As i am with your network since long time i am not recieving any or very few 2g/3g offers. But you provide such offers to the new connections or others consumers..       Hi, I recently applied for airtel broadband connection through online and after 2 days an airtel person came to my place to pickup the Money, ID. Photo for documentation purposes. The Airtel person didn't even full up the form but he gave me a blank airtel form paper which fortunately had some carbon prints while he took note of me on a white paper. After that he said the connection will be done in 3 to 5 days but its been 17 days and I haven't got the broadband connection. I tried to call him but he did not pick the call for ever. I finally decided to complaint this to airtel suppose but that didn't work as usual like a garbage service. Although I didn't give up and started complaining to AIRTEL NODAL OFFICE, then still its worst service than ever. One of the email from nodal office addressing me in a different name which is not my registered name. This is the Office and the name of a person who took the money and never returned it. Name: Siddharth, Phone:[protected] Now I lost my Rs. 1100/- Money, Documents, Photo. I am too worried about my documents instead the money, because I think they are probably selling my Documents to some other kind of 3rd parties. For Forum Users: I have uploaded the image of the blank forum which I received from the pathetic aritel executive. In fact airtel doesn't have any qualified employees to handle the customers. Please check the documents. For my security purpose I will have to cover my name and number. DON"T EVERY CHOOSE AIRTEL, IT IS A TOTAL FRAUD AND SCAM BROADBAND SERVICE PROVIDER. THERE ARE MISLEADING ADVERTISERS TOO.

      Airtel still haven't responded to any of my complaints. Airtel must be shame of themselves, these airtel company don't even respect the Legal forums. Airtel don't even respond to Consumer Forums which is Publicly viewable and how do we expect response on other mediators. At this point Airtel don't even follow any consumer laws, and regulations.

      By the way I am posting my experience on twitter and facebook. Let people come to know this ignorant service.

      This is what your problem. I mentioned all my details including my mobile number but you people just ignore my messages and do not respond to it. Perhaps I do not want to waste my time by calling your irresponsible customer support and explaining my problem from the scratch and getting the invaluable new reference number for that. I am just trying to keep my email records for legal investigation purpose.
      By the way even airtel's nodal office customer service is too pathetic.

      I should probably alert people on facebook, twitter and other social media networks about this. At-least people could be aware of it.

