The sms received by me on 19/09/17 says to upgrade the current sim to 4g by 22/09/17. It also says that the same would be done for free. The retailer that i bought the sim from is charging me 100/- for the same. I would like to register a complaint against the retailer on account of charging me 100/- for no valid reason and taking advantage of the current situation in his own favor. The retailer has a shop in amity university rajasthan the address of which is as follows. Amity university jaipur campus

    Hello concerned

    Its regretful to note of late airtel service has been in pretty bad shape, i wish to bring to your notice me being prepaid airtel loyalist for nearly 15 years now.

    Read attachments - despite money got transferred to airtel and ack for recharging monthly msg package, msg pack is deactivated for august and september. Furthermore i'm again msgd by airtel that 31/- package has bn deactivated while i, m being instructed to go for 29/- msg pack instead. While i did opt for rs.29/- sms pack my main airtel currency was debited.
    All these lead to chaos and confusions. All these last 28 days, i was unable to send sms though rs.31/- sms pack is renewed. It recurred again today forcing me lodge a grievance

    Where did my money credited to airtel acct earlier consecutively for 2 months - aug 17 and sep 2017 msg pack go then..? You owe me an explanation immediately. I need to switch over to some other networks should the valuable customer is taken for a ride in this manner

      We have made payment on 22nd june 2016 to airtel through neft for the above mentioned accounts. We are still facing the the issue of not crediting the amount even after sharing our bank account statement from which the payments are made. The airtel people (Mr. Arush and mr. Augustin) have committed that the issue will be resolved after receiving the bank statement but still it is pending.

      We have requested them through mails and over phone and also in person at annanagar airtel office to credit the amount against our airtel relationship nos. But till now they are not bothered to do that.

      We have received latest bill and in that too the paid amount is not adjusted in both of our accounts.

        Sir, my airtel sim was not working. I got issued another sim for same number from airtel store"sadar, jhansi" on payment of rs 25 on[protected]. After one month also, sim is not activated eventhough i visited store 5-6 times but no satisfactory answer from the staff. Please do the needful at the earliest.

          I had got a message that i have a offer of 146= 2gb 3g data and 120000 std/local calls & when i went to the retailer and recharged i only got 585mb and nothing else when i called 121 there is no option to talk to anyone i need you to give me the remaining mb and balance that you had promised for cause if you don't do that i'll disconnect all the airtel six cards i have in my family ty...

          I have converted my airtel postpaid to prepaid i'm unable to generate my ebill pasword now tell me a way to view my bill
          I have Delhi aadhar card with my payment address in Delhi and sim card in my present address at paradeep odisha I tried to linking sim card with aadhar card
          But airtel customar care in paradeep says that not possible. So what can I do. please solve my problems

            Last month i port my sim card vodafone to airtel, my mobile number is [protected]
            I using this number since last 6 years, i'm not facing any network relataid problem s in vodafone, but since last month i ported to airtel and worst network i have used in last 6 years, when i raise the complain regards the network your people every week give me a call and he said network team will contact you in 48 hours, but i am not received any call from network engineer side. You guys giving benefit (Your unsused data will be carry forward for next month) but your network is very slow how can i use it it's showing 2g, 3g speed. So please resolve the problem as soon as possible or provide me details how can i port my number to other operater.

                  My phone no:[protected] and airtel network problem facing from several years at my home in jeedimetla and office area dundigul, about this several complaints given but they not rectified, i am using earlier 2nos of airtel but personnel number changed to other network due to network issue and years of complaint also not rectified, but presently using official airtel number on group, but they not caring our complaints. Every time the closing complaint forcely with out confirmation from customer. Recently also i given complaint still pending, so understand rectify issue otherwise until u solve the issue don't take bill or i have to legal approach...

                    I stay in assam and got the number ported and also got the messages from the company about my documents reaching them and the process getting completed.

                    I got a text stating that the portability would be done by 19th september 22:00 and all i have to do is to put a new sim and dial 59059 fir tele verification.

                    Since 14 hours i have been calling them and the ivr is simply advertising their caller tunes and other services out there instead of activating my number.

                    When i try to call a friend of mine, it says that the outgoing has been stopped for lack of payment and then i tried to recharge my phone, that got failed.

                    Customers care people are simply playing blame games as i am travelling right now and the state i am in say that i should talk to the customer care of my native state while the customer care of the native state are just helpless and clueless.

