Shame on u. Really shame on you saumya for makiing false commitments to the customers. Instead of helping the customers you people have made the mentality to disturb them why because you are given such type of education from your parents. That's why you people disrespect your parents and the customers. Really shame on you greedy hungry beggars who do such type of fraud and show nasty attitude towards the customers. Also you people don't have respect for the time. It's not a big issue that you bull [censored] idiot people taking so much time. If you peie have swlsf respect and respect for the customers then instead of making the non-sense excuses reduce my call rates and refund my unnecessary deducted amount.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have done online recharge for INR 199 on 07/02/2019 but the transaction was failed. Account was debited but the recharge was not done. I have received the refund.
Transaction ID INDBIP[protected].kindly refund the amount immediately.

    Sir, i requested to port my no. Into airtel, as per the message i recieved it should get ported into airtel on 11/02. But, even after inserting the sim, their is no network showing. Because of it l, i am not even able to call 59059 or to do anything. Now my both the sims are not working. Neither the old one nor the new. I just want to know up-to when i'll be able to use my number in a proper manner. As it is creating a lot of problems for me

    I am facing to much problem in my area all r facing the same issue plse i request to reslove mg network issue in mg area
    I recharged my sim on 6 Feb with ₹399 but the process failed and I was told that the money will be credited to my airtel wallet. But still the money is not credited. Also it's not allowing me to send my airtel wallet money to bank.
    The airtel help and support option in the app is also not responding.

      I have 3 set top box of airtel digital DTH
      Few days ago I selected few free and paid chennals but after that airtel stops all chennals and two-two chennals category wise shows automatically.
      Selected chennals not showing airtel.
      After that insidence yesterday day choosing chennals by Mobile app there is problem occurs while selecting individual chennal at last compulsory select a pack which is given by Airtel.
      As per government rules there is no option for selecting individual chennals. Error occurs while selection.

        Hello,
        I have Airtel DTH ([protected]) where I am being harassed by Airtel DTH team since last week.
        I had recharged my DTH on 6th of Feb where I had to choose the new package as per TRAI's new regulation. I followed the process which I was told from Airtel DTH executive but after 2-3 days, my account was suspended due to low balance. I called up again in Airtel Helpline where I was told that a package of 3500 is activated on my account. When I asked them who did it, they told it was done from backend. I mean Seriously?
        I had wasted my hours in choosing a plan for my account which cost me around 260 and they are saying I'm having 3500 pm plan.
        They then lodged a request for my account activation and provided me a request number [protected]. Also they asked me to do the minimum recharge of 150 again and choose a new plan and they said they will deactivate previous plan of 3500/-. I did the recharge again and wasted hours, choosing a new plan and messaged to the number I was told for activation.
        Next morning when I turned on the TV, I saw back again that account suspension screen due to low balance.
        Airtel DTH executive again said that I need to wait again for 24 hours.
        Hours and hours passed by but no body is bothered for customer service at Airtel DTH end.
        Still my account is suspend.
        So, today morning I have registered a complaint in this regard in 'National Consumer Helpline'.
        I'm also looking for further action against Airtel DTH company who are harassing customer in such way.

          I went to SR NAGAR Airtel store i have taken token and waiting there are many counters and some employees are chit chatting with each other not looking into the customers issue and I have waited for 30min and they said we don't payments bank while I taking token they said that we having payments bank. Incharge MR KRISHNA talking rude with the customers and not giving proper response to customers. How did him incharge I not able to understand.

            Airtel has been continuously sending me text messages that free 10gb data has been credited to my number and I have to miss call a certain number to avail that offer. I did the same a couple of times and nothing happened. When I contacted customer service, they said that since I have no offer available so I am not getting it. Wtf?! U guys are literally spamming me with an offer and saying that this offer isn't avaible for me? I am even getting airtel automated calls for this offer. What sort of service is this? I want answer from airtel.

              My airtel prepaid mobile [protected] service stopped working from past 4 days due to the error simcard registration failed. Tried using a different phone but never worked. I tried contacting airtel customer care many times or visit airtel store 4 times (Gurudwara road (3 times), sector 14 (1 time) and none bothered to look in to this matter.

              My phone is dead for more than 4 days now. This is not acceptable since this is the main number my family and relatives use to contact. I have also raised a complaint through airtel store and customer care complaint ref no. Is[protected] and no response till date.

              Since it is too late i want some higher authorities from airtel to look in to this and do the needful asap. I want airtel to compensate for the loss that they have made to me and should pay for the difficulties i had to gone through because of their poor service.

