Hi Team, I hope you can assist me with this. Today at 5.30 am I had rechared a 3g pack, but recieved a message your recharge has successfully with 4g pack of 186 and validity 14 Days, why should I use this plan when I dont have 4g in my mobile. I called to customer service and explained all these and asked if this can be reversed or please change this plan with particular 3g pack of 194 where the validity is 21 days, but they didn't listen from a customer's point of view where the mistake is happend only beacuse their app is not showing the full information. The same data of 650 mb was for 3g pack last month I rechared, so thought the same validity and I will get by this as well. I accept its my mistake as well, but they are going to help customer in anyway, which says they only know to earn or cheat customers. Thanks Samir

    Actually my postpaid bill is of 9292 Rs. This is because they don't provide me any information about the plan.after the issue begins I have already talk with near about 15 executives. The resolution is finally comes as I have to paid 4000rs as a bill of month Nov.2015. And I have paid 3000 rs to start my services on 11/12/2015 but still the issue is same. The Airtel executives still not started my services.I have recorded the talk with them in my mobile... I want to resolve the issue plz come to resolve ...         Hi All, I am a platinum customer of Airtel broadband services in Bangalore for almost 4 and half years in HSR Layout. I wanted to shift the connection to AECS Layout where the service is available. I requested for connection shifting and they checked the feasibility and came up stating connection can be provided without changing my present number but they said the plan would be changed and I agreed for that. The pain starts here, every day one person will and say they are gonna provide connection today and again another person will say connection cannot be provided. Infact one day a technician by the name Sunder/ Sounder came to my new location and was about to provide the connection but it was 6 in the evening so he left and said he will provide tomorrow and never turned up. Almost 4 to 5 people called me and keep on saying the same thing. When I researched there are other customer using broadband in the same locality and the funniest part is the Airtel broadband office is in the same street where I requested the shift. I never thought or expected that Airtel would provide such a worst service where I used to get best service in HSR Layout and all my issues used to get fixed and will not take even 24 hours. I inquired with the local people and came to know that the service people work with some Airtel sales team so they are indirectly forcing the customers to close the present connection providing and causing these many problems so that I will close the connection and go for new one and these people will get a sale and incentive. I am going through this pain for almost 3 weeks without a concrete and final destination from Airtel. My Airtel landline number is [protected] and my alternative contact number is [protected]. I strongly recommend other not to take these kind of pain for shifting the connection because in this case Airtel is at the worst side of customer service. If at all Airtel want to get in touch with me and resolve the issue, the best time to reach me would be after 3 PM IST.

        I spoke with one of the technician from Airtel this morning and he clearly said that connection can be easily provided without any issues and the feasible speed available is also 8 MBps. FYI that technician name is Laxman. This airtel office is less than 100 meters from my new residence where I am requesting to shift the connection in AECS Layout, B Block.

          Please help as on 12th November I have received message from Priti [protected], for new post paid connection and asked me to Whats Up the document on [protected] I have send the documents on this number . she has called me 5 times before sending the document and told me that she will send the sim card till evening. I have send copy of my adhar card, company id card and photo on this number. later on she send me executive number [protected] . the executive neither call me i have called him 10 times but he never comes and giving me bullish reasons. I have doubt on airtel service. Even i asked her 25 times to prity her address so that i can collect my sim but she never responded .             Date of Incident : November and December Bill - Over charged Rs 3000 more each bill (Bill#[protected],[protected] Account number: [protected] Mobile# [protected] Airtel charged me Rs 3000 more on November and December 2015 bills (for the total over charge of Rs 6000) for the 20GB smart data booster WHICH I NEVER REQUESTED. I had terrible time explaining this issue over and over to different Airtel customer care respresentatives and their response is really frustrating with partial adjustments, not the reversal of entire over charged amount. I just wanted one person from Airtel should own this issue and try to resolve this to the fullest and I do not want to here partial response or action and then i need to followup month after month. Again, i never requested the 20GB smart data that you had been charging for the last 2 months, but i'm going through all kind of trouble because of your fault. Plesae treat this as urgent and expecting a reasonable response or action from Airtel at this point onwards.

