My idea post paid number [protected], which has been using for last 3-4 years. I applied for number porting and get a new connection from airtel. But the number did not activated, the company assured me to start earlier. Again airtel provide a new sim for the ported number, this time again the number did not activated. Third time airtel provide the new one but unfortunately i could not get the connection. The do not tell me reason for not starting my new ported connectivity.

Further, idea has also disconnected my mobile connectivity without intimating me,. Now i am in swirl, neither i have airtel nor i have idea connectivity.
Please, provide me justice as i and my family are suffering from mental and economical harassment due to dis-connectivity of my old number.

I have done a recharge of rs 98 via transaction ID[protected] for 1GB data while i got only 500 MB balance, its disgusting why you are providing incorrect information. Moreover it has happened twice. I think my worst decision was to port to airtel, atleast dont mislead your customers.
My problem is debit for this account is not allowed my number [protected]
I port my M.T.S number to Airtel network 08. 11. 2017. But my airtel network can't be open.
I am experiencing very bad call connectivity and internet experience. If it isn't or cannot be resolved i would like to get a noc for porting my number to another network.

    We are using the postpaid plan of Airtel... We deposited a cheque for the payment of our bill in Nov 2016 but was misplaced by your company. So the payment was done in cash too...       Sir, my mobile phone number [protected] is prepaid one and in the name of specialized service (Assisted doctor service). You have started deducting rs. 49/- per week starting from 19/12/2017. After repeated failed contact with your airtel customer care, i am fade-up with your bogus cheating the customer system. Immediately revert my forty nine rupees and never deduct any such amount in the name of some specialized service from my prepaid amount.

        According to your customer care advisor validity for 399 recharge was for 28 days.. At time of recharge on 19th october i got a confirmation message that this pack is valid for 84 days.. From 19th october 28 days means this pack should have been expired on 15th november then y it was valid upto 20th november. Not happy with service provided. Very angry

          I have done a recharge of rs.100 on 18 november 2017 but until now i did not receive any cashback.

          Yesterday, i called 198 and talk to the customer care agent.They said there is no offer of cashback but my airtel app shows and according to terms and conditions i am eligible for cash back.

              Dear sir/madam,
              It is to inform you that i am regular customer of airtel and was paying my bill from last 7-8 years timely. Presently i am getting message and call for non payment of my airtel fixed line bill amount. Whereas i have already complaint 3-4 times that my phone is not working since last 5 months.
              As per reason given by local technician and customer care the phone was not working due to technical error from your side than on what ground i pay my bill.
              Previously during september month i got my monthly bill without using my phone for which i complaint in customer care and got waiver of rs.600 and paid rs.120/- immediately. But again at the end i am getting bill of rs.950/-. No waiver has been done even after commitment.
              There after complaint regarding technical fault, my phone has not been activated and at the end after frustration i requested to disconnect my landline connection for that staff from your side came and disconnected the same and took all the cable with him. But i am getting my bill generated every month. Recently i got my bill generated to rs.3754.48 due on december 2017. Kindly inform me on what ground the bill is getting generated without using of landline for broadband as well as phone calls.
              Further informing you that daily i am getting message and attending calls for non payment of bill which making me disturb. Therefore, it is my humble request to waive of these charges and grant me no dues clearance, otherwise i will go to consumer forum against you for such pressure.
              Hope for your positive co-operation.

                Hello team,

                I applied for "airtel v-fiber superfast internet plan for 799" on sunday 19th november 2017. I got the call from representative named shivakumar with contact information [protected] and i paid the three month payment in advance over internet through my debit card for an amount of 2839/-. My airtel product payment txn id is : [protected].

                It's been two days and installation has not been done yet. I called customer care and they confirmed that payment information does not reflect and installation has been delayed though i made the payment already for an amount of 2839 with transaction id [protected]..

                I would like to take this matter with utmost priority and update the payment information in your system. Additionally please install the broadband at my home as early as possible since this has already been delayed a lot.

