My mobile no :[protected], it is got from telenor mobile service on 28/12/2015 on the basis of lifetime, meantime the airtel take over the telenor.
But the airtel stop the incoming services on 09/02/2019.
198, 121 and 12118, not working.

I pray to resolve my network validity as lifetime validity.
It is liable to my inconvenience and damages.

    My broadband connection has not been working properly over a month and it has caused a huge impact on my work from home facility. I have raised complaint against the bad connection to the area service in charge for more than 2 weeks and he keeps saying "call you back later" and my issue is not resolved yet.

    I have decided to disconnect my airtel broadband connection.

      I have ported my son from docomo to airtel. I received a message on wednesday night that u can now active your airtel sim after 12 pm. But now it's been 3 days and both of my docomo and new airtel isn't working. I'm frustrated from the service. I want a quick answer from airtel about what to do now? I can't even port to a different company without upc which isn't possible to get without the network. This is my main aim and i don't want it to be gone. Hope u guys can help me as soon as possible.

        I recharged my airtel few days ago from amazon pay... But from the amazon it was recharged and message of confirmation was also recivied... But when i checked i found that there was no recharge.. I waited for day but next day i go to nearby store they contacted customer care and they said that they will refund the money in 72 hours. I waited for a week.. Then i again call to customer care they reapeatly said they will refund but there was no response...

        There was no refund_^

        Now i want to refund the double of that amount after so much time because they were late...

          As per trai rule i selected my airtel tv package as on 31 jan 19 for rs 270 per month. But they have activated my selected package on 15 feb 19 and for 14 days in feb they have charged me for a package of around 1500 per month. And suspended my account on 15 feb 19 with - ve 190 balance. And now my account is suspended but they are charging me daily with the rate of new rs 270 package. As on 16 feb 19 my account balance is - ve 199 which should have been +345.

            In compliance to trai regulations i selected a package of around rs. 450/-.

            Whereas, airtel added a package of around rs. 4100/- to my above cited account.

            I noticed the issue on 7th february and wrote an email to airtel at various levels as also spoke to customer care.

            There was no response to the email even after repeated emails including at the level of nodal officer and appellate authorities.

            Customer care had all along not been lodging my complaint on the pretext that this was due to a technical glitch at the end of airtel and will be taken care automatically once the glitch is removed.

            However, the package has now been rectified but the excess charges has till not been reversed in my account in spite of repeated emails and telephone calls.

            After lot of persuasion at last customer care has lodged the complaint assuring the reversal will be done in 24 hrs. But nothing has materialised till wring of this complaint.

            The details of the complaint lodged by customer care are as follows. :

            1. Dear customer, your reference no. Is 85917743 for balance deduction. For any further assistance on your airtel digitaltv id [protected], please call 12150 or [protected].

            2. Dear customer, your reference no. Is 85953025 for balance deduction. For any further assistance on your airtel digitaltv id [protected], please call 12150 or [protected].

            I shall like to add that airtel officials at the level of nodal officer or appellate authority has neither bothered to reply nor contact me leaving aside take necessary action for reversal of the excess amount charged.

            On 14th february, customer care has replied to emails mentioning that package has been rectified confirming that problem was due to some technical glitch.

            However, not making any mention of reversal of the excess amount charged.

            At this stage feeling totally harassed and depressed, i am writing to you to take up the matter for reversal of the excess amount charged in my account dut to wrong package as also thereafter i spite of my request for deactivation

            Looking forward for help from your end.

              I stay at gulshan colony of hyderabad (Residential address) since 2015. I have been using this airtel since 2015. The network was fine. However, since 03 jan 2019, i have been facing network issues. I raised a complaint on the same day with reference number 89178388. No action was taken. On 10th jan 2019, i raised one more complaint with reference number 89290638. And no action was taken yet. Since then i have been visiting the airtel stores and reaching the customer team on chat support. They were not ready to raise one more complaint. They only gave these two references, which are still open. Its been 45 days, i dont have a network. Understand that, getting calls is the basic things that a service provider should provide. And since 45 days, i am not able to make calls or receive calls. This the worst thing a telecom company like airtel could do. 45 days is a long time, no resolution provided. I still dont have network on my mobile when i am writing this complaint.

                I am getting error code - 4 in my account number [protected].
                This is third time i am getting in my account, first time it was resolved after 2 days only, second time after 12 hours.
                Unable to understand the problem happening with airtel broadband. Even i am unable to reach your customer service specialist if i connected they are very poor to answer.

