I have been using airtel for past 7 years. Last week, i got one message regarding outgoing calls expired and need to recharge for some plans, even i have main balance of rs. 6.00. Yesterday, i have received one more message as incoming calls will expire on 21-nov, 2018. And again received same information to recharge some plans as received before.

Kindly help on this issue and provide valid reason for validity expiry

It has been a month since I converted from postpaid to prepaid and I couldn't recharge my mobile either online or at payments bank...the moment I am able to recharge my prepaid, I will port out of stupid Airtel.
I have purchased airtel Top-Up Recharge of Rs. 30/- while scratching it, i have lost some digits of its pin number, please send me its recharge pin or recharge my mobile number, i am sending you details of top-up card.

    I am an Airtel customer having airtel sim across 4-5 years but few days before i got an massage form Airtel that my service has been discontinued after 23 nov 2018 if I don't recharge my airtel number with rs. 35 or than i immediately recharge my no. With 35 rs. They give me 34 something rs in my balance and 100 mb across net data

    Then i want tovmake an outgoing calls but after tapping on call button the call immediately ended
    Can't understand why this problem raised
    Please solve this problem as soon as possible

      I have paid rs.1767/- on oct 21st 2018 for new broad band connection. After payment, they told me to wait for 5 days and then airtel executive called me that there is not service near my residence and i'll get refund in 9 days. It's almost a month and didn't get service or any refund. Request you to look into this and do the needful.

      Sir, the outgoing calls on my Prepaid Airtel no. -- [protected] have been stopped today morning due to unknown reason. I request you to activate my incoming & outgoing calls again.
      My sim outgping services is closed on 12 nov 2018 and 13 nov 2018 incoming services is also closed i want this service as soon as possible why u should stop it without any reason?????

      I m a costumer of airtel. I hv purchase a 4g mobile but when I came to BARGARH airtel office for convert 3g sim to 4g. But they asked me to come after 3 days. Since today I can not get the sim yet.

        Iam not able to receive and make calls from my device since 5 days. Iam able to receive messages but not able to make an outgoing and get incoming calls.
        I had recharged my mobile but still iam facing the same issue.
        The call barring in my device is activated and iam not able to deactivate it.

        Please resolve my issue as it is very urgent for me.

        Kindly return my amount of 35 rupees against VEMES service activation by Airtel in my number i.e 9668633434 without my knowledge.The transaction ID is N2882518222 on 13th Nov 2018
        From the last 6 months I am unable to send the messages from my Android phones.Whenever I tried to send the messages it was coming like "MESSAGE SENDING FAILED".Hope u will resolve this problem as soon as possible.
        Dont know how my prepaid airtel sim card is barred:
        NO: [protected].
        Even the sim card is not getting shown on mobile.
        Cant select the Sim. The mobile slot is saying empty.

            Hi airtel team,
            My mobile# [protected] was having balance rs 426 till yesterday and currently its showing as rs 227. Also, today morning i received a message stating "rs 99 have been deducted towards the international roaming rental activated on 17-nov-18". But fyi, i didn't activated neither requested to activate any such services.
            It has been noted that since last few months i am getting such issues related to automatic activation o[censored]nwanted services and deduction from main balance towards these services.
            Kindly provide me a waiver of rs[protected]=199) and please deactivate all such unwanted and international roaming rental services.

              1860 numbers not connecting

              I have been trying to connect to my axis bank customer care[protected] from my mobile number [protected] but not being able to do so. Its saying no balance even though my plan is unlimited plan of Rs 559. Why is it Airtel only blocking 1860 numbers call, however why I'm able to call from idea sim ?...

              Requested for mnp for [protected] at airtel store on 10/11/18.
              Got confirmation via sms from airtel that airtel no. Will be activated on 15/11/18 at 22:00. Vodafone sim stopped working at same time but airtel sim has still not activated. Since 15/11/210 my no. Is not working. Due to this i am not able to use banking services as well as official work is getting hampered. I have visited airtel store many times as well as talked to customer care many times but still no. Is not activated. This is the worst experience with airtel. Nonody in airtel is ready to help.

