Internet stops working from 1am at night.. And next day again in works from morning. Whole night it doesn't work. I am very irritated of this. My scheme is for 70 days daily 1gb. Whole day i use only 400mb, nevertheless it happens daily. Everyday after 1am it stops working. Even simple message also doesn't go. If it will happen regularly, i will change my sim to other network company.

    I applied to port my mobile number from vodafone to airtel on 7th nov, 2017, and received the upc the same day. It has been 11 days since then. My vodafone sim went out of service on 14th nov, so i have put in the new airtel sim that i received.

    But i am still not getting any service on the new airtel sim. If i try to make a call it says "mobile network not available". I am not getting any incoming calls. I am not getting text messages. My phone says "sim is not activated".

    I took it to the airtel shop, and they just told me to wait. How long am i supposed to wait for? What is this, a game?

      My airtel prepaid is [protected]. I hv recharged for rs.3996/- as international roaming pack to bhutan. While i am in bhutan i could'nt able to use my sim. There is no network covergage symbol. Hence, i am forced to take a new sim from bhutan. The package is for 10 days from 11/11/2017 onwards. My travel period is from 13-17 of november. I have contacted airtel customer care 3 times for refund, but no positive reply from their end. They told me that they have no option for refund.

      This is not a wise answer from their end. I have activated this package through airtel web site.in the site, they have promised that 3 gb data and 250 minutes free incoming and outgoing for 10 days. But, while i reached bhutan, i coud'nt even make a single incoming or outgoing call.

      Thus, the airtel people fully cheat me by giving false advertisement.
      I have a strong complaing against this.

      Please help me to get full refund, otherwise i am forced totake legal action against airtel

        I am using Airtel for more than 17 years.
        Today my account debited for Rs.35 for TOPDOCOTORSONLINE VAS.which is not requested by me.When will you stop this type of nonsense cheap activity. Compete with other networks genuinely.Kindly reverse the amount debited. Otherwise I will seek legal help.

          I have been using airtel since aug 2013. Recently, i had to go abroad on a short term and i requested them to disconnect the service.

          They gave me an option of taking free service for 3 months and i went with it as i never wanted to go thru the hassle of getting a new service again.

          But this corporate thieves had put me on the 6 month advanced plan and sent me a bill for 4800 inr the first month itself. I had made 60+ calls to their customer service and visited their relationship centre twice to resolve the issue. Everytime, i had to start explaining from the scratch.

          Atlast, i agreed to pay 1600 for the 3 months where i wouldnt have incurred any expense if they cancelled my service as i requested.

          Now they are after me again for rest of 4800 eventhough i cancelled my broadband connection.

          Beware of these guys.. They literally want to suck every blood in you.

              I am also going through the same problem now, i booked a airtel
              Broadband connection on 10 days ago. Executive has collected amount and from that day i haven't got any response and no calls from airtel.

              I have been chasing them every day with no response. It is almost close to 2 weeks. For collecting money they came with 30 min after i asked them for new connection this is disgusting service, i guess airtel has made lot of
              Money now its time to take them off the market. I even msg them that i dont need an y connection now as they are so casual that after getting full payment they did not even bothered to give a call back or settle my case. Very disappointing

                  On 18, november 2017, i made a online recharge of rs.90 but the online transaction failed. There wasnt any connection problem either. The amount was deducted from my bank amount even if the transaction failed. I retried the recharge and it was successful the second time. But the money which was debitted at first was neither added to my bank balance or my phone balance. The transaction id was[protected]. Please resolve it soon.

                    My name is mr, sameer balasaheb mankar, mobile number [protected]. I have ordered iphone 7 plus 32 gb on 20 th oct 2017, order id 10005207. I have booked your airtel new number [protected] while ordering iphone and paid 17300 rupees. The number i choose not available. So they cancelled my order on 31st october 2017 and refund initiated. Till date i didn't got my money.

                      I have been using airtel sim past 7 years. Accidently i have not paid 3 months bill. Now they deactivate my number (Without giving a information). I have asked them several time in that time they said okay we will activate. But still the card is not activated.
                      I have been contacted your customer services but the executive doesn’t give satisfied answer. Even am ready to pay all pending bills. Please activate my number. That number i have attached all my personal accounts. The present situation is gonna am not able to do any work without my sim.
                      So stop this harassment and help me out.

                      Note:if you not help me i am going to complaint to customer forum.

                        The Company Airtel which said to everyone that India's fastest network company are unable to resolve the network issue, very shameless thing.
                        Made many follow-up but all-in-vain.
                        The company should compensate for the problem which i m feeling due the network issue., Complain no.[protected]

                        Every company/responsible have a dead line that the complain can be solved within 24hour or 48 hour but The Airtel has no dead line, it says that complain can be resolved in 3 months / 6 months or not sure means it can be lifetime problem. What a reply from Airtel sr. executive.

                        Pl clearly give me feedback that can my complain be resolved in 24/48 hours or compensate for the problem which i am feeling due to this.

                        I've clearly elaborated the all problem which i am facing, now i will wait till 48 hours that can this complain provide me the solution from Airtel or unable to provide.

                          Hi,

                          My airtel post-paid number is - [protected], i also subscribe airtel secure plan & i lodge a damage claim on[protected] & i get back the repair device on[protected].

                          On that day when i checked the handset i found that the speaker of the set is not working properly & i call to the customer care and tell him about the issue, he assured me that it will be re-pick up within 2 days and resolve the issue within 7 days.

                          After that at the 7th day one guy from your vendor company but he was unable to pick up my handset due to change my imei id, at the time i told him that in the previous claim they replace my mainboard under damage claim & they send me the replacement bill. But he denies the documents & he suggest me that he will come back for re-pickup after 2 days with supportive documents from there end.

                          But after that 14 days cover, i also register complain 5 times in airtel customer care & they call me several times & every time they assured me the problem will be resolved within 7 working days. But after that, no one contacts me for re-pickup.

                          So the gist is after repair your service is very very poor & i am totally harassed with your service & unable to use the handset.

                          I don't think you guys value your customer voice or problem.

                          Today i also think that after this complaint you guys don't take any step about that.

                                Airtel activated topdoctoronline on my mobile. What is topdoctoronline? I never activated any offer. They deducted 49 rs from my balance. They cannot activated offers like this. I complained to airtel but no response. This never happened before but airtel should fix this. Check your records airtel and give us our amount back. Never do that again. You are losing our trust.

                                  Its been a week your airtel network irritating me too much... Its too much... 4g/3g is bakawas full of # always shifting to 2g network what the hell is going on here..??? Take immidiate action to thi issue. Otherwise unwanted decrease of customer may happen in future. I don't get the full benefits of my internet rcharge of rs.448 for 84 days. If this goes on then whats the use of recharging your airtel.
