I am in outstation & i am continuously recharging phone with talk time. But after every recharge within few hours balance is reducing to zero. My prepaid mobile no is [protected]. The reason given by customer care is switching on data connection without data balance. I have recharged my phone with Rs 164/ & amt recovered for switching on data network is only 49/-. Hence i request to refund Rs 115/- to my account.Due to this problem i am not able to remain in touch with my family.

    I have been using 4g service from quite long time in Gurgaon, but, unfortunately despite recharging for 4g data I am not getting the speed, even in most of the cases its become difficult to open a simple google site. The speed I am getting as low as 0.01k/s while using internet and abruptly site abandoned, though, occasionally its work fine but its only out of 100 attempts. It was also quite surprised while I have short visit to Dehradun (Near Kalka Mandir), where, even I am not able to use the internet service whereas from second sim from another operator was working fine.       I have requested for an MNP from Vodafone to airtel as to get better connectivity, but instead of getting any services from them, they cant activate my number, and on repetitive follow up, each n every time, i heard the same thing, that please wait for 6 hr, when its already 48 hrs past, still my number is not yet been activated . on escalating this issue to higher authority, their response is further disappointing as they told me that my tele verification has not yet been completed on which, i called 59059 again & again, but from there i got confirmation that my number has been verified on 30th nov 2015 .On my request to provide any message or mail for confirming that my tele verification is completed, they refused to give any written proof . they are just not activating my number. I don't understand this kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior from a company like airtel . i hope your voice can make a difference on their deaf ears.

        I am using airtel sim. Mobile No. is [protected] for last 5 year. airtel cut my balance so many times by the name of data uses. Recently they deducted rs 137 from my main account balance by same reason but according to my net pack plan I have blackberry plan which is not allow to use normal gprs or 3G data. I called to customer care but they didn't respond me in proper way & not refunded my deducted 137 rs even they not accepted that my 137 rs has been deducted last night from my main balance. please help me .           Pls find my ultimate pain for being your sic n new customer, just 30 days old for your kind understanding. Bought the above said prepaid connection [protected] nearly 30-days back & on 28-Nov-15, my mother carried it with her to mumbai & currently, its under roaming. As per your advertised roaming tariff of Rs.31, am supposed to enjoy incoming calls for free of cost while on roaming for 10-days. To my surprise, unable to recharge with 31 denomination (tried online n through retailer), getting error as "unable to process your request". For the same, visited your Airtel store located at Malkajgiri (opp to Shah electronics) 2 hrs back & met your uncivilized team & got zero help on my concern. In your store, met with your honorable executive called Mr.Karthik & shocked with his idiotic/care free response saying "kuch problm hoga, agar aap complaint leneko bolenge, tho hum lenge, aapki marji". What is this 'app ki marji', are we looking like beggars to you folks On my insistence, some other gentleman came on board & took my prepaid no along with alternate contact no & said in half hr, i will get the message about the complaint. For your notice my lord, till now i didnt received any such message. Why you fake customers, are we looking like fools to you people Dont call on [protected], as it is with my mother in roaming, call on my alt cont no [protected].             I have been cheated by your store guys regarding my portability request. I had continuously told the guys that I need a nano sim card since I am using iPhone 6.

            I was told that don’t worry we will give you nano sim card but actually they handed me over a sealed package saying that it contains nano sim.

            When I checked with the sim and had to cut it so that it fits in my iPhone. But after cutting the sim, it was not getting detected in my phone so I told guys that please help me out and give me a nano sim.

            Now I have two sim cards and both of them are not working. Please help me with this as I am losing crucial business and personal calls.

              Since more than two months I am being harassed by Airtel to pay my mobile bill of Rs13000. I had written an email to them about unacceptable bill amount and that I have been wrongly charged. Apart from this they have charged me a monthly rental for international roaming for more than 5 months. After several phone calls and mental harassment and loss of time and effort, they called me back to confirm that the internet charges were wrongly put and rs10, 000 had been waived off. Till date all my conversation has been on mail and I requested them (Rohan, customer service executive who called me) to send me an email confirmation. I got a call from[protected]. The executive named Rohan got into an argumentative mode and misbehaved. He threatened me that he would not be sending me any mails and hung up the phone. It's sheer misconduct from the company's end and I request strict actions to be taken against this executive for misbehaving and not answering properly. If no action is taken against him, I would make sure to file a complaint against Airtel for improper customer service. I have been dealing with this for more than two months and at the end I get this kind of response and misconduct from Airtel. This is completely unacceptable and disappointing. Please inform me about what steps or actions have been taken against this person.

              Because of misbehaved by customer care service I am feeling its not good service for me in the future..
              I wanted to give FIR report on airtel company but I know every person here is corrupted so i could not do this..

