Hi I purchased a Airtel 4G LTE dongle on[protected]; from Alai Infocomm; Bill Number is 5963. I had purchased the Dongle for my work purpose for which a minimum speed of 2-3 Mbps is required; and during purchase i had asked clearly if i will get a minimum speed of 2-3Mbps atleast in my area which is Padi(Chennai-600050). and i was told by the representative they are providing minimum 10Mbps in my area. Trusting that i purchased the Dongle for Rs.2500. From the day since the device was activated i am trying to connect to login for my work; i couldnt because the speed is not upto the par; even any website or even Wifi in mobile its not at all loading. I checked the speed in Speedtest.net and it was showing 30-60kbps which is worse than a dial up connection. I had even called the customer care multiple time; everytime they say they will send a technician in next 48 hours etc.. but till not i have not received any phone call to my mobile from Any technician or airtel support. Reference Number[protected]. If i am not receiving the promised speed its waste of my money and time i have invested in this Device. Hence i would request for my money back; and cancel the bill which has been generated from the date of purchase of the device.

    Dear sir/mam, My corporate airtel mobile number is [protected].I am a regular customer of airtel since 3 years.But now a days i am facing a problem of call dropping since last two months.I registered a request in the airtel care on 6th Dec 2015, request number is 66592809.When i called in airtel care to know the status of my request then they didn't give me a good responce regarding my query.I asked to the care that how much time you will take to solve out this problem.They answered me that sir, we dont have a standard limit of time to solve that problem and said that we are working on that issue.when i called in care, they assured me that we will send our executive in your office to solve out that problem, but still now no body has come to check that thing.Please solve my problem as soon as possible.pls do the needfull.       I have been using my mobile number [protected] for past 7 years.I recently was out of station for 8 months. when I inserted the sim it showed inactive, I came to know my number is allocated to some one else. My point is how come in this much short duration you can allocate my number to some one else? This number is update in all my bank accounts, DEMAT, PAN detail, Aadhaar account. My privacy is at risk as all the sms (Verification code, OTP, URN) still goes to this number and I am fully prone to fraud as well because of exposed information. How irresponsibly my 7-8 years old number was allocated to some one else. After this long service I did not expect Airtel to act so irresponsible which put mt at very high risk. Kindly take this matter urgently and give me chance to re activate my number. Thanks Liju Abraham

          Once i got a call that activate 4g but i denied 3 months has been passed except whatsapp nothing is working in my mobile as if i am using 2g its really very worst and i am very very disappointed

            Dear service provider, I am really very upset with the airtel 3g these days before it was very good but after new 4g got introduced my service over here is very bad as still my 3g is active also before it was 355 Rs but now it is very high then also services are worst than 2g what to do... m really not satisfied

              Airtel Customer Relationship Centre at Mahalakshmi Paldi, Ahmedabad is worst from the others they do not know how to handle the customers and the Information about Services they Provide is less, too. And due to that I have to suffer by paying 1000₹, 900₹, and 800₹ Respectively for the plan of 149₹+ 99₹ only. So, I am Really Dissapointed with service they Provides

                On 11.12.2015, I have recharged for Rs. 148 for 3G for 14 days for my Airtel Mobile No. [protected] through AIRTEL website by net banking in TMB vide No. 6087112. I have received SMS about successful recharge. But it was not effectively included in my mobile. PLEASE REFUND THE AMOUNT TO MY T.M.B. BANK OR TO 3G RECHARGED FOR MY MOBILE since net connection was till 11.12.2015. I REQUEST EARLY REPLY. I was also reported to [protected]@freecharge.on 11.12.2015