                  Dear Sirs, I am using airtel dth 2 connections @ 2 different location, but due to unavoidable situation I cant use 1 of the connections so I have not recharged the same. But this airtel guys call me frequently to recharge, they also threaten me to take action in case if you not recharge or surrender. One of the guy also misguided me to recharge of amnt 210/- and you connection will be active for 6 months and no call from airtel during that period. So I have done the same but then after a month the call flow begins actually they get recharged it for 1 month according to my plan without any use. Even I dont know that settop box is airtel property bcoz during purchase they have not informed it and they have charged me for settop box while purchase. Now kindly suggest the way what should I do.

                    Dear Sir/Madam, I am really fed-up and frustrated with the level of service provided by Airtel to me in spite being the customer of Airtel since last 15 years. I have been paying the bill month after month without using the service at all. In summary, my problem is frequent disturbances and non-availability of the internet/broadband line and no one is able to rectify the problem. I have raised number of request towards the same since last few months and every time the service request is closed without even checking with me if the problem has been rectified or not. Every new engineer which comes will give some damn excuse but will not solve the problem. Last engineer which came to see the problem told me a shocking solution to the problem ‘ Move from 8 mpbs speed to 2 mbps’!!! So I need you help to get my issue closed ASAP and also Airtel should return back the money I have been paying them since last 6 months.                     Sorry my problem still exists and there is no resolution to the problem. Surprise to see bill of this month is again generated. Please note as complained earlier, I need the immediate solution to my problem and also refund of last 6 months of payment because of the harassment faced and ZERO usage of the service. FYI No one from the Company has contracted me till date, so please keep this complain open till issue is closed and I request you to escalate it as I can see even after complaining at consumer forum, service provider is least bothered.

                      Had requested for porting from Airtel Gujarat to Airtel Delhi. The backhand porting team did not give proper UPDATES. On complaining about it, on 7th and on 14th they first refused to take any proper complaint. The Floor manager, Piyush Khatri himself put complaint of "Delayed Portability" while I told him to lodge complaint that updates are not being sent to customer and other places like Airtel Delhi Relationship Centre. Even after visiting the Relationship Centre in Delhi 5 times, the customer people instead of taking proper complaint tell to visit the centre and make the customer run around and do not want to do their job properly.

                            Hi, Airtel has a phethic service interms of televerification call at connection time. I got my number ported from Docomo and got Airtel 4G post paid. Later, couple of days i have added one more number which also ported from Idea to Airtel 4G but this number i have asked them to link under my bill under my family plan. At the time of televerification, the executive is keep arguing that, they can't verify since its in my name and they want me only to talk to them through that particular number. Now, we both stay in 2 different metro cities and just for verification, should u want me to visit ??? apart from this, we have asked them, put a conference call or at least give me a call, i will verify. Every suggestion is rejected from their end. Because their, low quality service my friend is not able to access either Idea or Airtel from past 4-5 days. Now, i want Airtel to componsate for the loss where my friend was not able to communicate with family, friends or with colleague's.

                              I raised a compliant (number[protected] on 2nd of December through Airtel call center ([protected]) that my phone is not working. Broad band was working just fine. Two days later a team came to my office and rectified the line. Voice and data was working for 20 minutes and then the whole line went dead. It took them 12 days to visit again and the line was rectified in 3 minutes. I had to send 7 mails and make innumerable calls to your call center. I am taken aback by the level of incompetence. If any competent official reads this you can check the trail mail and conversations I have had using the complaint number mentioned above. Be nice to someone and they take you for granted for 11 days, raise your voice and someone rectifies the minor problem in 1 hour.

