I recharged my airtel prepaid account with ₹ 448 but it was not done on the day of recharge i. E. 10 nov 2017 i was told that the same would be credited back by 72 hours i again recharged my phone through debit card... Instead of credited back to paytm now the request executed by paytm and my airtel no recharged after 48 hours for which already recharged yesterday.. Please help me to refund my money back in paytm account from airtel

    I had got my two mobile number [protected] and [protected] aadhaar verified. Next day i received a message that my airtel payments bank account is activated and that all dbt due to me is registered to be credited in airtel payments account.

    I have not opted or registered for any such facility. Only thing i did was to get my mobile number aadhaar verified. I sent mail to airtel at [protected]@airtelbank.com several times with request to close my airtel payments account and deregister me for dbt credit in airtel payments bank account. I also put in complaints in their website. No action has been taken by airtel yet.

    Activating airtel payments bank account on my mobile number and registering the same for dbt credit without my consent is unethical business practice by airtel. I want the airtel payments banks account closed on all my mobile numbers

    I received a call from airtel customer care on 17 oct 2017. A very rude gentleman who does not know how to speak politely, told me that the airtel vendor may have registered for the payments bank account on my behalf and that i should sort out the issue with him.
    It is not understood, why airtel company is not taking responsibility for the situation they have put me in by their unethical conduct. If the company has appointed some service vendors for aadhaar verification, it is the responsibility of the company to impress upon the service vendor not to register the customer for unsolicited services.
    The issue is still unresolved while the company is trying to shirk responsibility.

    Airtel is sending me mails asking me to share copy of proof of address/identity via email. Keeping privacy issues in view, one is reluctant to share copy of aadhaar on mail.in any case, the mobile numbers are already aadhaar verified. Necessary details, therefore, are already available with airtel. I do not know why airtel is insisting on sharing copy of the poa/poi on mail which i feel is contrary to govt guidelines. It is a simple matter of closing my airtel payments bank account which they activated without my consent or asking for any poa/poi ets. I believe trai guidelines in customer grievances say that complaints should be resolved within 7 days. This issue is going on and on, mainly due to procrastination by airtel, for more than 10 days now.

    The issue is still unresolved. I even wrote to the appellete authority appointed by airtel for grievance redressal. Airtel is still sending me mails asking for my proof of identity. While activating the payments account, they did not even bother to call me, let alone verifying my proof of address. They insist on proof of address for closing the payments bank account. This is nothing but procrastination and tactics to wear the customer down. Look at the tactic adopted by airtel to further their business, customer satisfaction disregarded.
    I want to know what are my legal options to make airtel pay for the harassment caused to me.

      While disconnecting calls, i got messages that if i recharge with 399, i will get 84 days validity with 1 gb/day along with unlimited calls. But after deduction of 399 from main balance on 11/11/2017, i was disappointed to get 35 days validity. Moreover, the customer care was too unresponsive. I will be porting out as soon as my validity expires.
      I will also disconnect my 2 airtel dth as soon as possible.

        When i link aadhar number to my mobile [[protected]]. There i got registered with my aadhar no and thumb impression. I got message aadhar link will be done in 48 hrs & informed by sms. But additionally without my permission they activated airtel payment bank account and my lpg subsidy comes on airtel payment bank without my permission. I got sms about that. I called customer care 121. He said he can't close account. He told me to call on 400. I called on the no. But ivr is asking me for mpin change and no person to talk there.
        I am requesting please deactive my airtel payment bank account.

            I am being charged rs 300 / month for a "booster plan" offering me 1 gb data per month. This despite my call to airtel months back requesting them to remove this "booster plan". Even after having confirmed by airtel executive, am continue to being charged for this "booster plan". I have very clearly mentioned to airtel (Twice, if am not wrong) on how can they charge any customer rs 300 for 1 gb data when in these times, users get 1gb data / per for negligible amount compared to what am being charged for "booster plan".

            I request you to please take following actions:
            1. Recover my call requests to airtel.
            2. Investigate the matter.
            3. Refund my money which was unfairly charged.

              This company claims that our network is present in every corner of the country. This company is cheating with us because this network which is giving us the company is just another 2g only. I have recharged ₹ 400 on my mobile in which we are given 4g data but this company is giving only 2g data and only 4g is very distant, it does not give us 3g speed. Even after compiling me three to four times, this company is not able to take any action.

                    I recently deposited an amount of rs 5000 in my airtel wallet. Now when i try to do any transactions from it a notice appears and says "debit for this account is not allowed".
                    Cc from airtel what does it mean. Quite frankly i care less about what it means. I want you people to kindly solve my problem because i got other things to do too

                      Im neeta sharma and an airtel costumer with no [protected]. I have recharged my no with 398 on 10 nov 17 for 5 gb data at 2206hrs. My money was cut through free charge and credit card and got the message that recharge was successful. However i have not received the data of 5gb. I filed a complaint the same night and no is [protected]. Its been two days neither have i got the data nor the refund of money. I have contacted them and they say different things every time that such recharge does not exist or data have been recieved by me. I want to get my money refunded. I have all relevant photos and call details with me.

                        I recharged for 399 pack on august 31st which clearly says unlimited local+std call and 1gb data/ day for 84 days. Now after 70 days they started deducting money for voice calls. But in myairtel app it clearly says your pack will expire in 10 days as of today which comes to 84 days. When i called customer care they are trying to cheat me saying only voice calls are valid for 70 days but in the message i received from airtel it clearly mentioned unlimited local + std for 84 days.. Now they are trying to cheat me deducting money from balance after 70 days for voice calls.. I dont know how many people got cheated by airtel like this.

