But Today my regular balance was deduct andl call was cut with the Reason o[censored]navailable balance. with that call . The Company do Fraud with me . today.

    Dear operator,

    My mother is using your mobile services for number [protected] and from past 2 days she is not able use her phone due to some issues from your end.

    She has been complaining at your costumer care number about the same, but they are not at all helpful.

    They have been telling her that it will start to work in 24 hours, then 72, and then many more hours are being added, still not working.

    Your costumer care has been behaving very badly, saying "naa ho raha sahi, kar lo karna hai".

    Then she finally came to know that her issue is not even got registered as they did not register her complain.
    Let me know if what is your solution to this problem or we should switch to other better service providers.

    We placed our trust on you and your services, but as it appears they are not mobile services but "get harassed services by airtel and its staff"

    It's been 4days since my phone of not working. Have complained to customer care but they are very bad and won't even file mg complain. I DON'T any clue why my phone is not working since 20th Nov, 2017.have called customer care but they only give m hours in which it will be solved, but still no solution. MY PHONE NO IS [protected], it's been very unpleasant with airtel.Its more of a harassment services. Have mailed, filed online complaint but no... Effect on airtel.

      Hi, i am not receiving any sms from any network except airtel most of the times, further i am not getting messages from various banks, irctc, makemytrip etc. This problem started from 21th nov 2017 and i have contacted customer care atleast 20 times since then, everytime they tell me that the complaint has been logged and will be resolved by such and such date and time and i never get any response. This is really frustrating as i am unable to do online banking at the moment and this is impacting my work big time. My number is [protected], please resolve immediately. Rgds, shailesh

        I have tried to recharge my airtel no with rs.448 through my airtel app on 20th november, monday, 2017. I experienced that the online recharge service and airtel payment bank services are very poor quality. I have faced a high level of mental stress as my money has deducted and recharge not done. I don't have any option then to wait for the refund of my money.
        I have mailed my query to different authorities of airtel but there is no any action taken by the higher authority of airtel. I would personally suggest to everyone, to not avail the online recharge facility with my airtel app and airtel payment bank.

        My request is for a refund of my money as soon as possible.

          Sir/ma'am.. I'm an airtel user. I made a recharge of rs 399 on 17th november. Actually before making a recharge i show my offers dialing *121*51# there i found two offers at the same cost. One was 84 gb data (3gb per day) and loc+std calling for 28 days and the other was 70gb data (1gb per day) and loc+std calls for 70 days. That's why i dialed customer care number and asked to avail me the offer of 70gb data for 70 days. The officer i talked to said you can do recharge and you will availed with 70gb data 1gb/day and free calling for 70 days. After that i made an e recharge for rs 399 and i received an sms confirming that you are availed with 70 gb data for 70 days. I'm attaching that sms screenshot. Now yesterday i was using my data and i just found that my data crossed 1gb. My usage was about 1.6 gb yesterday after that i again talked to customer care and asked why it crossed above 1 gb. He said sir you are availed with 84gb data (3gb/day) i didn't want this because there is no fault of mine i confirmed before making the recharge. Sir please help me regarding this. I'm a student it's not easy for me to bear any loss as my needs are less. 🙁

            I have lost my sim on date 22/11/2017 around 3:15 pm while going to tuition.
            The last call made was by my sister and we had talked around 40-45 min.
            I am not able to reach my number now.

            My mobile number was [protected] and i bought it from baltana (Zirakpur) and the same is issued under my father's name. I have this number for more than 6-7 years.

            Request you please block it to prevent its missuse by any one.

              Last time i raised the complaint about network issues, and customer care people told me they will inform technical team and closed the complaint with out resolving the issue.My old complaint Id: OT[protected]. this is 3rd time am raising the complaint and nothing is rectified. i have 4G connection and it works worst than 2G connection.

                I had lost my mobile on 19th nov and taken a new sim of same no which is still not activated. Almost 30hrs are over and i am contacting your customer care from last night but nobody is able to tell why my sim is not activated till now. Your people are having a very casual approach towards my problem. Kindly let me know what is the issue for the delay. My mobile no is [protected].

                  Nowadays i see frequent call drops in airtel network. It is happening even to my friends who are on airtel. When i call customer care i get a response saying that i need to reset my device or change sim etc. None of them understand the technical issue. They see that this issue is from a device. Why airtel is not taking care of customers and their network issues?

                    Please block/disrupt and cancel my airtel no belonging to d. Sengupta basis kolkata port, no being [protected].

                    My phone has been robbed and information of numbers and contacts have been spilled and shared for plagiarized purposes. I will also ensure i lodge a police fir asap basis location from where it has been robbed.