                                  I had applied for Airtel broadband connection on 12th November 2015, and after numerous calls & reminders, the connection was given to me on 11th December. In just 2 days, the connection has got severed now! I get absolutely no response/help from customer care tollfree number or from the person who did the installation. Customer care number went on an IVR loop infinitely and there was NO option to register a complaint. Getting fed up of having to follow up with the worst service ever!                                     This is in reference to bill plan of my broadband relatioship no: [protected]. In this regards, I wish to inform you that the bill plan which is activated on my number is not as per my customer enrollment form. Please note that I got this connection installed in the m/o Oct’15 and your sales representative Mr Radhey Shyam told me about the bill plan as under: For the very first bill :- Monthly rental 1199/- plus ST and benefits: 15GB download at a speed of 4MBPS and 1000 Local/STD calls. From next bill onwards:- Monthly rental 799/- plus ST and benefits: 15GB download at a speed of 4MBPS and 1000 Local/STD calls.(Monthly rent reduced since I was a MTNL customer as confirmed by your SR) First bill, I already paid last month and now I am in receipt of 2nd bill which is not as per bill plan mentioned above. When I contacted your SR he got my plan changed this month 2-3 times but not as per the plan mentioned above. Now when I try to contact him, he is not taking my calls and is very rude in his behaviour. I have everything in writing in this regard and the above mentioned bill plan was also written on copy of customer enrollment form bearing number: 4105649 and signature of your SR Mr Radhey shyam. I have the customer copy of that customer enrollment form. Now I am feeling like I am being cheated by Airtel as your SR Radhey shyam was representing Airtel and I got my previous connection disconnect on his advice. I request Airtel team once again to do necessary changes (as mentioned above and in my CE Form) in my bill plan and confirm me through e-mail. Also, If Airtel cannot fulfil the commitment made to me I’ll get your connection disconnected and you will have to bear the re-connection charges charged by MTNL failing which I’ll sue Airtel in court of Law for such false promises. Contact detail for your sales representative Mr Radhey shyam: [protected], [protected] I have sent this email many times to your customer care at "[protected]@in.airtel.com" and to your nodal officer at "nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com" but no response is received till date.                                     but you guys will have to face consequences of these cheap tactics of acquiring customers. Shall definitely sue you in court of law.

                                      Date : Between 1st to 20th Nov : I have called to Airtel customer care from number ([protected]) to inquire for shifting my connection to other address below are the details provided to me : I need to check whether my connection can be shifted to other address. I need to place a request for relocation. Within 24 hours of logging a complaint my connection will be deactivated Post which my relocating activity will take place and within 5 days my connection will be installed to new place. After installation, within's week time I need to submit my address process. I have provided all my details post which agent gave me consent that airtel can be shifted to my new address. Date : 1st Dec 2015. Around 8:30 Pm, I have dialed 121 from my landline ([protected]) and requested to lodge complaint for relocating my connection. Representative took my details (new address) and raised a ticket for the same. Date : 3rd Dec 2015. I have dialed 121 from my office landline and explained my concern post which agent said it is under process I was not satisfy with the answer given therefore spoke to senior on floor who informed me the relocation is not possible, I asked him to mail me this for which he denied. I was shocked and kept and phone. After some time I dialed up again from my registered mobile number where I was informed that "Sir, you don't need to worry I assure you that your connection will defiantly shift.At the very movement I raised the request for a new Airtel IPTV/Broadband/Landline connection. I started receiving calls where everyone agreed to give me a new Airtel IPTV/Broadband/Landline connection at the same address. Date : 4th Dec 2015. I have drafted a mail to Airtel (attach mail), Post which I was informed that my broadband connection can be shifted but due to some temporary technical reason IPTV cannot be shifted, After listening to this I requested representative if it is a temporary technical issue, than it is fine I can wait until it resolve but pls shift my connection. Listening to this he kept my call on mute and after some time he came back on call and informed he, Sir shifting is not possible. Date : 5th Dec 2015, I again drafted a mail (pls refer attachmail). Date : 6th Dec 2015. I have received a call from Nodal officer stating that Sir, you don't need to worry I assure you that your complaint will defiantly resolved and I am forwarding your case to concern team.(Same was drafted on below email) Now, I do not understand when it is written on there website that Airtel IPTV is in available in Delhi/NCR how they can deny for the same.

                                        Hi, I've already have 2 complaints and waiting for the solution (please refer my early complaint on airtel). As till today Airtel almost called me 28 times for 1 single complaint. They call me every day asking for the problem and give me new complaint numbers everyday for just 1 complaint. In fact they keep calling everyday but don't fix the problem ever. I'm sure these people do involve in SPAMMING. Although, I did not get any solution for the problem which I had before 46 days. And the complaint is "Airtel did not provided the broadband connection even after everything is submitted with money." Today is 47th day that I am awaiting for the broadband connection which I already paid. Reference ID for Proof: KKPB236650 By the way the airtel person gave me Postpaid forum instead broadband forum. Please share your worst experience with Airtel on TWITTER AND FACEBOOK.
