We have recharge our mobile no.-[protected] two times as on 29.11.2015 from retailer through easy recharge of Rs. 100/- but on 02.11.2015 company has deducted Rs. 100/- saying that by technical default your account has credited two times which is now debited from your account.

      I have a messaging issue on my airtel prepaid connection and i have done a sms topup and now messages are not going.. its ok problems will come but there is no way to contact support exe on 121 or 198 or any other.. IVR has few instructions in which SMS related nothing is available.. i didnt expect something like this from AIRTEL...

        I had lodged a complaint stating that "Sir, my mobile number is [protected]. It is inform that when ever i top up the mobile for recharge, the amount vanishes within a day even after not using my mobile phone. so, nearly 4 times it had occurred and now a days i am not able to top up the mobile. kindly look into it and find a permanent solution in this regard. with regards, venkatesan, [protected]" Airtel Complaint Status Update [ID: 1181293] Even on 07/12/2015 I had topped for Rs.66 and the amount vanished and still now my complaint was not solved by the poor performer customer care.

            Just wanted to bring your attention towards my problem that in recent time with your customer care, nodal officers appellate team service is very worst I have an AIRTEL postpaid number [protected] ( add-on) corporate connection from 2011. On 1st August I went to my nearest airtel relationship center in New Thippasadra Branch ( Bangalore ) for to raise a request for Migration from Postpaid to Prepaid.. before that, I have cleared all my outstanding amount in the same premises as advised by CSR I have submitted all my supporting documents along with photo signatures, but they don't help me to converting this postpaid number to prepaid since August-2015. After 2 week later I had contact to Customer Care, Nodal Appellate Team for quick response and resolution. but they told me that if I want to continue my connection Once again I need to re-submit my photo id of address prof, after I submitting them along with my original verification of my voter id and pan id and as well as photo copy of this document they told me it will be activated with in 24 hours.. There after there is no Progression till date, In fact I have re-visited Airtel Showroom in Manatha Tech Park, helpless guys told me that they dont have applications in store to take this request... I have litteraly disappointed after 3 months again now... I request you to take immediate action against the individual or team or center with whom I have wasted my 3 months’ time. Kindly note i have made 65 calls to Customer Care, Nodal Appellate till now. I would appreciate if someone could look into the matter bit seriously and do the needful on priority as it’s forcing me to take up this issue to the next level.

              [protected] which was ported from BSNL to AirTel POSTPAID. The result SIM is not working due to some technical issue at AirTel. We are facing same issue for a week then they were activated. After 3days of activation again they were stopped without any intimation for converting into AirTel prepaid. The final result is SIM is not working. We are loosing many of the important calls because of AirTel. I'm doing business so I lost many important calls. Hence kindly activate my SIM.

                Sir, I want to draw your kind attention, that, on dt.01.12.2015, my data balance was 530 mb & talk time was Rs.270. Due to validity period I had recharged a data pack of Rs.275. Next day I found my entire data pack along with talk time vanished. On dt. 05.12.2015, again I had recharged Data pack of Rs.275 and talk time of Rs 130. The next day i.e. 06.12.2015, again it had vanished. Now I ask the customer care executive SUMONA GHOSH for the above matter. She had no intention of solving the problem and started to argue with me and unable to reply about the vanished data and talk time. Now my humble request is that may I know on what ground my above data and talk time vanished. For your further information I am using this mobile no. along with data from the beginning day of 4G, and the consumption of data always remained below 500mb. Please tell me shall I continue AIRTEL or else? In this regards please literate the customer care executive like SUMONA GHOSH so that a genuine customer may not be harassed and know the details o[censored]sage of data. Needless to say as a good business gesture, again I have recharged Rs.275 on dt. 07.12.2015. Hope and trust your good-self will look into the matter and return back the talk time and data pack. Awaiting for your early action and reply.

