Dear Airtel,
Thanks for sending a Killer to my home to spoil my nicely working Internet to unused internet.
Your technician came to my home and screwed up things. When the existing Modem was working fine, you guys came and fixed new Modem which is for no use.
This is the SMS I received : “Your new modem has been delivered by Arunsingh_Fortune ([protected]). Please connect the modem to your broadband cable and power source, turn it on, and send 'VFU Start' to [protected]. More instructions on https://setup.airtelbroadband.in/selfservice/”
Note : I would request you to go through the complaint I had registered 87690654 & go through the attachment.
Find the attachment. And see the number of times I called to this no : [protected]. When this no. is officially communicated to the customers, how you people are not ready to respond not even once (purposefully disconnect). The person name is ArunSingh as per the SMS. And this person claims that if am not reachable, please call to my Manager.
His Manager Gopi is still one step ahead than his team member. He was also not reachable and purposefully disconnecting the call.
Is this way Airtel provide support to the customer when other service providers are far better than you. My internet is not working since evening. Even I clearly told that I have some urgent work in the night, hence make sure that the internet is working fine.
Can you please let me know the process to disconnect all my number and my family numbers. If this is the service you guys provide then there is no point in associating with Airtel any more.
These two guys are not to be fit in the servicing industry. Am clearly saying either disconnect the number, or I do not want to pay one month rent for any of my number.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
A very bad experience of Airtel customer service. Being a brand you people don't know how to serve your customers. My DTH services are not working since 28th June 2018, now its 4 days; i, e. 1ist July its not been fixed now.
I have called customer care 100 times, your executive fool us by giving false commitments and saying we will send technician in one hour two hours, by 2 pm, by 8 pm, but no one came to help us. I am calling you guys like fools from past four days and you people are not ready to help us.
Very bad service, now as customer i will make sure to post this bad incident on every social media platform so that people would know how badly you treat your customers.
