I am c. Jesurajan and my landline number is[protected]. I am using airtel for more than 10 years. For the past 4 years i am using the above mentioned landline number. From june 2017 we have been given 50 percent concession but it was not followed continuously and each month an amount more than the previous one is demanded. If i had known this earlier i would not have opted for the scheme. Though i have been complaining to 121 for the past 4 months there was no response. They have disconnected my service. For the past 15 days it was not active. Accidentally when they came today to canvas for the new modem they found our landline being disconnected and they activated it. I am not satisfied with the airtel customer service. I was mentally disturbed because my concern was not considered. Kindly take action.

    My airtel 4g network automatically changing to 3g network and solw internet problem... From last 10 day iam facing this problem at home... What is the solution of this problem plz reply fast.. Before joining airtel i have use jio network... Jio network is giving slow data... That why have join airtel... I heard that airtel is a good network but in my area there is a network problem... Plz solve thiss problem or else i have to change the network...

      I think do not mislead all valuable customers who believe in you. I trust your service but i am wrong. Your service is very poor and network is very very very wastage. You give 3g services rather than 4g. You also know jio is good service of all the customer. But your service challenged that your service is better then jio. But no your service is very poor and fraud all customer.

      Please provide genuine service.

      I have adhaar card link 3 days ago, but now my aircel service does not active right now. I am trying many time of aircel customer care but no one can solve my problem. I trust this connection but in this situation why am i trust this connection? So i have decided my whole family aircel connection port out. And new connection will be held vodafone or airtel.

        Rs 120 is deducted for ADOFGAMES from my account without my consent.My Airtel mobile number is [protected]. I request to credit the amount and cancel the ADOFGAMES...That I don't know what it's still...I am a privilege customer of Airtel.. actually I called the customer care number given in the SMS but it says there is no such way regarding this. Without asking me they independently deducted the amount..

          I had applied for three landlines along with broadband connections for my office way back in may 2017. After about 15 days time i was informed by the airtel technical team that provision of three connections is not technically feasible, however, they will provide two connections only. At this stage i requested them not to install the connections since i wanted all three numbers from the same operator. No connections were installed, however, we started getting the bill for a airtel number from jul 2017 onwards. Despite repeated requests this matter has not been sorted out, nor the deposit of rs 9406 been refunded. It appears that airtel staff has forged our signatures on the installation papers and thereby have proved that there is a connection, where none ever existed on ground.

          As a protest, i have ported my Airtel mobile number to another operator and will soon port my wife's airtel mobile number and my home landline Airtel numbers to other operators.

            Hello sir/mom, my name abdul jaleel i did recharge off rs 399 to my phone number date 08/11/2017 from myairtel trough my corpbank netbanking amount debited from my account but not credited to my mobile number i sent a mail to airtel then they call me and said your amount will be refund with in 10 working days but not refunded until now then i mailed again and they cal me again and said sorry sir we not get any transaction from your side what u mentiond date pleas take better acction for theas kind fraud pleas refund my money back to my sorce account

              I had registered on airtel payment bank and credited my account for rs 1950 on 22/11/2017 in order to make my monthly bill payments. My total amount was approx rs 1984.
              After adding the money, it started showing up on my airtel payment account but didn't allow me to make bill payment using the same.

              So i decided to make the bill payment next day i. E. 23/11/2017 and to my surprise when i logged into my account, the amount it showed me in my account is rs 831. I was suprised where the rest of amount is gone, so i called up 121 for the same.
              I was told that my remaining amount has been put on hold and will be released after 48 hours. I was so frustrated that without any notification how could bank put my money on hold without any reason. Then i am told this is a technical issue.
              I asked on how i am supposed to pay my bills which are having due date of 24/11 so reply i got was "sir how do i know"? Come on, this wasn't kind of reply i was expecting from airtel customer care. I told him to connect me to his supervisor but after some time he tells me that supervisor is not on the floor. I guess airtel is running some kind of joke by opening this bank.

              I am raising a complaint against airtel payment bank for showing false information about my money on their portal and holding my money without any reason.

              I want to ensure that i am not made to pay late fee for not paying my bills on time due to an issue on airtel side.

                I requested for the new connection request at my home for airtel broadband. The guy came and took rs 2829 as advance rental money. And i got message it will take 48 hours to install and today its more than 3 days and they are now saying it will take more than 5 days.
                They are not giving resolution and for refund of money they are saying it will take 21 working days.

                  My name is asha a. I have a broadband new connection with id [protected] from 21/nov/17 with your company. This is regarding complaint number 67971515.

                  I have registered this complaint on 19/nov /17 where i have said that my broadband new connection is not activated yet. I was given the deadline of evening 6 pm last evening. I called after 8 pm and got registered my problem again wherein i was told that by next 2 working hours the technical team will sort out the matter. I received a call then from bhopal on next day around 11 am and was said that my problem will get solved by 5pm. That commitment also failed again and again they keep saying the same and take the complain but its of no use at all.

                  Its three days now, and yet i didn’t received any solution from your customer care. Even the technical team is not bothered to give a call and inform about the same.

                  For getting a new air tel connection, i was calling the customer care for 3 continuous days, again for activating the account i had been following up from past 3 days but no responses, i am sorry to say but the service quality of your company is deteriorating day by day. They have forgotten the meaning of commitment. Perhaps they don’t want their old clients to be sustained who are with them from years.