                    Hi, I got the porting done last night. But till now the recharge of 499 INR has not been activated. I called the Airtel store where i applied for porting along with 499 recharge. They told it has already been recharged. Till now i did not get any message. Not even my SMS is working.

                    I switched from docomo to airtel 4g. Now i can make calls but no incoming call. When someone calls it is saying wrong number.. talked to customer care 10 tyms. They say in myphone both are active still issue my number is [protected]. Alt nu [protected]
                    I recharged my data balance based on my mobile number's offer listed in my offer.But it is not getting activated.I am realy frustrated since for last 2 recharge i couldnt use my offer's offer data
                    I have recharge in airtel prepaid 399 @84 day but our recharge closed in 28 days. Airtel company not add out time limit . Our recharge no. Is [protected].

                    The customer care is pathetic.. they simply go on blaming either you or the others..

                      My airtel post paid account is deducting rs.5 every day in the name of "celebrity wellness mall" which is automatically renewing itself without any request from me as a customer.

                      I do not know what is that "celebrity wellness mall" and why rs.5 is deducted automatically from my account and i do not know how it is renewed.

                      I have sent more than 20 sms stop to 155223 but again and again receiving unwarranted messages.

                      Kindly stop this unauthorised inserting and renewal o[censored]nknown schemes which is making my airtel payment on higher side beyond the monthly plan i have subscribed for.

                      I also request for refund of rs.5 deducted every day for more than 2 months ie. 5 x 60 = rs. 300/- in my airtel account before my next bill for the month september 2017.

                        Dear sir/madam aadhar card link process free or chargeable. Please confirm. Beacouse yesterday i went to airtel office and opretor told me it is 30 rupee cost. Sir i have recevie message from airtel company it is free of cost. So please go your near airtel office and link your aadhar card to your sim. But yesterday i know about it is not free.                         Check your Airtel's WB Circle message center number in message setting menu and then call customer care and ask for your circle's message center number.
                        Verify it.

                        I have complained several times regarding low indoor network coverage in our locality. Though network provider did not take any positive action regarding this issue.

                        Clearly it is written in Airtel's website that 'There is no fee for Aadhaar re-verification.'
                        (re-verification means Aadhaar details will be updated in Airtel's records against your number. All previous details will be over written and linked)

                        If Authorized Airtel Store is asking for fee then ask them where it is written.
                        Also show them there own Website.

                          I am a. Uday kiran using airtel postpaid number from 1 year 3 months approx. I have faced several signal issues with regards data from then but did not take it seriously because the signal use to regain its strength after sometime or after raising a complaint with call center.

                          This time i am not going to take this so easy because customers are being deceived by airtel. I have approached service center regarding 4g data signal issues few days back. I have received few calls from service executives but it is not resolved.

                          Between, i got to know from my colleague about attractive offers in prepaid and approached airtel outlet - tolichowki, hyderabad for migrating to prepaid on 18/09/2017. The store guys explained few benefits in postpaid but my interest was towards prepaid. They have processed my request and asked me to wait for 48 hours and purchase a prepaid sim by paying 25/-.

                          On 19/09/2017 i have received a call from aitel exe to check why i want to migrate to prepaid from postpaid. She have explained about my plan copr value 199 with below benefits & a bill discount of 50/- for 6 months.

                          1100 min local&std
                          150sms
                          Free roaming incoming etc
                          Nodata

                          However, she mentioned we have activated 60 gb (10gb per month for 6 months) for all the post paid users who have 4g handset through my airtel app and i also received the surprise date through app on my device. I was impressed by this because i use calls and data moderately and asked her to activate this plan from my previous my plan infinity 549 4g hs corp (I believe) instead of migrating from postpaid.

                          The confirmation message was received at 2:30 pm on 19/09/2017 and from then my device is showing 4g in signal but did not receive a single message or call. I was shocked to see approx 15 missed calls and 150+ whats app msgs flowing to my inbox at 7:30 pm same day. I have called customer care asking for reason then he said please change the sim.

                          Does this mean if we downgrade the plan signals will not be provided to that customer?

                          Note: till 2:30 pm on 19/09/2017 my sim was working properly, i use to get messages and calls properly and after the new plan suddenly my sim not working properly (As per customer care executive).