                  I, Hari Babu Makkena of your Customer since 18 years, recently on[protected] at 7:02 PM I recharged mobile data for Rs.169/- for 1GB 3G data for 28 days based on your message, and Transaction ID is [protected]. But unfortunately, after recharged the data the message has been come as 650 MB Data for 14 days, immediately I asked your retailer, but he was not properly answered to me. Everyday after disconnected the data the message was come as your data validity expire date is[protected]. On[protected] one message was come your company "Mee data pack validity expire ayyindi ippudu usageki main a/c nundi charge cheyyabadutundi". Based on your message I was data recharged for Rs.169/- 1GB 3G data for 28 days, but the data was not come 650 MB instead of 1 GB for 28 days. I think your company was cheated me in this regard. Please rectify my problem immediately, if you are not rectify my problem, i will take legal action against your company and I will complaint at TRAI against your company. All the verifications are done and the message I got said like my number is going to be activated in 24hrs and after 24hrs the message says documents are not validated please contact support. This happened for me 4 times. Every time your retail people say, "choose a new number we will activate it". But its not happening.                       I have a airtel dth connection I noted that I was charged extra for the past few months. When I checked with the customer care they told that there are two active connections in my name. I have never requested to create two connections so far. I am charged unnecessarily for the months may till december. I have made multiple complaints to disconnect one connection and reimburse the money which was charged extra. I had around 650 rupees in my dth account at that time Following are the complaint nos: 48422122, 48435385. I was expecting a reimbursement but I was astonished when I checked my airtel dth account, now my customer id has changed and now my account balance is -18. When I checked with customer care people again and again they made me wait for 10 minutes and then they disconnect my call. This happened for 3 times finally after telling them all the history to all the people they reroute they are asking me to check with my bank account. I have following questions: 1. What happened to the account balance ? It was 650 at the time I made complaint 2. Do I have one account instead of two? Customer care people are still telling me that there are two connections active. 3. How the second connections was created without my consent? 4. Why I am not eligible for reimbursement? If I am not answered I will be disconnecting all my airtel connection[dth, 2 post paid sims, 1 internet connection] My old customer id is : [protected], new customer id : [protected]

                        My bill for last billing cycle, bill dated 6/12/2015 should not be more than Rs.450, however it is Rs.1000+, I need it to be resolved, cause I'm not paying for what I did not use. My monthly plan is of Rs. 299, and above that I did a 3g top up of Rs.80, so even if the tax is included, it shouldn't be more than 450.

                          I have spent enough time and energy writing to customer care and on social marketing accounts of Airtel, even to the airtel money grievance team, but no one removed the block yet. Its almost 1 month now. Very frustrating. And very saddening! The sim card belongs to me, the wallet is in my name, however they have blocked the debiting facility of my airtel money wallet on [protected]. They say i have to send them the bank statement of the person who sent me the last cash load. Now is it even a valid logic? I have sent my POI and POA and even my picture, to prove that am the rightful person using the wallet. Even the sim card is in my name. This is just a lame excuse to seize the money on any pretext. If a person sends me any money, i cant ask her back to send me her updated bank account statement as these documents are very sensitive and confidential in nature. If airtel got an issue with any particular transaction that happened in the account, i have told them to deduct the amount for that particular transaction and give me back the rest of the amount. Even though it is never my fault as i cant filter the credit card and debit card of other people, and i dont think RBI restricts receiving cash gifts from others. So people who are reading this my 2 cents advice is NEVER to use Airtel Money. I have been using their services for more than 2 years now, but this is what i get this time. Cheated 6500 from me. And never cared to refund a cent even. BEWARE CONSUMERS, WE DONT DESERVE TO BE CHEATED! Dont fall for all these airtel money wallet fradulent schemes.

                          Mr Arora, i have already mailed your Airtel presence department 2 days back, but never got any reply. Either refund the money in a day or two or else i will have to file a complaint on consumer court and RTI against Airtel Money. You cannot just withhold money of innocent people like me, who submitted every documents of verification. If you have any issues with a particular txn, you can deduct the amount and give me back the rest, which you still did not do! I have been a loyal customer of your money services for over 2 years now, but this is really shocking!

                          I would be glad if you dont call me when you cannot resolve the issue. I will be obliged to take legal steps if you want so from your end by non-cooperation.

                            My balance was 107/- and later when i checked it showing 97/-, upon calling cus care, i came to know i had called to another number and talked for 10/-, I want to tell you, have dual sim phone and i called to another number of same phone just to check call divert facility activated or not, total time recorded was 58 seconds, and balance deducted was 10/- also that call didnot even start, how can i connect to my own number, The customer care whom i interacted was worst in service, he dont know how to talk to people. Resolve my issue ASAP, its not issue of 10/- but loot that Airtel company has started, this is the reason why lots of people switching to other sim.

