I performed an Online Recharge from PAYTM account, but by mistake I did a recharge on a wrong number. Instead of doing a recharge on [protected], I did a recharge for number [protected]. The details are as follows... Amount of recharge: INR 170 Date of Payment:[protected] Payment Status: Success I made a call to the Airtel customer care on the same day but they said they cannot do anything about the problem and that the money cannot be refunded to the account.       I have purchase samsung J 2 ph in which data get doubled, but i havent get this offer, I have recharged my no on 8th nov 2015 for Rs. 265 i have got 1 GB data only, have called customer care for more than 6 times from 8 th of nov to till date but didnt get any responce from them, never thought such a big company is fooling public like this Worst expression of my fine Thanks and regards Sanjul

      so badly cheated from airtel...they charge me every month from june to november 3g pack charge 250.I allready deactivate this plan in june...they told me done.But the cheater people charge me...this month bill I noticed that.I don't know what to do. such a worst service Airtel.

        I made online recharge of Rs. 53 for 3G pack on 17th November 2015. I received message to my mobile number [protected] that your recharge is successful and your internet validity is 7 days and 175 MB data is offered. But on 22nd of November my balance of about Rs. 64 got deducted . I called customer care they said your recharge validity was only for 5 days and only 160MB out of which I used only 105MB data. My complaint is not resolved yet. I want at least my balance back.

          I shifted to postpaid family plan of Airtel and connected 4 users to it. Two of them had to be converted to postpaid first, so request for their conversion went through. One of the numbers jammed and has no network. After numerous online, phone and in-person complaints, the customer service has failed to redress the issue. What was supposed to take 48 hours, is soon gonna become 48 days now. Secondly, one of the numbers had Corporate plan, and had to be converted to individual plan and then to family plan as per the norms. It has converted to individual one but not family plan. 48 hours have already passed and the customer service when asked, appears to be clueless about the issue. Even senior officials have not been able to solve this. I have now decided to give Airtel a break and shift to other services.

              My Mobile Number [protected]. I am running a software company in Nagercoil and needed a good mobile connection always, but due to this Airtel Service and response is totally bad and lost many clients due to this service change from postpaid to prepaid and also during the postpaid i have paid huge bill and settled the amount of Rs.11, 067 and even though they are not responding my emails. I am struggling the Outgoing connection block for 3 days continuous and no response in emails also and directly emails to nodal officers to [protected]@in.airtel.com,
              nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com and appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com. All are silent due to change of Postpaid to Prepaid and they stopped my outgoing too these reasons and using the Airtel for many years and now no use and they are giving these type of responses and all of clients are shouting now and asking to refund the money due to mobile failure continuous and it is a heavy loss to my company and even no response still..Please take some actions to the concerned peoples in Airtel and do the helpful.

              Yes Solved! I have provided my SIM number and shop address details and they spoke to them and find the issues and finally they solved my mobile outgoing issues and now it is working fine. Thanks to Airtel for solving my issues.

                I had taken two number from Airtel post paid, and that was corporate connection.
                I made call to Airtel customer care several time, but they gave me wrong information.
                and told again and again wait for 24 hours,
                I waited so long but they did not solve the problem.
                I made call from [protected] again and again.
                The only thing I got is harassment, I spoke with nodal officers and appellate authority also

                  My mobile number is [protected]. Imade an online recharge towards whatsapp pack worth 200 MB. The recharge was successful. But when I was chatting on whatsapp I was deducted a sum equal to Rs.70/- from my main balance. I contacted the airtel store in Kanadasan Nagar, Chennai, but they could not give me a clear reason for charging Rs.70/- from my main balance, when I had a whatsapp pack of 200MB which is valid. I request you to look into the matter and credit the amount deducted unlawfully from my account failing which I would be forced to port out to some other network.

                      I have been charged with extra data usage by Airtel. My last month 3G data plan says -post 1GB data stops. Pl see the plan details from Airtel website. I have been changed Rs. 750 extra. How can then I be charged anything extra? This is a case of purposeful overcharging by Airtel. Airtel refuses to reduce their bill.