                  I had applied for airtel connection few days, i gave my photo id, address proof & rs1000 (For 60mbps with wifi router) to an executive who is working with an airtel dealer (Ravi [protected]) on 6 october 2017 and they gave me a cutomer enrollment carbon copy.

                  After around waiting for around 10 days i called customer care and they said that my connection has been rejected due to no availability of their connect in our area.
                  After i call to customer care they give me a number ([protected]) for whatsapp him the documents for refund. But i not got any reply from this number.
                  Then i send email to some customer care representative and i have not received any mail reply from them as of yet.

                  I am sending you attachments of documents.

                    I have applied for a new airtek broadband connection on friday and i had paid the amount on the same day. Since then i did not have any update and i tried reaching the person who has collected the documents and helped me to complete the process. I was promised that by saturday i would be getting connection installed.
                    Now since yesterday i have been trying to reach him almost called him 100 times but he does not respond at all. I do not have internet in my home now and i am unable to work.

                    Could you please help me to get the process fastened.

                      I bought a airtel dongle before 20 june, 2017 at location emc office, bangalore. And imei [protected]. They have not shared the dongle purchase invoice till now. Every now and then they will say airtel has sent you or today they will send you.
                      I have dropped the email to few people :gopal. Vittal, sbm, ceo. Direct, net, 121, sanjay. [protected]@airtel.in.

                        On 20 november 2017, i made a online recharge of rs 100 but the online transaction failed. The amount was deducted from my bank amount even if the transaction failed. But the money which was debitted was neither added to my bank balance or my phone balance. The transaction id.[protected]. Add the deducted money to my airtel wallet or to my bank account. Please fix this issue soon.

                          On 18'th oct, 17 i had initiated a top recharge on airtel website and after deduction of rs.1000 and a successful message from their website, i found out that my account did not get credited with rs. 1000 talktime.

                          1. I lodge a complaint with airtel on [protected]@airtel.in, to which they replied that bank would revert back the payment in 10 working days or provide us your bank statement for the entire period from 18'oct'17 till date, which i did.
                          2. After i didn't get refund in 10 working days i lodged a complaint in the bank, the bank after many days confirmed that transaction from citruspay was successful and had gone through.

                          Even after giving them the CitrusPay transaction ID which says the transaction was successful, still they cannot trace where the money went. They simply keep saying that there was no recharge done on that day for that amount, which is the reason why I have raised the complaint in the first place.

                            After applying for a new connection (Application number rtblr7341882) on 23rd june 2017 and making 3 months payment of rs.2585/- via the website (Cheque/ ref no. 990631) they said it is not possible to activate due to technical reasons on 26th june via calls and emails. We initiated refund request - complaint number 89700882.in the meanwhile, some airtel agent called suresh activated the broadband on 30th june. But after 3 months bill generated was including the rs.2585/- that was already paid. When enquired customer care via lots of calls and emails they said that they never received the online payment - which was done on their website! Even after giving the reference number and showing bank's transaction statements. While doing these calls they removed the connection from home but did not deactivate the account and the bill now is still getting generated with 1-month extra amount even though we are not using it anymore. All the time getting calls from customer care to make the pending payment but nobody is giving the refund of the first payment of rs.2585/-. After calling for 47 mins and explaining the problem one of the customer care agent just put the phone on hold and went away. Called to so many other customer care agents but they redirected to seniors and after explaining the problem to everyone they just redirected to customer care number [protected] again. There are no branch offices in bangalore only stores who are not able to help and asked to call customer care. There is no option in website to deactivate the broadband connection like how other broadbands provide. Please help.

