My Airtel sim suddenly showing no network and service.i am residing in Dubai for last 6 months and monthly I recharged for international roaming pack of 1200. Still it's suddenly stopped working.please go through the issue as my bank account is linked with this number

    In this month bill ie. May, 2022, the post paid bill an amount of Rs. 1499 has been included towards Amazon Premium (yearly Membeship). Even I don't want to subscribe, the amount of post paid bill amount is not getting reflected. I am forced to pay the Amazon Premium bill. Is there any other option to pay post paid bill.

      Hello sir my name is inayat bashir retoo i am complaining regarding about my F&F salary which has been already delayed and too much late 55 days ago no reponse to me no calls recieve and sms etc i can try everything sir i have already facing a big problem my family member my mom is not feeling well and i also suffering form my lady little finger which has already 1 surgery done at amritsar sir please help me and giving me Full and final salary

        I'm infront of airtel showroom, KRT building, Cantonment, Trichy.. The time is now 10.23 A.M.. The branch is not opened so far.. So many customers are waiting infront of airtel showroom... Worst service done at here.. Please resolve the issues..

        Yesterday.. I made a complaint about Airtel Showroom, Cantonment, Trichy for not opening the branch in time.. But, I had received a news today.. The showroom was leave and closed on 24/05/2022.. So, i withdraw my complaint which was filed by me on 24/05/2022.. Thanking you

          1) I have a post paid mobile connection for last 15 years which has been abruptly disconnected without any notice. The help desks now cites a reason of non payment of 800 Rs.

          2) The disconnection done for non-payment is wrong. See the sequence of event

          - I had received a invoice on 12 January 2022 and I have paid in time. All my previous invoices for last 15-16 years was on time.

          I recharged my airtel number it included free amazon prime membership but it is not activating. I called so many times to airtel customer care but they didn't solved my problem. Every time they say to activate it through Airtel Thanks Application. I tried through their app but it is not activating and when I asked them to provide me entitlement ID of Prime membership, they say that they will share through SMS but after disconnecting the call, they send blank or false message only. I am frustrated by calling customer care so many times.

                  Contact number - 9524612423 I written lot of mails about my salary pendings I did not get any response from Quess. I followed this issue more than 3 months.as said me after 90 days have to receive salary. But it crossed more than 90 days. I felt very bad communication from the peoples.

                          My wife's sim lost network suddenly, i tried on different phones, but no hope, one of my friend said that the sim card may be old and needs replcement. I took a half day leave from my office and visited airtel service center with all the wife's documents, to get the sim changed, the airtel person said that i have to bring her in person to take a live photo of her, as it is needed.

                          the next day my self and my wife took half a day leave from office and went to airtel service center, this time he wanted all the documents in orginal, we had all the pan card, Dl in orginal but aadhar in photo copy. he said he can't do and sent us back to get the orginal copy of aadhar, . in this process, we lost our full day lose pay from our office and fight started between us, and finally we disposed the sim card and took Jio sim.

                          Conclusion :
                          even in the airports or railways we just need PNR on phone and any one id card.

                          why is it so complecated in getting the same number sim card replaced from Airtel.

                          Thus i have sworn not to get airtel service of any kind and suggest my friends, not to go for Airtel.

                              I have been an airtel prepaid customer for many years but for nearly 2 days i have not been able to make a single call or sms to any number except 121.
                              i have complained many times and many times the complaint according to airtel back office team gets resolved but in reality its the same situation. I am unable to make calls and sms..however my gprs connection plus incoming sms and calls are working fine..

                              The customer care just does not know whats the problem and what could be the solution ..they hang up many times..i have visited the airtel relationship centre also but there also no one know the solution to my problem. one of them did profile reset still nothing happened.
                              I want an action to be taken immediatly.

                                Airtel DTH recharge not reflected/activated

                                I recharged my Airtel DTH using the Airtel Thanks app today i.e 20th May 2022. However the services have not been reflected yet though the amount of Rs. 493 is successfully debited from my account....

                                Due to some reasons I ported out from this plan on 06/05/2022.

                                while for late payment i have paid late fee upto Rs.100/- may time for this plan.

                                but now The Airtel is not transferring the unused data to my existing working no-[protected]

                                  I'm travelling abroad for a extended period of time and want to keep my Airtel number, however there's no option to purchase the number locker scheme via the Airtel Thanks app, nor via the website, nor by contacting costumer support.

                                  As I wont be in India, I have no option to recharge at regular intervals and according to Customer support, there's no number locket scheme available, and I was told if I do not recharge within 60 - 90 days, my number will be lost and my balance of +rs200 will be lost.