        Fictitious International SMS Being charged on my post-paid Airtel Mobile number[protected] from the month of August 2015. From the month of August 2015 cycle, i.e. 26th July 2015 to 25th Aug 2015, I noticed that 4 to 5 International SMS being charged in my post-paid bill. This is again being reflected in the September 2015 cycle and November 2015 billing cycle. Please be informed that (a) the cell number is exclusively used by me and the cell phone is always in my custody (b) I do not have any contact or relative staying abroad. Later on receiving itemised bill, I notice that the number is o[censored]K. The same number is repeated every cycle. This leads me to believe that my cell number is being hacked /purposefully misused by dubious means, and my cell number is used to send International SMS. With number of Terrorist activity growing worldwide, I am afraid that my cell number is being tried, and if corrective measures is not taken, this may lead to some irreparable damages. As a responsible citizen I have informed airtel on 29th August 2015, 29th September 2015 and 28th November 2015. Till date the issue is not resolved. If tomorrow something wrong happens, AIRTEL Kolkata will be sole responsible. Details of the complaint with the respective Airtel personnel’s are appended below. Those details interaction will prove my inosine and entire responsibility will rest on AIRTEL Kolkata. Since no action has been taken by AIRTEL Kolkata, so far to rectify and corrective action taken, other than waiving the charges, I will be compelled to (I) inform the local police officials and if required inform the Central Bureau of Investigation / CID (ii) inform consumer forum (iii) Inform Grievance redressal cell (iv) lodge a complaint with the consumer court. Details of my Airtel Kolkata cell number. Airtel number :[protected] Relationship number: [protected]. Please note the following. ⦁ On 29/08/2015 I called up 121 and contacted Jayasree. She assured me to investigate and resolve the issue. She deducted the amount and further assured me that it will not happen in future. ⦁ On 29/09/2015 I called up 121 and contacted (a) Subham (b) Askin (c) Tamnoy Ghosh. Interaction id : [protected] All of them assured that they are advising back end office and assured that this will not happen in future. However no such charges was levied on my bill in October 2015 cycle. ⦁ On 28/11/2014 I called up 121 and interacted with (a) Shalina Ali (b) Poulami (c) Ajay Kumar Verma. Interaction id: [protected] ⦁ On 29/11/2015 I called up 198 and interacted with (a) Sushant .Interaction id: [protected] and (b) Vijayalaxmi Mishra Interaction id: [protected]. ⦁ 01/12/2015 Alokesh mistri interaction id: [protected] ⦁ 03/12/2015 Alokesh Mistri interaction id: [protected] ⦁ I thank Airtel for waving the charges levied. ⦁ Rs 20/- or Rs 25/- does not make difference to me nor to Airtel. This amount does not make me poor or Airtel rich. ⦁ The answer lies in detecting the problem and rectifying it. ⦁ Please note that I am a very old customer/client of AIRTEL. Where ever I had been for my service or for business I have always preferred Airtel and picked up Airtel number. ⦁ I still have 2 Airtel numbers. One of Faridabad and the number is[protected] and the other is of Bangalore[protected]. Not for a single cycle I have ever faced any problem with Delhi circle or Bangalore. In 2001 I had picked an airtel number[protected] which was with me till 2007 [address of the Delhi number was C/o AstraZeneca C-146 Okhla Industrial area Phase -1]. It is only in the West Bengal circle this problem cropped up and still exists. ⦁ All the executives above had given me assurance that my problem will be resolved but with no visible result.           Sir i use best mobile comnication company airtel and i always satisfied but 26 November I recharge 179 .1.25 GB 3 g but when I recharge I got only 1 GB so I want 250 mb I also call caustmar care but nothing happend please give 250 mob 3 g urgently

              I had done the Rs.265 recharge for airtel 3G plan yesterday and waited till an hour but still couldn't get the recharge. Later i tried recharging with some other source.                 I was using Airtel postpaid 3g dongle plan with cell no [protected] with account no [protected]. I had sent an email to [protected]@airtel.com for disconnection of services on 18 May 2015. I had also called to customer care and requested for cancellation of service. I was asked to write a email to [protected]@airtel.com, which I had done in advance. I have paid all bills prior to cancellation of services and the bill for the last cycle also.But still the services are not cancelled and monthly bill is generated with amount overdue (Rs.4488.58). I have requested them to stop the service and way-off the amount as I have not used the service and any data usage from June 2015. Also I had refused to the offer of postpaid to prepaid conversion of above no. Still Airtel says that i have accepted the offer and forcefully continuing the service for which I am not ready and already refused. I have all bill evidences and transaction numbers as below. 1. 2-Mar-2015 to 1-Apr-2015 amount 955.06 Trans ID[protected], Apr 19 2015 2. bill paid for 02-Apr-2015 to 01-May-2015 amount 955.06 Trans ID[protected], May 18 2015 3. Email sent for cancellation of services on Mon, May 18, 2015 at 9:36 AM. 4. bill paid for 02-May-2015 to 01-Jun-2015 amount 969.00 with Transaction ID[protected] on June 11 2015. 5. I have paid all dues and assuming the services are stopped. But still I am forced to pay the bill amount(Rs.4488.58)for services that I have not used from June 2015. Please help

                  It starts with a phone call to the customer care executive of air-tel around 6 pm on 2.12.2015. I then asked about a exclusive 4g plan for 1gb, excecutive then replied that by recharging 251 i would get 1gb 4g data. after this I have told there is already a plan of 265 where i would get 3g/4g 2gb data. I then said i want only 4g plan. finally he said that i have to recharge 251 for 1gb 4g data. Immediately I have recharged 251 around 8.30 pm but unfortunately I have got 1gb 3g data instead of 4g data. after that i have again called customer care & then my call got transferred to senior executive he didn't give me a satisfactory answer. along with this he assured that i have already got double data. practically I haven't got that. after that conversation many times i called but no response came through. who will take the responsibility of this loss of mine, where i have not get proper 4g data and also get half data compare to conventional plan .                     Hi sir My airtel no [protected] (bihar) on this number an unwanted service had activated and deducted 75 rupees.I haven't activate any service on this number. I told the customer care he deactivated services and haven't refund money. Many times I call customer care number he is not refund my money. I request you to plz refund my money as soon as possible, otherwise I will take any legal action.

