Amount deducted but data plan not recharge

Today I have recharge my mobile no [protected] with Rs. 98/- for 2G data plan for 28 days through debit card using internet on 09.11.2015. Successfully recharge massage came on mobile with Transaction ID- 997678 but mobile is not recharge with data plan and Rs. 64/- deducted from main mobile a/c for using data. I have complaint to customer care via ref no- CBDMO[protected] on 09.11.2015, time 20.02 but my problem is not yet solved....

STB surrender refund

Amount debited from account - recharge not done

Lack of airtel signals

Poor customer service and bad data connectivity

Reversal of recharge amount
