I was having an airtel connection no. [protected] and while going abroad in august 2017 i have changed the plan from rs.499/- to rs.199/- and obtained an international pack of rs.149/- for receiving sms messages. I have never used the mobile phone for either incoming or outgoing calls/messages and was using only whatsapp thru wifi. I have received bills to an exhorbant amounts. I have paid the bill for the amounts (199+149) regularly and enquired through facebook to clarify the issue and rectify the amount since september 2017. Till date i have not heard from airtel any clarification,
Airtel had barred my connection and i had to face an embarrassing situation on the date of my return from abroad[protected] without any advance information, even though airtel had offered me a credit limit of rs.2800/- and i had to face lot of difficulty.
My request for clarification and charging amounts was not given till date and i would like to surrender the phone no. As i am not satisfied with the horrible acts and service of airtel. This clearly shows the deficiency in the customer service as whenever i go to any airtel shop for clarification they keep on saying to pay the outstanding and no one has till date clarified satisfactorily.
As i have paid the bills regularly (Being minimum amount) and i have not utilised the mobile either incoming / outgoing calls /messages, the bills raised by airtel is not acceptable and more so there is no clarifications / explanations for the complaints lodged in the airtel page in facebook.

My Airtel prepaid sim card is block from last one day. Handset shows sim card Rejected when it is put in. The Rejected mobile no is [protected] and no. on my sim card is [protected]

I have worked for bharti airtel ltd for more than 10 years at the time of leaving In the year 2010 have applied for my PF but still date i have not received any information regarding my PF, my employee id 29775 and i also request to send my PF number.

I have submitted my the application for 2 times in 3 days to port my number from Postpaid to prepaid. But the number has got blocked, The number which got blocked is the only number and it my official number and it has created a mess in my official work because I am not able to answer my office calls

    As per i have network issues in my area i raised complaint month of may 2017 then your surveyor mentioned and found that there is very bad network of 3g/4g service &then i have call from your customer supporter issue will be solve in one monthand said as there is need of new mobile tower. So day by day i frustrated network issue & also call dropped but now are 4 months later there is no response on my network issue related problem. I send screenshots of network issues par month but your team is always is processing issue till i frustrated network issues. I pay money for 3g/4g service. My money was
    Wasted i can't get properly services so this again i attached screenshots of network error issues.

      My interconnection has failed in the morning of[protected]. I lodged a complaint. The complaint no. Was 90445120. I was told that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours, which itself was a long period of time for me working on the internet. Nothing happened within 24 hours. On 22nd morning someone from airtel called me and said that the issue would be resolved by 10pm on that day. Today morning i switched on the internet and found that there was no connection. All the problems were explained in detail on[protected] itself. The connection was getting interrupted frequently. The speed is only around 4mbps against 16mbps even at times when connection was available between interruptions. Today, on the third day after lodging my complaint, i get a mail saying that a new complaint has been registered and i would be updated within 24 hours of registering the new complaint. What happened to the complaint lodged on[protected]. No answer. I am suffering financial loss due to the long breakdown of internet (Three days today). I had informed that the junction box outside my compound wall frequently is the reason for the problem. But no one has come here to check it up as far as i know. The very casual attitude of your customer care people is extremely disappointing and makes me feel insulted and insecure as a customer.
      Trust you will instruct your people here to do something to solve the situation instead of sending hypocritical mails.

        I asked customer care executive to add english business news channel 12 months top up amounting rs. 440 on customer id [protected]-006 but instead of it, she activated the same top up on [protected]-001 connection.
        On my [protected]-001 connection, i had the same top up for 6 months which i activated on[protected] and will be valid for 6 months.
        But now 6 months top up has been deactivated and 12 months top up is active.
        I called customer care and told the same thing and i was told it will take some time to get it resolved.

            Hello,
            I tried to recharge my phone no. Through my airtel payment bank a/c but it showed that the recharge is failed and transaction is unsuccessful. So i tried again and the same thing happened again, so i recharged my phone no. Through phonepe app.
            Now after 2 hours i got a message from airtel payment bank that your recharge is successful and i got charged twice with rs. 448 i. E. Total rs.896 from my airtel payment bank.
            So this is completely fraud happened to me, i want my complete money (Rs. 896) back.
            Transaction id as showing in airtel payment bank is[protected].
            Only one transaction is showing while the money is deducted twice.
            Kindly respond as soon as possible.

            Sir, I have called 59059 and entered required documents no for activation. But it's almost 4 hours gone but my sim is not activated.
            Since it is MNP sim. I am facing lots of trouble because of deactivation.
            I am not getting internet connectionmy number 91 [protected]...Recharge 4gb package at per day 1GB internet
            My new duplicate sim no [protected] not active. Please help me to solve the problem ASAP. So I can't use the WhatsApp and other calls on the phone. [protected],

            I cannot call toll free no. to attend meetings (000-xxx-xxx-xxxx). I can call from idea though. This is a huge issue not sure how to resolve though based on comments I could gather that Airtel Customer care is of no use.

              There is no proper response. Since two weeks i am trying to take a new airtel connection, but whenever i visit the office they are saying stock is not present
              Even if they are not responding properly...
              They people out there are just simply using the room for chit chatting in groups
              Under air conditioned room not even responding to the customers

              I have recently migrated my mobile number from Reliance to Airtel, but I am not receiving any SMS from my airtel sim card, and my number is [protected]
              please resolve immediately.
              Airtel website serves no good, we cannot view our bill details. whether its new bill or past within 6 months.
              Earlier website was good and all details were available but this new application is not friendly.

