The package for international roaming was paid in March for six months. But since landing in usa the roaming is not working
Multiple complaints to Airtel was not helpful as the problem still exists
Could u get the money paid reimbursed as I want to use other network providers.

    In past 4days automatically call disconnect after few seconds. Cant able to contact customer care executive even in online also

      I have applied for airtel xtreme firbre on website and the next day their executive visited my place. And asked for details and payment of Rs. 2829. I have paid it online to airtel. Then I have been promised that connection will be done in 24-48 Hrs. But till 2 days nothing happened. After 2 days I have started following up with their executive. But after 10-12 days their technician come to my place and said that connection can be done. I asked then what will happen to my money paid. They said that I will get refund in 7 days. But in 7 days nothing happened. I am still waiting for refund and following up with Airtel guys. There is no communication way to airtel about my issue.

        Complaining Hi, Payment of Rs. 666.0 via Debit Card has failed Bharti Airtel. Order Id:[protected]. (Date 19/04/2022)(Prepaid) the recharge was unsuccessful and money was debited from my bank account, its been a month still it is not credited back to my account. I mailed Airtel a number of times but they didn't reciprocated properly and still not credited to my account

          I recharged the same number twice and i want to get a refund of 499 since i did again for the other number( i was supposed to recharge two Airtel numbers but by mistake, i recharged the same number twice)
          I am trying to contact Airtel Customer Care, but all in vain. Their computer operated customer care is the only one available.
          I am disappointed that i can't contact them even after so many trials.
          I am will be glad if this reaches to Airtel Operator

            Since yesterday morning my broadband not working and I have complained about it via email, APP, and Twitter but no response they are provided.

            They just gave a fake timeline to resolve the issue in their APP. When I tried to call on customer care number then one AI answered no customer care executive is available to explain the things.

            I am working in an IT company and doing work from home. I have client meetings on daily basis. And I can not be denied for that. I am paying more amount for a stable internet connection but still, they are not doing well. Also, this kind of issue occurs each week. They took the whole bill amount from us then why don't give that kind of service.

            Its almost completed 3days but still, they are not able to fix the issue. Whenever we contact them they are just giving fake promises.

            Please check the attached images you will get how Airtel fools customers by giving fake time of resolutions.

                Hello I had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 99 (smart pack) with 28 days validity.

                The first transaction was failed so since it’s failed and I am in urgent situation I recharged again with same pack inr 99 but after 1 hour the failed first transaction was processed. Once the transaction is failed, processing it after an hour doesn’t make sense.
                In case o[censored]nlimited packs which is recharged twice the second recharge will activate after the completion of first why this is not applicable for smart recharge.
                This is a dead investment.

                I contacted airtel for refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.

                Now they were not ready to refund.
                Very much disappointed by Airtel.

                Kindly look into this at the earliest and i am ready to provide you all the transaction details as i want to find a solution for this by having the money refunded.

                    Sir I recharge to my husband's number [protected] instead of recharging my number with amount 209 today morning and my transaction I'd is CICAgODr5YW4CQ I don't want recharge on my husband's number because I already recharged my husband's number for next one month. Plzzz help me out and refund my money back. I have recharged through Google pay app.

                      I am Vezhavendhon.S.

                      My daughter is having an Airtel mobile connection bearing number[protected].

                      On[protected], she received an abusive message from an unknown number bearing number[protected]. It is a mobile message, not a whatsapp message. Also she received more than 20 missed calls. She did not attend the call. The next day, I was informed of this issue, then I called that number. But No response from the other side. We immediately took a screenshot of the call and message details.

                      We raised the issue to the Police and National Commission for Women. A CSR was generated. We were informed that AIRTEL is the service provider for this number[protected].

                      The document was forwarded to the Cyber Crime Department. Cyber Crime were investigating this issue, and sent a request to Airtel for the call details of that number [[protected]].

                      We were informed that they have received the details from Airtel.

                      We visited the cyber crime department office on[protected]. We were informed that the abusive message delivery detail was not reflected in the Airtel call list. The cyber crime department said, since the message delivery was not reflected in the Airtel call list, they cannot take further action.

                      Now my query is,

                      1) We received the message from that mobile number [[protected]]. It is a REGULAR MESSAGE not WHATSAPP message.
                      2) We have the screenshot proof.
                      3) But the Message delivered to us was not reflected in the Airtel call history list. If a delivered message was not reflected in the Airtel caller list, then IT IS A CLEAR SECURITY LAPSE FROM THE AIRTEL DATA MANAGEMENT.
                      4) Why was the message delivered to us not reflected in the AIRTEL caller list?

                      I require proper enquiry from AIRTEL on this issue and looking for a reply from the AIRTEL.

                      I suspect, due to external influence, the message was deleted to interrupt the cyber crime case.

                        I have taken airtel dth xstream box on 15th may 2021 and airtel has taken 1500 as a security deposit with a condition that i have to use it for atleast 1 year and after 1 year when i am disconnecting dth and asking for refund of security deposit, airtel is giving various reasons for not refunding my security.
                        On mail i received reply that my connection is in inactive mode from 1st june to 11th june 2021.. and when i got a connection there is a offer that first month of service is free..which means from 15th may to 14th june 2021 i got free service then how it can be possible that my dth is inactive at that time. Airtel is making fool of everyone and looting innocent peoples money.

                        Please help me to resolve issue as early as possible.

                                  I want to complaint for airtel as they have damaged porch in from of my residential property without any permission for putting underground wires and building chamber. When asked not to do so they have gone against us without any legal notice.

                                    I recharged my number with a data booster pack of rs58 at around 5 pm through Google pay upi and it was successful. I even got a message from airtel showing a successfull recharge and a transaction id . How ever i was unable to use the internet and when i checked the airtel thanks app it shows that i dont have any data left, when actually i should have 3 gb of data. The funny thing is that when i went through my transection history it says that i just recharged with rs 58 data booster but some how airtel denies to give me the data that i just paid for

                                      UPC CODE not generating on My Airtel number .
                                      When I sent "PORT XXXXXXXXXX" to 1900 instead of getting UPC CODE Error Message is coming.
                                      But your customer care executives are Telling Time and Date o[censored]PC CODE Request received By you. But I am getting Message like Below
                                      UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

                                      I am spoken many Times with your customer care executives They are simply skipping This much Trouble can not give to customer to port out from this Network.
                                      If this is showing under LAPU na Kindly remove from LAPU Business line.
                                      Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible to generate UPC CODE on My Number
                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
