My mobile no. Is [protected]. I ported this no. Bsnl prepaid to airtel prepaid. But they wrongly ported it to airtel postpaid. Now i want to ue airtel prepaid services instead of postpaid. But they are saying that they can't do anything now and forcing me to countine it for atleast 4 months. But i don't want to use this. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

    Airtel — regarding not receiving any signal except emergency calls only

    It's been a month and my issue on receiving signals is not yet solved. I received many calls from airtel stating my issue will be resolved but none is taken care. Im ashamed of saying that consumer complaint is such a waste, even though i made a complaint from this there is no use. I think everyone one is bribed. What is use of consumercomplaint.in, even after complaining from this govt registered one there is no action taken from airtel. They are not even feared of complaining in this site.
    And my previous complaint are stated below to consumer complaint.

    It's been 6 days i raised a complaint against airtel, but till today i haven't received any call or email from airtel regarding my complaint. Now i came to know after these many working days even after complaining in consumercomplaint.in airtel is not at all taking any action on my complaint. So the hope on government is also vanished from me in solving my issue. Even the government is not at all taking any action towards this. And my older complaint is stated below for your kind information.

    I p. Saipavan with bearing airtel mobile number [protected] have recently ported to airtel in the month of march or april 2017. At first i recieved signal in roaming i. E in kerala but when i changed my location to goa i stopped recieving signals from airtel and they asked me to take a new sim from andhra itself. So i kept in "safe custody" to not to lose my number if it is not used for months. Last month i. E on julu 31'st i have taken a new sim from airtel store in vijayawada, it worked well till i crossed the border while returning to goa. I stopped recieving signal from 6th august as i just crossed the border of andhra pradesh. Here in goa again i have a new sim in local store nearby vasco and that new sim to stopped recieving signals as soon as i inserted it in my phone and it was showing emergency calls only. First i thought it was my sim tray problem but others sims from other networks are working in the same sim tray but not airtel. I have raised a complaint on this issue to airtel on 7th august 2017 but the actual complaint is registered from airtel 9th august and 11th august i got a response from airtel stating with a service request number 78555330 and our network team is working with the issue and it will be solved on or before 16th august 2017 but the issue is not yet solved and im not at all recieving any signals from airtel to my number and they are not even responding to my mails and asking me to wait.
    And my question is???
    1) will my isuue wil be solved or not??
    2) how many days i have to wait for recieving signal???.
    3) i dont want to loosed my number i. E [protected] since it was registered with all my bank accounts and all my contacts in my phone are used to this number.

    Please consider this issue at most as i was not able to recieve any signal from airtel apart from emergency calls from the past 10 days. Please do the needfull

    Above said lines are repeatedly repeating from past 30days but there was no any action taken from airtel. It's a waste of time composing a mail in this site, people out there don't trust this useless site consumer complaint.in and don't waste ur time.

        Your 4g network is slow... I cant even the send photos through your network... It takes 1minute to send 1 photo with your 4g network... And please do not about the video sending.. Its the harsh condition for me... Even the browser is not working properly because of your poor range... It takes much time to open a web page... And watching video online is not possible for me because of your poor network.. I am fed from this all.. Please do something...

            I m residing at 30, punjab society, nr civil hospital, asarwa, ahmedabad-380016.
            I had done recharge of ₹ 399 on 1st september. But i was not knowing that my amount will go in vain. There is unavailability of 4 g network in my area. It's show 4 g on the top of my mobile. But it's working like 2g.
            I had also complained several times on customer care 12118. But the response was negative. They told me to resolve my complain within 72 hour's, it's more than 72 hours now.
            I registered my complain on 2nd of september.
            Take action as soon as possible.

              You claim to offer a 399 pack that has validity for 84 days with 84 gb, but you have made it available for only a limited set o[censored]sers.in simple words it is customized and available for only a few. Why announce such an offer when it is not available for everyone? Kindly let me know how the plan works! You are blatantly putting up a false marketing gimmick. Check into this and please be fair to all in terms of how your plans work.

                Your company send me legal notice through "jan adalat (Court)" in order to pay remaining amount of my airtel broadband & landline connection.

                When i lived in indore, i took an airtel broadband & landline connection (Advanced rental plan for 5+1 month) in march 2015 and used that connection around 2 years (March 2017) till i lived in indore. Then i requested to your customer to disconnect my airtel connection though they told me that we will proceed my request and disconnect the connection but they didn't do.
                Many customer care representatives of airtel called me (During the period of end of my subscription plan) and ask me about my plan on airtel connection but i replied all of them same, to close my connection as soon as possible because i had to leave that place but no one did.