              Still sim card not being operational. Please have a look on high priority.
              I am try before two days but i am not sellection my channels.my contact no. is [protected].customer care is busy and website are not show clear trai rules.
              Maximum people are not satisfied for airtel dth.please help me.
              I call multiple times on Airtel TV customer care regarding choice of our channel but they are saying these service still not allowed.
              I also try through Portal of Airtel but portal also slow down.
              Our Dth is somehow not faciliting us with new trai services/packs because of this we are unable to take services or entertainment.plz take some sincere steps towards this complain please sir call me i need your help or else i have to change our dth provider

                  I have airtel dth connection (Big mistake!). Most of the time it does not work and following message is displayed on tv screen:

                  "inserted view card is not an airtel view card or it may not be inserted properly. Please insert a valid viewing card correctly again.
                  Error code: 2"

                  Even after several complains, they do not resolve the issue till now.

                  I am also suffering from service problem mentioned above and from past 10 days my tv is dumb because of your worst service

                  I am tired of complaining and still there is no resolution.

                    I was using airtel postpaid number [protected]. Then without usage airtel guys keep on increasing my phone bill and complained so many times against this but they did nothing then at the end they stopped myphone services and they called me to pay 600 rs and promised they'll start my phone services

                    And to keep the number active i made the payment but services not started yet.

                    I have purchased a pack of Rs.340 with channels mentioned in that pack but after that some channels are not working.
                    i called cusomer care center but they dnt respond at all.
                    i even forwarded a email regaridng all thi but not positive response at all.
                    Der sir, am Vina from Uyo. I can't activate call barring code on my phone and was told password blocked, help cancel the password blocked and send me my call barring code. My mobile is Tecno T350. My mobile number is protected.

                      On 26 Jan 2019 I have done a unlimited data pack recharge of 499 rupees by using debit card with reference no[protected]. Company said when recharge is unsuccessful refund amount is automatically reverse in bank account. After 16 days there is no refund proceed and there no response from their team.

                        Airtel — unable to recharge airtel prepaid number


                        I am facing issue my mobile number [protected] during recharge. I am using this number from more than 15 years now. Since, 3rd february i am not able to recharge.

                        1. Unable to recharge from airtel wallet. Message that i get is ‘transaction failed, tried for all other apps and easy recharge

                        2. Unable to recharge for internet, paytm and other modes. It give message unsuccessful transaction. This is happening only with my mobile number [protected], it is working fine with other airtel number.

                        3. I tried with other person asking him to recharge my number but it fails.

                        Finally i unable to recharge my mobile number [protected].

                        I have contacted customer care on 3rd february 2018, branch but still my problem is not resolve and no response from them and followed up everyday but no one cares about the issue. Poor customer support and escalation process.
                        Kindly resolve at the earliest.

                          The device gets disconnected on itself and the devices connected will experience internet disruption all of a sudden. I have tried resetting the device but nothing seems to work. I did take the device to the airtel store as well but they just asked me to reset. I had purchased the device in feb 2018. I am facing the issue for almost two months time.

I am loosing my business calls.My office work stopped due to same as i can't communicate with my business partners.

                                My airtel prepaid no [protected], 20 digit sim number[protected]u, was deactivated by aion november 2018 claiming non usage of sim. After contacting customer care, i visited the nearest airtel store in my city. They accepted my reactivation request, but they told me they were unsure whether i will get prepaid or postpaid connection & only their back end team can decide even though i clearly mentioned that i am expecting a prepaid sim card upon reactivation as earlier also was prepaid.
                                I am a student (18+yrs) & i cant afford postpaid plans of minimum 400rs per month at any cost. They are telling me i have pay & wait for 3months if i were to make itprepaid (Min 1200rs), its completely out of my budget for phone bills. Today i got a call from them telling me the new sim is ready to collect they tried activating in prepaid their system was showing issue so they did postpaid connection, take it in postpaid or forget your number, this is complete cheating done by forcing customers to take postpaid for reactivating sim even if they are not willing to, i had also contacted airtel over email & they have been simply delaying my case and giving useless replies over call about reactivating in prepaid mode only, simply telling their backend team will call me, but nothing happens. I did mention if they arent able to provide me my earlier prepaid type sim connection then give me a option to port to some other prepaid network operator who doesn't do such a daylight fraud by forcing & cheating customers to take postpaid sim for reactivation, but they are telling for this also i have to wait for 90 days only then i can port. I also did confirm with trai there is no such rule to give only postpaid sim on reactivation, its airtel who is doing this by misusing trai new minimum balance rule and after disconnecting sim, making money by forcing postpaid to retain no.

