Complaint marked as Resolved I must thank all the members of Consumer Complaints group.
Before Coming to Consumer complaints, i was really frustrated because
Airtel's customer care services are very very very BAD.
following methods i tried before coming to Consumer complaints.
1. customer care numbers
2. visiting Airtel's service centers.
3. writing email,
i wrote emails from my gmail ID, it was bouncing back.
because Airtel has blocked incoming emails from gmail ( my assumption)
4. sending SMS
Today Airtel executive called me and he has resolved my problems.
(Actually, i have to go home and check. I am writing these comments before verifying .
I am just going by the promise of telephonic conversation with Airtel's executive)
I hope things are fine.
