I am outside India and I have Airtel sim registered for OTP. One fine day it stopped working all of a sudden. After chasing and talking to Airtel support they said the sim gone bad. Really? All of a sudden? In any case they said I have to be in person to get a new sim. Again really? You want me to spend thousands of rupees to come and show my face to get a stupid sim? Then they asked for documents and we sent all. Then they asked someone else has to come in person to collect the sim. I had to send my 85 year old disabled father to local airtel office. This ### up office said they cannot hand over the sim. ### do not deserve a job, This organization is so ### up that they need to be burnt down to ashes. ### are ### and they need to shutdown. I still don't have the sim and they are asking for money for a non working sim. The audacity of this ### pathetic ### who deserve no mercy.

      I owned an airtel fiber connection i Amravati city Maharashtra 444604 for the last 2 years in a month for almost 10 to 15 days the connection is out of service, when we try to call customer care, every time they have only one line to say "sorry for the inconvenience, we are working on your request, we will resolve your request within 48 to 72 hours, our engineer will visit at your place in a given time"
      but no such engineer came ever to my place, I even tried to call are supervisor mr anupsing but surprisingly he couldn't even know about who exactly the person allocated to handle the request. all and all i am frustrated, may time i have applied for reambusment but sometime sthey process it sometimes they deny. Help me if anyone can

        My Airtel SIM seems to be registered under someone else. Therefore I keep receiving a lot o[censored]nwanted messages of transactions from OLA or SBI which is really annoying. I would be grateful if this can be resolved.

          I have been an Airtel user for more than 10 years and suddenly I am being unreasonably charged for Mobile Data for the past 2 months. I stay in Singapore and I only use my mobile to access SMS for Netbanking.

          I have never switched on the Mobile data but I getting charged everyday for the past 2 months.

          I contacted Airtel support many times over the past 2 months month but unfortunately the billing team claims that the charges are valid.

            Dear Team,

            I have recharged my no. [protected] on May 1st 2022 of Rs. 455 and also recharged with Rs.99 on June 3rd 2022 via GPay

            Once i checked with gpay team there it is showing amount is credited to respected number but still it is not updated in my airtel number([protected]).

            So kindly look into this issue and give me the solution as soon as possible.

              I beg to say that my name is kayamuddin. I did shopping on amazon on 23rd May of 2022. my order was telling pending So, I cancell it.

              I talk to amazon due to non-refund amazon said that your money did not come talk to bank the bank said that your money has become sucessfull to amazon.

                Airtel Xstream Fiber

                I have taken airtel fiber 799 plan which is 100 mbps and i had taken for 3 months advanced rental but after 1 month i had taken static ip and it was given to me after 1 month and after that by upload speed became only 10 mbps instead of 100 . since then i have been calling customer care but they never bother to resolve it . everytime i call customer care they raise a complain and close it from the backend team without my permision . i had...

                My Internet services were down is NOT my concern. It does happen sometimes due to factors beyond our control.
                However, after raising an SR no one contacting me for over 4 days & SR remaining OPEN for so long is a concern.
                You indicated that SR gets closed automatically after 15 days. This does not help because if I face a new issue in those 15 days while previous SR is OPEN in your system, I will not be allowed to open another SR and thus no one will attend me. This process does not seem promising.

                Once an SR is raised, you assign it to an engineer and they are expected to contact the customer in stipulated time.
                This process did not happen.

                I hope Airtel have understood the real concern and will work towards continually improving your services.

                Another observation I have is that your customer experience team is operating from behind such telephone system that we cannot contact you. The numbers that you call from, if I miss a call and dial back, it does not connect. It seems your numbers do not accept incoming.
                This does not feel promising.

                    I am a subscriber of AirTel broadband connection. I migrated from Orange. More than a week ago there was a big storm in Nagpur. The cables had snapped. Since then the internet connectivity has not been restored. The Consumer Care on enquiry keeps sending messages, initially it was pacifying by saying "within next 4 to 6 hours". Now it mentions 48 hours. But no action. How long...how long should one endure this callous attitude.

                          I came abroad to Sweden,
                          My sim stopped working just after 15 days I reached here,
                          I wrote email to Airtel, Requesting on info: How and where I can get my Sim.
                          I got response form team, Suggesting my family can go to Airtel store show the documents and
                          email to get it.
                          My SIM Circle is : Hyderabad
                          I bought my sim in Mohali, Punjab in 2012. After that I moved to Hyderabad and SIM got ported to there,
                          post it I stayed there before I moved to my hometown in Himachal (where my parent stay right now.)

