I have recharged my account with local and std minutes but then also when i use to call [protected] airtel no. Gurgaon haryana, company use to deduct balance from main account instead of minutes balance. Also i have complaint for this issue 3 times in the month of october 2015 to customer care but no action has been taken against the same.only they give is fake promises to wait till 72 hours and then no miracle happens..airtel has deducted...

Reversal of recharge amount

Unfortunately yesterday by mistake i recharged a wrong Airtel mobile mobile number ([protected]) for Rs 179 using paytm app. Actually i intended to recharge my own mobile number ([protected]) but entered it wrongly. So above mentioned number gets recharged for the same amount. i complaining about a very sloppy work by the customer service representative (CSR) at airtel,
Today[protected] i called airtel customer service no. in order to rectify my bill,
i requested for manager to the CSR but she said "Manager is not there today"
how can these people run a business there without a manager on the floor?

Today morning cannot call from my no, checked balance, it was reduced to 0. Recharged with Rs 222, caled cistomer care, and was surprised to hear that balance was deducted due to internet usage at late night !!! I havent used any internet from my mobile in the period that has been stated at all!!! Poor customer care services

They have got the worst customer service. I recently lost my phone so i had to blck my sim. For that i called on 121. First of all their advertisements and dats pack offers are never ending. 4G not working in my sim

I have 4G compatible mobile, I have upgraded my sim card from 3G to 4G . but its not able to get 4G signal. even on the same location I am able to use my phone to with another 4G SIM. I log a service request & request to Airtel to resolved it, but they closed my service request without my satisfaction.
