Airtel number [protected]. My number[protected], I complained about 10GB plan Unlimited which I choose while taking this connection. After 10GB, I am not able access the network, So I stared complaining this issue. Once 10GB is Over as per the unlimited plan I should get normal speed instead of high speed, which I never got. After complaining this Customer support started providing 1GB 2 gb pack free saying this will be resolved soon. After this I was informed like some technical issues, server issues. Later suggested with same plan you will get 15GB same charges will be applied for next few months(but I never thought plan will be changed at backend by you support guys) So lot of conversion happened me and customer support and technical staff also from airtel..

I had written many mails to airtel
One of the mail am pasting here

I have the bills as proof, which states 999 – 10gb plan as unlimited, which I never got data after 10GB, when I started complaining this, Airtel customer support provided 1 or 2 gb pack free conveying issue will be resolved soon, further when I found there is no resolution of my complaint, I complaint again on this issue, but plan was changed without properly confirming me, saying with same bill u will get 15gb for few months
And also get 2g or 3g normal speed after data pack of high speed.
later at backend plan was changed without confirming me.

Even lot of mail proofs available to take this issue further.

There is no use I didn't my issue resolved, written many mails regarding this but of no use.
Being Airtel biggest network, I never thought I will be cheated in this manner,
I request send your sales person and collect 4g device with having Airtel name on that which i purchased for Airtel point in Bangalore. I am ready to give it for free, as I am not using. Its totally waste of buying Airtel 4g devices for Airtel point and regarding the service its really pathetic.

    I purchased an airtel 4g connection in june.it worked fine for some time and suddenly it kept disconnecting frequently since July. I registered a complaint and it was supposed to be resolved in 48 hrs.After 48 hrs the status says resolved but no one came to site or even spoke to me. I re called the customer care and they said they will lodge a fresh complaint again under priority. This continued for months and now we are in December . I kept hoping that one day they will resolve my issue and kept paying. Then starts the maintenance periods.twice a month they are under maintenance for 4 to 8 hrs without informing us that a maintenance is scheduled.The worst part is that even though the internet went down some how my GB s were getting used up. Since july i have been mailing them and nothing. Finally i told them that i will not pay this months bill if my issue is not resolved. I guess they have a lot of money as they do not care and they barred my connection. All in all internet is for more productivity while if you take airtel the only thing produced are telephone bills to call them up frequently. BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE EVER

    The service guys were supposed to come within 24 hrs 5 months ago also.
    Yes but they are very nice in follow up to collect the money.They will call you 2 times an hour. But service nothing .

      Sir, I get a Call from airtel digital tv costumer care and give a offer, that is to free upgrade of setup box (my set up box expired its warranty) with 6 month warranty and 1 month free recharge. So many time I call costumer service..but they said there is no offers like this.             On my mobile [protected] since last 2 years, I am not received the summary of call duration, amount deducted and balance after the end of call. I had made so many requests, To after advise of airtel office my old sim was replaced...But my problem is not solved. I am a Senior Citizen Govt official retired, but no wone can hear my complaint.

              Hi, We use the Corporate Postpaid network consisting of more than 250+ numbers active. We need to deactivate the service for some selected nos that are not in use. We are trying to do it for the past one month & nothing is happening from your end. Every time when we call the Customer Care exe, they say "We cannot help you. Drop a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com" and when we do it, we just get an automated reply "Please note that due to unavoidable circumstances there will be a delay in our response. We will try and respond to you in 2 days". We have 15+ such mails asking us to wait for 2 days. Do you people really have a process to address the concerns of customers? And why is that your Customer care exe always reply "Our senior guys are not available" whenever we ask them to connect the call to person-in-charge? First address the basic needs guys.. Then you can go ahead spreading your Cashback/4G propaganda whatever you guys claim awesome.. I would be reachable @ [protected]

                I was contacted by airtel representative Mr. Ajay ([protected]) on 24/11/2015 regarding new airtel broadband connection in sector 47, Gurgaon. I applied for a new connection by submitting customer enrollment form (CEF 4222285) along with 1500 rs in cash (1000 for installation and 500 for fixed line). Till date I have not received any new connection. On repeated calls, I was told that there were some technical issues (even when my next door neighbor was getting airtel broadband). If you had such issues why did you take money for a new connection. Either provide a new connection asap or refund the money. I regret the time I wasted trying to get a new airtel connection.

                    Was offered to make recharge of 48 for getting 1GB 3G night data between 12am-6am. But after using data in given period, data got deducted from main data balance. Customers care told that I was not applicable for this offer. (1) Why and what purpose I was offered then? (2) How I was able to make successful recharge if was not applicable for same ?