                      My mobile no, . [protected] was ported from vodafone network to airtel on 1.12.2015 night around 11.15 p.m. the verification call was done and after following all the instructions the network of airtel went missing. I complaint to their express shop in laxmi nagar, delhi branch which said it it be sorted and will give me a call on my alternate number. even after 19 hrs. of porting the number to airtel the connection could not be started . I would request to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest,

                      I have ported my Reliance GSM Prepaid number([protected]) to Airtel and have submitted my Adhar details and got new Airtel sim on 6th Nov 2017. But still network not came to Airtel Sim.

                        In my location BHUSANDA Po- NAUWRANGA Ps- MUFASIL Dist- GAYA (BIHAR) Network is not working from 20/11/2015 till now . In mobile network show full but internet is working very slow in 2g as well as in 3G. Even in 3G network web page browsing is not working. So I have requested to you solve this networking problem.

                          Dear Sir/Madam, I had taken airtel internet plan (2GB/month at 3 G speed and thereafter unlimited at 2 G speed) for 6 months and made one time payment. Airtel had sent me a bill and asking for payment. When i had discussed at customer care, they informed me that you had click on some websites which was chargeable., but no message was given to me for any additional charges.                             I am in outstation & i am continuously recharging phone with talk time. But after every recharge within few hours balance is reducing to zero. My prepaid mobile no is [protected]. The reason given by customer care is switching on data connection without data balance. I have recharged my phone with Rs 164/ & amt recovered for switching on data network is only 49/-. Hence i request to refund Rs 115/- to my account.Due to this problem i am not able to remain in touch with my family.

                              I have been using 4g service from quite long time in Gurgaon, but, unfortunately despite recharging for 4g data I am not getting the speed, even in most of the cases its become difficult to open a simple google site. The speed I am getting as low as 0.01k/s while using internet and abruptly site abandoned, though, occasionally its work fine but its only out of 100 attempts. It was also quite surprised while I have short visit to Dehradun (Near Kalka Mandir), where, even I am not able to use the internet service whereas from second sim from another operator was working fine.                                 I have requested for an MNP from Vodafone to airtel as to get better connectivity, but instead of getting any services from them, they cant activate my number, and on repetitive follow up, each n every time, i heard the same thing, that please wait for 6 hr, when its already 48 hrs past, still my number is not yet been activated . on escalating this issue to higher authority, their response is further disappointing as they told me that my tele verification has not yet been completed on which, i called 59059 again & again, but from there i got confirmation that my number has been verified on 30th nov 2015 .On my request to provide any message or mail for confirming that my tele verification is completed, they refused to give any written proof . they are just not activating my number. I don't understand this kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior from a company like airtel . i hope your voice can make a difference on their deaf ears.

                                  I am using airtel sim. Mobile No. is [protected] for last 5 year. airtel cut my balance so many times by the name of data uses. Recently they deducted rs 137 from my main account balance by same reason but according to my net pack plan I have blackberry plan which is not allow to use normal gprs or 3G data. I called to customer care but they didn't respond me in proper way & not refunded my deducted 137 rs even they not accepted that my 137 rs has been deducted last night from my main balance. please help me .                                     Pls find my ultimate pain for being your sic n new customer, just 30 days old for your kind understanding. Bought the above said prepaid connection [protected] nearly 30-days back & on 28-Nov-15, my mother carried it with her to mumbai & currently, its under roaming. As per your advertised roaming tariff of Rs.31, am supposed to enjoy incoming calls for free of cost while on roaming for 10-days. To my surprise, unable to recharge with 31 denomination (tried online n through retailer), getting error as "unable to process your request". For the same, visited your Airtel store located at Malkajgiri (opp to Shah electronics) 2 hrs back & met your uncivilized team & got zero help on my concern. In your store, met with your honorable executive called Mr.Karthik & shocked with his idiotic/care free response saying "kuch problm hoga, agar aap complaint leneko bolenge, tho hum lenge, aapki marji". What is this 'app ki marji', are we looking like beggars to you folks On my insistence, some other gentleman came on board & took my prepaid no along with alternate contact no & said in half hr, i will get the message about the complaint. For your notice my lord, till now i didnt received any such message. Why you fake customers, are we looking like fools to you people Dont call on [protected], as it is with my mother in roaming, call on my alt cont no [protected].                                       I have been cheated by your store guys regarding my portability request. I had continuously told the guys that I need a nano sim card since I am using iPhone 6.