                Airtel deducted amount 49 and then 35 from my airtel balance. My number is [protected]. And i never activated any topdoctoronline offer. I complained before but it is not solved yet. Again my balance deducted and all i can do is complaint here. My balance is about to be 0. Airtel is deducting my balance on the name of topdoctoronline. And i don't even know what topdoctoronline is. This is really annoying airtel fix this.

                In my house the network of the Airtel is very down the legs cannot reach LPG it always on 2G and the speed is less than 10 kbps
                Airtel is giving it's 399 offer for people 2hi buy new sim cards, but the offer is not available for people who has been it's customer for more than 2 decades. Shame on them. I'll Soon be switching. To Jio. Ungrateful people.

                  Kindly note that, sim is in basic nokia mobile, does not any game applications.

                  Moreover i never activated the link, how can you charge rs 300?

                  Its kind of stealing money from customers.

                      As discussed with cusomer care executive, mnp charges should be ₹19 only. But here in jajpur road, odisha mnp centre ask for ₹100. Even they refused to talk with customer care executive. Actually what is happening here i am totally confused. The same airtel retail store persons were not willing to talk with same organization airtel-customer executives. Asking regarding the charges they said that the amount ₹100 is only porting charges. Again i have to give extra amount excluding ₹100 for other recharge packs. What a # is this. I guess a lot of customers who want to mnp their number to airtel had also dropped their porting plan due to this type of corruption by mnp centres. Please take necessary actions regarding this., otherwise customers will not go for mnp their numbers to airtel anymore.

                        I am getting an incorrect bill since past 3 months. I have raised my concern twice to the contact center but again got an incorrect bill today. I have taken a plan of 399+ taxes but i am getting a bill of rs. 946/- where i am charged for services like sms which have been offered to me for free. The charges were waived off from past 2 months but i can't keep repeating my complaint. Need an end to this!

                          I have tried to take loan of mobile data... But all of my balance got deducted insted... And even mobile data hasnt come.. It happened around 6days back... Dont know the date exactly... Kindly look on this
                          I recharged my account with 49rs through paytm for 3g balance at 11 in the night today... But didnt get the data credited in my account when i checked it after 12.. But amount of 49rs is deducted from my account... Kindly look into this and reply me soon

                            I am airtel network user from new delhi and having 6 connection of airtel no. (Prepaid and post paid both), currently from last 1 month network condition of airtel is very pathetic and bad, i also lounge a complaint on airtel portal about this from the number ([protected]) but no any action taken from company side, we are even not able to receive any call from anyone due to network issue, after we are getting msg alert for missed call, then we came to know that some one is calling, internet connectivity so poor even in 4g speed,
                            We are very much upset and frustrated because of this, because in current scenario mobile is a part of life and it create a problem in our day to day routine job.
                            Pls rectify it otherwise we have to switch some other network.

                              I did a recharge of rs. 399.00 to avail the benefit of free local+std calls + 1 gb data for 70 days. It was done after getting promotional messages received from airtel. But, today, after expiry of only 28 days, my outgoing calls are being charged which should have been free for 70 days. Requesting airtel to extend the free calls + 1gb data for balance 42 days.

                                There was a wrong deduction of my account balance today for airtel number [protected]. 35 rupees was deducted due to lifestyle dressing room service. Could you please refund the money as the money was wrongly deducted. I request to not to repeat this kind of deductions in future as it leads to low balance trouble unknowingly.

                                  I am being cheated by airtel since the last 2-3 months!... Account no. [protected].

                                  I am being charged rent for 3 connections even though one connection has not been working over the last two months or so due to a problem at airtel end. The situation has been persisting in spite of several complaints looked over the last couple of months or so. (Telephonic request no. 67963523.) in order to ensure continuity of services, i am compelled to pay the rent for all 3 connections in spite of communication to airtel about the fault from this end... This means that airtel is charging and forcing me to pay for services that are not single provided.

                                  This is downright harrassment and cheating.

                                  Resolution hoped :
                                  (1) refund of the excess amount charged
                                  (2) all three connections to be in order
                                  (3) no additional charges to be charged to me for the resolution (Includes - ensuring that all three connections work.)
                                  (4) compensation equivalent to atleast one month's rent for the harrassment caused by airtel.

                                    Before recharge i check my offers it shown 200 mb for 30 days at rupees 29. But i just got only 165 mb for 3 days. and i called them and make a complaint but they didnt help me..iam not good in english so i cant explain the problem with more expansion...kindly request you to make some move against this kind off cheatting.This is not a first time i cheated from this company

                                      This number was ported from bsnl to airtel under plan 649 on1st sept 2017 at bhubaneswar. I have shifted to noida & have requested for changing my plan for delhi ncr. I was told it will be done after 90 days by december 1st, 2017. Suddenly on my mobile the sim provided by airtel, bhubaneswar is indicating "invalid sim w. E. F. 21st november & i can't use my mobile. Details i have posted through email at your email address :[protected]@in. Airtel.com. Immediate action requested.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I have recharged from my wallet to no[protected] on[protected].Reacharge confirmation was done but benefit was not credited .(.as unlimited calls was free for 14 days as shown in pack ). Money is deducted for calls .I have also complained to customer care there assure me that will find the solution within 48 hrs .but still no action has been taken .kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