Airtel Digital Tv Engineer made the setup in my house but refused to Deliver the Antenna since there is common Antenna already available in my building. Now I am changing my room / building . but now in my current building common Antenna is not there. I commplained customer support but they refused to deliver the Antenna, then how I will use my Digital TV. My Mob.                           This is regarding pathetic service of airtel in my region. Starting from the network coverage, call drop outs, irractic and repeated notification of mobile switched off though it is on and bad data networks; the service is now not up to the average mark. Though i work in a company where network is provided by airtel, the rival are really taking over by covering more and more single users from my company. Airtel is very ill about the balance deduction and do not refund even the service is not getting used. I have decided to stop using data service due to pathetic coverage for 2G. After 28 days of period o[censored]sing data service pack. I have got a mesaage that my service was discontinued. Your customer care department even don't know the solutions, the one executive tells exactly opposite of what solution given by other executive. This happened when i did a whatsapp recharge and still i was charged from the main balance for the service for more than 2 days. I contacted service centre and they gave me lots of reason and exactly opposite solution of messaging start and stop on 1925. Further when i did a recharge of Rs. 180 and my total balance became 211.50. I had been charged for rs 198 for continuation of data service from last month. I disconnected the data service and immediately contacted customer service and requested them to stop the internet service and refund the amount. The executive Mr. Narendra Singh (i don't believe this is true name) assured me about the refund and asked me to check the balance after 30 mins. I have also got a message of my complaint number. I checked the balance quite a few times over 2-3 hours and did not get refund. I again contacted customer service and and asked for the status and refund. The executive straight away said no and told that nothing is mentioned about the refund. This is very irritating for an customer. Non refunding of balance has happened quite a few times with me. I expect a positive response before tomorrow. This is not regarding only balance deduction. I want to know under which clause of TRAI regulations the balance cant be refunded for an unused service, what penalty should an operator get for providing false information? This should also be highlighted to the consumer forum of India. Thousands of other users must also be facing similar problems from the service providers like Airtel.

                            My Mobile phone got lost in Nerul, Navi Mumbai on Saturday, 28th November, 2015. I lodged a complaint with Airtel requesting them to block my Prepaid airtel number against any misuse. On Monday, 30th November, 2015, I got a new SIM card against the Blocked SIM from Nerul Airtel Gallery which was around 12 o'clock after making a payment of Rs.25/- . I was told that my phone will start working in next 2 hours. It is very unfortunate that today on 4th Dec, 2015 at 11.57 am my phone is still not activated. I have made innumerable calls to Airtel Customer Care number "[protected]" to check about it but every time I got a reply that now it will start in next 1 hour or 2-3 hours and once I was told in half an hour also. I begged them to tell me the exact reason so that we can find a solution because earlier whenever I have faced this situation, the SIM used to get activated in 3-4 hours and here now 5 days have passed and still the connection is not there but I was always told that it will start now in a few hours. I went to Nerul Airtel Gallery 2-3 times but I got same response every time. Now yesterday they called and said if it doesn't start till today morning then we should contact the Airtel Gallery in Sec-17, Vashi. When I went to Vashi Airtel Gallery, they said since the SIM was not issued from their Gallery they will not be able to help me, they can at the most give me a new SIM for RS.25/- and I have to again deposit all the documents and fill up the form Again which I did because by now I am totally frustrated and just want to get it over. I do not know how and where should I go to let people know the kind of harassment i have gone through because of AIRTEL.                                 I have been using Airtel services for years together and have always had problems with customer service. This time its regarding Airtel 4G connectivity. Though they advertise 4G like anything, nowhere in Bangalore am able to get 4G with my 4G Airtel simcard. My phone is as well LTE (4G) enabled phone and I have been using 4G services in my handset outside India with different service providers. I have raised a compliant on Oct 20th with Airtel Call centre and till today ( Dec 4) the complaint of not obtaining 4G is not resolved. I had multiple calls and emails with the service team and they just kept adding the ETA for resolving issues as 'never ending 72 hrs'. I have told them that I will register a complaint with Consumer forum, yet they told you can whatever we are looking into the issue. 2 months for just 'looking' into an issue? I know there are many like me who are suffering with not getting 4G service from Airtel. I request all to raise formal complaint with different consumer foums. I applied for portability of my numbers [protected] & [protected] on 17.11.2015. The Customer Care representative colleted the documents and UPC for both my numbers. However, the number is not yet ported out to Airtel Number. In this regard, I submit the following Customer Care Executives who have collected the UPC and enquired about the portability 4 times at different occassions. Today I again received calls for giving a fresh UPC to port out my numbers. Number of customer care executives from Bangalore Airtel Office are given below [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] I am not getting any satisfying answer for non portability of my numbers. When I call back these numbers are not responding and in case they respond by chance, the Customer Care Executives are behaving rudely not in a proper manner. I request Airtel Services to kindly return my documents submitted for MNP and photographs and take back their sim cards given to me. I am more worried about the kind of service and safety of my documents. I wanted to come to Airtel network and avail its services, you guys are treating like this. I had applied for shifting of my triple play connection around[protected]-4059590) Airtel refused that shifting is not possible because of feasibility issues. 2. I then applied for a new connection with IPTV, which was successfully installed around 28/[protected]-4223935) and I was able to use IPTV till 4/[protected]. 3. Suddenly IPTV stopped working and since then I have been following up at different levels but all in vain including the appellate authority. 4. I was being asked to pay an amount of ₹3500 for new set top box and ₹1000 for installation charges. When I refused and exchanged emails, they agreed for this waiver. 5. Finally on[protected], I received email from appellate that due to feasibility issues they are unable to activate IPTV connection. I know this is all about money and also the monopoly that Airtel has over other service providers for IPTV.