                              Complaint for bill dated 6 Sept 2017.
                              I had activated International roaming plan of Rs 2999 for 10 days only once but when i received the bill on 6th Sept it was charged thrice. Then I immediately called customer care, they said that it will be waved off, but after calling many times to customer care only one waiver was given.
                              While charging the plan there was no intimation that it was auto-renewable plan. moreover while I was abroad there was no service for three days.
                              I stayed abroad for 12 days. So for two days 649 plan should be charged instead which company advertises.
                              Now company is calling my friends and family and giving threats that they will file a case against me and I will have problems in my passport and visa.

                                  Outgoing calls on my number (used for 10+ years) have been barred without any warning. There are no dues. Contacted 121 and was told that there is a "documentation issue" and I should contact Airtel office and there is no other way they can help me now. How unprofessional is this act especially since the phone is critical to my business.

                                    I made a Recharge through Airtel Payment Bank on 11-Nov-2017 which failed and I got a SMS from Airtel on 12th Nov that Transaction Status will be updated by 13th Nov.

                                    This didn’t happen.

                                    After that I registered a complaint (No 1014163) on 17th Nov 2017 and did a follow up multiple times. I got assurance from Airtel Supervisor that amount will be refunded in 48 hrs

                                    On 20th Nov 2017 i got a message that Airtel No (Another Airtel No) is recharged with same amount and they never took my consent.

                                    Please let me know in case a transaction got failed. As a process the amount should be refunded or Transaction will complete even after 10 days.

                                    Moreover today when i contacted the Airtel supervisor he told me nothing can happen now and if you want to do portability please go ahead as well and disconnected the phone.

                                    No it is not resolved yet. My complaint is if Transaction is initiated on 11-Nov-2017 and it gets failed. What should happen.

                                    In my case same Transaction got completed on 20th Nov 2017 which should not happen instead refund should be made.

                                    If the same thing happens(transaction fails) in a credit card Transaction refund is done rather that crediting the Vendor.

                                    Other Lapses.

                                    1. After the Transaction is complete on 20th Nov 2017. Starting Period of Recharge plan in this case is 11th Nov 2017. But it got reflected on 20th Nov in the account. So 10 days benefit is lost.

                                      With reference to complaint no. (Po[protected] for non-activation of my new sim obtained from airtel outlet, nandi durga road, bangalore, after a lot of delay, a lot of mental agony and complaining to airtel and visiting the airtel outlet at malleswaram and after repeatedly speaking to mr. Vinod, airtel manager, basavanagudi (Who is looking after malleswaram), it is to inform you that a verifier from airtel has verified my address on 18th nov 2017 at 10.50 am, obtained my signature and took a copy of my aadhar card too. At the same time, i received a phone call from airtel and the caller identified herself as airtel executive and i confirmed to her that the verification was over just then. The verifier told me that within a couple of hours, my number would get activated. The airtel executive also confirmed me the same. She, in fact, while discussing with me during her first call, put me on hold for a few minutes to discuss another issue with her colleague, which is not correct on her part.

                                      It is regretted that my number has still not been activated even after 56 hours after verification?

                                      Airtel repeatedly insulted me and caused mental agony to me.

                                      I’ve taken the sim more than 20 days ago.

                                      Airtel has committed two acts of deficiency of service:

                                      1. Delayed verification of address for more than 20 days;
                                      2. Non-activation of sim card even after 56 hours after verification of the address.

                                      I’ve paid the initial deposit while obtaining the sim. This is clear and repeated deficiency of service on the part of airtel after i paid the deposit to airtel.
                                      I intend to file a case for deficiency of service and mental agony suffered by me in hon’ble consumer court.
                                      I served a show cause notices to customer care, nodal officer & appellate authority under the relevant provisions of consumer protection act to airtel through mail.

                                      I reserve the right to quote this complaint in 'consumer complaints' also in my proceedings before the hon’ble court.
                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I have raised a few requests to deactivate my mobile number, until now my number is not deactivated and i am getting the bill every month, which i will not be able to pay the bill as they not deactivated my mobile number despite many requests. This very unethical practice followed by airtel not to deactivate the number and generate the bill to customers. Please help in this matter. They are customer support team are rude to talk.
