I am amit dubey with having airtel dth connection [protected]-001 & 002.

I was having infinity pack with airtel for my both connections as above.

In line with trai guidelines i have created two different packages in 31st jan 19 afternoon around 12 pm with request numbers 245943 for 001 and 239978 for 002.

However to my surprise and shock from 07 feb suddenly and abruptly all my channel got stopped and the new requested packs also did not get active.

Instead some default incorrect pack got activated with monthly rent rs. 3526.48/- which is wired.

After this i have constantly calling customer care and requesting same again and again but my issue is not getting resolved at all, instead my account is running into negative constantly.

I have called up several times and some of the interaction ids are [protected], [protected] and [protected] and complaint number 85914633. There is never any answer from escalation to their nodal number and after long long hold recorded voice tells you to call back at any time of the day.

Every-time i call i am assured a call back but no one had called me till date and my negative balance is growing.

I am actually tired and convince of the fact that airtel is not bothered about customers and there is no customer care existing.
Kindly ensure my both accounts are operational and working which are in suspended condition. My both packages must be applicable from 01 feb which i have finalised on 31st jan 2019. All my excessive amount deducted must be credited back to my account with immediate effect. My account must have surplus balance rather than negative.

If this is done by eod today, fine, else kindly disconnect my account and just refund my all due and balance as on 01 feb 19.

In any of your decision i would appreciate an acknowledgement of this mail and thereafter proper reply within 24 hours.

      My home is getting reconstructed and the junction box is hindering the entrance of the home, kindly help me to relocate the junction box which is not in use.

        I have been an airtel user for 9 years and yet the company disregarding this fact filed an incorrect outstanding bill of rs. 60, 000 claiming it to be international roaming charge. This is highly unacceptable to charge a sum so huge to customers who haven't even used the network during that time frame. I was in a wi-fi zone, there is no chance o[censored]sing airtel 3g even for a min.

        I have spoken to the customer care multiple times and the only explanation they have been able to provide is that the charges are valid, without any justification.

        I am not willing to pay my outstanding until the bills are revised. Also, i need a representative to visit and explain how they have been able to falsely generate a bill amount so huge. This is a harassment to customers who stay loyal to a network.

          Jan 3rd i had lost my mobile so my sim also was lost when i called the customer care and told them to just block that number. After 1 week i took the same number from the airtel office, pandeshwar, mangalore it was prepaid before, so i asked them to make it prepaid itself but he told it is added in the family plan and now these people r telling me to pay again telling its post paid and asking to pay when it is prepaid. How can they do it that way without me telling it. So im gonna switch my phone from airtel to vodafone. One more thing that sim is switched off still. Its really terrifying.

            I belong to jabalpur (M. P)... Area wright town... I have taken airtel broadband about 6 months ago... The basic plan was 8mbps and unlimited data... I only gotten 2mbps speed and commitment that within a month ypur speed will be upgraded to 8mbps with my guarantee... Amd today after 6 months maybe more they are just delaying me with there fix sentence that " work is still going on for your area to upgrade the speed" who cares... If they keep providing service like this... Within a month they will forget the business in this city... Because jio v fibre is coming... No one will take that # airtel broadband... Keep yojr 8mbps speed with you only... Very disappointing service they provided me and the big thing which disappointed me a lot is that they providubg full speed in backward areas... Wright town is a and pause area... Both in a terms of commercial and residential as well... But the #ty airtel cant able to give more than 2 mbps speed. Even if you choose business broadband... They will convince you to take this broadband only with 2 mbps speed... My request with all customer is this... Dont waste and invest your valuable time with airtel... Many other companies like tikona and are also there. I will also shift my connection but i paid for a whole year because of there #ty commitment...

              We have not purchased any game or wallpaper on our mobile but airtel has one by one deducted rs 80 worth of amount from our phone, sometimes rs 5, sometimes rs 3 and so on again and again. Please arrange to return these amounts or give us a method by which we can stop these things from happening in the future. There is no response from airtel when we call customer care. Airtel must stop this illegal activity immediately.

                I have ported my no from vodafone to airtel. Last night i got message that your request is validated by current operator and no will be ported to airtel on 18 feb 10:30 pm. From that time to now 4:48 am i have no signal in my both sim airtel as well as vodafone. Mobile no [protected].
                Even when i am dialling the no it is saying mobile no not exist.
                Plz look after it even your customers care don’t know about it.

                  Hi, ours DTH customer id.[protected] was full charged by RS. 300 on 09.02.19 with our continuing plan howerver on 18.02.19 some of the news channels, music channels, child entertainment channels have been discontinued without our approval of change in plan. Also when trying to use TRAI rule either the customer care is not reachable or the site is designed in amanner making things complicated for common man.
                  I'm unable to understand that when we recharged all the channels were a part of our pack n how come during the course of term some channels r discontinued.

                    After doing recharge, Still after 7-8 days it shows account is suspended. Called on customer care out of 100 time they receive once. And they provide response that it will get refresh in 10 minutes.

                    No response from your time as well, i have mailed you 5 days back.
                    For each and everything they will send engineer and charge 150 Rs.

                      in the last year Febraury, 2018 i paid Amount 5800/- for 15 months one year and 3months for special discount packege as per Airtel Customer care Executive and they confirmed but unfortunately we recieved the message that offer is closing at 21st Febraury, 2019 instead of May, 2019. and saying that your Airtel connection will be disconnect shortly. this is obselutely cheating with customer hence, requesting you kindly look in to the matter and revert back on urgent basis.

                        I had already recharged for 1400 rs on Feb 1st week for 6 months. But today, so many channels are not working. Getting the message as that particular channel is not in my pack.

                        So i choosed my own pack and send the activation code. But still now pack is not yet activated.

                        Such a worst customer care service in airtel.Very worst.I dont want airtel connection anymore. So remove ur dish and stop the connection asap.

                                I have recharged my dth account on 13 Feb but till now the channel are not coming. I have already called customer care 30 times but they are not responding. Error code 6 is appearing on screen.
                                I hope it will be resolved as soon as possible. I am really frustrated from calling customer service since 4-5 days regularly.

                                  Last 40 days i am trying to get duplicate sim but they not able to provide me. I have lost my mobile on 11th january and i have blocked my number as well after that if i visiting airtel store they saying your data not showing with us. But if calling to customer care they saying no your data showing with us. Like that they keep on dragging my issues now 40 days gonna hpns still i am not able to get duplicate sim. Please help me out.

                                    Sub: removal of mobile tower in midst of residential area in harbans mohal kanpur

                                    We would like to lodge complaint regarding the mobile tower in my locality in harbans mohal near mall road kanpur-208001 and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

                                    My complaint is specific that, in front of my building they have a mobile tower installation in midst of residential area and which causes me serious health issues

                                    When came to know that because of that tower i'm getting serious health issues i immediately objected and also this tower is located here from last few years and the house holders didn't even asked about the installation of the tower i also want to informed u about the health issues hazardous effect of radiation

                                    As we know that, it is general rule that, the mobile tower has to be installed 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said mobile tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said mobile tower on their building. Hence, the said mobile company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect

                                    As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas.

                                    We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above house in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

                                      This to inform you that airtel misused my personal number and disconnected permanently, now refuse to provide the information & almost i was fighting with them more than 2years.
                                      It`s my postpaid number and it`s still inactive status, asking to check with the vodafone but when i have not placed any request for port-out then how the number will be given to another service provider i really don’t understand.
                                      I decided to log in a complaint to get my number back.