                I had already informed to your customer care representatives on call about my disconnection of airtel connection though my plan was advance rental (Prepaid) plan but they didn't do it on proper time.

                After our disconnection request we do not use any amount of internet data till now (07/09/2017) but bills generated in the duration of april-2017 to june-2017.

                Due to their failure & mistake, they are forcing me to pay the remaining amount that's not failure of mine.

                So, i kindly request you to remove the charges applied on my account or on me and also stop sending me the legal notice for the submission of remaining amount of airtel broadband & landline connection.

                      I have recharged with 399 offer one month before, but the package is applied till 28 days after that it is not working. And i got the attached message that the offer is valid for 70 days, now also yhe offer has to valid but it is not. When i am trying reach out customer care they don't english i don't know tamil this is happening since weeks. If you take some quick action on this would be appreciated. Thank you.

                        I am manoj dattatraya mugdar, airtel user from last 10 years.

                        My postpaid details as below,

                        Current monthly plan : rs. 499.00

                        Billing cycle : 11th of every month.

                        As i mentioned my monthly rental plan is rs 499.00 with benefits of 5gb internet data and unlimited voice calls, and i used this plan from last few months without any interruption.

                        I'm writing this mail regarding some service issue.

                        1. Last month (11 july - 10 august 2017) my total billing amount is rs 1751.96 it includes monthly rental rs 499.00, internet usage charge rs 985.76 plus taxes rs 267.20.

                        2. Current month i'm getting 5 gb data of as per data plan and previous month balance data 1005.6 mb. Referred attached screenshot of myairtel app.

                        3. My concern is if i got previous balance data for current use (Which i'm continuously monitoring day to day to avoid any extra charges for internet uses) then how you can charged me extra internet usage for previous month?

                        4.in my monthly bill (Invoice no[protected] internet usage showing 201883 pulse and when i convert this into gb it shows 1.92 gb if adding total billing usage and balance data its observed that which is lower than my monthly plan.

                        5. For above mentioned points i'm continuously following with customer care upto 9 times and also visited to airtel gallery at dombivali but i'm not getting fixed solution on this issues. I'm getting only two complaint no's while i'm calling nine times to customer care. From two of these one complaint (Complaint no[protected] is closed without my satisfaction and another one is open (Complaint no[protected].

                        This is big issue i'm continuously facing after application of gst, due to this i'm totally frustrate and it impact on my routine work.

                        Please take an immediate action and resolved this issue on top priority now i'm paying as per my monthly bill rental to avoid any late payment charges.

                        I'm waiting positive reply from your side.

                            ([protected]) am facing very bad network call quality issues in my apartment, we stay in the terrace, even though we are not receiving good quality or solid network coverage. Calls are dropping very frequently, and regarding data, there will be 4g symbol, but if you open any app or browser it will say no network connection.

                              Sir the episode goes like this, on 5th sept 2017 early morning a message was flashed on my phone mentioning that my voice services are blocked. At around 1130am i visited your airtel outlet at nehru place new delhi 110019. After checking it was identified that there was the problem in my sim and needs to be changed.in addition it was also informed that my ikyc also need updating. As i was carrying copy of my aadhar card also[protected] hence same was done there and then. At that time i was assured that my phone would be operational within 2 hrs although the comfortable claims as per them for restoring services are 4hrs (Quite acceptable to me) at 12:24 on 5th sept i received the sms twice saying that “your services have been set. Please restart your handset”. Accordingly i followed the instructions as advised. Until after rechecking with your call center [protected] at around 5.00-5.30 pm and speaking to one of the gentleman by the name of mr sushil i was made to understand that still my documents are not uploaded/punched by the customer care center, so i need get in touch with them again.

                              Highly annoyed with your services i approached airtel center again at around 6pm for my documents rechecking. My ikyc was re-entered through the transactions reference no[protected] and at 1810pm another sms with the same text as of afternoon sms was received by me asking again to restart phone to restore the services. With the futile efforts and end results, since then i have been following-up with your airtel customer care and have been struggling till today (7th sept at 1850hrs) for restoration of my services. It appears that airtel is not at all bothered to service its customer. You as a highly professional company would definitely understand the value of business continuity. The big question is who would bear this enormous loss to me. As still i don’t have any outlook when my services would be restored.

                              Today i am forced to write this mail formally under tremendous pressure. Surprisingly for this little problem if takes 3 days surely then the airtel support is in question as it was in past also? Not only this i’ve been suffering from airtel’s wretched out services since long.