                The airtel has stopped the service validity of the prepaid customer's. Reson is not known and the reply to the query is to go ahead with validity recharge of 35 rs per 28 days, ie every month we need to pay some amount to make your service outgoing and incoming active.

                It is equivalent to electricity /landline / postpaid bill cycle per month. The service is also not so appreciable.

                    My mobile no. [protected]. I have received message from axarwinf which reads: please note. Services on your airtel mobile will be valid till current pack validity. After pack expiry, it is necessary to reacharge with unlimited or smar1*51#. Another message says "your o/g valid till 05.12.2018". I have a balance talk time of rs. 191. Please clarify me why i am being cheated. I am a practising advocate. Immediate rectification is requested.

                        Hello sir/madam i got a call from air tell online jobs so they told me to fill forms in last time as i agreed to it they told me to pay 2000 as registeration then 2500 to agreement n so on they told to pay totally i had pay 15000 to them now these pupil r just saying some.                             Iam constantly facing issues in my location.
                            I called 100 times to airtel only to know that they will the problem soon it's been like 3 years no action on your end.
                            Although there is 4g voltee already introduced in our locality (Greater noida) but due to know no network coverage i can't make call from within my home. There are several people facing the same issue in my locality.

                              We, as a customer feel cheated by airtel for sudden stoppage of service validity of prepaid sim cards.
                              I got msg that services will be stopped (Outgoing& incoming and then lose number) if not recharged with monthly pack.
                              This is cheating.
                              I spent ₹200 for lifetime validity recharge in 2008 and got lifetime validity till december 2037.
                              That amounts to ₹449 today considering inflation rates.
                              So if they are abolishing the services then give back our validity recharge amount first.

                              Secondly they cannot compel us to recharge every month. Because not everyone is wealthy and also there are times when we don't use services like exams for students or any health issues etc.

                              Third thing is most o[censored]s have dual sim phones. And some have more than 2 sim cards because they belong business in multiple states.
                              So in this case, do you want to make customer recharge each and every sim with monthly combo pack??

                              This is unacceptable.
                              Airtel has cheated customers.
                              You can't compel us to do whatever you want.
                              And if you really want to do that., then refund all our money that we spent back in years for service validity recharge..

                                  Issue about airtel network. It shows 4g on notification bar but actually it cant speed up any site as fast as expect. Airtel says fastest network ever by ookla but when i test it on speedtest app of ookla. Its say network problem. When i test jio its connect to speedtest and gives interet speed result but airtel cant connect. I use jio also its working better and fast. What should i do for about network and speed.

                                    My network is not working properly.. I am facing this problem from last night.. It is getting converted from 4g to 3g and i am not getting enough speed as i was getting earlier i have recharged it weeks before and i was not facing this problem earlier from last night its not shifting to 4g and once it is shifted then on 4g internet is not working so i have to use this 3g speed when i had a recharge of 4g nd not getting enough speed

                                      Bharti airtel activated first mobile no on 10 oct 18, second on 12 oct 18 and amazon prime video on 29 oct 18 as per 649 plan. They generated bill for period 26 sep - 25 oct 18 with charges from 09 oct 18. I asked them to generate bill from period 09/ 10 oct 18 till 31 oct 18 and thereafter from 1st to last date of month. Also, i asked them to credit my second no balance amount which was airtel prepaid to postpaid change, as per their scheme. The call centre saying cant help and the nodal and apellate officers mobile and email ids indicated on airtel and trai website are incorrect. Have been making emails and calls daily and they promised that they would escalate matter to resolve. However, there has been no response from them for about 10 days and last two days they deactivated services of the two nos. How can they do like this? They are at fault for not having in place a grievance mechanism and dictating their own bill period especially when the mobile was not activated during that time. How can i take legal action against them? Please help.
