I have recharged my aiterl dth with a package offered for 6 months on 27th august 2017.

After 18 days of recharge, still i am unable to see any of the channels. I am calling the customer care, they are daily providing me the reference no for complaint with an assurance that it will got resolved by 5:30 tomorrow but that never worked.

I have done a recharge of rs500 a month ago on my number [protected]. My balance got deducted with rs35 on every seventh day. It is a worst commitment from airtel to get your mobile secure through airtel secure plan.
I covered my mobile through airtel secure and my mobile was damaged on 02.09.17, i intimated the same on 03.09.17 but even after the rigorous follow up, still i have not received any satisfactory reply even after 11 days. My phone is also not picked yet.

Internet was not working from 25 august to 9 september. After multiple calls and emails to customer care it started working on 9 sep. But again on 12 sep it stopped working. Customer care always gives me reason that there is network upgradation going on in my area, but i am facing this problem in all the areas not any particular area. Also i am getting full network in my area and there is no problem in calls and messages.

I and my colleagues who are airtel customers are facing continuous issue with airtel connectivity.
The problems are as listed below:

• frequent call-drop
• voice break issue during ongoing call
• 3g/4g data issue. Internet speed not good

We are using corporate numbers. If this problem is not resolved soon then we are forced to switch to some other connection provided by our company.br...

I deposited 200 in my account around 10:40 am. At 12:30 message show my money wasnot loaded properly and when i opened my account my 200 rupees was recharged with airtel mobile which i dont want. Few days back i purchased new sim with number [protected]. I got it recharged 399 pack and received the confirmation message as — "you have got free data (Daily limit 1gb) for 84 days. I’m experiencing the worst internet and call disconnection problems. It gives 2g speed and rarely calls gets connected and if it is connected than in the middle it will get disconnected.

Hi i have been using 1gb/day data plan, but yesterday on wards my data plan is not working. Also i tried to contact customer service but its not getting connected. Iam running a business and i have using this in my shop due to this i facing very big issues.

I recently converted my connection from prepaid to postpaid and to my surprise the representative of this esreemed firm just disconnected by original prepaid no. And provided the sim of some other random no. This is so against the rights of consumers and the mental agony i feel to see my number disconnected is immense as all my work is related to it....

This is in relation to our repeated complaints made to airtel and their call centers regarding very poor connectivity at our residence 34k ashoka avenue, sainik farms, new delhi 110062 (Which is a 1000 square yard house and there is no basement etc) since last 3 years

Inspite of repeated assurances they have taken no action so far but inspite of acknowledging the problem they are just passing the buck by saying the problem...
