Consequent to an sms received from airtel to upgrade to 4g before 2 aug'17 else old sim would be deactivated, i got three of my sims changed on 21/9/17.

However, while doing online transaction, the otp being sent by my banks is not being received. As a result my commercial interests have been severly hampered.

Customer care has not been of any help.

    I recharged my airtel number with 4g sim on 11th august, 2017. At the time when i recharged my airtel number with rs.399 pack, airtel app showed it will give 1gb/day along with unlimited std, local calling to any number for 84 days! But sadly after 40 days o[censored]sing this pack, my unlimited calling stopped and now it tells my balance is 0 and i cannot make calls to any number. This a big fraud and cheating by airtel india and when i tried to call airtel customer care they have freaking automated system asking you to dial thus and that number but never help you or let you talk to a real person an airtel customer care representative. I've been using airtel for almost 7 years and now seriously thinking to switch my number to jio or vodafone and will encourage all my friends never to go for airtel as they cheat their customers and their customer care has crappy service. Shame on airtel.

      Dear sir,
      My mobile number is [protected]. The company has deducted ₹99 two times from my account balance for international roaming though i have not been to any other country or international border.

      The company is neither processing my complaint and nor giving me satisfactory answer after complaining them again and again.

      Kindly process my complain and ask them to refund my amount back as soon as possible.

        Airtel services is very poor and greedy...!!!
        India vs australia one day series not broadcast on dd national channel yet all dth provider are broadcast matches on dd national channel. Very disappointing behaviour from airtel dth services.! The videocon dth service provider broadcast india vs australia matches on dd national channel..!! Kindly resolve this issues as soon as possible..!!

        I recharged my [protected] with 70days 1GB data per day plan. It was not working at all in my office no proper signal or data. I raised 2 complaints with no response from Airtel and now the data is not even working in my house too. Airtel has become very pathetic nowadays. I m seriously not satisfied with the services.
        Internet connection is very bad. It toggles every 5 to 10 seconds. Inspire of repeated complaints to Airtel nothing done.
        Truly disappointed.

        Why are Telecon companies not guaranteeing minimum connectivity and minimum speed .

        Common man's are cheated in almost all possible ways.

          I was messaged repeatedly with an offer of 1gb/day and local/national calls free for a period of 84 days for rs.399. I believed and recharged. The notification sms that comes on recharge said some other plan (2gb /day for 28 days). I immediately called customer care and was told that i can ignore the message and the plan validity is for 84 days only. I believed and told my wife also to recharge with same amount. To my shock, on 28th day after recharge, calls and internet were charged. When i called customer care again, i was told that the plan validity is for 28 days and inconvenience is regretted. I wrote to the appellate authority and nodal officer who called me back saying that nothing can be done and my frustration is understood and regretted. How can they cheat customers like this? They didn't even realise that the mistake is on their side. This is so ridiculous.

            Airtel,

            Being the largest network in the country has become shameless and pathetic.

            They randomly cut my balance for services which i did not even opt for.

            I do not use this number in a smartphone, yet deliberately this stupid company turns on services which i have not even opted for. This happens every 2 weeks and i need this number to make important phone calls

            First gamepind in august, then dindoclub last friday and then tinytv & funstore1 and now minplex

            Is there no justice in the indian system anymore?

            Why do i've to launch a complaint just to get their attention so that they can stop such services. I've tried talking to them on facebook, but my feedback falls on deaf ears and the result is still the same.

              My excess payment refund not got in my account and airtel said that it is done and given to you but in my bank statement and on my branch i checked all things but excess amount not got on my account my payment done on my airtel number[protected] but airtel said that refund given but in my bank account there is no any transaction...                 We have changed our pre paid sim to post paid family sim. Out of the two sims, one sim has not been activated for last 72 hrs. Even though retail shop at lajpat nagar, from where we got the sim has been repeatedly promising that it will take one-to-two hours, however, every time we approach them on inaction, they sweetly change the goalpost and tell us, sir, please wait for one or two hours more. This game is on for last three days, and yet they are unable to activate the sim. Extremely pathetic state of affairs. The poor response of technical team can best be termed as shameful, disgusting, and atrocious. What about the escalation matrix of mnc, who keep claiming that any problem will be resolved in a timebound manner. Someone should wake up and do something.

                  3 months age i got in touch with airrel care regarding my tarrif plan, they provided me 3 months local+std @ 25 paisa/minute for 3 months free of cost and also told to do a recharge of rs. 6/- after 3 months to renew this offer for another 3 months. I am not being able to do this recharge as airtel app is rejecting the recharge of rs. 6/-, what should i do?

                    I couldn't able to watch dd national channel during ind vs aus match today i. E.21th sep. Which was a free channel after the match finised i could able watch the same channel... This type of business tactic will forcing us to subscribe startsport which is chargeable rs 60... Please make not repeat such kind of cheap tricks... Information is showing on screen is that its a supreme court order... They why you are charging for dd national channel...