                                  Airtel customer care refusing to activate my own dth plan.

                                  I inderjeet dogra (Airtel dth customer id: [protected]) have changed my plan on 07.02.2019 through their qr code as received: tvchg dskc8ltz furvvuv61 ge8hgo72 heggo82 g4og92 g1hgb2 fu4vc1 8bntve1 g9hgn2, i have received the message that thanks for selecting new pack on airtel digital tv, we have received your request and after changing the plan airtel has discontinue my services and not restored till now (Dated:11.02.2019).
                                  I submitted request to activate my own plan 4 times but nothing happened.
                                  I brought to your notice that i am daily perusing through their call center twice in a day, but they are telling that our server is down so i am unable to activate your even they said our basic pack is mandatory and you can tell us more channels so we can add your channels. Sometimes they told we can't help you.
                                  What's going on.
                                  Today again i tried to restore our dth service through their call center they are telling that you again book your complain and telling it will take some more days and can’t specify the day then transferred to call to seniors but no body responds..

                                  So i request you kindly do some needful action against airtel dth service provider so that numbers of customers (Like me) can not be harass by them.
                                  Your early action in this regard is solicited.

                                    My airtel prepaid number is [protected] i am having trouble in receving incoming calls since 2 days. I even contacted customer care even they are, not helpful. They asked me to visit airtel store but there is no airtel store near by i have to travel 20 kms from my place.. I am on unlimited pack and when some tries to call me it says "incoming call facility is not available on this number, it will continue on post recharge" inspite of being on a unlimited plan i have recharged for 35 n no luck still i am having problem with incoming calls. Please resolve my issue. Bcoz of this nonsense o[censored]a company, i have incurred huge loss.

                                      Airtel dth is not providing me the necessary services of the channels that i have selected in view of the recent announcement made by telecom regulatory authority of india;wherein all the operators have been directed to provide the services to the customers for the channels they will opt in addition to the mandatory channels. The dth cable operator is not activating the channels selected by me despite frequent requests and is charging exorbitant monthly charges.
                                      I am optimistic that they will be asked to explain their position and in the meanwhile will be directed to charge the amount as per the channels selected by me. Pertinent to mention here that i have to pay rs 160/= excess than the actual monthly charge.

                                        Airtel dth[protected]; airtel not activated plan i wanted of rs180; they activated as per their own wish of rs3060 per mnth plan n later after mny complaints changed to rs219.62 but not of my choice. Now they are piling up negative balance on prepaid dth? Height of loot of commoners.

                                        Airtel took many days in trying to change my plan which is still not done properly nor they ever sent me excel file of channel list so that i can change my plan properly. I told them i will recharge my account only when plan is changed properly.

                                        However, now they are fooling customers and cheating hapless subscriber by negatively charging for a plan which was never asked for. Till today they have piled up negative balance of rs-28.72/- for what joy?

                                        I am thinking to through this box out of my house the last remaining airtel thing in my flat; and be done with it rather than having to deal with irresponsible company.

                                        Remove all negative balance and send me dth excel file asap so that i can choose my plan as per my need and airtel activate the same; i wont recharge till this is done. And being a prepaid product how u can charge negative balance?

                                        Call gets disconnected within 5 seconds after picking up any call. its the same when i call others. it also gets disconnected within 5 seconds before i say hello. the problem started from 1st feb, 2019. i cannot have a conversation with any one. even i cannot call the service centre 121.
                                        I chose the channels required in Airtel website on 27Jan, 19 and received below reply from Airtel. We have received your request with reference ID 128630 for your subscriber id [protected]-001.Your new plan will be applicable from 1st Feb’19 onwards.
                                        But it hasn't changed even now and they are still charging money for my old pack.

                                        Please solve my internet problem cause i have not used the internet in my home since few day. Your 4g network is very very bad in my room.
                                        Already network setting is correct i have not found setting foult.
                                        I'm getting protional and financial calls, eventhough i have not registered in any of them or runing any business. As im getting calls back to back, literlly fedup with it. Even though i have registered in NDND but still no actions was taken or calls were blocked.
                                        Please make sure it stops.

                                        As per above subject I have done payment on 9th January for 100rs according to your costumer care executive .but money deducted from my account and free to air channel not provided till now...and when I call your costumer care executive they don't response properly...kindly provide free to air channel in our Airtel set top box and refund my money.
