My airtel number [protected] having a prepaid recharge of rs. 349 on 9th september with facilities o[censored]nlimited local and std calls and 1gb 3g/4g data with 28 days validity upto 7th october 2017. However, the facility of local or std calls are not working while i landed in kolkata. All outgoing calls gets disconnected in a second even before ringtone is being heard.
This is really disturbing as i used to make number of calls everyday owing to my business and just after landing in the airport, i am unable to ring and contact anybody, i find myself in a helpless situation. Does this mean that airtel is an unreliable service provider. As nowhere it was indicated that roaming to a different city in included or not included in the plan.
Moreover, when i dialled 121 or 198, it was mere fun and mockery since it only asks to dial all numbers in the number pad except helping me to talk to any responsible guy and tends to promote different sales plan without addressing the problem.
I don't know if this complain really brings sense to the business leaders of airtell to think how really they can help customer instead of showing colourful advertisements.

    I recharged my mobile number [protected] with pack of 795 on 18.09.19 at 09.12 am by paytm (Paytm order no. [protected]) but this was not confirmed. So i tried the same pack again and this time the pack was recharged and i got confirmation message (Paytm order no. [protected] and operator ref. No.[protected] but later i received another confirmation with operator reference no. 46558520 that the recharge has been done. This way my recharge was done twice and amount deducted twice. Please make arrangements for either refund or extend validity of recharge. Thank you.

    This site is a big fraud. Just after writing this complain I received one phone call that this issue has been resolved and the money will be refunded to my account. Then that person asked for my debit card number and just few second later he asked for OTP. This OTP received was for some e-commerce transection. This moment I realized the going to be fraud and when I asked why he need OTP for refund transection then he disconnected the call. So be aware and avoid this site.

        My airtel bill dated 6.9.17 for the period 5.8.17 to 4.9.17 was wrongly printed. I was charged rs. 357.72 extra in the bill for data usage. The bill was rs. 969.08. After speaking to customer care he said you can pay rs. 550 instead of 969 but no revised bill will be given. When i asked why, he said no system will not generate revised bill. I have attached the bill. Please refer the circled amount.

          My self pranjal vinodrai patel connected to airtel from july 2017 so company has promise me for better 3g/4g network connection, 15 days after joining this new airtel connection since today i am complaining for poor network and i feet it is a 2g connection so at this stage of speed customer become a mad if work on 2g. And i have repeatedly complaining for this but no solution is given by company and all of sudden on 19th september 2017 they have stopped my outgoing when i enquired about this they force me to pay ur bill amounting 1120 rupees then and then wil start ur outgoing

          I am ready to pay this amount and against that i want as certain 3g connectivity permanently (In upper paragraph i have repeatedly complain for this) but customer care officer not ready to take such responsibility as well as he has not transfer to his senior officer for this matter.

          Please do needful. My demand is that they provide me better 3g connection i am ready to pay bill and start my outgoing connection as soon as possible and other alternate is give me immediate portability to other company because i am small entrepreneur started my business before 1 year and mobile is my basic need so justify me.

            Once you add a child number to family plan, the internet usage stops for the child. Escalated many times, but you always need 72hours more to resolve the issue and it goes on. So finally you need to remove the child.
            I demand the refund of the 399 amount that was deducted while addition of the child. Also the advertisement should stop, if you can not provide proper service.

              Just to mention the issue again. We have taken 4g plan, but do not have a 4g sim (Airtel). When asked for the 4g sim in gudivada in 2 airtel centers, the folks asked for money. They always say it will take a month to get free sims. Please let us know if the free 4g sim's will not be given. We can just move to jio. Also the present 4g plan is going waste. Its just waste of money

                Dth is not working properly.
                We have called your representative but no action has been taken uptill now. We have called them day before yesterday but they haven't seen yet. It's been 5-6 days we are facing this problem. Your customer care number is also not responding our call. Please take some action as soon as possible. We are unable to use your dth service as we have purchased a yearly plan..

                    Hi i have lost my number [protected]. I went and got a duplicate sim card. And provided all documents and money required. It's been 8 days now and my sim still isn't activated. I want to find out what the problem is but i can't ever get through their call center. They have no option to talk to someone. It's really problematic. I need to know what can be done. I need this number active immediately.

                      Hi paid my airtel postpaid bill... I received the message as amount detected but bill is not paid... Kindly help to get the status of the transaction... Confirm if it is auto credited back. Here i have given the message i got for ur reference.

                        Hi team,

                        My data services (+91 [protected]) are down since 5 days.
                        I complained through every channel of
                        (App, voice call), no resolution yet.

                        I am using airtel for more than 10 years and paid lacs of bill to them but when i found they are not willing to provide me good services still i am thinking to port out.

                        But before that i want to record a formal complaint against airtel in consumer forum.

                        Can you pls tell me the formal procedure of it.

