I done a recharge by mistake to a different number, i believed that if take it as a request to airtel they would resolve it for, but nothing has been done yet, i lost my money 448 ruppes that i spent by mistake. Recharge was successful so not able refund was the reply i get from your representative who called to inform me.. Thanks airtel, pathetic i will be moving to a different service provider

Today am recharged rs 999/... But still it was zero when am checked my balance. 999 offer-local +std+roaming was free, daily 100 sms, 60 gb 3g data for 90 days validity.. This offer is not effectively working my number. Airtel company cheated me.
Kindly give my money in my account or give this offer properly..

They never bother about cusotmer compalint they only cares of getting their debts paid on time worst network coverage and worst service I had been giving network complaints regularly but no one is bothered as they are getting this business done so they are not bothered about one customer...

I Had requested for porting from Vodafone to Airtel thinking that I would get better services. When tomorrow I visited our local Airtel Service centre beside NH 34, Malda, opposite of Meghdut Lodge for linking [protected] with aadhar, they asked money for serving me. I recharged my airtel number with rs. 495 on 5th nov, 2017 to avail the 70 day offer o[censored]nlimited calls, 100 text messages/day and 1gb data/day.

I am able to make calls and text messages as per the plan but the data plan does not seem to be working. All my mobile settings allow the data usage.
Additionally, the my airtel app for the number also shows 0 mb remaining.in the transaction history section, no transaction...
