My transaction no.[protected] (23/09/2017). Balance debited from my payment bank account but balance not credited to my account of rupees 2000. They told transaction successful but in transaction history it shows your upi transaction failed. (Upi transaction no.[protected]. When i trying to connect with customer care they talk to me very badly, they have no manner how to talk with a customer, and they cut the connection.
Shame thing happened with me... What to do?
My account balance has been debited my account in 150rs.I don't any transfer for any balance in beneficiary account but airtel payment bank account has been debited my account balance 150rs. Please my balanced resend to my airtel payment bank account .

    Thank you for contacting us. The ref. No. For your airtel fixedline/broadband * is 87824274.

    After 9 days of complaint also no action from the team and it really seems they don't care much about customer experience. Every time they will say a new story when we contact their customer care.

    I am using airtel mobile from 11 years, but never expected they are this much arrogant with the customers.

      I want to know whether my call details has been given to third party. I m receiving anonymous calls frequently.
      Kindly don't share any of my call records without my request.

      My telephonic conversation with my friends has been leaked.
      I want to make sure weather my number is under tapping by some colleagues of me. Pls confirm.
      Some one taken the list of calls made by me.
      Can u pls in form that i have enough privacy with my own number.

      If some one taken the call record list lkindly don't share unless until with proper reasons.

        While recharging on paytm, i entered the wrong number and recharged 399. On querying paytm, it said to contact operator with the operator reference number (Transaction id mentioned below). Please help me reverse the amount. I have also tried 'wrc (Wrongno) (Transid) (Amt) (Correctno)' send to 59109 message. It responded as no keyword found.
        I tried reaching for customer care executive through every number i could find on the internet for airtel customer care. (121, 198) none of them could give me any option for speaking with a human. Date:23/09/2017

          Sir i had recharged my mobile number [protected] @ rs.399/ offer having unlimited voice calling and data for 84 days the date of recharge was 21/08/2017 but now there is no voice calls from this number please do the needful. And offers show that validity was 84 days, now total days from recharged date is 34 days only. What is ilthe problem in this kindly do the needful.

            This is for airtel post paid number [protected]. Our alternate contact number is [protected].
            Problem: i have duplicate sim (Because my old sim is lost). After verifying the biometric the store staff told it will get activated in 4 hours. Even after waiting another day it was not activated. We contacted the customer care but but only to be advised to visit the store again. We visited multiple times still problem not solved. We got another sim from ananthnagar store, again it was not activated, we have given paper based (Aadhar copy and photo), still not activated. It's been 14 days since we gave the first request and changed multiple sims, and visited store multiple times and called customer care multiple times. Still problem not rectified. Raised 2 complaints with complaint number [protected].
            I am very frustrated and mentally very disturbed by this.

              I needed to port my airtel connection from airtel to idea due to corporate limitations however the customer care executive was rigid saying the porting of number isn't possible and used foul languages.

              No body seems to be bothered and concerned about customers sentiment and value prepositions. Such service support from an iconic brand and promising organizations isn't acceptable & cant be imagined.

              Looking forward for your support in getting the potability operational and getting process intact thus the incidences isnt repeated with other customer

                I availed the post paid (Bill base) service from airtel. Their first bill for rs 200 something arrived. I found it costly i request them for cancel and convert it to prepaid (Coupon system) but they don't adhere.in the meantime their next bill arrived. Then i personally visited and contact to their district center, janak puri new delhi-58 service center and ask them to cancel this service. It was their submission this service can't cancel without completion of 100 days. Then they disconnected outgoing services from my sim no.[protected]. After few days, they ask me submit 850/- rupees bill despite the fact that outgoing services were already disconnected by them. After few days they blocked above noted sim due to which neither any incoming call nor any outgoing calls are receiving.
                Due to them customer is suffering from every point of view. If customer is asking to cancel their bill based service, they are not agree, bills are raising one sidedly without use of services which is openly looting of customer.

                I availed bill based service of airtel for sim no.[protected]. Their first bill arrived for rs.250/-. I found it very costly. I ask them for cancel. They don't adhere.in the meantime next bill was arrived. Then i personally contact them at their janak puri new delhi service centre and ask them for cancellation of bill based and collect their two bill. They said their net is down pay somewhere else. As far as cancellation of bill base service is concerned it will closed only after 100 days. Thereafter they disconnected by outgoing services from above noted sim.
                After few days they made third bill of rs.850/- despite the fact that outgoing services were already stopped. Even a single call was not made from this above noted sim. After few days they blocked this sim due to which neither outgoing call nor incoming calls are received.
                Hence the company is openly looting to customer. If he is asking to cancel bill base service, they are unable. Prejudicially and one sidedly making bill without any basis.

                    I have been with airtel for close to 10 years. Off late, i am getting bills that do not justify my usage.

                    And, when i go to airtel store, i was told that the server is down. Can someone believe server being down and not having any back strategy while having crores of customers?

                    Every business typically will have backup servers. And it is crazy for airtel not to have any kind of back up services.

                    Why are you duping the customers? Are you expecting people to roam around your stores? Don't you think they would be busy too like you?