              I have been facing Harassment from Airtel customer service executive for sometime now. I have called up Airtel couple to times to file complaint but still no action has been taken so far. Today i again get a call from same executive who is a shame on manners... uses abusive and insulting language. If this is the kind of Customer Service you provide then you people do not deserve to be in business.
              Its been 5 years since i have been using Airtel network and never have i ever had any complaints from the quality of the customer care service but I am highly disappointed with the customer care service this time. I had some internet speed and connectivity issues so I called up the customer helpline and it took a great amount of time this time to even connect to the customer executive and when I did, the lady on the other side sounded very pissed at something, I understand that even they might be stressed or frustrated sometimes but this lady was at an another level of rudeness. She was literally shouting into the mic as if she was not managing customer care service but rather ordering a battalion to march into battle. I politely asked her to speak a little softly but she just kept on saying she is going to scream only so that i can hear her (ironic). I for the last time said politely to speak softly and not scream but she was too much of a hooligan to understand politeness so i hung up the call.I am still having connectivity issues and my speed is absolute crap. I didnt see this one coming.
              I have recharge Rs 49/- but my Balance deducted rs 30 for renewed Caller tune and i have not Select renewed and not my permission to renewed it...Firstly i call customer executive, he said Shameful op from your side then i have refund it but you have Stop your so if not possible...then transfer to senior she said if you Stop your side or not this amount is not refunded, then i told her In future this type of issue i faced and hole amount is refunded then she(senior) is misbehave she told me (customer kiya krte h jaan boch kr service ko activate krte h, call krte h customer care se paisa Lene k liye) This type of words using senior executive... Its mean mai jaan boch kr activate krta hoon aur paisa leta hoon..mera pass dosra koi kaam nh h, din bhar yahi krta raho!!!Shameless
              I again said im not renewed it automatic and this type of service very shamefull.

                For porting my vodafone number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid, I have submitted of my proof on (29/082015 vl126183 second proof received 18/10/2015 vl137612 ) due to some reason my proof got rejected So i had submitted the proof again it passes about 3 months and there were no action on my request . so i have enquired the customer care office at airtel kazhakuttam Then they are some reasons and informed again my proof got rejected .So am requesting you to either take action on my request other wise return back my id proof which i had submitted . If any of these are not done, i may be forced to complaint against your authority in the consumer court excepting your favorable action. Your reply doesn''t look like responsible.For this porting I have suffered the below mentioned loss. My 6 days salary of 700 rupees.2 photo and id proof cost rupees 100 and I have paid last 3 month bill of 1800 rupees.You have to pay this money.Otherwise I will move legally.I am remebering you that all these happened only because of your irresponsibility. no one from your side has contacted us even after sending these mails i want the refund for the payment i have done for porting my connection, already a petition has been Filed against this matter the service from your side is completely inefficient, you guys don''t even clearly check what the complaint i have told, the replies you gave are not even close to what i asked, The current service provider told there is no need for contacting them for porting to airtel I need no more services from your side, i only require my refund and copy of the proof i send to you, i definitely need my proof and cash or else the expense that costed me for taking these copes.

                  I am really disappointed with the way request for transfers are handled by Airtel Team. As a consumer, the only expectation we have is to get good and prompt service from the service provider. The first commitment to resolve the issue was made for 28th November'15. Later on, it went to 29th, then 30th and yesterday I have got a mail saying that you will take another 48 hours. Today morning I got a call from the customer care informing that the request is cancelled at their end without informing me as they had some permission issue in my Area. Even though it is not my responsibility to check and it is entirely Airtel's work, I have checked about the issue in my society. I have checked in my society with the Airtel sales representative and he has confirmed that if I take new connection, he can make the connection active within a day. If this is how the Company like Airtel works wherein it is only about adding new customers and not paying attention to the requests of existing customers, I think I have made a big mistake by opting for Airtel connection in the first place and continuing with it for almost an year. If you cannot provide exact deadline and keep your commitment, I would like to get my deposit back and surrender the connection. I hope you people understand how handicap a person gets without internet connectively and how much loss can it cause to working professionals. Also, I will have to unnecessarily pay monthly rental for the period when the connection was not even transferred.