                  I request you to tell me whether my problem can be solved or not.in case of non event i will disconnect your connection and will make use of the other available alternatives with better commitment and services. If this is the service quality your company is offering, then why not look for other options in the market.

                  I hope that my problem gets solved at earliest, at least from your end.

                    I anita gandhi am a lecturer and working in haryana govt school.
                    I am having my salary account in state bank of india ballabgarh (Haryana) branch.
                    Today somebody-mr rahul sharma called me (On 12/9/17 at 4.05 pm) on my mobile and told that i am an rbi employee and posted in noida.
                    He used mobile no - [protected] which is now off.
                    He asked me about my sbi card details very cleverly, unfortunately i believed on him (Due to rbi employee) and told my debit card details with otp (Received on mobile).
                    Actually he said that he is going to link my debit card with adhar.
                    He cheated me and with drew total amount of rs 50000/ approx. From my saving account and utilised in different wallets transactions as mpaisa, airtel money, payu, ola.

                      I am concerened that the network in kohima is not good at all... That is even watsapp massages take hour to reply, morover my network has no service most of the time?? I appreciate that airtel is providing many offers but i beg that the network provides more better. We gamers are concerened more on network than offers??... Please look into the matter as soon as possible so we may enjoy the best of your service?

                      Useless Airtel Network in BAYUVII colony kohima its been 2 to 3 months that the network is not working properly..can't do anything with the dam network..if any of the company sees this...please please i am begging u guys to c to the problems..immediately i may not b the only user who might be facing this problems.

                              I have already done your payment via PhonePe application rupees 259 but my HDFC credit card also paid 224 for this month. I have opt for autopayament through HDFC credit card. Can you please check and reverse payment. You should have given instruction to HDFC credit card that payment already done.

                                I was having an airtel connection no. [protected] and while going abroad in august 2017 i have changed the plan from rs.499/- to rs.199/- and obtained an international pack of rs.149/- for receiving sms messages. I have never used the mobile phone for either incoming or outgoing calls/messages and was using only whatsapp thru wifi. I have received bills to an exhorbant amounts. I have paid the bill for the amounts (199+149) regularly and enquired through facebook to clarify the issue and rectify the amount since september 2017. Till date i have not heard from airtel any clarification,
                                Airtel had barred my connection and i had to face an embarrassing situation on the date of my return from abroad[protected] without any advance information, even though airtel had offered me a credit limit of rs.2800/- and i had to face lot of difficulty.
                                My request for clarification and charging amounts was not given till date and i would like to surrender the phone no. As i am not satisfied with the horrible acts and service of airtel. This clearly shows the deficiency in the customer service as whenever i go to any airtel shop for clarification they keep on saying to pay the outstanding and no one has till date clarified satisfactorily.
                                As i have paid the bills regularly (Being minimum amount) and i have not utilised the mobile either incoming / outgoing calls /messages, the bills raised by airtel is not acceptable and more so there is no clarifications / explanations for the complaints lodged in the airtel page in facebook.

                                  As per i have network issues in my area i raised complaint month of may 2017 then your surveyor mentioned and found that there is very bad network of 3g/4g service &then i have call from your customer supporter issue will be solve in one monthand said as there is need of new mobile tower. So day by day i frustrated network issue & also call dropped but now are 4 months later there is no response on my network issue related problem. I send screenshots of network issues par month but your team is always is processing issue till i frustrated network issues. I pay money for 3g/4g service. My money was
                                  Wasted i can't get properly services so this again i attached screenshots of network error issues.

                                    My interconnection has failed in the morning of[protected]. I lodged a complaint. The complaint no. Was 90445120. I was told that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours, which itself was a long period of time for me working on the internet. Nothing happened within 24 hours. On 22nd morning someone from airtel called me and said that the issue would be resolved by 10pm on that day. Today morning i switched on the internet and found that there was no connection. All the problems were explained in detail on[protected] itself. The connection was getting interrupted frequently. The speed is only around 4mbps against 16mbps even at times when connection was available between interruptions. Today, on the third day after lodging my complaint, i get a mail saying that a new complaint has been registered and i would be updated within 24 hours of registering the new complaint. What happened to the complaint lodged on[protected]. No answer. I am suffering financial loss due to the long breakdown of internet (Three days today). I had informed that the junction box outside my compound wall frequently is the reason for the problem. But no one has come here to check it up as far as i know. The very casual attitude of your customer care people is extremely disappointing and makes me feel insulted and insecure as a customer.
                                    Trust you will instruct your people here to do something to solve the situation instead of sending hypocritical mails.

                                      I asked customer care executive to add english business news channel 12 months top up amounting rs. 440 on customer id [protected]-006 but instead of it, she activated the same top up on [protected]-001 connection.
                                      On my [protected]-001 connection, i had the same top up for 6 months which i activated on[protected] and will be valid for 6 months.
                                      But now 6 months top up has been deactivated and 12 months top up is active.
                                      I called customer care and told the same thing and i was told it will take some time to get it resolved.

                                        I am using airtel prepaid sim card for past 10 years

                                        Last one week my sim card is not working it showing as sim card is not ready. I used in some other mobile phone also but same result.
