Worst customer service i ever came across. They even don't have a system which updates the bill payment details. They will daily call twice and ask to pay the bill even though it has already paid. I have raised a request on 2nd june 2018 for broadband disconnection. Request reference number is 96654588. I have cleared the dues and so far no action taken and when i contacted the customer care, they told it'll be disconnected in 7 days and also they said i'll receive a call. But i have not received any call so far. This is the same story i'm keep hearing from them. Please disconnect immediately....
