Postpaid service - pathetic and irresponsible customer service

Airtel has been incorrectly chanrging me for 3G data services. I am post pais custonmer. Mobile no. - [protected]. As per my monthly plan, I have 270 MB 3G data. On Sep, I purchased 1 GB smartbyte through My Airtel mobile app. However, I was billed for 6 GB.

4G Internet services

The data card was not activated untill the 21st Oct and took several visits to Airtel stores in Frazer town and HSR. I however find that the data pack expired on 8th Nov itself !!! I get to use it for less than 15 days because Airtel 12 days to activate it but counted those days as well. I want Airtel to credit the data...
