Since August 2020, I'm not able to receive call from any number on my Airtel sim card even when I was doing recharge regularly.
First I thought it's probably SIM error so I change the sim through my local shopkeeper store but no results.
Again I complaint several times on Airtel App, Airtel customer care numbers 121, 198 and some other numbers but they always register a complaint/problem and close it by saying issue is resolved where it doesn't resolved in real life.
I also given request to change my sim via Airtel official store located at Maldahiya, Varanasi, they charge for new Airtel upgrade sim card and say it will be activated after 4 hours but no network or no sim change happening.
I just want to receive full service for which I pay 222 rupees for every 28 days, and I want proper settlement for which I have gone through where I was got loss due to not able to receive call from any number, many times due to this reason my parcel, delivery, bank calls, verification calls, Job call, employment opportunities calls, for that so many problems faced in my life due to this reason.
I'm fed up with this.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
