On 9th June2022 I mistakenly recharged a wrong number with amount ₹301.
Please revert the recharge to correct number.

    A person contacted me for work from home and took 3050 money from me in installments and asked for more money so I asked for cancellation and he refused and still asked for more money. I talked to his 3 seniors but they asked me to give more money saving to complete it and it will be refunded back.. this is rediculous. I don't had much money with me, I just had those 3000 in my account. I am in need. And they took all my money. The might not be of huge amount to them or to you, but that was my whole saving. Ask them to have some shame, god is watching them. They took my whole money, be regretful, God will do the justice.

      May 17 is when i provided cancelled cheque and Airtel officials mentioned it would take 5 to 6 days..

      Airtel provided UTR..[protected].. But still amount is not credited.. HDFC Bank officials have also confirmed same (see attached screenshot) but AIRTEL customer care is harassing and NOT crediting the said amount despite so many followups by emails.

        Dear sir,
        I would like to inform you that My Airtel Fiber wifi connection ([protected]) exist in Rai industrial area plot no 1265 at sonipat
        My internet is not working since last 7 days due to which we are not able to work in my office and cctv camera also not working.
        I have complained many time to Airtel sice last 6 days but no action has been taken by airtel they are calling & calling only even no single person visited...

        I recharged my airtel number it included free amazon prime membership but it is not activating. I called so many times to airtel customer care but they didn't solved my problem. Every time they say to activate it through Airtel Thanks Application. I tried through their app but it is not activating and when I asked them to provide me entitlement ID of Prime membership, they say that they will share through SMS but after disconnecting the call, they send blank or false message only. I am frustrated by calling customer care so many times.

            I launched a complaint on 5 June with complaint no. 65100870, which was closed by the Srinagar- Uttarakhand agent stating it is out of our coverage area and they closed stating it as resolved. I again called the customer service desk and launched another complaint on June 6 with no. 65192696, which was again closed by the Airtel team without calling me or resolving the complaint. On 7 June I got the call for the feedback on my resolved request,  I informed them that it is yet not resolved. they assured me it will be resolved by EOD and the dealer will connect you. I called the nodal officer number which was received in SMS but again all in vain . Got only assurances, nothing else. No call...no visit but in the whole day got 7 calls from different no. assuring it will be closed today itself i.e 7th June. Now on 8 June I again called nodal office no. [protected], who again launched a complaint with no. 65289638 and assured will be closed before 1 pm. Nothing has happened till now, but I'm getting calls for feedback. The old lady is staying at the address where this Airtel DTH is installed and she is getting annoyed as she is helpless. These people are just making fools of clients and nothing else. this company is Zero in customer centricity.

                Ported my number last week.
                Vodafone sim stopped working yesterday. Airtel sim yet to start working.
                It shows not registered on network while trying to do tele verification.
                this is pathetic from airtel. There is no way to contact airtel.
                Now i dont have any number

                  I have submitted a request for shifting my wifi from my first house to the new one from last one week and the company has provided me the number of the engineer but the engineer is not receiving my call and not taking any action and I have a active plan which cost around 3.5k and they are not taking any action so i request you to pls take any action

                      Once i had searched about airtel dtc on airtel app but i Dont want any subscription i only searched once but after that i received unlimited calls from that airtel service daily . I m getting disturbed at my work, i received calls from different different no of airtel dtc. I m really getting frustrated and disturbed. Please solve my problem

                        Dear Sir,

                        I need replacement of a SIM pertains to my roaming connection # [protected] due non-connectivity and subsequently it has lost irrecoverably. Being an NRI (with family), it was advised by sent my nephew with all documents to airtel main office (opp. Cherupushpum Church) in Elamkulam, Ernakulam-682020 in Kerala.

                        But with rejected my request with some silly reasons.

                        What is the possibility that i will get a replacement SIM soon as many of OTPs are dedicated to this line?

                            Reference to my complaint no: [protected] lodged on 29th May 2022 it is to inform that the Net is not working since that date. On calling customer care IVR message says "will be resolved in 48 hours" for the last 4 days. This is in reference to Broadband ID:[protected]_dsl. It is unfortunate that we are not updated on the progress if at all.

                              I have a mobile [protected] in Washinton DC, USA area. Once every two weeks, used to turn the phone on, and make a call/receive messages from India. But Since April 2022, I don't see any messages. I can't do any bank transaction as I can't receive OTP using the air-tel messaging service.

                                I need to closed my broadband connection in my office due to office shifting. I had already call on customer care number and sent a mail on support id 4 to 5 times as per telephonic conversation. But their are always give same answer that our support team will contact you within 2 hours. Today is the 6 day completed but not a single person will contact me for closed my request.

                                    Good day,
                                    I am writing this mail regarding the issue i am facing with airtel fiber connection
                                    My connection is down since 19 th april and still there is no progress in my case i am calling coustmer care again and again they we will revert with 24 hrs
                                    But all efforts goes in Vain
                                    I want Either restore my connection or refund my money
                                    I have paid for the services which i am not getting
                                    I feel trapped by making advance payment
                                    I have also raied a complaint on DOT on 19th May but no response
                                    now its more than 45 days
                                    I think airtel is not taking this seriously because its a prepaid connection
                                    Take action ASAP

                                    I want the satisfactory amount of compensation as well because airtel has harassed me a lot
