This is in reference to my complain regarding the request for disconnection of broadband services. Complain no[protected].
Highly dissatisfied with the executives in airtel customer care department.
Later in september i tired to apply for disconnection of my broadband connection. Listening to this your executives tried to avoid the conversation and disconnected the call twice.
On 4oct i requested for disconnection, dissatisfied with the speed and low data pack.
After discussion with one of your executive, he offered 1 month grace time which will be of no charge. He also mentioned that this will be for 1 month and post that bill will be 450 approx (After discounted rates) for 90 gb.
After a day or two, one of your executive confirmed that he has activated 1 month extension, to which i agreed on call.
Today, the executive whom i spoke to regarding the status of my request, mentioned that the broadband connection has been discontinued. She also mentioned that one of your executive tried reaching us but number was not reachable so processed the request.
I don't understand, if my number is not reachable isn't it your responsibility to just intimate us regarding this.
Highly disappointed with her behavior. Rather than being polite and resolving my issue she was very rude.
Request you to look into this matter as early as possible.
