    I have a sim card which has been active for several years. The sim card became faulty so I changed it in Jan 22. The sim card did not get activated. Since then I am running from pillar to post to get the sim card activated. Airtel customer support sent me to the store. I got the sim card changed 3 -5 times. Each time submitted my aadhar card. However, they still have not activated my sim yet. I believe the sim has what today would be a special no and aurtel is trying to earn money by making me surrender my sim. Adhar and bank details linked with the SIM. Hence need to get it activated again

        My Airtel broadband connection wire was disconnected on 31/5/2022 and i raised a complaint ([protected]) and they said the issue will be solved within 24 hours but still after 5 days they haven't sent anyone and if i try to reach their customer care they play auto recording and say that it'll be resolved within 24 hours from the past 4 days, the technician who installed the wifi says that someone else would come instead of him and still the issue is pending and I've paid for 6months and it's still the first month, please take action against it

        Within 24 hours after receiving the complainant the company assigned an engineer to address my problem and the engineer came to my doorstep, checked my connection resolved the issue and left, I'm glad for the help provided by consumer complaint website, thank you for helping me

          Airtel broadband charge monthly rental even after my 6 months plan was expired

          Hello,
          I am Abhi Makadiya. I buy airtel xstream broadband 40 Mbps connection for 6 months. And I paid 499 rs + GST in advance before i start plan. My registration number is [protected].

          After completion of 6 months i disconnect airtel router and my connection is no longer in use And thought this will terminate automatically. Because their policy is to take payment advance and resume plans.

          I had made a recharge on 5th June on my airtel number, of Rs 265 via UPI. The amount got deducted from my account. I recieved confirmation SMS with the Order Id:[protected]. However, it has been 2 days and I am still unable to avail the services I paid for i.e., make call or use data pack.
          I tried getting help from the app but it was not helpful. I tried calling customer care, but as the outgoing services are blocked I am unable to contact them either.
          I made another recharge of Rs 20 for talktime again with Order Id:[protected]. But even that is not reflecting in my airtel app and I am still not able to make a call.
          Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

            This is Rajeev kumar, with mobile number [protected]. I replaced sim Card on Jun4th around 11 Am. (Airtel store maim road kakinada) . They said that sim will be activated with in 4hrs . Until now the sim was not activated. All my bank transaction related issues are interlinked with my mobile .

            Plz take action as soon as possible. It has been more than 24 hrs and the sim was not yet activated.
            Do needful.

              On 4-June- 2022 I lost my keypad phone which has airtel sim when I reached airtel store they told me to bring required documents as I agree to do but the new sim will be in postpaid option for 4months starts with minimum package of 499rs, this is totally a cruel thing by airtel service provider how can a lower middle class people afford rs 500 a month for 4months please change this process and I request you to give a prepaid new sim....

                  The very first month he paid first month postpaid number bill. Second month I came to know about all he did. When your airtel service centre were calling me and telling me about all.

                    I am a customer of airtel black. I am not able to access my internet properly means after every 5-6 hour, I need to restart my mobile to continue access the internet. I have raise the complain to airtel customer care 3 times with 3 different ticket .every time they close the ticket without even consult to me. even they have not tried to connect to me even a single time.
                    This is how to resolve their ticket to making fool and frustrate their customer .
                    they are good only in one thing "oh I am very sorry for this I will raise it to hire management" . It seems their are a special program running only for this line.

                    Guys don't go with how much ticket they have resolved because all the data they have trying to show is all garbage .

                      I raised a ticket in airtel regarding static IP on 26-may-2022. Actually, I need static IP for my broadband connection so I called the Airtel helpline number. They said me to wait 72 hours to get a static IP. So, I waited for 72 hours but didn't get any response from Airtel. So, I again called them and tell them what is the update of my ticket they again told me the thing that you exceeded your time limit so we again generate a new ticket and wait for 72 hours.
                      When I didn't get any response on second time then I again called them they are saying the same thing every time they told me the same thing.
                      I called them yesterday (02-June-2022) they said to me to wait for another 72 hours. This is very frustrating and I told them now cannot give you more time than the customer care guy told me that they did not even place the order for this from 26th May. This means they forgot to place the order and place my order yesterday. Then I told him that this is not acceptable. So, he told me that I escalated this to my manager you have to wait for 24 hours to resolve this. But as usual, they didn't update me on this.
                      Now it's almost 9 days yet I didn't get any response.

                      Please look into this matter asap. This is a very bad service provided by Airtel

                        I opted for a broadband connection on 20th May. But till today it is not activated. I have called 121 at least 60+ times but they just don't care. Even the technical team is of no help.
                        I have mailed them also. Neither you are refunding the installation amount nor you are activating.
                        I always get a template response that, the request is in progress. When I will have connection activated?

                          I am outside India and I have Airtel sim registered for OTP. One fine day it stopped working all of a sudden. After chasing and talking to Airtel support they said the sim gone bad. Really? All of a sudden? In any case they said I have to be in person to get a new sim. Again really? You want me to spend thousands of rupees to come and show my face to get a stupid sim? Then they asked for documents and we sent all. Then they asked someone else has to come in person to collect the sim. I had to send my 85 year old disabled father to local airtel office. This ### up office said they cannot hand over the sim. ### do not deserve a job, This organization is so ### up that they need to be burnt down to ashes. ### are ### and they need to shutdown. I still don't have the sim and they are asking for money for a non working sim. The audacity of this ### pathetic ### who deserve no mercy.

                              I owned an airtel fiber connection i Amravati city Maharashtra 444604 for the last 2 years in a month for almost 10 to 15 days the connection is out of service, when we try to call customer care, every time they have only one line to say "sorry for the inconvenience, we are working on your request, we will resolve your request within 48 to 72 hours, our engineer will visit at your place in a given time"
                              but no such engineer came ever to my place, I even tried to call are supervisor mr anupsing but surprisingly he couldn't even know about who exactly the person allocated to handle the request. all and all i am frustrated, may time i have applied for reambusment but sometime sthey process it sometimes they deny. Help me if anyone can

                                My Airtel SIM seems to be registered under someone else. Therefore I keep receiving a lot o[censored]nwanted messages of transactions from OLA or SBI which is really annoying. I would be grateful if this can be resolved.

                                  I have been an Airtel user for more than 10 years and suddenly I am being unreasonably charged for Mobile Data for the past 2 months. I stay in Singapore and I only use my mobile to access SMS for Netbanking.

                                  I have never switched on the Mobile data but I getting charged everyday for the past 2 months.

                                  I contacted Airtel support many times over the past 2 months month but unfortunately the billing team claims that the charges are valid.

                                    I have recharged my no. [protected] on May 1st 2022 of Rs. 455 and also recharged with Rs.99 on June 3rd 2022 via GPay

                                    Once i checked with gpay team there it is showing amount is credited to respected number but still it is not updated in my airtel number([protected]).

                                    So kindly look into this issue and give me the solution as soon as possible.
