not showing that channel no more on airtel digital tv so you should not charge it how come a subscriber will tell you that you discontinued the channel then wave off the charges.

                      Isnt it very basic that if you are discontinuing the channel from your viewing list then you should even drop the charge of top up of that particular channel.

                        I wanted to get it converted my SIM from prepaid to CUG postpaid as I m working in max hospital. The person who comes for promotion of Airtel provided me SIM but from past 15 days I m made to run behind them for networks as the SIM is not active till now. I was feeling that I should not have converted the SIM. Finally the reply I got from customer care is that u may get the complaint done via Airtel site as we are not getting as response from backened regarding your SIM. If I have taken the SIM of your network than u should provide me your services neither diverting me here and there. I m very disappointed as I m using other two numbers of Airtel so I have a trust on your network but it seems you people really don't care about your customers.                               Hai sir /mam,
                              I had a postpaid mywifi modem connection which i took when i was working at hpe. I took it from a offer at capegemini and the offer was for rs 500 wifi modem with sim. And was 7 months i used and i resigned the job on the next month itself i closes the airtel account i called the postpaid team to give back the modem, and i go to airtel store at banaswadi to give back the modem they told no need to give back, i never got mail for the amount due still now in my mail id. Today morning i got a call from airtel regarding ur outstanding amount is 4000. I called the airtel postpaid team they informed me that airtel has charged me the amount for wi-fi modem. When i took the modem the offer was for rs 500 corporates u will get modem plus connection. And how airtel can take the modem fee. And the bill amount 4000. Am requesting u to help me in this case. If not then i have 3 airtel numbers.. My concern is that how can airtel cheat peoples like this. Airtel people told for rs 500 u will get modem. And now u are charging me 4000. The last day when i closed this prepaid i went to nearby airtel store to give the modem its not my mistake please take this modem from me i don't want. Concerned postpaid number is [protected]. Expecting positive and fast response from u sir /mam.

                                  I had been communicated regarding the 10GB per month of data for next three months as surprise offer. The validity of this offer is till 30th April. But today when I open 'my app', I could find that banner highlighting this offer, while it was there a couple of days back.

                                    I have shifted from bsnl to airtel as post paid customer due to network problems last year. For the last 48 hours i am getting no service signal and on few occasions weak signal with wodafone shown against signal. Neither i am able to make calls nor receive calls.                                       This is Manas here. My Airtel No. [protected]. I am using this SIM more than six months. On 27th of April my phone no is not working. When I spoke with Airtel customer care they said SIM blocked because of I am not using this no. last 90 days.

                                      I am attaching the screen shots of SMS that I received from Airtel recharged Rs. 349 on 20th of April. My SIM blocked on 27th Of April. Why my SIM is blocked?

                                      Airtel customer care also advise go to any nearest Airtel store to get duplicate SIM. When I ask for duplicate SIM at Airtel store they said SIM is dead. So they can not provide new SIM.
