My balance was 107/- and later when i checked it showing 97/-, upon calling cus care, i came to know i had called to another number and talked for 10/-,
I want to tell you, have dual sim phone and i called to another number of same phone just to check call divert facility activated or not, total time recorded was 58 seconds, and balance deducted was 10/- also that call didnot even start, how can i connect to my own number,
The customer care whom i interacted was worst in service, he dont know how to talk to people.
Resolve my issue ASAP, its not issue of 10/- but loot that Airtel company has started, this is the reason why lots of people switching to other sim.
