Sir/mam,
Through this letter i would loke to make a request to you to check my bill prepared in previous two months.

My previous two bill (I. E. Of october and september) are charged too much (I. E. My bill is too much). Bill amount is much larger than it should be and there are certain mistakes in it. Please check my bill.

I hope you will look into my problem and will reply soon.

      But I am not able to recharge in the above number. So many times I have tried, but problem has not been solved till date. Airtel personnel had told that the matter will be solved within 13Nov 2017. Even after their commitment, the matter has not been resolved till date.

      I would request to look into the matter and solve the case urgently.

        I requested several times to migrate my airtel number from postpaid to prepaid mode of payment. I submitted all my necessary documents on 31st october and since then i've been waiting for the effect. But failed. Can i further request you to have the effect at an earliest? Otherwise i'll change the network by portability. Please do needful.

        FYI I've also submitted a complaint at Airtel helpdesk with reference no- OT[protected] . I'm doing all I possibly can, hence would really appreciate a quick resolution.

        I have recently recharged my phone with new scheme of Airtel 399 pack which offers free calls. But for some reason, they keep deducting my balance despite the special recharge. Please fix it and reimburse the amount that has been cut from my account in a completely unjustified way

        Outgoing calls are restricted by FDN
        My airtel sim has been barred from outgoing calls even without any prior notice or warning even though i use it regularly and maintain a sound balance all the time.
        I've recharged my airtel number [protected] with pack 259 where as i was getting 70gb data for 70days, , but frm last 7 days I'm not getting my daily data, , whenever i call them they just say wait for 24hours, , I'm very disappointed please have a look at my concern & resolve it asap

          I'm adding the same email, which was sent to airtel..

          Dear airtel,

          I'm writing this to know & understand why my claim request was rejected, since as per your policy the damage will be covered after 15 days of subscription.
          However, this unfortunate incident occurred only after 20 odd days.

          If you can't give me an appropriate solution/answer for this, i would request you to waive-off the "airtel secure" charges in the next bill which i've already paid & also unsubscribe the offer.

          Request you not to fool your customers.

          If i don't get a response from you, i can assure you that i'll switch to some other network.

            Hi,

            Its really sad to hear that airtel is providing very very bad service in the secure claim department. I raised a request through airtel secure for my phones earpiece not working properly.
            They asked me for the documents. No one came and inspected the phone for the said problem. And then i got call saying that it is a manufacturing defect and closed the service request.
            Now i have few logical questions for airtel:

            1) without inspecting the phones condition, how did you guys jump to a conclusion that it is a manufacturing defect?
            2) i am using the handset from almost 2 years, how can there be a manufacturing defect in an old handset?

            May be you have a different understanding of this, so can you guys explain the same to me?
            Also, after this, i have unsubscribed to airtel secure. And would never ever recommend it to anyone. I have lost trust on airtel after seeing this unprofessional behavior.

            I didn't know airtel follows a policy of letting down their customers.

            Airtel is one of the worst service in India, and now they've starting fooling people with Stupid plans like "Airtel secure".

            Airtel & the insurance co. is just making money out of it.. nothing else...

            I have complained about the issue in August itself so far no improvement. Totally dissatisfied with your service. Dont I have any other work than following up tis issue. Better provide proper solution. Other networks are providing exiting offers.what the he'll are you guys doing.
            We are having Airtel Broadband connection and we have paid 3 months advance before taking connection.
            For past 2 weeks we are facing a problem that unable to connect internet.Already we raise a complaint regarding this issue no of times, but till now we have't get any response from Airtel.

              Worst internet speed as well as 4g is concern. Some times the internet speed is 3 mb/s and most of the time 122b/s. Airtel if you are providing 4g so please be true to your words.in advertisements you exaggerate the things but reality is worst than i thought. I have recently bought your 4g dongle just for downloading movies and the performance of the dongle is more than worst. It's my humble request to please fix this.

                1. On 11 nov 2017, i put in an online request on airtel website for a broad band connection at my house at the following address:-
                Col ps sogal
                I block, flat no 335, 3rd floor,
                Sena vihar, kamanahalli main,
                Bangalore-560043.
                2. The cfa number is[protected], & airtel order number is 33601970.
                3. On 12 nov 2017, one person named naushad ([protected]) of laxmi teledad reported to my house and asked me to pay online rs 500/- towards installation charges, which i promptly did by using my sbi credit card. The sum of rs 500/- was debited to my sbi credit card account under the transaction number [protected] at 1415h on sunday 12 nov 2017.
                On 13 nov 2017, i received a call from raju ([protected]), field engineer of airtel and he stated that the broadband connection at my location was not possible due to technical reasons.
                4. Since airtel is unable to provide broadband connection to my house, i request that rs 500/- taken as installation charges from me, should be refunded to me. Also could you let me know how do i contact airtel broadband customer care from my non-airtel mobile number?