                              Dear Sir/Madam I, Preeti Kumari, from new jalpaigudi district, W.Bengal and using the sim of Airtel from several years. Since, i am lawyer by profession so, few days before i shifted to Delhi for my professional growth, subsequently i have applied for the portability of number in Airtel, Delhi NCR, i have approximately 200 ₹ balance in that account and airtel store's personnels have said that the balance is transferred to newly ported number since, service provider is not changed irrespective of the state. Unfortunately, i did not get my earlier balance and only got new balance which was committed by airtel store at the time of filing of application. I have already registered my complain at customer care but they are not co-operating and saying contact with airtel store and airtel store personnels are saying contact at customer care, i never seen this kind of deficiency in service this is totally shifting of responsibility. Kindly take up this complain on urgent basis and resolve this issue immediately, otherwise, i will go for a civil suit aginst the Airtel services. Thanking You.                                 Hello team Airtel, I raised a complaint to [protected]@airtel on 27Nov2015 that my internet connection is not working and this issue was supposed to resolve in 48 hours. I live in HSR Sector 2. I call the 121 after 3 -4 days and surprised to heat that my issue has resolved "Our records indicates that, as per the reference number 61988598 the issue has been resolved" I am still facing the same issue. I escalated it to L3 and they told me the issue will resolve in 24 hours. It has been more than 48 hours but all in vein. Attached are the emails. Please do the needful. Regards, Jitendra

                                  Hello I have some unexpected complaint for your airtel. I start from beginning On last friday Am using some other network broadband, same day your sale executive (shyam) meet me and tell airtel specification to me, he told he that airtel is cities best network providing good broadband services too, now you can say that he manipulated me and convinced me to switch over airtel. On sunday I gave him all my related documents to your sale executive (shyam), on (16 november)Monday I received my fixedline account number-[protected] and installation order number that was 45781114, same time I make a call to your sale executive ( shyam ) for just informing him that I had received this related information for my new connection, but that was the time when I was shocked to hear this from your sales executive (shyam), he just told me that this installation order number doesn't have any scene atall, I told him that this was mention in the text message that my connection was install in 3 working days, but he continously refuses my word even that he told he that he was the person who make my connection installed no other man can do my connection without his permission even for this he told me to give him additional 500 amount, then after ny connection get install, if I will not give this 500 amount to him, he dont allow any technician person to make my connection installed. For this scenario I complaint on your customers care even I went to your airtel store, but still its all about 4-5 working days am not having any proper response from your side even now your sales executive ( shyam ) was refusing to any commitment that he made to me. I dont know how you people are going to launch airtel 4g even your broadband, customers care executive, sale executive, technician's are like this, they all are just manipulate customer and ask for additional amount to pay.                                       My Number is [protected]. I ported from Tata Docomo to Airtel. My Fone is brand new & Latest. It hasnt shown any problem with docomo. But when i ported to Airtel due to 4G, there was not any outgoing calls. No problem with SMS, incoming calls. Then i replaced the sim and the problem worsens. I cant call even with selecting 2G, 3G, 4g options. Sometimes it works with 3G option, but now continuously not workng. I can recieve calls, sms, do sms, but not any outgoing call. I dont think it is that serious problem that company like Airtel cant resolve... or just lazy behaviour even with a person like me who has 4 Airtel D2H connections and 5 Airtel Mobile connections in the family

                                        Airtel number [protected]. My number[protected], I complained about 10GB plan Unlimited which I choose while taking this connection. After 10GB, I am not able access the network, So I stared complaining this issue. Once 10GB is Over as per the unlimited plan I should get normal speed instead of high speed, which I never got. After complaining this Customer support started providing 1GB 2 gb pack free saying this will be resolved soon. After this I was informed like some technical issues, server issues. Later suggested with same plan you will get 15GB same charges will be applied for next few months(but I never thought plan will be changed at backend by you support guys) So lot of conversion happened me and customer support and technical staff also from airtel..

                                        One of the mail am pasting here

                                        I have the bills as proof, which states 999 – 10gb plan as unlimited, which I never got data after 10GB, when I started complaining this, Airtel customer support provided 1 or 2 gb pack free conveying issue will be resolved soon, further when I found there is no resolution of my complaint, I complaint again on this issue, but plan was changed without properly confirming me, saying with same bill u will get 15gb for few months
                                        And also get 2g or 3g normal speed after data pack of high speed.
                                        later at backend plan was changed without confirming me.

                                        Even lot of mail proofs available to take this issue further.

                                        There is no use I didn't my issue resolved, written many mails regarding this but of no use.
                                        Being Airtel biggest network, I never thought I will be cheated in this manner,
                                        I request send your sales person and collect 4g device with having Airtel name on that which i purchased for Airtel point in Bangalore. I am ready to give it for free, as I am not using. Its totally waste of buying Airtel 4g devices for Airtel point and regarding the service its really pathetic.