                      I reached sr nagar, hyderabad airtel store by 4 p. M and thought of completion of my prepaid conversion but staff are not all responding and just ignoring the request by convincing on some ra.349 plan it's 7 pm now still the service men are not at all in their seats and roaming here and there.
                      If this is the case of caging the coustomer plan what else we expect to wait for 3-4 hours to clear from postpaid to prepaid.

                          With due respect to the india's one of the best network airtel, i am being forced to write this letter with great disappointment and after handling so much harrassment.
                          Myself soumik bhattacharya, fashion photographer n independent film maker, working in mumbai now.
                          From last few years i have migrated to airtel. My mobile number is[protected]. It's my oldest & used as primary no. Everywhere.

                          On 6th september, i had converted my post paid connection to prepaid in kolkata and i was given a new sim by the outlet. After 2hrs the sim showed tower strength n all hence i broke the last postpaid sim. As u had my flight to mumbai on same night, i didn't got the time to verify it by dialing 59059. From 7th september onwards i have in great harrassment. Neither i am being able to call 59059 nor 121.
                          Customer support of mumbai circle is telling me to contact kolkata and vice versa.
                          I even did sim swap here which mumbai outlet suggested. They provide me a usim. But still it was of no use. After several days again my dad went to airtel outlet of howrah and they again gave new sim and made it activated. Today i received the sim by post. Now the biggest irony is, after putting it to my phone it's saying invalid sim. Now the customer support of kolkata is saying i need again a new sim.

                          Now here is my question. Do you think it's a kind of a joke or something? I am a professional guy registered under trade union act 1926, as a fellow member of swa, assistant director of iftda.
                          [protected] is my official no. Which is used in everywhere like calling purpose, social media platform, net banking etc etc.
                          Do you have any sort of idea what kinda harrassment i am bearing? Being a faithful customer of airtel for so long do you think it was kind of expected act from you people?

                          I want to resolve this matter as early as possible and want to lodge a complain in consumer forum and as well as for compensation

                              The list of calls made and received from my airtel network was leaked to an outsider without any prior consent. How can airtel internally leaked my personal information without any legal authority and i have been receiving threatening calls from unknown numbers. It is so easy to be cheated as there is no security and i doubt if there is any non-disclosure agreement signed by the employees. I will sue airtel for this as i am being harrassed. There is no safety with airtel when it comes to personal information. It is unbelievable how they can leak out personal info and scam people and harrass them. I will go to court regarding this as its a breach of information and falls under rti act of india and i want a resolution to this. I am spreading across social media so that people are aware of what is going on around them and this can happen to them as well, which is very dissapointing from one of the trusted network.

                                I am. Getting puk code in my mobile. As i had purchased this sim card about ten years back i don't have record of the same.
                                So kindly provide the puk code as early as possible so that i am able to use my mobile.
                                Presently it is blocked and i am feeling a lot of inconvenience because i cannot receive any call nor even any message_not to talk of sending any message or talking with any one

                                  On 16th september 2017, i recharged on wrong number with rs. 498 and raised a complaint for reversal of the recharge to the correct number. Trans id:[protected]

                                  My complaints are ignored and money is not refunded. I gave complaints on the website, but the status automatically goes as closed.

                                    Hello team,
                                    I have submitted application for conversion from postpaid to prepaid on 18th sep. On the same day i got a call from a customer representative that asking me the reason of conversion and i shared my issue. They have requested me to give 4 days to resolve the issue and also gave me some convincing offers. I agreed to wait for 4 days to solve my issue on some conditions that after 4 days if the issue has not solved then my application will be processed without any delay and without visiting any airtel store again, today is the 5th day and my issue has been not solved yet.
                                    I contacted customer care on the same but they are saying that they dont have access to do from their end and kindly contact nearest airtel store.
                                    If i visit nearest airtel store there is a huge queue and saying there is a server problem.
                                    My question is that how much time i need to waste for this simple process of conversion from postpaid to prepaid? And how many times i need to submit the application for the same?
                                    Is it required to do like a punishment if we use your airtel network?
                                    I am the user of your network from past 10-11 years. I never experienced this type of service from your end.
                                    Now could you please help me to process my application as soon as possible.

                                    Hope you will respond to my issue and take the necessary actions.

                                      Sir, i am r. N. B. Koteswara rao bearing mobile number [protected]. I have this sim card in 2010. I was get portable to idea network. On[protected] my service was discontinued, i consulted idea customer service they said it was expired,, this number belongs to airtel network so you can consult airtel office. I also consulted airtel office they are telling that sim sard was in active, you can't get this up to 90 days. I humble request is to provide my sim card, because i am business man my dealings are going through this number. My alternate numbwr is [protected]

                                        I am a resident of gf 2 durga residency, h. No 18-2/10-2, 8th line kedareswara peta, vijayawada 520003 and a subscriber of airtel prepaid connection bearing no. [protected]. I am not getting even one point signal in my house. Always i am forced to go out to make calls. The most unfortunate problem is with incoming calls. People are thinking that i am out of coverage area and are seriously disappointed. Some times signal gets suddenly dropped while in call and the other person is unpleasant of the situation.
                                        My alternate number is also airtel, a corporate connection of ramakrishna housing, bearing no. [protected] which has got the same problem and i could not satisfy my management due to poor net work.