                                      I was told that don’t worry we will give you nano sim card but actually they handed me over a sealed package saying that it contains nano sim.

                                      When I checked with the sim and had to cut it so that it fits in my iPhone. But after cutting the sim, it was not getting detected in my phone so I told guys that please help me out and give me a nano sim.

                                      Now I have two sim cards and both of them are not working. Please help me with this as I am losing crucial business and personal calls.

                                        Since more than two months I am being harassed by Airtel to pay my mobile bill of Rs13000. I had written an email to them about unacceptable bill amount and that I have been wrongly charged. Apart from this they have charged me a monthly rental for international roaming for more than 5 months. After several phone calls and mental harassment and loss of time and effort, they called me back to confirm that the internet charges were wrongly put and rs10, 000 had been waived off. Till date all my conversation has been on mail and I requested them (Rohan, customer service executive who called me) to send me an email confirmation. I got a call from[protected]. The executive named Rohan got into an argumentative mode and misbehaved. He threatened me that he would not be sending me any mails and hung up the phone. It's sheer misconduct from the company's end and I request strict actions to be taken against this executive for misbehaving and not answering properly. If no action is taken against him, I would make sure to file a complaint against Airtel for improper customer service. I have been dealing with this for more than two months and at the end I get this kind of response and misconduct from Airtel. This is completely unacceptable and disappointing. Please inform me about what steps or actions have been taken against this person.

                                        Because of misbehaved by customer care service I am feeling its not good service for me in the future..
                                        I wanted to give FIR report on airtel company but I know every person here is corrupted so i could not do this..
                                        I have been facing Harassment from Airtel customer service executive for sometime now. I have called up Airtel couple to times to file complaint but still no action has been taken so far. Today i again get a call from same executive who is a shame on manners... uses abusive and insulting language. If this is the kind of Customer Service you provide then you people do not deserve to be in business.
                                        Its been 5 years since i have been using Airtel network and never have i ever had any complaints from the quality of the customer care service but I am highly disappointed with the customer care service this time. I had some internet speed and connectivity issues so I called up the customer helpline and it took a great amount of time this time to even connect to the customer executive and when I did, the lady on the other side sounded very pissed at something, I understand that even they might be stressed or frustrated sometimes but this lady was at an another level of rudeness. She was literally shouting into the mic as if she was not managing customer care service but rather ordering a battalion to march into battle. I politely asked her to speak a little softly but she just kept on saying she is going to scream only so that i can hear her (ironic). I for the last time said politely to speak softly and not scream but she was too much of a hooligan to understand politeness so i hung up the call.I am still having connectivity issues and my speed is absolute crap. I didnt see this one coming.
                                        I have recharge Rs 49/- but my Balance deducted rs 30 for renewed Caller tune and i have not Select renewed and not my permission to renewed it...Firstly i call customer executive, he said Shameful op from your side then i have refund it but you have Stop your so if not possible...then transfer to senior she said if you Stop your side or not this amount is not refunded, then i told her In future this type of issue i faced and hole amount is refunded then she(senior) is misbehave she told me (customer kiya krte h jaan boch kr service ko activate krte h, call krte h customer care se paisa Lene k liye) This type of words using senior executive... Its mean mai jaan boch kr activate krta hoon aur paisa leta hoon..mera pass dosra koi kaam nh h, din bhar yahi krta raho!!!Shameless
                                        I again said im not renewed it automatic and this type of service very shamefull.