                    Dear airtel,

                    My airtel number [protected] has been suddenly stopped working, it has been dead from yesterday i am unable to contact airtel customer care also. Please activate my sim again. This number is important to me as it is associated with my all transaction and interactions. I have been using this airtel connection from 5 years. Please take action as soon as possible.

                      While recharging on paytm, i entered the wrong number and recharged 399.

                      I tried reaching for customer care executive through every number i could find on the internet for airtel customer care. (121, 198) none of them could give me any option for speaking with a human.

                        Dear sir,

                        It's been more than 24hours but still my airtel number [protected] has not been activated,

                        I am unable to send or receive any messages in my number and even i am not able to call your customer care helpline number 121

                        My sim is showing full network of 4g but i am not able to send or receive messages.

                        Kindly help me as soon as possible, its realy urgent.

                          I have called customer care multiple times, i have atleast called not less than 20 times, hardly i could talk to the airtel personnel for 4 times. All those successful connections are in vain, they never helped me with the additional ncf added to my plan and they put me on hold for 5 to 10 minutes and then disconnect the call without notice. Today i called 2 times and they disconnected my call by saying that they are checking internally and will transfer the call to their lead. It was very frustrating long waits and they disconnected the calls just like that, very pathetic service from airtel. Really a shame we are still relying on them. My call back requests hardly work, they never do a call back. I want airtel to call me and fix my issues asap

                            For the amount of 399
                            Using my hdfc bank credit card

                            Bank confirmed deduction claiming that money credited to airtel3appre and debited to my account but till date neither i have received balance nor refund despite of many calls to your 198 number.

                            Even i got reference number by sms from airtel[protected]

                            Issue is pending for more then 26 days your team at 198 is ab[censored]ely time waste. Please look in to the matter and arrange the refund at the earliest..

                            Hope to receive refund at the earliest.

                              My name is mr sandeep prakash kale
                              From pandharpur dist solapur, maharashtra pin 413304.

                              I purchased airtel card 2006 and my airtel number is [protected].
                              In 2006 for 12 months i recharged rs 99 for every month to get life time validity upto 2032. (This scheme was sponsored by airtel at that time)
                              I recharged for 12 months (99 * 112 = 1188 rs) and i got lifetime validity upto 2032.
                              But for last few months airtel has stopping my incoming service due to zero balance and it showing validity dare feb 10, 2019 and forcing me to recharge airtel of rs 38 or etc..
                              So kindly solve this issue.

                                  DEACTIVATE, CLOSE AND DELETE AIRTEL PAYMENTS BANK ACCOUNT. It is link to my adhar card and i want to deactivate and close it. or delete it. I have already approached the wecare.airtel.com but its not yet deactivated. Pls delete the account as soon as possible.

                                    We are living in sasan gir haripur area gujarat but we are not receiving any network signal of airtel since last three days, as i am a airtel user for last 16 years but i never ever faced this kind of problems before, now i am unable to do my netbanking as my bank account is registered with airtel.

                                    Now i am feeling cheated as i am not able to contact my any relatives so i am thinking now to stop using airtel as it is becoming bad network service provider. If you can do something urgently than we will leave this approach towards airtel,

                                      Sir, i make my new dth pack on 10feb19 and sent message to airtel dth. I received a confirmation message but till now my new pack is not activated. Whenever i asked for this from airtel customer care they didn't give me any reasonable answer and asked me to wait your pack will be changed. Till now my pack is not changed.

                                      Now they are not picking up my phone from my registered mobile number. Please do somethig for this.

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        I have purchased airtel sim ([protected]) from lunger house, hyderabad, telangana 5 years ago. 1 year ago i moved to my home town ratanpur, dist. Bilaspur, chhattisgarh.
                                        I am continuously getting message that i need to upgrade my sim to 4g sim.
                                        I went to many of the nearest airtel retailers but they are saying they will not upgrade because sim belongs to telangana state. Finally i have contacted to airtel customer care and they suggested me to buy new airtel blank sim (For swap 3g to 4g) and i need to sms sim to 121 and it will be done and i confirmed that i can buy sim from any state and upgrade. I bought new blank sim (Sim no.[protected]u) from bilaspur (C. G.) and tried the same but it shows incorrect sim number. I can't visit airtel store again and again. If there is any resolution then please let me know.
