I am a member for 12 months in airtel. My pack lasts til 29/10/19 & my balance is rs 2414.4. I selected my pack for rs 258.42 per month on 30/1/19 but my pack is not activated until today 08/02/19. I received a message to my registered mobile no:[protected] that my pack costs rs 1848.89 per month & my pack lasts til 8/3/19. The channels that are not requested by me are played on tv. I contacted customer care but they are not responding. I am struggling since ten days. I have sent many emails but they are not responding to my problem. Even the customer care is not attending the calls.

    I have been requesting to airtel dth to disconnect my dth connection as i am migrating from my current residence.
    I have been trying for last 20 days to call on customer service 12150 but no action has been taken. I have registered twice for the same.
    I have more than 1500 rs in the account and per day rs are being deducted.
    I request you to take quick action so that i can save my money.

      Recently i got my number ported from vodafone to airtel with 299 postpaid plan but after few months my plan by upgraded to 399 without my consent. Despite my repeated complaints about the network issue, no action has been taken to resolve this matter. There is hardly any network in the prominent areas like lajpat nagar and vasant junk, new delhi. Please look into this and suitable instructions be issued to airtel to dispose off my agony.

      I believe that their self-claim to have the fastest network by another cheat company ookra is absolutely false and concocted. Their misleading and untrue advertisements should immediately be stopped.

          I selected my plan on 31/01/2019 using airtel digital tv portal and got the confirmation on screen but they applied thier own plan and then on 07/02/2019, i again selected my plan and send sms to airtel but 70% channels blocked and when i checked my account it is showing 3476 rs per month rental instead of my choosen plan of 625 rs per month...
          I try to register my complaint on toll free number many times today but they said there is technical problem and we can't take your complaint, you call after 2 hrs. I tried 5 times today but they replied same.
          Kindly escilate issue so that i can view all my selected channels as well as my money should be reverted to my account which is consumed in between 1 feb till the problem remain alive.

            I am abdul hakeem, 48 years old (Am a bp patient). I was purchased airtel 4g hot spot on december 2nd week of 2018. Hot spot no:[protected]. I am paid rs. 2, 500.
            Last week of january 2019 hot spot not working. I go to complaint airtel office in trichy cantonment, tamil nadu where purchased. They said to pay gst bill for first month of rs.432 for activating hot spot. Am also paid this service tax on same day.
            Here after am a patient i go to airtel office more than 50 times and talk this problem. They are refused and shouted me a lot.
            Please take necessary action to airtel and their staffs. Kindly advise to activate my hotspot and inform to pay compensation amount for my depression

              In my airtel bill for the period: 05-jan-2019 to 04-feb-2019 bill no:[protected], it was showing i send international sms to the number:[protected], 3 times. Details below:

              21/mar/2017 07:06:[protected]

              But i haven't send any sms to that number and i have no idea about that number. When i checked online the same number found for fraud in vodafone too. I guess its a fraud from the company. They have charged 15 rs for that 5rs per sms. I want this to be solved.

                I had opted for a mix of bouquet and a la carte channels for my airtel dth subscription no [protected] on 30/01/2019 and the request no provided by the company is 212523. The total charge for above selection was around inr 540.00 per month. From 06/02/2019, i am receiving much less channels than i had opted but the company is charging inr 700.00.
                I contacted the company on 06/02/2019 and they told me that they have system problem and it will be sorted out in a few hours. The situation was same till the next day (Even now) and again i contacted the company on 07/02/2019 three times during the day and they repeated the same lines.
                Toady at 13:28 hrs i contacted the company again and they said that i will be called within 4 hours and the matter will be sorted out. Nothing has been done from the company side and i am yet to receive a call.

                      मैं एयरटेल कंपनी का 4जी उपभोक्ता हू व मैं एयरटेल को 4जी नेटवर्क का शुल्क प्रदान करता हु। पूरनपुर की सीमेंट रोड मोहल्ला चौक बाजार मे मेरी दुकान है, तथा मेरी दुकान व बाजार में कई जगह पर एयरटेल के नेटवर्क बहुत खराब आते हैं जिसके चलते मुझे निम्न परेशानियों का सामना उठाना पड़ता है-
                      1- कई बार बात करते करते मेरा कॉल बीच मे ही कट जाता है।
                      2- डिजिटल ट्रांजेक्शन में दिक्कत आती है । मुझे नेट बेंकिंग यूज़ करने के लिये दुकान से बाहर जाना पड़ता है।
                      3- कई बार मेरा नंबर कवरेज क्षेत्र से बाहर या ब्यस्त बताता है।
                      जिसकी शिकायत मैन कई बार एयरटेल कंप्लेन 198 पर की। लेकिन पिछले 6-7 माह से मुझे ये हर बार कम्प्लेन करने पर यही असबशन दिया जा रहा है कि आप के क्षेत्र में काम चल रहा है।
                      मैन कस्टमर एग्जीक्यूटिव को बताया कि पूरनपुर में अन्य स्थानों अपितु मेरे घर पर भी एयरटेल के नेटवर्क बहुत अछे आते है पर मेरे ऑफिस के स्थान पर नेटवर्क की स्थिति दयनीय है । कृपया आप अपनी नेटवर्क टीम को भेज कर जांच करबाये । लेकिन मेरी शिकायत को हर बार यह कह के नकार दिया जाता है कि आपके शहर में नेटवर्क टीम का कार्य चल रहा है । लेकिन उसी टीम को मेरी बताई हुई लोकेशन पर भेज कर 1 बार भी मेरी शिकायत की जांच नही करवाई गई।
                      अतः महोदय से मेरा अनुरोध है कि एयरटेल कंपनी पर कार्यबाही कर मेरी बतायी हुई लोकेशन पर टीम को भेज कर जल्द से जल्द 4जी नेटवर्क प्रदान किया जाए।

