I, Hari Babu Makkena of your Customer since 18 years, recently on[protected] at 7:02 PM I recharged mobile data for Rs.169/- for 1GB 3G data for 28 days based on your message, and Transaction ID is [protected]. But unfortunately, after recharged the data the message has been come as 650 MB Data for 14 days, immediately I asked your retailer, but he was not properly answered to me. Everyday after disconnected the data the message was come as your data validity expire date is[protected]. On[protected] one message was come your company "Mee data pack validity expire ayyindi ippudu usageki main a/c nundi charge cheyyabadutundi".
Based on your message I was data recharged for Rs.169/- 1GB 3G data for 28 days, but the data was not come 650 MB instead of 1 GB for 28 days. I think your company was cheated me in this regard.
Please rectify my problem immediately, if you are not rectify my problem, i will take legal action against your company and I will complaint at TRAI against your company.
Please rectify my problem as early as possible.
