Airtel — amount deducted without any reason! | |
Mobile number -: [protected] Madam/sir, I have pre-paid connection of airtel. Airtel company deducted rs. 100 from my account without any reason and when i asked the reason for it they failed to give any satisfactory response and also accusing us that we have used 10 gb internet. My mobile phone is nokia c1-01, a simple keypad type of mobile phone which do not even support facebook properly and they said, "you are watching youtube videos". I have not used internet since 5-6 years in this mobile. Please help me in this regard! Was this information helpful? | |

I ported my number [protected] from vodafone to airtel with PREPAID MNP Rs 600 the retailer said it would be 84 days o[censored]nlimited calling and 1 gb per day and now today i received only 10 Rs talktime
