I recharged my mobile with the 399 pack on 17th of august. The pack had a validity of 84 days and was working smoothly until yesterday. Yesterday was the 28th day and out of the blue they have decided to stop providing me with the services i paid for.

I have a 4g handset. I had recharged my friend's phone with the exam same pack and that is working properly.

I am a long term user of airtel and find it appalling that they should do this. It is seriously frustrating since whatever little balance i had came 0 because i didn't know that i am being charged for the internet from my main account.

With no balance and no internet i was left in such a helpless state. Moreover none of the customers care numbers that were toll free were working. The others i could not use due to lack of balance.

This a very wrong thing. I hope the can rectify it with a day or two because i am already upset with the substandard call quality being provided currently. I am studying in one of the top engineering colleges and will make sure that my experience (Good/bad) is known to all friends, seniors and juniors because they might also face the same problem in the future.

    This is wilson from chennai, since i am using airtel network for the past eight years my mobile no was [protected]. I did recharge 349 plan on last month aug15th 2017and during recharge time i had previous month validity three days spare.

    After recharge it shows my validity date upto sep 15th 2017. On sep 12th 2017 suddenly while calling std calls my balance started deducted, i check with customer care guy he said this due to technical error so we take a complaint and the complaint no was cwrch[protected].

    After that i receive a message from aiirtel customer care your recharge benefit credited but i haven't credit anything.

    I check with my airtel app also it shows internet balance upto sep15 2017. And suddenly today early morning while using internet my total balance 29rs deducted and then myself speak with customer care guy he told your validity is ended so your balance dedcuted. I'm asking him how come without prior notification how it is possible..
    He said your validity ended and i'm asking to take an complaint but he said he can't.
    After ending that call i'm receiving a message from customer care ref no. Cbdmo[protected].

    I want my amount refund and clear explanation. Otherwise can i proceed the same with consumer court.

    Please let me know...

      As i am a postpaid customer my plan is rs. 349 and if we will add gst which is 18% that means addition of rs. 62.82. I consumed 5 sms which costed rs. 5 and my previous balance was rs. 167.60 which equals to rs. 585.42 and and airtel is forwarding a bill of rs. 1080.57. Isn't is unfair. Please look into this matter. Every time i call them and they are not able to provide me correct answers. There excuses systems are upgrading, we don't have the information yet or please call us back after 3 or 4 days or on the following date of something.

        Hi,
        This is to inform you, that i would like to terminate my postpaid connection as i have moved to usa, i moved in may and i called up the customer care to cancel my connection but i can see it's still being active n am getting bills. For some reason my gmail was not in snyc, when i corrected tht then i could see the bills and was shocked. Am getting bill for the service which am not availing since june.

          I m experiencing the worst internet problem! I got it recharged 399 pack on august 29th and recieved the confirmation message as — "you have got free data (Daily limit 1gb) for 84 days. This data is applicable for 4g handset with usim users only. To check your balance, dial *121#"

          But the internet is tooo slow! The data consumption till date is just 1.9gb. After this limit, the internet is worst. Most of the time it doesn't work! I have a serious issue with this!

            Sir/mam, i've recently bought a new phone and got a message from airtel that, as i've upgraded to a new 4g handset + 4g sim, if recharged with inr 399, will get an offer of 1gb/day and unlimited calls both local and std with a validity of 84 days. (Screen-shot of the text message attached)

            I've called the customer care center through 121 number at 8:20pm on 13 september 2017 and spoke to executive that airtel app is not showing the offer. She suggested to recharge manually entering inr399 to avail the offer and it will be valid for 84days. She confirmed that again as well!

            I've recharged my number - [protected] with inr399 with transid 240668 at 8:23pm on 13 september 2017.

            I've called the customer care centre again at 8:30pm to confirm whether the validity has been extended to 84 days or not. The executive (Vaishnavi) has told me that the system is not yet updated with the recharge and assured me that the offer applies and i will get the validity for 84days. (Call conversation attached)

            But, my account has been extended by only one month and called the customer care to findout that there are no such offers applicable to my number.
            I'm utterly disturbed with the non-applicability of offer when it was communicated to me and i've double checked the applicability of offer twice with their representatives. Now airtel is denying me for the benefit of same to be credited to my account and updating my validity of offer to 84 days.

            I demand an immediate action, to resolve the issue effectively and credit me with additional validity.

              I have recharged my phone at9:15 pm and i have received massage of that transaction failed so i retried it again on 9:16

              I received massage from icici at 9:20 that transection ion sucess full

              Massage repeat at 9:25 of transection
              Sucess full

              When i chk balance it as deducted 2 times
              How it is possible it your system fault not my fault

              348 is a package
              Of airtel for one month free call and internet
              It not cash balance recharge

              I have tyres your internet banking for first time and at 1 st time it fails and i have been charged 2 time for one service

              Kindly reverse my 348 rupees

              I will be highly thankfully to u

              Will it be for one month or 2 month as i have paid 348 two times plz clear it

              I m also not getting good offer as compared to other compoboys giving to me
              I also teyed your customer care

                I recharged with ₹244 on 5 september which gives 1gb/day for 70 days +1gb/month.
                1- they have not provided me 1gb data/day for 5 september
                2 - i am able to consume max. 800mb data per day and they are showing that i have used 1gb. I have already called customer care and they are just saying repeatedly that i have used 1gb. But from 5 sept i know i could only use 800 mb. The calculation from airtel is incorrect and their data usage is showing wrong.

