Today morning when i was travelling in bus, my phone was picked up from my pocket, this happened some 2hours ago. Thus i would request you to block my sim.
Do i need to go to airtel shop for filing a physical complaint?
I will be highly grateful to you if you can take the required steps for blocking the same.

    Airtel company recharge is not reliable because i had taken recharge with 399rs with ul validity is 84 days but my out going is stopped in 28 day.
    This type of fraud work is going on from your copmany each month so that it is not accepted and i can take action against you in consumer court bcoz even before this, it has happened to me.

    Please resolve it as soon as possible.
    When will my problem be resolved?
    Provide a wrong Information & Fake Promise . Never solve my problem after 4 days . The Company Staff Cheat With Me and provide a wrong information. And the senior staff can't take a any action ... it provide a very cheap services...

      My name is jahangir alam, mob no. [protected]... I have recharge rs 399 on 4 th aug 2017 and the offer was included 1gb internet per day and all india calling free for 84 days.... But after 28 days my internet was stopped and i was asked for converting the sim into 4g. I did that within 2 days. After that i was calling to airtel customer care at 198 several time... Thay told me the next date.... From when i will get the service again for another 56 days.... But till now i did not get the remaining data.....
      I want to know how will i get my data back and why the customer care executives harassed me and misguided again and again????
      I attached the conversation with the customer care executives who misguided me again and again....

      Complaints are many so i have compiled in points
      1- 121 is given to talk to customer care but you cannot reach to it
      2- they talk about 4g, but their 3g internet is poor of all
      3- unauthorized deduction of money from account
      4- customer care representatives dont know how to talk to customer

        I wish to inform that i have done one net recharge on 11.09.2017 at about 9.31 am in my airtel no. [protected] but when final payment done the message showing your request not processd but in my account rs. 255.00 deducted.

        You are requested to please confirm the same whether it done or not?

          I had recharged a data pack of ₹899 on 13th august on my number : [protected] which mentioned to provide 210gb of 4g data on 4g handset for 84 days. However to my surprise i found my data pack has been deactivated from yesterday midnight which is 11th september. Now i am facing hell lot of issues in accessing network thereby cannot do my daily work. This is really frustrating to face when i had paid the money for a plan and i am not getting the service. This needs to be resolved asap as i have lot of tasks to complete and now i m not able to do it due to airtel not being complaint or providing fraud plans which i cannot rely upon. Can this be expedited asap and fixed!!!

          Offer showing validity 28 days but after recharge showing validity only 7 days and not providing the option to talk to the customer care executive.
          I have been using airtel sim for last ten years but now it seems as if your services are not as they are was in before. We all use airtel numbers in our family but now we are facing daily network problems in our locality... So kindly sort it out if possible..

            I had purchased an airtel sim i guess in 2008 and it taken under my dad's name. Now they are asking us to link the number with adhaar and my dad is no more so can i link it with my adhaar number or should i change the number to my name and then link it. If i have to do so what are the procedures. What are the documents required and how much time will it take to change

              My airtel prepaid number is [protected].

              I placed a request through airtel store to replace my damaged sim. I placed the request on 08.09.2017 after successful aadhar integration. Though it was told to me that maximum it may take 24 hours to activate the new sim.
              It is almost 70 hours, but my sim card yet to be activated.
              It is really painful for me to wait for so long to get the service.
              Airtel is now worse when compared to others.

Pls can you let me know about it. further in case it is being monitored then what is the source from where it is being monitored. Is it possible for any employ of airtel company or any other staff from of any service provided will be able to tap my phone.

                  I am currently using airtel postpaid connection number-[protected],
                  My data pack automatically stopped from 2.00 am, hence i am not able to use net connection.
                  I call costumer care they said there is some data pack issue and it will take 2 working days to resolve.
                  Why this kind of issue we will face, if we are paying bill on time,
                  Who will pay me that amount which is i am going to use for net connection with other sim/network.
                  Pls do needfull as your promise is you are the best network provider.

                    I have contacted airtel on many occasions about the fact that my ‘phone’ keeps loosing the signal and needs to be restarted. I have even asked for a new sim card but this doesn’t help. I have reset the network settings but again this doesn’t work. I have an iphone 7.

                    I used to be with airtel until recently with no problem (Same phone) before i changed to vodafone but found that they did not have the same signal etc that i required so decided to come back to airtel. Which i am not regretting?