                          On 20/09/2017 i was trying to identify banjara hills on google maps which says poor connection, i was trying to surf youtube which says offline. These all are happening when my handset is showing 4g signal with good strength on my screen. Please find the attached screenshots (These are taken on my phone but unable to send from it through mobile data. I got connected to my colleagues wifi hotspot and shared them to my email).

This problem is only above said number and other airtel sim has been running properly in my moblie. I have complained daily in airtel costumer care number 198 last 15 days.in this mean time one costumer care representative officer has tell me "you can replace your sim at airtel store" and i do replaced but not solved my problem. Airtel costumer care representative officer is telling no problem in your sim.

                              Hi, this is mr. Sanjeev fromhyderabad having airtel prepaid connection no.[protected]. I lost my mobile 10 days, hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

                              Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card (If possible, with the balance amount from my previous sim). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

                                My company has provided the postpaid number [protected], i have faced the below issues.

                                1. Sim 1 :[protected]u - data was not working, when i called to airtel they said the sim is seems faulty, so please visit to nearest airtel store to get a new sim

                                2. Sim2 :[protected]u - i got this sim from airtel store, but didn'd get the signal also, again i called them they said this sim also faulty

                                3. Sim3:[protected]u - again i changed to this sim through my company and still the same scenarion nothing is working for me,

                                The worst thing is 2 times the call was escalated to senior person they simply telling we dont have any other options to do we are sorry, you can discontinue our service.

                                For your kind information i have followed all the troubleshooting steps instructed by customer service executive. Cleaned the sim cards, changed the slots, changed the handsets as well but no luck.

                                Hope you understand what will be the impact if i am not reachable on company provided number. Very worst service that i ever seen.

                                  This is to inform you that i have a family plan with two numbers attached to a single account. I was initially using 599 plan and one of the numbers (Child number) is generally used in roaming. I received a call to explain me about the details related to infinity plan based on my usage and suggested me rs. 649 plan indicating that the calls will be free within the home network and on roaming for both numbers (Primary and child number).

                                  I tried to check this whether it is true or not through the famous (Rather infamous) airtel app and it always used to show me the rs.7 as unbilled amount for the entire duration (I, e august 16 to september 16 2017), to my utmost shock when my bill information was received it showed me a whooping bill of rs. 2879.46/-. I was not knowing the reason why this has occured and called up the customer care.

                                  I was told that the child number will not enjoy all the benefits of the parent number and the roaming outgoing for the child number is chargeable. I was shocked since during plan change the customer care person has not provided me this information. I asked them to correct this since it was not my mistake nor such details were provided to customer.

                                  Following are my questions:
                                  1. The terms and conditions of the plan for parent and child number are not seperately detailed nor explained to the customer.
                                  2. The airtel app did not indicate a higher unbilled amount (Under current usage) heading so that customer could have asked for this information earlier.
                                  3. The customer care people provided a completely false information to sell the plan.

                                  After all this i wanted to decouple the two numbers and activate rs. 649/- for each number for which the customer care people said this cannot be done and told me to visit an online store to do the same. This option is also available in airtel app but when the customer tries to remove the child number added to his account it says it is not possible.

                                  I want airtel to decouple the two numbers and as a customer i was trapped for this useless plan where all the information was hided to the customer resulting in such huge bills.

                                  I sincerely request you to forward this to the corresponding airtel people and intimate this scam to public in large.

                                    I have been using airtel since long back and now since months i m not getting the required 4g speed at my location. If the provider can't give the desired 4g speed at a particular location then why they are advertising the plans of the particular. Its really frustrating when you pay the amount and you don't get the services u are being promised. And when you call the customer care people they always have a same reply that they are upgrading at our location. If you know its under upgradation then why are you running advertisement already about it??

                                    On facebook they get 100's of complaints daily, they are looting the public, why no one is taking action against them??

                                      After upgrading my airtel broadband model on their request (Land line no.[protected] my broadband is not working. I filled complaint before 7 days, since then i am chasing them, and everytime they create new ticket and mark as resolved without checking whether problem is resolved or not. I am fed up by calling them. Airtel is worst broadband provider, please think again before purchasing it.

                                        I've been using airtel 3g sim for the past three years and finally i decided to convert it into 4g as i had finally bought a 4g device. But after the conversion i have not been able to receive any msgs, be it my bank synced details for eg. Otp, withdrawal details etc or other msgs. Even when i try to call customer care its invalid. Please help me out
