Recently got clarification from branch that company's a/c had been credited
Kindly resolve it on urgent as your customer care helpline are not resolving my matter completely they are saying too email the matter in detail and if possible make as email from bank side which is quite not possible kindly see the matter and resolve it on priority as its getting too much time now

      I have having issues with my data services since last night. I m using this number currently in kerala and so it is in roaming. I had no issues till last night where it stopped working all of a sudden while i was on a video call. I can receive calls but i'm unable to even call karnataka customer care number from my mobile.
      Please assist at the earliest. You may call me on my this number itself.

        I was told again and again by the company calls and messages to upgrade my 3g sim to 4g so i decided to do that and bought a new 4g sim on 18th november, 2017 by following the procedure mentioned and removed my old sim and it was disconnected but the new sim which was supposed to work in next 24 hours is still not working. It shows no signal and i am not able to receive calls or use it in any form. This is very troublesome. Please sort this out soon.

          Regarding this i already complaint on dated 1st nov 2017. 9:40:32 pm.
          From your end i received call on dated 5th nov 2017 at 4 pm.
          As per caller he told me to change your phone setting and restarted your phone, after that your issue will be resolve, but still i am facing same issue.

          1) name of the caller as per your system ms. Kavita. And its fake information because caller is male not a female.

          2) regarding this i visiting your airtel store in koparkhairane near koparkhairane railway station, 3 time approx time is 7:31 pm, they told at 7:30 server is closed.

          3) last saturday i visiting your same store for same issue, i explain my issue, &
          I surprised without taking my any information like complaint no & mobile no they told your complaint is open and & our network team call you. Or call to customer care, i can't help you regarding this issue. Is it possible?

          From 1st nov to till date my network is down. Form your end i am receiving the bill of rs. 450 approx, i am not ready to pay this bill, because i am not use it due to your network problem.

          Without my mailing conformation don't closed my network complaint.

            I rquested to migrate from airtel postpaid o prepaid on last saturday[protected], postpaid disconnected on the very next day but the prepaid isn't activated yet. When i contacted airtel store, customer care, appelatte team they said "sorry for inconvineance and we're working on it 24*7 but they can't resolved it till now. But the fact is their technolgy is getting ou dated. Airtel must learn that just a showcase app doesn't enough for satisfy thee customer needs. Last one i planned to switch to prepaid because of their consecutive failure in billing. But at the same i congrats airtel for their voice calling clarity

              #airtel service is going to dogs!!

              Last one week my incoming calls and internet were not working and the reason was i had requested for isd service to be enabled which deactivated the base plan... This is told by customer care executive.

              Today i receive one month old bill in my email and to check when i call customer care was told it is sent by accident.

              I am expecting more to come in the coming days and i am seriously looking forward to port my mobile / broadband and hotspot to vodafone and act cannot spend daily couple of hours with this type of service provider loosing mental peace.

                Hi team,

                I requested mnp from idea to airtel 25 days ago, my no converted to airtel but no signal. I went to airtel store in vizianagaram and vizag five times and they didn't explain the actual problem simply they changed the 4 times still, the issue is not yet resolved from the last 25 days. I asked them the same thing simply they were saying that there was a problem with the backend team and please wait until the issue is resolved.

                Please take necessary action on airtel

                  Airtel changed my monthly plan on their own without any communication to me. As per them, they gave me waivers as i was a premium customer to them but then without any intimation they increased the rental. Now they are asking me to pay double the amount which used to come as the bill.

                  Following are the details of the plan month wise starting march, 2017

                  March - 1380
                  April - 1380
                  May - 1472
                  June - 1725
                  July - 1788
                  Aug - 1888
                  Sept - 2488
                  Oct - 2488

                  This month bill was generated with 3005 as my rental and i paid just 1500. When i called airtel customer care, they just said that they can waive off 500 and i will have to pay 972 more. I dont understand the reason behind that. Why would i pay the company without any reason.

                    Hi I have loaded 1000 on Airtel Payments Bank but I am not able to do any transaction on it. It gives the message Debit for this account is not allowed. I e mailed them several times but they haven't tried to reply back once. Worst customer experience in my whole life.

                      I had a relaince no. [protected]. I port it to airtel from airtel office chennai. That time i was in chennai. On same day i had to come to vizag n now im in vizag i found that i lost my sim i went 4 times to airtel office but they are not able to provide me new sim to told that i have to go to chennai for that sim but now i cant go to chennai. They are not able to provide me any sim either prepaid n post paid they told aftr 45 days u will lost ur no. Even airtel custumer care also cut my ohn n refuse to talk. I want my back any how in vizag bcoz i cant go to chennai. Plz assist me

                        My airtel prepaid number fails to receive important otp sms from banks and other establishments as a result of which i have been unable to carry out any phone based transactions.
                        Bought a new phone on advice that the phone i was using might be faulty. But the problem remains the same.
                        The card has also been tried on other phones, and the same problem persists.
                        The service provider says sim is fine.
                        Very frustrating. Its been months now.
                        Please help urgently.

                          This is 3rd time in a row that airtel release a cash back offer & don't credit it until we raise a complaint. When asked to post the call to upper management they always they have gone for a break. Why is it always we need to remind them about the cash back.. Nobody bothers until we call. So it's all a dummy plans they release

                            I have submitted documents for port out from idea postpaid to airtel postpaid.
                            The port was succesful yesterday and the idea service was terminated. But the dealer haven't provided me a new airtel sim which he promised to deliver at my address by post. I suspect that sim was misplaced at their end. Interuption of service of this number was taking toll on my work contacts.