                          So My wife went to Noida 52 office, they declined to issuing SIM to her stating that its not possible for her to get sim
                          because its from different Circle, But they mentioned that any one can go to Airtel Store in Hyderabad along with documents email and signed letter.

                          I asked my friend who lives there to visit Airtel Store with letter, email and his documents but I was also denied SIM from there stating that its only possible to give SIM to family member and it can be done in any circle.

                          Post it I asked my Parents to visit Airtel Store in Hamirpur, to check with the store, there too store manager declined stating its not possible to get SIM from there.

                          Its only possible to get it from the circle of origin.

                          Its getting very difficult form me with SIM and OTP's please help me on exact process,
                          its going to be very difficult to ask parents to travel to Hyderabad and collect sim card.
                          And, every store is saying different story.

                            I accidently recharged the wrong number. I had called customer care but no response, sent an email and text message which included information such as right number, wrong number, amount, transaction id.

                                    I would like to share my bitter experience with your sales team and as well as priority customer care executive for Airtel Black Plan.

                                    I made a request for Airtel Black Plan of Rs. 1098 through airtel app and i was assigned a sales executive by nameMr. Murali, mobile No.[protected]. Mr Murali visited my place on 14.05.2022.

                                    I briefed him my request of Airtel Black Plan of Rs. 1098 (fibrenet - unlimied upto 100 mbps + postpaid 75 GB + unlimited calls + Amazon prime (i year) + Disney Hotstar (1 year). When I enquired about Amazon Prime free membershilp (i year) whether TV viewing is included in the pack. Your sales executive told me only Amazon Prime mobile viewing is part of the package. I told him clearly that I dont want to take this Plan as I am interested only in TV viewing with minimum 3 members login for Amazon Prime and your sales executive promoting the other pack 1099 with DTH Plan. I said I want only Airtel Black Plan of Rs., 1098 with Amazon Prime Membership TV viewing upto 3 login. Your sales Executive said not possible and he left the place.

                                    After some time he again called and texted me (copy enclosed) that he got a special approval from Manager for Amazon Prime both Mobile and TV Version upto 3 login for Airtel Black Plan of Rs, 1098 and sent me a link for making payment of Rs, .1180/- Trusting his words I made the payment through my Icici credit card ending with XX14 on 16.05.2022 for Rs. 1180. He promised that technical guy will install the instrument and He will come personally for taking photograph of the member for converting prepaid into Postpaid and also activating the Amazon Prime Membership.

                                    After vigorous follow up technical executive by name Ramachandan ([protected]) visited my place on 19th and installed the instrument but could not activate saying there is some speed issue and finally he could activate on 25th May 2022. Then I called your sales executive Mr. Murali to come and covert the prepaid to Postpaid and activation of Amazon Prime. He promised that he will come on 28th May around 2 PM. But he did not turn up and when I called him he said he will come by 5 PM as he held up at customers place.

                                    After that he did not respond to my calls and I raised a complaint against the same vide my complaint No. [protected] on 29.5.2022. But to my dismay I received a message that My Airtel Black Plan of Rs. 1099 (fibernet with DTH) has been activated whereas I paid the payment of Rs. 1180 for Airtel Black Plan of Rs. 1098 (Fibernet with Postpaid).

                                    Again I called 121 and spoke to Ms. Jothi, Priority Customer Care executive on 30.05.2022 and narrated the whole story and she promised that she will make conference call with the Sales Executive Mr. Murali to sort out the issue. But she did not return the call. Again I scheduled a call back at 8.00 PM on 30.05.2022 and spoke to another Priority Customer care executive and narrated the whole episode again and he also promised to call me back but did not return the call.

                                    Today morning totally fed up with the way the new customer being handled by your sales executive and priority co I decided to cancel my new Fibernet connection and talked to Mr. Anil your priority Customer care executive and filed a complaint No. [protected] to cancel my fibernet connection and refund the amount of Rs. 1180 paid by me and take back your instrument.

                                    I am attaching herewith the Airtel Black Plan 1108 brochure and also the text message received from your Sales Executive Mr. Murali regarding the special approval he had obtained in connection with my request for Amazon prime membership for both Mobile and TV viewing.

                                    Kindly process my request and arrange to refund the amount of Rs, 1180/- paid by me on 16.05.2022.

                                      Airtel has the worst customer care services. I am trying to solve an issue for which I need to talk to a customer care executive but they just won't give you an option for that. I have tried almost every number but just could not get to talk to a customer care executive.

                                      I also tried the Airtel thanks App for my issue, it simply says "For others issues dial 198" which I already have tried multiple times. It just doesn't give me an option to talk to a customer care executive.
                                      Airtel has no customer care service.