                    Hi i am newly ported from my bsnl number to airtel i was went to airtel retailer shop for recharge my mobile with rc495 but it is failing why i want to know kindly resolve my problem.
                    Today morning I have received an SMS from Airtel that my Vodafone No. [protected] has been ported to Airtel. Pls call 59059 for tele verification.

                    To my utter surprise, my no is registered to Airtel, but I am unable to contact 59059 for tele verification as the call drops every time.

                      My number is [protected] since a network issue my recharge was done twice with 448 pack of 70 days that accounts to a sum of 896 but i got only 70 days validity instead of 140 days they are not providing any option of validity extension nor a refund this is unfair to take my money twice for same plan while other operators give an extension to the pack.

                      I changed my airtel sim card to 4G since then I am not able to send or receive SMS.

                      I changed my sim card on 17.11.2017.

                      tried calling Customer care to no avail.

                        Since my sim card is damaged, i had purchased a new sim for sim swapping in airtel store, bhavani on 18/11/2017. They had successfully submitted a request for sim swapping. But till date 22/11/2017 my new sim is not activated. When i approached the airtel store again and again for the same, they are saying that in backend it is delaying. How long to wait for sim activation?

                          Hi i'm yeshwanth, earlier i was using vodafone network, in april i got a call from airtel executive, the plan sounded great so i ported by network to airtel, few months it was good no network issue & high speed internet everything was going well, suddenly after 3monts i had some network issues which i adjusted for a month but later it was very painful because i was not able to use my data also it was 32kbps/s only so i registered a complaint, and they said it will be sorted out in 4 to 5 working days, i waited and waited but no response so again i registered a complaint after a month still no response form airtel network team and they have been charging monthly rental charges from past 3 month without providing a me proper service, even though i have paid 2 months bill without any service form airtel, i decided not to pay from 3rd month since i'm not able to use data service call services, what's the point of paying the bill, now they have disconnected by calls and they want me to pay all the bills. Airtel network is looting customers money without giving proper service to the costumers.

                            Recently got clarification from branch that company's a/c had been credited
                            Kindly resolve it on urgent as your customer care helpline are not resolving my matter completely they are saying too email the matter in detail and if possible make as email from bank side which is quite not possible kindly see the matter and resolve it on priority as its getting too much time now

                                I have having issues with my data services since last night. I m using this number currently in kerala and so it is in roaming. I had no issues till last night where it stopped working all of a sudden while i was on a video call. I can receive calls but i'm unable to even call karnataka customer care number from my mobile.
                                Please assist at the earliest. You may call me on my this number itself.

                                  I was told again and again by the company calls and messages to upgrade my 3g sim to 4g so i decided to do that and bought a new 4g sim on 18th november, 2017 by following the procedure mentioned and removed my old sim and it was disconnected but the new sim which was supposed to work in next 24 hours is still not working. It shows no signal and i am not able to receive calls or use it in any form. This is very troublesome. Please sort this out soon.

                                    Regarding this i already complaint on dated 1st nov 2017. 9:40:32 pm.
                                    From your end i received call on dated 5th nov 2017 at 4 pm.
                                    As per caller he told me to change your phone setting and restarted your phone, after that your issue will be resolve, but still i am facing same issue.

                                    1) name of the caller as per your system ms. Kavita. And its fake information because caller is male not a female.

                                    2) regarding this i visiting your airtel store in koparkhairane near koparkhairane railway station, 3 time approx time is 7:31 pm, they told at 7:30 server is closed.

                                    3) last saturday i visiting your same store for same issue, i explain my issue, &
                                    I surprised without taking my any information like complaint no & mobile no they told your complaint is open and & our network team call you. Or call to customer care, i can't help you regarding this issue. Is it possible?

                                    From 1st nov to till date my network is down. Form your end i am receiving the bill of rs. 450 approx, i am not ready to pay this bill, because i am not use it due to your network problem.

                                    Without my mailing conformation don't closed my network complaint.

                                      I rquested to migrate from airtel postpaid o prepaid on last saturday[protected], postpaid disconnected on the very next day but the prepaid isn't activated yet. When i contacted airtel store, customer care, appelatte team they said "sorry for inconvineance and we're working on it 24*7 but they can't resolved it till now. But the fact is their technolgy is getting ou dated. Airtel must learn that just a showcase app doesn't enough for satisfy thee customer needs. Last one i planned to switch to prepaid because of their consecutive failure in billing. But at the same i congrats airtel for their voice calling clarity

                                        #airtel service is going to dogs!!

                                        Last one week my incoming calls and internet were not working and the reason was i had requested for isd service to be enabled which deactivated the base plan... This is told by customer care executive.

                                        Today i receive one month old bill in my email and to check when i call customer care was told it is sent by accident.

                                        I am expecting more to come in the coming days and i am seriously looking forward to port my mobile / broadband and hotspot to vodafone and act cannot spend daily couple of hours with this type of service provider loosing mental peace.