                  My mobile no:[protected]. I have requested my son to recharge my mobile on 8th December 2015 for a sum of Rs.300/. Transaction no: FCVA [protected] . On the same day I have received sms "Recharge of Rs.300 for [protected] is successful. Recharge Prepaid Mobile instantly using Freecharge app, download no: Http://frch.in/ToApp" from Airtel. To my surprise the above amount of Rs.300/ has not been brought to my main account till 12 dec 2015. On enquiry at your office at Coimbatore I was informed to bring the bank statement to prove that the amount has been transferred to Airtel. It is quite an awkward situation. I was made to understand whenever a similar situation raises I need to get an BANK STATEMENT SHOWING THE DEBIT TO SOMEONE WHO HAS TRANSFERRED THE AMOUNT FOR RECHARGING THE PREPAID NO. in order to prove mysel[censored] I can't understand why you have sent the above SMS and Why you are not crediting the amount to my main account. This is not the first time, even sometime back I had the same situation, where I did not bring the subject to the persons who charged my no. Now I feel I am being cheated, and I do not know how many are like me feeling the inability. All I want now is that Rs.300 either credited to my account or return the amount to the account of ORIGIN.                     Date of Incident: 11th Dec2015 I'm using Airtel mobile & data services for about 5 years now. But never ever had a problem o[censored]sing more than 1 gb of data in one day. I had a mobile recharge balance in my airtel prepaid mobile, 10th Dec15 : Rs 1000 I had a mobile data recharge pack for 1gb activated on 10th Dec15 : Rs 265 I had only used my mobile for booking a taxi on 11th Dec 15 at about 2 am and check messages, other than that no downloads or browsing. 11th Morning my mobile balance was just Rs 4, when I call the customer care they said I used more than 1 gb data and so charges deducted from my main balance. This news was shocking to me, even then I politely asked them to give the details and solution to get my 1000Rs back. They said the technical team will call me for further assistance, no one called. Airtel CC Ref no: CBDMO[protected] I called customer service again, this time they said, I have used 3G data services instead of 4G services so my charges of internet usage is deducted from main balance. This time also I also asked politely, to give me a solution to get my money back. They just hung up the phone. I have paid Rs 265 for 4G / 3G pack available at airtel website, I think it is the highest plan available. I don't care where my mobile gets connected, its Airtel responsibility not mine to chose and pay for their mistakes. Airtel CC Ref no: CBDMO[protected] Then I write an Email to airtel customer care and received same reply like I have used more than 1 GB data which I dont believe, then I requested the proofs of my usage. Their reply was to wait for 2 days till I get further reply from them. Airtel CC Ref no: CBDMO[protected] But for all the above complaints I received SMS from airtel stating "your complaint resolved to your satisfaction". This now making me mentally upset & raising my stress level. I need proper answer from Airtel and refund of my money back in my Account. Sathish kumar

                        According to the recharge option I will get 1GB for Rs122/- upto 15 days.but after the recharge igot only 500MB for 10 days for the same amount.it is kind cheating i felt.at the same I doesn't got any positive reply from customer service.please give me the right option which I refered to.

