I am durga prasad. I am using airtel broadband connection (Ac no: [protected]). I shifted my house in last month aug 30 2017. So i had given request to relocate my broadband connection on same day.
My new new house is very near to my old house (Just 250 mts). When i given request, customer care person said there is feasibility at my new house and same day one person called and he said, i am coming sir and i will relocation the connection. But he didn't come. Today some one called from customer care, he said there is no feasibility at my new house area. Why there said first there is feasibility.
Why are you playing with cutomer. If you don't have that much capability, don't give the new connection to customer. If i apply for new connection for same location they ready to give new connection, but relocation is not possible. I diddn't see such type of game with operator.
It is very shame to airtel as big company, they are not able provide relocation connection for 250 mts in metro city.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have not opted for HOT Chillies service. But still, money got deducted from HOT CHILLIES.
Kindly deactivate the same.

An Airtel service store in NUZVID(521201) he asked money of RS.50 for 4G upgrading. I got a message that 4G upgrading is Free of cost.