                              In another incidence on 25th july 2016 at 14:29 a complaint was launched by me with transactions/ticket reference no 70524351 for highly poor connectivity at my place. A revert call was made to me for the issue and was assured for the resolution fast. After couple of days another response call was made by airtel communicating that the issue highlighted is related to the tower problem in my area. It was also shared that the issue is already escalated to all the concern department for the installation of new towers in your area for which the installation would take 2-3 months. Unpredictably the call was closed through the reference no f-[protected] dated 16th aug 2016 and also through another ticket no f[protected] dated 19th aug 2016.

                              Even after more than a year i am facing the problem of poor connectivity at my place new delhi 1100185 and am at the same place where i started. The frustrations are to the extent that i opened a another complaint with reference no 78818461 dated 22nd aug 2017 at 09:47 for the resolution of the long pending problem. Even i was informed that someone from network team airtel would visit me for checking the connectivity. Unfortunately there is no movement at all on my complaints.

                              Having going through the bitter experience of airtel services and if airtel intends to continue the same quality of services, for sure i won’t recommend airtel to any one in future. What is more i’d also start search for an alternative to my present service provider. Even overlooking the airtel’s association with for almost 2 decades.

                                I changed my airtel prepaid number to airtel postpaid by taking bundle family plan with monthly rental of rs.799 + gst in which i was promised to have 26 gb 4g data (5 gb for parent no. + 1 gb for child no. And 20 gb additional) every month and unlimited local & national calling with free incoming roaming facility. Data which left after billing cycle will be carry forward to next month. On 3rd of september, 2017, airtel suspended my parent no. And barred all services. I requested airtel customer care on the same day and they given me complaint no. Aften then for at least 5 days, i did not get my complaint resolved. I visited airtel customer care service centre for fault rectification at sco-32, pal plaza, ranjit avenue, b-block, amritsar several times and met customer care executives mrs. Monika and miss aamna. One of their lady supervisor was also there moving around with her mobile in hand and neck deep down dragged in mobile... Totally ignoring the customers. They said that they don't have any information about my number, it's all done at the end of airtel customer care head office. On 6th of september, i got 20 gb data in my parent no. By shouting several times to airtel customer care executive at customer point in amritsar. I had 60 gb available before suspension of my number, which was carry forward because of no use. They did not add that 60 gb data and say that we have no information in our system regarding that 60 gb and we have no information about why your number got suspended. Till now, my child number which was also on airtel postpaid, it's internet service is barred. Here at customer service point, executives whose names are mentioned above are totally untrained and unethical in terms of customer support. One of the executive changed my sim and said that your problem shall be resolved. For the parent no., i again called airtel customer care at 198 and every time their executives after listening to my problem say that i am going to transfe your call to senior department... And disconnect my call.

                                  From last 15-20 days network not available in magarpatta, pune and hadapsar, pune locality, from morning 9 to 12 at night its always phone shows no-service, sometimes phone shows full network coverage but call never get connected.
                                  Its really creating problem to do call.

                                  I also had chat with airtel customer care but till today its not being resolved
                                  Looking out for solution look into this if not possible from airtel service provider then i have to change the operator.
                                  Really bad service by airtel.

                                  There are emergencies which need to taken on priority which are not noticed due to this # network.
                                  Same issue was faced by my co-workers.
                                  I already raise a concern about same but its still not got resolved. Request company u resolve this asap.
                                  Hope provider will understand. If its not get resolved i have change network provider.

                                    Having network issue for 4g wifi hotspot (No. [protected]) in the sector-d, mandir marg, new delhi - 110001 area for last 2 months. Problem has now getting worse. Most of the time its no network, or if the network comes the signal strength is too weak i am unable to browse any webpage. I have made many complaint to airtel customer care over phone and email but i have not got any solution till date.

                                      My call id no is [protected] with airtel i have spoken with mr. Pankaj, he told me that due to system issue, airtel is not able to provide me bill of current month due to this i am not able to get my reimbursement worth rs 1000 rs.

                                      Due to this i am mentally depressed

                                        Hi,
                                        I have recharged worth rs 98, as mentioned in your site it is a data recharge pack, providing 1 gb data.
                                        After i recharged, my money got deducted and i got confirmation message saying 98 recharge is done.
                                        But in main account its still showing 0 gb data.
                                        This is the 2nd time i am having this issue.
                                        This is the nd time i am facing the same issue.
                                        Please look into this and resole your payments issue.
