Hi,
Airtel has a phethic service interms of televerification call at connection time. I got my number ported from Docomo and got Airtel 4G post paid. Later, couple of days i have added one more number which also ported from Idea to Airtel 4G but this number i have asked them to link under my bill under my family plan.
At the time of televerification, the executive is keep arguing that, they can't verify since its in my name and they want me only to talk to them through that particular number. Now, we both stay in 2 different metro cities and just for verification, should u want me to visit ??? apart from this, we have asked them, put a conference call or at least give me a call, i will verify. Every suggestion is rejected from their end.
Because their, low quality service my friend is not able to access either Idea or Airtel from past 4-5 days. Now, i want Airtel to componsate for the loss where my friend was not able to communicate with family, friends or with colleague's.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