                    From browsing I came to know that Airtel is most fraud internet and telecom service provider, If Airtel is harassing customers. Why Indian government is not taking action against Airtel ISP's. Airtel one of the fraud telecom service provider in India. Please take necessary actions against.                       I am not able to talk with any one continuously as there are call drops and the call gets disconnected- also when the mobiel is free and not being used I get calls on the other line form my Bankers and friends saying that my mobile is busy- actually when the mobile is not being used at all- This has become ramapant andmaking calls as well as receivng calls ahs become difficult- seek redressal urgenlty-

                        Sir, We recieved an sms on 28th October 2015 to Port to Airtel - “Portin to Delhi's only 4G Network and get Airtel postpaid with 1GB 4G unlimited 600 mins loc+STD, 300 SMS for 399 monthly rental for Home Visit Call[protected] ” We called the number to enquire and also made an online call back request for the same. We recieved a call on 5th November from Sales agent ‘Neha (Param Communications, Okhla - [protected] - [protected]@gmail.com)- [protected]’ who told us that those plans are for corporate numbers if we port to Airtel. I told her that ours is a small shop in Old Delhi and we can port 6 numbers immediately. She said even 2 numbers can be under CUG i.e. free calls but 6 numbers are good. Tarrif Plans as told by Neha are as follows : Plan 399/month : 600 Local + STD minutes + Unlimited Data (1GB 4G and then 2G) + 300 National sms Call charges : Local Airtel to Airtel @ 20 Paise/min, All Other Local calls @ 30 Paise/min, All STD calls @ 50 Paise/min. ** Unlimited Free calls among CUG group i.e. all 6 numbers that we port to Airtel under Sindhi Note Wala** Plan 199/month : 600 Local + STD minutes + 300 National sms Call charges : Local Airtel to Airtel @ 20 Paise/min, All Other Local calls @ 30 Paise/min, All STD calls @ 50 Paise/min. ** Unlimited Free calls among CUG group i.e. all 6 numbers that we port to Airtel under Sindhi Note Wala** On 7th November 2015 we submitted documents (Form C - Registration Certificate for Sindhi Note Wala +Mtnl Bill for Sindhi Note Wala + Individual ID copies for all numbers) to a field agent who came to us to collect documents and Rs.600/- as security deposit in name of our firm. But due to the mistakes of Sales agent and the person who collected documents, information was not correctly reached and all numbers now have personal postpaid plans instead of CUG plans. This is the worst part that the mobile number [protected] is deactivated since last 15 days and even after constant reminder to airtel they are doing nothing for the same. Because of this we are facing a lot of difficulty in connecting. And the number [protected] was supposed to be 199/month they made this plan to 399/month even when we do not use data pack on this number. 121 support executives told us to submit all details on Letter Head to the nearest Airtel store to fix all issues and avail CUG facility on all numbers which was the the reason we ported to airtel. We did that on 19th November 2015 to Punjabi bagh airtel store to agent Damam[protected] who ensured that everything will be resolved within 48 hours and all numbers will be activated under CUG. Then they asked for ID cards of employees in which I told them that we do not maintain ID cards as ours is a very small business, we are shop owners. they said ID cards are necessary so we made ID cards for these people. Since day 1 I am in constant touch with airtel executives either on phone, or in person to their store or on calls. They have tortured us a lot. they always say your problems will be resolved within 48 hours and escalated team will contact you but till date we received no call from escalated team. Only agents call to say the same thing again. 121 executives say its the store people who have the authority to fix these issues and store people say 121 is the only department who looks into consumer qurerries. Sir, we already have had much pain in activation of this scheme due to mistakes of sales agent, and now they are not answering our calls as well for the solution. I received a call on 29th November that your CUG will be activated soon as we have all documents and information. I was waiting for their next update and now today I recieved a mail from them stating that they can not make our numbers into CUG. I asked them that if they can not make our numbers under CUG then why did they ported our numbers to airtel and started all this, they say now we can not do anything as porting can not be reverted. we are left with no option but to follow their instructions and pay their bills for all numbers under personal pack, cost of which is way to high than under CUG scheme. Nothing has been done from these people since last 25 days and now we have received bills on all numbers even when we were unable to use them properly. one number did not used data pack but due to airtel's mistake we are paying the cost for that also. I have all documents as proof (few attached), complete mail trail and call recordings. If you need them, I can provide. Sir we are very upset because of all this, Please help us and punish these people.                           Registered a compliant with airtel on 3rd and then 10th july 2015 stating there was a problem with the network Mobile NO [protected], complaint SR 63381118. After 3 months of continuous follows-up nothing happened. eventually moved to another provider in Sept 2015. Asked Airtel to send me a final settlement bill with a waive off for lack of service. Didnt do anything. Now they have sent me a Rs10, 000/- outstanding when i haven't used their services. I have the emails that went back and forth between airtel and me

                            On 4th jan 2018 one of the employee who is working in Airtel Gallery, shanti Nagar, Andheri East, she not only provide me wrong information, also did misbehaviour with me in the gallery. When I told her I will complaint against you in the Airtel he laugh at me and said nothing will happen, go and complain. Very bad service in this gallery ...her name is minakshi ...
                            I bought one Airtel Sim from the shop and that shop is saying me that your sim will start working after 3-4 days, but now after 12 days till sim is not working... whenever i contacted to shop they repeatedly say me it will start tomorrow ...that tomorrow never comes..some Praveen from Aurangabad, Bihar, pin-824101 of Airtel office is saying me that I have another important work to do I don't have time to do this ...now what to do...
                            I genuinely ask Airtel company why they are giving their sim to such employee who can't let them make their market ...very disappointing bheaviour from Airtel...I learn never ever buy any service of Airtel ...and never let anyone know to buy Airtel because it's the worst service provider in Telecom industry
                            I had visited Airtel Tilak road, Pune City showroom today at 20 May 2021 approx time to 10:35 am to pay my friend's bill.