                          Hi,
                          I have taken an airtel iphone connection last year, and was paying as per their bill plan. On march i have got a call from airtel and asked me to change the plan, and i have changed as per their advise. The next month i have got huge bill where i have seen that my emi part of airtel bill was removed, and charged separately on the same bill and hence the high amount. I have requested them to revert it back and after few weeks of follow up, they have changed it.

                          The challenge after that is they are cutting the emi as part of the bill, and deducting the emi directly from my bank account in parallel. I have raised this complaint from april many times with the airtel team, few months they have adjusted that money in the next bill.

                          Last 2 months i am following up with them on the last 2 deduction and have asked them to stop deducting the money from bank account directly. They have agreed on september and october, and confirmed both the times that they have stopped this by talking to their financial organization. Still the story is same, and they are not returning the money back as well. I am talking to them on almost daily basis, everyone ask the whole story and will say they are working with escalation team. I would request your help on solving the issue.

                          As per our last discussion, they have mentioned that my contract is already over on june 2017, and have deducted last 3 months wrongly. As per their calculation, the extra amount deducted is 1334*5 (2 months of duplication deduction, and 3 months after the contract).

                              Please make sure that you don't activate any services like this unless your customer type the sms and send it to airtel. Otherwise, it makes me believe that airtel is indulging in cheating its customers.

                                Hello,

                                My airtel number is [protected].

                                Without my consent a service topdoctorsonline got activated and airtel has debited rs. 21 today.

                                I have never given consent for this service and this money is fraudulently debited from my account. I will need my money credited back to my account from airtel.

                                If this money is not returned, i will have no hesitation in shifting to vodafone in next 2 working days.

                                  I’m quite an old customer of airtel and ported out from airtel in august due to roaming issues and ported back to airtel after completion of 90 days in other network.

                                  The problem is this last mnp.
                                  And it is a port-in issue, not the port-out issue.

                                  I have got the airtel 3g/4g networks last night (11/11/2017) at 22:00 (10:00 pm) but this is 12/11/2017 (Dd/mm/yy) and more than 14 hours of porting in that i’m not getting any incoming calls or sms!

                                  My bank is unable to send me any otp whatsoever!

                                  There is a complete block on incoming and when i dial from some other phone it says “you’re dialing an invalid number.”

                                  Similarly; sms is neither coming in nor going out.

                                  I can make calls though through that ₹5/- welcome token by airtel.

                                  Summary:

                                  1. Ported in airtel on 11/11/2017 at 10:00 pm (I. E., networks came in new sim).

                                  2. No incoming calls/sms since then, it’s been over 14 hours.

                                  3. I can make calls but when someone dials my number the call is forwarded to carrier and automated voice says “you’re dialing an invalid number.”

                                  4. Customer care executives have no clue about it.

                                  5. Don’t recommend switching off the phone, reinserting sim, cleaning sim, etc. This is not the issue from my side.

                                  The issue resolved itself after calling customer care twice. BUT I’M DAMN SURE CC executive did nothing. First executive said at 11am that wait for 1 hour (standard timings are 30 mins, 2 hrs and 4hrs and rest is 24 hrs and 48 hrs so she seemed to have no clue to me and I just hung up). I called again and the new guy told me that there’s some technical issue that will be resolved within 4 hours (that’s standard waiting time so I just asked him further but he had no clue apart from knowing what standard waiting time is). After half an hour, I retried sending START 0 to 1909 that was failing constantly and to my surprise it went through. I called my number and it came as busy! I sent a PORT my number to 1900 and it went too. I called myself again and call came. Did shopping online, bank otp came. So! Everything is working after 21hours of getting networks on my new sim card. Although VODAFONE took 10 minutes in the process where Airtel takes 21 hours. But for various reasons I love Airtel

                                      [protected] postpaid mobile registered in my name @aman kumar sharma with plan 149 per month.in the month of august 2017 i have received 10gb free data out of which used only 202.27mb and billed rs175.82 and paid on 23 sept 2017. The remaining data carried to next cycle and also received 10gb more free data out of which i have used only 2136.92 mb. But my bill for the month of september which normally should be generated on 5th or 6th of every month delayed and generated on 27th or 28th october on my airtel app as rs 783.85. My airtel app is still showing 17.50 gb data balance as on date. Till date i have not received my detailed bill through e mail which i continuously receiving every month. I talked to customer care three times and they assured me that there is discrepancy and will be rectified sòon and asked me to wait for some days. But after so many days no update is received. These days i am not using my airtel mobile due to this problem.
                                      In the meantime the bill for month of october 2017 generated and displayed on my airtel app but after some days it is removed and bill for month of september is displaying with due date 15 nov 2017.
                                      Kindly look into the matter thoroughly and solve my problem and inform me on my registered e mail dr. [protected]@gmail.com
                                      So that i can use my airtel mobile with out any hesitation.

                                        Currently am using Airtel prepaid, postpaid dongle & DTH, I had Made recharge on 25th Oct for my DTG using My airtel APP, doing recharge Popup / alert shown to me saying that if recharge done(349) via airtel payment bank then will get cash back, so i got selected and made recharge for DTH post that verified its got recharged for prepaid mobile .

                                        Complaint raised to customer care via 121 they advised to send e-mail [protected]@in.airtel.com and same has been sent, after one or two days got ca, , from customer care and told tell your postpaid airtel number we will credit that amount to that account, so i given postpaid details and not utilized the service (prepaid), till now the amount not recived, i had sent multiple remainder mail to same email id no luck/ no revert.

                                        Note: Based on their customer care confirmation i have not utilised prepaid even 1 % .
