Airtel hd recorder box

The HD Recorder box simply hangs; the only way to get it back up is unplugging it from socket multiple times - but soon it hangs again.
Since installing the service, I have raised at least 25 requests - every time it is fixed it hangs once again. The box has been changed twice, but result is the same.

I have a HD+ connection also in the same premises; did not have any problem at all on that.

On said address i am staying for last ten years and apartment own by me. Mob company must verify the address and documents of the customer before giving mob connection. After calling to Airtel complaint cell they refuse to take complaint....

Prepaid account balance geting deducted without any use by me

I noticed couple of issues in balance deduction from my prepaid mobile. 3G plan not activated after money deduction
