I, sunita saxena has a postpaid no.-[protected]. I had cleared all my bills till aug. 2017. After that, due to high bills, i had asked my nearest airtel store to convert my sim from postpaid to prepaid. They told me to wait for return call from airtel. But nobody called and when i went back to airtel store, no one listened to my request. Then i complained on airtel website but there was no response. I have been requesting since 2 months but...

I am paying almost 350 to 400rs but i can't using airtel proper service i am not able to send sms or using internet and when i call to airtel customer service helpline no its not taking my phone and not solved my last problem last 7th day so pls help me about this problem and solving my problem. Because my business and personal contact is waiting for last 7th days.....

On the 12th on dec (2017) airtel stopped service to my sim for no apparent reason. When i visited airtel office at 8th mile t dasarahalli bangalore, i was asked if i have adhaar card. I informed my adhaar card has not arrived yet and no number yet. Also it was not mandatory (Yet) to update adhaar. Rep goes on to state i need to submit address and id proof. I do that and without any explanation whatsoever rep goes on give ma a new sim card...

I have an airtel prepaid connection number [protected]. Whenever i was in roaming i am unable to make outgoing calls, but receive incoming calls. When i am in home network i have complaint lots of time to customer care and they said it has been solved, but the problem remain as usual. Now i am in roaming and facing same problem. As per the income tax rules we are deducting tds from the monthly usage amount and paying the net amount to airtel,. Till date there is no pending amount. I am unable to make std call from karnataka since a month and it’s not installed even today. I have raised many tickets but nothing has been addressed so far. Whenever i call an std mobile number with +91, i get a voice saying "std and isd facilities are not available on your mobile number, please contact...".

But it works in the below scenarios:

I use airtel postpaid as well as prepaid last month bill charges is extra not proper ivr service wastage of time on solving issue. Yesterday i was recharge my airtel prepaid i activate in rs 18 all callls on 30 p/m my balance is dedcted service not activated
This time also use ivr option could not get customer on line with talk to complain
I want to stop prepaid and postpaid service what i do for that?...

I have ported my number from tamil nadu to bangalore, after putting the ne sim im not able to recharge. i have tried calling the airtel store on 27 th main road, HSR layout, about 100 times, but no response, not able to contact customer care on 198, kindly look into the matter and provide a solution asap. it has been lot of inconvienence ....

I port my airtel prepaid number from andhra pradesh circle to delhi circle. The porting is done on 14 november 2017 but i cannot recharge my number. I visited one airtel store here in delhi and still they are not resolving. They are telling there is some system errror and they have put up a complaint.

From past 2 weeks i am getting message that modelmaniaw service has been activated & rs 35 is getting deducted weekly.