                  I have ported my number from reliance tn circle to airtel tamilnadu circle on 6th nov 2017. The old sim got deactivated and the new sim shows signal bars, however i am unable to call 59059 to activate my new sim. I tried reaching out to airtel customer care multiple times however they have failed to resolve my complain. Please treat this as an urgent priority and resolve my complain at the earliest.

                    I submitted my mnp in an airtel bangalore store for porting from vodafone kolkata post paid number [protected] on the oct 27th. Airtel says all documents are accepted in their system still it shows it's waiting for mnp. It's been more than two weeks now. I've also opened a ticket 81065939 with airtel mnp helpdesk. No progress so far. My vodafone balance is fully cleared still mnp isn't happening.

                      Respected sir.. My mobile no is airtel [protected]. This is mobile no. Message facility out or in msg stop of 54 hours... I would call at customer care so arrogantly speaked call not again again... Sir my all application on this no... So not received message... I would at change sim in 3g to 4 g... I have customer care call but not satisfied... So solve my mobile no problem.

                        I have paid extra amount in error @ 468.00 on 12th oct 2017.

                        I have been calling and mailing since then to airtel customer care. It has been more then a month but i have not got any appropriate action from airtel.
                        Everytime when i call or mail they give me a different deadline but i did not get any fund in my bank account till the date.

                          Hi,
                          This is a complaint against airtel india regarding excessive billing of inr 66119 on my mobile no [protected]. Airtel has accepted that it has wrongly billed but the payment got autopaid from my credit card.
                          Airtel is misleading me for last 2 months saying that amount will get credited back or refunded to my credit card. But the amount is still not refunded. It has been escalated to appellate team and they say its the highest escalation matrix. We have still not received the amount.
                          I have made multiple calls,, visited the airtel office and spent 100s of minutes following up with airtel. Everytime i simply get an answer that it will be refunded in next 7 working days.
                          This is a major fraud experience with airtel. I am hereby claiming not only refund of my amount but airtel needs to compensate for all the time spent and legal action fees which will entail of this.

                            I had ordered an iphone x on 12 nov 2017 at around 8 pm. I received a message on 13th nov night that the phone has been dispatched. Also, today morning i received a message saying that the phone is out for delivery. On checking the status online i found the status to be cancelled. On spending hours with the customer care all they have to say is that it has been received from your end. Can you explain your sources?? And can you have a look at your own terms and conditions saying that once the phone is dispatched it cannot be cancelled by customer.

It provides very worst of worst network specially in jharkhand west singhbhum region. Every day i suffer this network problem in internet browsing. Due to that my official works get stuck for 1 to 3 hours. Very worst of worst network. Airtel shameful act is it tells white lie in front of india that its a fastest growing network which is # and fake if you go to village area the airtel network dies but before 2005 airtel was very best in the village region also. But as the time passed it become worst of worst. I think airtel must get ban in india and if not in india then in jharkhand because it provides very worst of worst network useless company with fake commitments and dreams to beat jio which is very funny. I think one day jio will take over all india network and airtel like # telecommunication companies will flush away because everyone needs speed and hassle free network which is jio. Jio also create problem some time but not like airtel. Airtel is more costly then jio but provides less service than jio. Such a # moneysuker company. And i want to request trai to block airtel and get it ban in india and also those companies who provides worst network in india.

                                I had placed a request to cancel my airtel dth connection on 9th oct 2017 due to bad services provided them. All the equipment's were recovered by airtel representative within 3-4 days of my request. It's now more than a month that i am still waiting for my refund but everytime i call the customer care team they tell me that there is no such request for disconnection placed for your connection and they place a new disconnection request everytime. I have also reached out to their nodal office email id and even they reply to me saying that we are working on it and will be resolved soon however i do not see any progress on my request. Instead they are placing some new requests on their own for my account like recharge request. Now i dont know whom to reach out to get my refund. I had recharged the annual pack for rs. 5500 which was not even used for more than 45-50 days. Please take my case to the appropriate person to help me get this resolved.

                                  I am unable to make outgoing calls and send messages on my airtel prepaid phone. Internet services are working properly. It says the outgoing services have been blocked because of non payment of bills. I am on an unlimited calls plan with an additional balance of 1000 rupees on my phone. I have a tamil nadu based sim but am currently in kerala. It was working fine till yesterday (13.11.2017)

                                  I have already lodged a complaint with airtel (Ref no: pr[protected], mailed them, dmed them, and tweeted them without any response.

                                  Airtel finally resolved the issue once I went to a physical store. All the online complaint mechanisms provided by airtel seem to be pointless, as the issue was resolved in under 10 minutes.

                                    My new sim got activated on november 9th 2017. Only outgoing calls working. Incoming calls and sms not working. I have visited airtel showrooms several times and called 121 several times. They have not resolved my issue. Every time the reply is wait 48 hours. Today i called again 121. They informed that all new connections are facing this issue. I am unable to receive important calls from my office.

                                      1. I would be given additional data of 10 gb for every airtel connection

                                      4. Present new connection[protected]

                                      I have been given 50gb in no.4 option above