                      I have done MNP by submitting application on 7/12/2015 and after repeated follow up MNP was done on 27/12/2015. During the discussion I was not informed about "ACTIVATION CHARGES" and whereas when i received bill asking me to pay Rs.407/00 today I got a shock. when I telephone they said it was towards Activation fee which I was not told at all. On earlier occassions also MNP was done between 5-7 days and this time not only Airtel took solid 20 days but alsoi charged me Rs.300/00 extra. Sent a mail to address the issue and through this also I am requesting to reverse the excess amount. If it would have been informed to me earlier I would not have ported the number.

                        Hi, I am an airtel prepaid mobile customer from orissa circle. I received a message saying that on recharge of 159 rupees I will get 1GB 3G data and in addition to it I will get 30 rupees of talk time. I have done the recharges of 159 rupees 3 times on dates 19th Oct, 13th Nov and 17th Nov. According to the offer, i should get 30*3 =90 rupees of talk time but I didn't receive a single rupee of talktime. So, I called the customer care many a times to get the money back on my number, but to my surprise, more often than not, the customer reps disconnected the call saying they will forward the call to higher authority. I warned them saying I will go to consumer court, if they didn't return my money. A day after my call, I got 30 rupees of talktime in my number. But then I called back to get the left 60 rupees back and they assured me that I would get it shortly. However it's 4 days since then but it seems the shortly days have not ended. Now my concern is why should I face so much inconvenience to get my well deserved money back. It's a cheating from airtel end. I request you to send an apology message to my number. We know you will write that your inconvenience is deeply regretted but I want you to compensate for the inconvenience, else I may go further to escalate this matter.                           On november 13 2015 i had submitted porting application from vodafone prepaid to airtel postpaid in airtel office shimoga. An executive there explained about airtel's plan which had a monthly rental of 299 rs plus TAX and included 3G data of 1 GB, it was perfect for me so i decided to opt that plan and told the executive to activate that plan for my number, but after porting i came to know that a different plan has been activated and nobody is responding properly. Please give me a solution for this, this is completely non professional behaviour.

                                3g network in my airtel prepaid mobile I have so far for my airtel mumbai recharged for 3g for my mobile [protected] three times. My mobile is not yet activated till today, though messages came as activated. The BPO does not have the option of speaking to the customer care executive. My earlier compliant was replied as action taken to my satisfaction. I fell totally cheated by the airtel network. Now I regret to change my network to airtel. I have the mails and sms sent by the Airtel.

                                  I have made repeated complaints to Airtel saying callers to my number [protected] inform me every day that my number is switched off. Moment I make a call from my mobile to any other mobile or landline my phone switches on and it I start getting calls for the entire day. But the problem reappears next day again.This problem is occurring for last 4 weeks. My friend living in same area but having a different different make of mobile Number [protected] of Airtel is also experiencing exactly same problem. I have registered complaint with Airtel on 13 Nov-15 under Complaint No. F[protected]. Since there was no resolution and Airtel without any action closed the complaint, I registered it again through email on 18 Nov under complaint No F[protected]. Yet no action and they closed the complaint. I registered again on 22 Nov under com No66387416

                                    I took new Airtel dish tv connection they called me no of times about package plans. Im also called and as per their guidance i recharged 2145 rupees on Aug 15th 2015 for one year and intimated the same. But now they are telling you didn't intimate us so we are deducting daily basis and recharge again. For packages they will call n no of times.but for deducting they won't ask us. I don't know plans also i did with their guidance but now they are not telling anything. Please help me i recharged for one year with their information atleast i didn't use three months also.                                       I have a balance in my mobile number[protected] is62.14 paisa. and deduct tommorrow morning 52 r.s and gave me 250 mb 2g data when i contact cuatomar care they tod me i active this pack from airtel 129 store but i did not active any pack from airtel 129 stire. i request sir please give my 52 rupess . airtel compay/west bengal they are a cheater . they many times deduct my balace when i complaint they said that i active pack but i didnot active any pack. please gave me52 rs that is deduct from my account

                                        I got a postpad connection converted in airtel and since then i am badly frustrated with call drop issues, want to file a complain directly with airtel and their website is not working(no wonder), company cant manage their website how they will manage our problems. want a quick response, waiting till my limits, will never suggest anyone to be a part of A I R TE l at all...it sucks! sachin [protected]