                            Post payment of bill I found a place to sit and send message about bill payment to my friend.

                            Next to me was the office boy/door keeper about 2 feet away and two chairs near him. Ideally atleast 3 feet distance is to be maintained yet the showroom doesn't have much space at all.

                            To maintain social distancing in the above mentioned showroom I was siting in another chair and not next to the door keeper.

                            Theirafter office boy/door keeper picked both chairs near him and stacked at other place.

                            Your company's manager Mr Jai was passing by and instructed office boy/door keeper to tell me 'get up & leave'.

                            When I was about to leave, the said office boy/door keeper followed instructions of his manager and asked me to leave as, I was sitting on chair where he mentioned it to click photographs of customers. Their was no sign board nor labels for the same on this chair or near by.

                            This offended me for sure as I was not sitting their for leisure. When questioned about this to Airtel showroom employees they said I should not sit their and I'm wrong. It's ironic isn't it.

                            Note: No one informed me in advance about this chair is not for customers other than the ones taking pictures.

                            Secondly, until the payment was made all of your staff was good and once your manager instructed and went out, they started taking his side and proving me wrong.

                            Your Airtel showroom staff are not aware of social distancing norms ? As the showroom Manager Mr Jai expected me to sit in another chair next to office boy/door keeper in close proximity ?

                            It's an insulting experience for sure and your company should make sure your employees like Mr Jai should have proper manners to treat your companies customers also should follow social distancing norms !

                            Henceforth, I will be sure I will not buy anything from your 'Airtel' company as, it's seen you can't value people then it makes no sense to value your company either !

                            I hope this platform takes appropriate steps than following procedures to contact me and then find out and put up a fake show to close this issue.

                              I am using my airtel number [protected] from last two year.On 11/11/2015 I lost my mobile while travelling .I went to airtel Lokgram gallery, to issue me a duplicate sim card.The gallery person charged me Rs 100 for duplicate sim.They gave me sim no[protected] U.It got activated for around 14 days, then all services got barred.I went to same lokgram airtel Galley, and complained.The Attendent Mr. Aman said there was issue with documents and he had submitted the document last day, services will resume in three hours.That day same night I called 121 4 to 5 times all of them said all services will resume in 3 hours.Next day morning I called 121 again and spoke to Floor supervisor, The lady told me documents are not updated, kindly resubmit it in any airtel galley.3 days I went continues to Kalyan lokgram galley, the peron Aman Never took my documents he said it will activated in few hours, already in process.And now he is not picking up the call also.Even he is a gallery person he sold me sim for Rs 100 instead of Rs25. Yesterday I went to Versoa gallery, told them the whole thing, they issued a new sim card, number[protected]U after collecting my passport and pancard copy, and said it will get activated latest by night.But till today same all services are barred.Only changes that had happen, old sim[protected] U registration got failed and new sim[protected]U) issued by Versoa gallery is getting signal but all other services are barred. Today gallery people inform me, they cant activate it from Versoa, I need to contact Lokgram gallery, They only can activate it. Sorry to say but The person Aman And lokgram airtel gallery services are to totally rediculus. Kindly provide me solution to activate my services on sim[protected]U, as I am in Shipping company, travelling is much involved.All accounts are linked with this number.Now if can activate it please let me know or else will certainly never take airtel services in lifetime.Airtel team just frustrated me from so many days.No One has any idea what need to be done.Please also I am not going to Lokgram Gallery again to see that person again Kindly suggest me other gallery.                                 Dear Sir, This is Dattatray from Mumbai. I have recharge my mobile number [protected] with special recharge of 29 Rs on 20/11/2016 to get benefit from roaming free network and 69 Rs on 21/11/2016 to get benefit for Local + STD mobile calls @ 40p/min. Unfortunately none of the above scheme got activated on my said number. When I called to airtel customer care and ask them to take above mentioned complaint they were not talk to me properly regarding this issue and not file my complaint. I requested them (Mr. Jitendra and Miss Darshana from airtel customer care) to refund my money but they said we are not going to refund money in such cases. Please take the action on above said issue as soon as possible.