                  All of sudden the airtel mobile network got cut off and shows no service on iphone5s today.

                  No use even after:
                  - device restart
                  - network settings reset

                  When sim card is removed, it shows no sim but when it's inserted back, it shows searching for a short time and then turns no service!
                  It clearly indicates the network issue!!!

                  This is very critical as the entire network is lost for me for the complete day and i could not make/receive any urgent calls and other network services.

                    Toady afternoon i went to airtel shop. I told them i want to upgrade my sim from 3g to 4g and its kolkata sim and iam staying in mahad raigad distric they said yes we can do. After they did process they told after 30 minutes u can use new 4g sim. When i inserted new sim there was no tower avaiable. Again i went to shop and sat there for 2 hours but they were not able to slove problem. Now my old sim and new sim both tower is not avaiable iam not bale to use my number, what to do,

                      Dear Airtel,

                      Thanks for sending a Killer to my home to spoil my nicely working Internet to unused internet.
                      Your technician came to my home and screwed up things. When the existing Modem was working fine, you guys came and fixed new Modem which is for no use.

                      This is the SMS I received : “Your new modem has been delivered by Arunsingh_Fortune ([protected]). Please connect the modem to your broadband cable and power source, turn it on, and send 'VFU Start' to [protected]. More instructions on https://setup.airtelbroadband.in/selfservice/”

                      Note : I would request you to go through the complaint I had registered 87690654 & go through the attachment.

                      Find the attachment. And see the number of times I called to this no : [protected]. When this no. is officially communicated to the customers, how you people are not ready to respond not even once (purposefully disconnect). The person name is ArunSingh as per the SMS. And this person claims that if am not reachable, please call to my Manager.

                      His Manager Gopi is still one step ahead than his team member. He was also not reachable and purposefully disconnecting the call.

                      Is this way Airtel provide support to the customer when other service providers are far better than you. My internet is not working since evening. Even I clearly told that I have some urgent work in the night, hence make sure that the internet is working fine.

                      Can you please let me know the process to disconnect all my number and my family numbers. If this is the service you guys provide then there is no point in associating with Airtel any more.

                      These two guys are not to be fit in the servicing industry. Am clearly saying either disconnect the number, or I do not want to pay one month rent for any of my number.

                          My mobile no [protected]. Today i received message that "international roaming rental charge is rs 99. Due to low balance in your account, rs 1.18 have been deducted and balance amount of rs 97.82 will be deducted in subsequent".

                          I never requested or activated international roaming request. Why my money deducted without my request. So please refund my money and next time don't deduct my without any intimation to me. So immediately refund my money back and don't deduct frurther.

                                Hi, my name is .Ramakrishna Bharadwaja used idea sim and ported into airtel and when i am porting into airtel they given me promises like first 3 months you will get better bill with less amount etc etc then i'm tempted came to airtel but now they giving full amount and 18% tax they tell. they dont know before im taking they should tell about right things. im completely cheated by airtel.
                                if any one want to respond before call me first know about my plan and how i got cheated. then tell me reasons why happen like this.
                                I am taken sim in SR NAGAR branch and to take i waited 2 hrs.

                                final words i was given complaint that i am does not having signal no one responding i want to rollback to idea but they said that i need to wait upto 3 months. this is how making money airtel. please be honest. Do business properly dont think Indians are fools simply we leave you. upto i get solution i will post every complaint web site and i will continuously get to know every one having this type of issues

                                  Airtel make us to purchase new box as upgrade which does not match even previous feature and now no one responding as we have complain that we are not happy with features no one returning my old box.
                                  A. I was using "hd recording box" which can record channel and simultaneously i can watch

But customer care propose to upgrade box as internet tv box along with recording channel feature but actually fact is when i am watching same channel only i can record i can't record one channel and switch to another channel which was my old box feature so help me to get me my old box

                                  A very bad experience of Airtel customer service. Being a brand you people don't know how to serve your customers. My DTH services are not working since 28th June 2018, now its 4 days; i, e. 1ist July its not been fixed now.

                                  I have called customer care 100 times, your executive fool us by giving false commitments and saying we will send technician in one hour two hours, by 2 pm, by 8 pm, but no one came to help us. I am calling you guys like fools from past four days and you people are not ready to help us.

                                  Very bad service, now as customer i will make sure to post this bad incident on every social media platform so that people would know how badly you treat your customers.

                                    On 25th august 2017 i had recharged my pre paid mobile connection for rs.150/- through airtel app. Txn id[protected]. My bank account debited but talk time not credited.

                                    I spoke to their customer care and requested them to refund the amount or credit the talk time. Complaint ref no conrc [protected] dated 28.8.2017.

                                    Till date no resolution.
