1. On 11 nov 2017, i put in an online request on airtel website for a broad band connection at my house at the following address:-

2. The cfa number is[protected], & airtel order number is 33601970.
3. On 12 nov 2017, one person named naushad ([protected]) of laxmi teledad reported to my house and asked me to pay online rs 500/- towards installation charges, which i promptly did by using my sbi credit card. The sum of rs 500/- was debited to my sbi credit card account under the transaction number [protected] at 1415h on sunday 12 nov 2017.
On 13 nov 2017, i received a call from raju ([protected]), field engineer of airtel and he stated that the broadband connection at my location was not possible due to technical reasons.
4. Since airtel is unable to provide broadband connection to my house, i request that rs 500/- taken as installation charges from me, should be refunded to me. Also could you let me know how do i contact airtel broadband customer care from my non-airtel mobile number?

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Mobile misplace on 10 Nov I blocked this number on 11 Nov 17 at Airtel malviya Nagar Jaipur
And got a new sim on the same number
It has been told that new sim would activate afterv2 hrs but till now it hasn't been activate