                          We recharged our mobile number [protected] by 700rupees. Within two day balance was nil and customer care mentioned that its deducted based on internet usage and we have internet connection at home. Actually there is package available for 349/- with 1gb internet everyday. I am really surprised to see that within two days balance become zero. Very bad service and its cheating

                            I'm using airtel postpaid for more than 2 years and regularly paying bill amount. Eventhough the postpaid bill amount is high (It comes around 700) i stick to airtel because i trust them. But for the month of august my bill amount came around 3650 rupees which is very huge for me.

                            When i called customer care they said i have activated 20gb data pack that cost around 2000 and that too for two times in a month (13th aug - 200rs and on 31st aug 500rs). I actually have more than 50 gb free data left in my connection then why should i need to activate data pack for 2000 rupees? I asked the same question to customer care but they responded as their record shows it activated from airtel app so they can't do anything, this is really disguising to me.

                            As per their saying that i activated on 13th aug but since my mobile broken so i have used nokia 1100 for almost a week and the activation date falls on this and even customer care said that there is no internet activity from my end then what is the reason to activate 20gb data?

                            And on 31st aug i was not in my home town and i went to maharashtra and didn't use mobile internet much and mostly used wifi network, since the mobile internet is very slow whats the purpose of activating booster pack? And moreover i didn't get any intimation mail or sms for the same.

                            And airtel you have all the improved technology with you still you can't give proper explanation from your end then how can you expect a normal person to prove as he not wrong. I have given much of information from my side that i didn't activate 2500 rs booster packs.

                            If still you say that i activated there is no option for me to go to customer court to file a case on you and please note i will not be paying the bill amount of 3603.68 rupees until it get revised to my original bill amount.

                            And many thanks for the service you provided for me. And please don't do this to any other innocent peoples who still trust airtel. W

                            Raised a request with support of Airtel customer care and they understood what i explained and waived off the booster pack amount from my bill. Thank you so much Airtel.

                            I'm a postpaid corporate plan user of airtel ([protected]) i regularly pay amount of around 650 rs. But for the month of august 2017 i received a bill amount of 3603 which is too huge for me and i called customer care to clarify it where they said i have activated 20 gb data pack that costs 2000 rupees which i didn't do, why should i need to activate it as i have left with more 62 gb data left and moreover i didn't get any intimation mail or messages related to it. And the customer care not giving proper explanation on this problem, asking me to mail [protected]@in. Airtel.com to get more more detail. When compared to other telecom providers i have trusted more on airtel and i didn't expected this.

                              Airtel 4g network is very slow. Single page take minutes to load and sometimes doesn't load..

                              My airtel app is also not loading my available data.

                              I feels so good to use 4g in 2g's speed. Feels like cavemen. Airtel is playing game with customers regarding offering 4g more speed..
                              You want to compete against jio then be like jio.

                              Please get it fixed...

                                I've recharge rs.399 offering unlimited calls and 70 GB data for 70 days.but after recharging i ve got only 28 days validity with data of only about 700 mb. This is not the first time. There has been also instance where 1 gb was offered and 512 mb credited. What is this ?? Daylight robbery?? I ve lost faith in all of you guys. Shame!!

                                  We are request to port our mobile no. [protected]. One time reject porting request on 18/09/17 due to payment not paid, but we have already payment paid before reject porting request. Again we have paid rs. 200 on 19/09/17 for current billing period for this number which is under process porting. Again we have received massage porting request reject on 20/09/2017 due to outstanding payment due. We talk with care, but not proper response.

                                  We request please port above number as urgent basis due to your network service is very poor

                                    My airtel no. Is [protected], today the 20th september 2017, i recharged for rs.349 and paid the amount through internet banking transaction. The amount has been deducted from my bank account. But i received a message in my mobile, stating that the transaction is not succeeded. Again i made recharge for rs.349/ and paid through internet banking. An amount of rs.349 has deducted again from my bank account. Kindly refund the excess payment of rs.349/- (Double payment) made by me at the earliest after necessary verification of your records.

                                      Me satishkumar i have given saturday 16/09/2917 my number postpaid to prepaid and i submitted all documents to in gulbarga karnataka airtel store... But saturday night only my postpaid sim got blocked no service showing i added prepaid sim but that also showing no service from 5 days my number is off so me facing many problems please solve my problem as early as possible..

                                        I am using 3 mobile connections of airtel including one data connection. I have raised a complaint in the month of june'17 regarding poor connectivity. They first assured to resolve it within 3 days, but even after 3 months no action was taken. I have again raised the complaint on 4th sep vide their reference no 79196125. But till date there is no response from airtel.

                                        They have not attended the complaint, but they are very prompt in disconnecting the service within hours expiring due date. Their customer service is not even concerned to resolve customers' concern. Even their data dongle is locked not allowing others to use it.