                          I applied a new broadband connection through airtel contact from then I got a call from airtel customer care on OCT 2015 (I don't remember the date) a representative came and collect money of RS 1000 and after a few days later I got a call from airtel customer care and told me there is no feasibility in your area so we can't give broadband connection so they will my money to my account so they ask me to summit account info and I also submitted on 8-Nov-2015. I am really sorry to write this mail, but i haven't got any satisfactory solution or resolution for my complaint till now after 3 days: My number [protected] is activated / ported from Prepaid IDEA, Karnataka to Post paid on AIRTEL Karnataka on 8th December 2015 at 8.04 AM, During the time of Activation and also before activation i have clearly requested for the activation of 3G Data (Rs. 199 Voice Plan and Rs. 250 Plan, We get 1 GB 3G Data + 1GB Extra 3G Data Special Dhamaka Plan Offer), As per the Executive words and also Customer Care Executive Words during the time of Activation of SIM card, the data plan will also get activated in 30 Min on the same (As per the rule as well), but unfortunately even at this point of time on date: i.e 11th December 2015, 5.30 PM the data plan is "NOT YET ACTIVATED", still the Status says as PENDING.. Please find the below mentioned details about the Call timings and conversations which has happened between Customer Care to resolve my complaint: Day 1 Call Timing Call Duration Higher Authority Spoke Next Higher Authority Solution Told 8th December 2015 9:49 PM 7 Min 43 Sec Uday Still the status is PENDING, Will be activate in 30 Min max time 10.43 PM 8 Min 44 Sec Karthik Kishore Naidu Still the status is PENDING, Will activate in 3 Hours for Sure, If not you can call back to 121 9th December 2015 8.00 AM 13 Min 20 Sec Kishore Naidu Kishore Naidu Still the Status is Pending, Promised that this issue will be resolved in 24 Hours 11.22 AM 7 Min 18 Sec Uday Still the Status is Pending, Promised that, he personally care about this issue and it will be resolved in 3 Hours 1.29 PM 9 Min 28 Sec Kishore Naidu Kishore Naidu Still the Status is Pending, Promised that max to max it will be resolved in 3 Hours if not you can call to his Personal Number - [protected] 6.59 PM 20 Min 22 Sec Uday / Kishore Naidu Kishore Naidu Still the Status is Pending, Takes another 2 Hours and will be resolved as early as possible 9.15 PM 11 Min 41 Sec Uday Kishore Naidu Still Status is Pending, takes another 24 Hours to resolve, try to solve in 2 Hours 9.45 PM 40 Min 49 Sec Uday Floor Manager - Narasimhan Sr. Manager - Shashi Kumar Still the status is Pending, Promised me that, it will be solved in another 3 Hours, he told he will take personal intrested and do the things in another 3 Hours for Sure, before morning this issue will be solved completely, if not you can call to Narasimha No. (No Number Given at last) 10th December 2015 7.56 PM 36 Min 46 Sec Uday Shashi Kumar Still status is Pending, Will be ready by 3 Hours if not you can call to personal Number : [protected] Apart from the above Calls which i made, in between some times i have received a Call from Airtel to tell about the status as " STILL THE STATUS IS PENDING, IT TAKE 24 Hours FROM NOW TO RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM", I was wondering that, Every time i get a call from Airtel (in an interval of 4 to 5 Hours once) from the day i port my number (3 days for today) so what does it mean by '24 HOURS', the complaint is solved in 24 Hours, is it from the day i gave complaint or the time they called for every 3 hours for 3 days, even today morning also got a call from Airtel saying again from now it will take 24 Hours, i was really in big confusion are they playing with us For your information, I have received a Messages from Airtel with the references as Follows: Reference No's : 66626215,[protected] With above all the mentioned Conversations and issues, hereby i would like to bring it your kind notice that, If the Airtel is not ready to solve my problem on time, kindly let us know in clear, so that we will not believe their fake Convincing Bluff words or statements. Just by believing the words from Airtel Employess, i gave some promises to my business superior to send my official Reports, i failed to send the reports to my business heads on time, hence i got a warning letters from by business heads saying nonperformance, This is happened just because of fake statements by Customer Care Executives and its Higher Managers as mentioned above Just for 30 Min of Work, They are taking 3 to 4 days to resolve the complaint, Its shows about the technical staff of Airtel are unable to solve the issues on time. Hereby i am requesting through this, Kindly PORT my number from AIRTEL so that i can be able to look for other Better Networks like Vodafone, IDEA or other Never expected that, AIRTEL will provide such an Horrible Service and Intolerable fake promises and convincing bluff statements for its clients Even the higher level managers are also not able to do with this issues means whom should we go and approach? Atleast i request Airtel to Accept, that this issues is not possible to resolve this issues and hence the number can be ported to some other Networks, I am happy if this happens I am extremely Sorry ! The Words or Sentences which i used above is not to hurt any one or to point anyone is particular or in direct to Airtel, its all about the frustration we got through

                                      Hi, It is regarding the erroneous calculation of 3G data current usage. Within 15 days from billing date getting SMS that 100% data is consumed where as I have not even touched 50% of the limit. This is cheating in daylight. Contacted the customer care through email and online portal who did not respond correctly. This need to be corrected asap.

                                        There was already an existing DP box since last more than 8-9 years. Airtel team was trying to add another pillar (round shaped with 6 feet depth) and destroyed the garden fencing and green grass etc completely. After lots of follow up and asking for permission from local municipal authorities, they removed the new pole and installed the new DP on exisiting pole. All this happened since last one month. Although Mr Dixit ([protected] - Airtel field officer) promised to rectify the damaged fencing and garden but he never turned up and has now stopped answering our calls as well. Request the concerned authorities of Airtel to address this.