                      Dear sir, i wish to bring your notice that there is a airtel broadband junctionbox in front of my house. The junction box was installed without my knowledge. Now the junction box is causing a lot inconvenience to me. The public are using the junction box as garbage dump yard and the dogs are using dirtying the place. I cannot park my four wheeler infront of house. It is requested to remove or shift the airtel broadband junction box at the earliest. Thanking you.                         Yesterday i have recharged my mobile no [protected] for 349 rupees with reference no. 38463914. Since recharge has been done for the same plan, it is of no use for me. Kindly refund the money to my online recharge site. First i have recharged online through ptm site. But it took too much time for processing. Then i recharged by a retailer. After few hours first one got confirm if. Since this is a same plan for same no it is of waste of money.

                          Hi,

                          I ported from vodafone to airtel before 20 days. But my sim was not working properly. I raise the complaint over customer care and by visiting airtel store physically. There were complaints raised and closed with out any information to me. When i visited airtel store i was asked to come with phone twice with out any resolution. Finally when i go with mobile they are raising another complaint.
                          Because of this yesterday night i couldn't make some online transactions (As i am not receiving otp messages) due to which i was effected with some loss.

                            airtel customer care only in kannada

                            Everywhere online in all websites airtel publishes customer care number as 121.

                            When you dial this number, you only get an voicemail speaking in kannada.
                            There is no way to change the language.

                            In bangalore the it city where around 50 % people are outside karnataka, how do you expect to provide your service with above customer care number.

                            I have to first raise complain about how to raise...

                            Hi,

                            I was a airtel user from past 3 to 4 years, when i subscribed for airtel 3 or 4 yrs back it was just growing and they were providing a good service. As and when the company started growing, they forget a term called as customer service. If there is any issue when we call customer care, there is no one who can give proper response, when ask for manager/supervisor, support staff tell that their manager is not at office.
                            Secondly, they don't follow previous records of customer concerns.
                            And airtel being internally so poor, they claim they provide a better service.
                            Currently, i am using vodafone who is at least responding to what i say and respect their customers.

                            I have decided not to come back to airtel again and who ever i see using airtel i am asking them to go to vodafone who is giving a better service than airtel.

                              Dear sir,
                              I am using airtel 4g internet connection and for last more than a month i have been facing bad network connectivity issue. When i bought the connection that the speed was measured at 15mbps but now it is 1.1mbps or no connection.
                              I had registered a request of an engineer visit to my location for poor network connectivity on 2nd august 2017.

                              The only request i made for an engineer visit to check and resolve the issue. I was told that network team has internally checked the issue and they are upgrading the network and it will take some time but not sure when.

                              Now help me to understand that till then how can i be paying rental for this poor on/off network connection.

                              Would request you to look into this as it is more than a month and no resolution or engineer visit yet to check.

                              I m really fed up of explaining my concern to different airtel people and now is pushed to discontinue with the service.

                              Please help!

                                  Plz don't use airtel secure plan of airtel as it is totally useless, my request was registered on 5-september-2017 no. 2317089, till date the documents are in verification status. When i am asking for resolution then everyday they say you have to wait for 24-48 hrs. Plz update me on [protected].

                                  Requesting you all to plz don't waist your hard earned money on these useless plans as these companies are not even concerned.

                                    Hi,
                                    Upgraded my plan from 199/- +249/- (Net pack) to 649/- on 19th september, 2017 which was done. But the 4g lte on 3g was deactivated after 1 hour.
                                    Secondly asked them to deactivate 249/- net pack from my mobile while updating pack on 19th september which is not done till now.
                                    Emailed two times (No reply). Called customer care (Complaint numbers: 79619167, 79631431,[protected]. Interaction id: [protected], [protected]. No resolution provided. I m paying for 4g plan then why i am getting 3g services till now.

                                      Hello fraud company... Airtel.. Escalate to ceo level for high level

                                      Grievance redressal

                                      Faced mentally harassment since i made claim on 12 aug 17 due to airtel..

                                      What i observed as below..

                                      Your third party tieup given estimation

                                      To insurance company is very high. I enquird and authorised service center able to do repair in lower cost that is almost half than you given estimation.

                                      Also i can't accept that claim is

                                      Rejected by mentioning below

                                      "due to improper

                                      Handling | no proper care

                                      Of handset has been taken by

                                      Insured

                                      To safeguard the

                                      Property.."

                                      This not correct as i clearly mentioned in

                                      My reason that while going for walk and due to dog fear my

                                      Mobile sleep and incident happened.

                                      So fight for this claim...

                                      And as per airtel ads and commitment i

                                      Taken this insurance as they mentioned take the insurance and

                                      Nothing to worry and if any demage to device their

                                      Responsibility to get it repair done.

                                      And even i received call from airtel

                                      And she said congratulations your claim is accepted based

                                      On all docs verified what i uploaded five times due to your great

                                      System failed.

                                      So how you can say claim is rejected??

                                      So either get repair done for my mobile or replace it

                                      With new device due to all fault from bogus team airtel.

                                      Call me by grivance and ceo team only with the positive resolution. Call me on my alternative no [protected]

                                      Till than i will not accept faulty device.

                                      Pl stop giving false commitment and stop giving mentally trouble more.
