We have changed our pre paid sim to post paid family sim. Out of the two sims, one sim has not been activated for last 72 hrs. Even though retail shop at lajpat nagar, from where we got the sim has been repeatedly promising that it will take one-to-two hours, however, every time we approach them on inaction, they sweetly change the goalpost and tell us, sir, please wait for one or two hours more. This game is on for last three days, and yet they are unable to activate the sim. Extremely pathetic state of affairs. The poor response of technical team can best be termed as shameful, disgusting, and atrocious. What about the escalation matrix of mnc, who keep claiming that any problem will be resolved in a timebound manner. Someone should wake up and do something.
