Its been 3-4 months now i am suffering because of airtel, every month after the bill generation i have to call for rectification on the bill they sent, at times i also had to walk in to the airtel office for help, but end of the day the result is still zero.
Now from past 2 weeks internet is not working even after multiple complains to 198, 121, walk in to the stores, problem remains same. Y should i pay the bill wen my phone internet is not at all working for more then 15 days, y should only i suffer for no mistake of mine? I don't know how if this complain will help or not, its just i am trying one more option. As i am done complaining.
I got to know now its only consumers who needs to suffer end of the day. From both side.
Can i also understand without my number and email id how will you get to know if my complain is valid or not?
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have had a long discussion with AIRTEL Store representative GEETHA. She has agreed that Chikmaglur area is facing lot of network issues and they have had escalated lot of cases and she agreed airtel's issue especially with DATA. I have recorded the calls and have this as proof as well, Geetha also informed that they will have the issue fixed and provide me a firm resolution that this issue will be resolved by 27th of September 2017. Also informed that they will raise a concern that we as customer will not pay any bills as we have not used the service due to airtel's poor network.
She also said she will escalate this to her manager Tej Raj by email and then I spoke to her Manager Tej Raj who requested for whatsapp location to be shared of the problematic area so that he can forward the same to Network Engineers who will work on fixing this with the help of latitude and longitudes.
Suganya has also informed that they will have a resolution by 27th September 2017.
Here is what I want:
I want the network issue to be fixed at Chikmaglur area and Airtel to investigate the cases and problems raised by Airtel Store as per agent GEETHA.
I want Airtel to make sure that all the charges are waived OFF on the post paid data number (4G dongle) as we have not used the service.
I want Airtel to convert the data number (4G number) from POSTPAID to PREPAID
If Airtel does not want to convert to PREPAID, then Airtel to make sure that they refund 100% amount of the dongle.