But the channel's are not activated till 08.02.2019. I called customer care 5 times all times they told me to wait 24 hours.                           Recently i purchased an airtel 4g hotspot device with a plan for 6 months @ 3600. For that i submitted a form online through airtel website, i received the call from the customer care the following day and they scheduled a document verification meeting at my home. The airtel agent came to my house and got all the verification done from the airtel mobile application. He took 3600rs in cash and gave me the 4g hotspot device with

                          My phone number is: 91756xxxxx
                          I got an sms to pay the bill for 4453rs, you can check the logs for the sim, i have only used it for internet services. I would be a fool to use it without a plan.

                          My money got deducted from my bank account but my bill is still due of Rs 944 and transaction failed kindly resolve this issue asap. I am not able to contact with Airtel for my money transaction so solve this and try to refund my money.

                              I am an airtel post paid customer and as per plan there was free subscription to airtel secure which i took it as i believed it will protect my phone for any physical damage at less cost as any insurance cover for my oneplus 5 phone bought in july/aug 2017

                              Recently when my phone screen got damaged, i chose to raise a claim and submitted all the required documents like invoice copy, photo of damaged phone, imei number etc and the claim no was raised sr # 3939121 submitted on 1/02/2019

                              After going through stages like document submission - validating documents - screening - handset pickup and the cost was estimated to
                              Rs 6870 on 6/02/2019
                              But on 07/02/2019, i got a mail from [protected]@airtel. Oneassist.in

                              On checking with customer care, i have been informed that the 10% excess amount calculated is on the so called coverage amount which is equal to the cost of handset, which is absurd considering that you are charging based on the cost of the handset and not on the cost of repair.

                              Also please view the following video posted by airtel on youtube around 2017, which clearly mentions that the excess amount to be paid by customer is only 10% of the cost of repair.

                              But when i called customer care they where referring to the following site

                              Which i don't know when was it updated.

                              This is really frustrating as much as misleading customer on their service

                              Please help in resolving this issue with airtel team

                                  I have been wrongfully been stripped of many of the channels i have already paid for and my calls and mails are not being answered.
                                  I am an existing customer of airtel digital tv (Id: [protected]), with the registered mob: [protected]. I have two connections on the same number (Id: [protected]-001 and [protected]-002). For the primary, i already had an existing connection for 1 year of hd+sd channels of rs.5999 valid till 7th oct, 2019.
                                  Now for [protected]-001 as per government and trai regulation on new tariff packs, i was sent a link, where airtel suggested a pack for me at rs.699/month which was the closest to my existing pack and i approved it. Even got a reference id after approval (Ref id : 316864)

                                  For the second connection, [protected]-002, i tried to select my pack directly from channel 998
                                  As told by their representative but was later told the connection was suspended. I was also asked to make a recharge of rs. 200 to re-activate which i did and some of the channels started showing.

                                  But suddenly many of the channels that i paid for and selected for the connection [protected]-001 were stopped which is strange as i have already paid and selected the packs. I have been mailing them and calling their helpline frantically but their is no reply. Cannot watch half the channels i paid for even after selecting a pack for rs. 699/month valid till october 7th, 2019. As per new trai guidelines.
                                  Also i have no idea what to do for the secondary connection.

                                  I need a proper resolution and explanation on this.

                                    I have been trying to contact customer care about the cashback coupons i have received earlier. But there is no response from them. I lost all my cashback coupons i have received for recharging my mobile number with rs.399 plan. When i asked them they are saying that we dont know about it and our plans have been changed and they cut the call saying thankyou. Now i have lost my rs.400 coupons which have validity till 31 march 2020.

                                      My airtel dth service stopped suddenly and it's been 4 days and i didn't hear anything from them. I've already selected the expensive (Which they said it will reduce monthly bills) trai subscriptions but still, my channels are not working. I've tried calling the customer care for at least 50 times and it was a total waste of my time, i even tried emailing them but i didn't get any response. Daily my balance is getting reduced and they don't care.

                                        I amit shukla (Airtel dth customer id:[protected]) have changed my plan on 05.02.2019 through their qr code as received: tvchg dtgjgrbz frosnpv61 fd8v9v71 tj2g3o82 g6og92 enra1 gkoge2, i have received the message that thanks for selecting new pack on airtel digital tv, we have received your request and after changing the plan airtel has discontinue my services and not restored till now (Dated:08.02.2019).
                                        I brought to your notice that i am daily perusing through their call center twice in a day, but they are telling that our server is down so i am unable to restore your plan. Sometimes they told that they will restored your previous plan.
                                        Today again i tried to restore our dth service through their call center they are telling that you again book your complain and telling it will take some more days and can’t specify the day when your service will restore.
                                        So i request you kindly do some needful action against airtel dth service provider so that numbers of customers (Like me) can not be harass by them.
                                        Your early action in this regard is solicited.