                              I recharged my no on sept 9th and got 2 confirmation message at 00.12 hrs

                              1. 1 gb/day 3g/4g data has been credited to your account for 84 days

                              2. Free local std mobile calls facility has been activated on your number for 84 days.

                              Ideally my plan should be valid till 1st dec 2017.

                              Since today (21st nov) morning voice call facility has been withdrawn on my mobile. Internet is working.

                                I have given my Mobile as they told that this is a kind of insurance. I was under an impression that it will cover and they have collected the info and device nicely and after 15 days they returned the device stating the CLAIM HAS BEEN REJECTED WITH SOME ### EXCUSES .. THEY ONLY SEEK MONEY FOR THE SERVICE. THEY TOLD SOME MYSTERIOUS REASONS EVEN I TOLD THE REAL FACT THEY DONT ACCEPT. I WAS NOT AWARE ALL THE CUSTOMERS ARE FACING THE SAME ISSUE.. TAKING MONEY OR CHARGIN MONEY AND AT THE TIME OF CLAIM THEY TELL CLAIM REJECTED WITH SOME ### REASONS AND EXCUSES SO I AM WRITING MY EXPERIENCE WITH AIRTEL SECURE.

                                INTIALLY THEY ASSURED THAT ALL THE DAMAGES WILL BE COVERED.
                                SO I WANT TO KNOW WHAT UNDER CURCUMSTANCES THE CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

                                  I have converted my airtel sim to 4g from 3g, but now i can't use mobile data as no data service is available.
                                  Kindly allow me to use the 4g service and also i tried many times to fix the problem, but could not succeed. I have no idea what type of airtel service it is that it gives me warning always that you will not be able to use airtel service. I have no idea what is wrong with airtel.in that after updating also its not providing me 4g service. Even now there is no mobile data available to me at all.

                                  I recently ported my sim to airtel. And wasted 400 rs. On 4g. Its 4g remimded me old days 10 yrs ago. When there was only 2g. Its 4g is even slower than that 2g . It takes more than 15 minutes to load one page. Jio is millions time faster than this garbage piece of [censored]. Airtel is very bakwaas company for 4 g connection.

                                    My name is mohammed irfan sait. From last 8 years approximately i was using my airtel number [protected]. Suddenly on 19th nov around 7 pm it was showing not on registered networks then next day i visited airtel store request new sim. They it is completely deactivated give us one day time. Today they're saying it's completely deactivated due non usage but convinced by showing call details and recharge. They said they're helpless call to 12181 number they're saying it's completely deactivated due non usage but i have proof that this number is in usage from last 8 years approx. They again referd to airtel store.

                                      I have been continuously tortured for the past 3 years with wrong call from airtel and now its more worse in the form of automated calls. I own my mobile number for past 14 years and from last 3 years my mobile number has been registered to some airtel broadband connection. That person is real bad in paying his bills and i'm the one getting threatened calls for missing the bill payment. I would have requested atleast 10, 000+ customer care officials, not to call and to erase my phone number from that account and the nonsense wrong calls still continues. Even during my pregnancy days i receive 50+ calls for the same and had cried to employees to please remove and still it continues. I need compensation for the amount of torture airtel has given me. Its been years of torture.

                                        I have given offer to activate 399 offer from my main balance, after adding 400 to my main balance couldn't able to activate it. When contacted customer they told that no such offer is available for you and you are only eligible for 448 plan. Again added 60 rs to my main balance and tried activating the 448 plan, again i couldn't able to activate that plan also.
                                        When contacting customer care:
                                        1. She told that they have some network problems and many are facing this issue. She took request and confirmed me that the same plan will be activated within 1pm.
                                        2. He told that i have given request by 9.47am only so it will take 4 hrs to complete (By 12.45pm)
                                        3. She told that no such option is available to do through customer care and when asked to connect seniors she connected but no one responded back for 10 mins so disconnected the call. (By 01.55pm)
                                        4. Again she told that this can be done but it will take some more time, she confirmed that it will be activated within one hour and gave ref no for the complaint. (By 02.17pm)
                                        5. He told that the team responsible is not present today so this will take time and he told that it will be resolved within by 3pm next day. At the end i asked him to hang himself if cant able to process the request within tom evening 3pm (In frustration).
                                        6. By 5.30pm i got a call from their executive from number [protected] and he assured me that the plan will be activated within 12 am the same day. When i told that your executive told that it will take 24 hours he told that he will give special request and fix the problem within 12 am.
                                        7. By 9.30am (The next day), spoken with a senior executive again and he told that the problem will be resolved by 4pm
                                        8. Spoken with a executive and told to transfer the call to senior. Waited in the call for 7 mins but no one responded. (03.40pm)
                                        9. Spoken with a senior and used some foul words he disconnected the call (03.45pm)
                                        10. Spoken with a executive and told her to transfer the call to senior, after 4 mins wait she told that her senior is busy and she will rectify the issue. She confirmed that within 12 am the issue will be fixed. I have asked if not fixed then what can we do? Commit something so that if not fixed i can ask it. She doesnt committed anything but told it will be resolved within tonight.

                                        I feel like hell without able to call anyone or msg anyone. These so called customer care executives/seniors simply telling that we understand you/your problem, we will resolve it at the earlier. There is no so called commitment and one senior person is telling that the team responsible is on leave so cant process it till they come. If they go for vacation and come back after 15 days then what will be the resolution for the customers.???

                                        I have all the call recordings with customer care executives.

                                        Atleast if they payback my money i can go ahead with online recharge or if they provide any other alternate it will be good.

                                        Totally frustrated/ exhausted...

                                        Kindly advice to resolve this geeks.
