Airtel — airtel postpaid complaint | |||
I have been a customer since 2015 but in august i decided to call customer service to tell them that there are network issues and also wanted them to disconnect my number but they promised to resolve the issue and asked me for sometime then disconnected my incoming and outgoing. The appellate team called me tell they can not help and i need to clear my complete outstanding. Stupid people handling escalation. My alt number is [protected]. If there is someone competent to resolve my billing issue, i will continue with airtel if not i am going to throw away my sim and move on to a different service provider.