                    I am missing many phone calls in my business as a hotelier and the internet is also dropping out.

                    Why!!!

                      I am mohit nagar is facing a lot of issues regarding the internet speed. The problem is persistent since 1 months or more and it is still not resolved recharge date 24-july-2017, there is no speed from the network every time i make the complain and every time the process is the same, then i have to complain again, again the same procedure.

                      I am regretting right now taking the airtel 4g network connection, in spite of paying 399 rs for 84 days i am not getting the proper service than what is the point of keeping the connection. I am tired of it now. Its better you resolve the problem or give me my money back with the harassment charges.

                      Even my network gets suddenly disappear after a call so i cant make the other call i had to search for the network manually and then able to make another call

                        I am from ahmednagar city and doing business of share market but airtel has too worst network that my transactions doesn't complete at proper time so loosing money also there is calling problem but they are advertise sabse fast network this is disgusting also it is unable to reconnect to internet with 4g speed it's totally disoppointing using iphone 5s for airtel 4g network but disconnect internet within 30 to 60 seconds and not easily reconnect to the internet

                          I took airtel 6 months plan of 6gb per month in 6k in january. Payment was done in january only. Although i dint use it but that is no issue. The issue is now after 6 months they are sending me further bills without any usage showing outstanding of 1503rs without any permission from me whether i wanted to continue it after 6 months or not. I request airtel to pls deactivate it ([protected]) and since airtel is a respected company i don't except them to charge people without any usage.

                            I want to complaint regarding poor service of airtel company. I gave request to port my number [protected] from idea network to airtel network on 5/9/2017. My number has ported on 8/9/2017. Today 2 days has passed my number is still not activate. Its my business number facing business loss. I contacted many times to airtel backend customer service and went airtel store too and change my sim but i couldn't get any solution. Noone give proper information and statements are not same each time when i talked to executives of airtel. I am very harassed and suffering business loss. I am calling press so all will aware about your company poor services and i am filing claim of business loss through consumer court.

                                My sim got activted before 4 days however msg service is not activated yet. Everytime i called they always transefer the call from one department to other and unable to the solution. Just advice me to wait for 24 hrs on every call even i am calling after 72 hours they are still saying to wait for 24 hours got frustrated with airtel service. Please look into my complaint i got one complaint no. 79348047 please look into it.

                                  I have raised complaint again and again wo the customer care of airtel. But there is no reply.
                                  1st i am unable to call customer care as what ever selections is being asked is in kannada which i don't understand.
                                  I have asked multiple time to change my language but no action has been taken yet.
                                  2nd i have recharged for 349 on 19th aug 2017 which gives benefits o[censored]nlimited call std/local and 28gb net for 28 day. But from 9sep itself my balance got deducting. For the same i wasn't able to call customer care as my language is kannada i raise to port my number, so customer care people will call them self to ask the issue. When i received call from them a person asked me to raise a complaint in calling to 155233.
                                  What the hell is this. I am frustrated with airtel.

                                    I have requested for porting from chennai to telangana to the same airtel network. After activation call to 59059 also i am not able to make any calls. I have kept porting request from your airtel customer service center in srinagar colony, hyderabad. I have been waiting since 2 days to activate my sim. Calling your customer service also but not at all responding properly and issue is not solved. I have faced worst customer service with airtel. Kindly rectify the issue.

                                      I am using airtel 4g internet but when i connect to 4g network it does not even work. So i was using 3g internet but experiencing s*t speed i did not even get 2g speed i am experiencing it from atleast3 months i have also called the customer care but they say 'ok we will fix it after 30 minutes you will get india's fastest airtel internet ' i was using airtel since i got a phone i was thinking that this is the best network even i did not bought jio because i thought this is the best network but airtel dissappointed me i think i have to stop using airtel if this could not resolved

                                        Sir, i am having airtel postpaid connection of mobile no-[protected], to my account 10 gb data is offered by airtel company & same is reflected at airtel mobile application & i am using same data every month, only 1 month have not charged for internet, after that suddenly they have charged in rs.500/- on aug-17 & rs. 500/- on sep-17 bill respectively, after requesting & visited to airtel center & they are not willing to reversing of amount. Hence kindly help me and instruct to airtel company for refund the same & lodge a complaint for doing fraud things to the costomer by wrong guidance.
