I have been using Airtel postpaid connection (No:[protected] connected to my family no: [protected]).
For the last four months, the calls service is very poor. Both sides of a call are always distracted. Unable to hear anything. Calls connections are also delayed.
I have complained the same through the Airtel Thanks app but they take at least 15 days to answer the query or resolve the issue.
I understand the administrative delays.
However, my request to you is to direct the Airtel service provider not to charge the monthly rental charge from customers till the issue is resolved. Otherwise, I end up paying them for very limited usage of the connection.

      Did not get refund for my transaction

      Helo this is rishav ray.on20 February, 2022. I was doing a recharge of Rs 666 from my airtel wallet on mobile no-[protected]. the moment i entered my pin, money got deducted from my account but recharge was not successful.(Order Id[protected]). i recieved an sms that order has been failed and amount will be refunded in 7-10 business days. many days have passed and still i have not recieved my refund. when i mailed airtel payment...

          I am using airtel sim with more then 5 years now, and suddunlly it is showng no network bar from straight 2 days and it is my main sim, i have visited to airtel web page which tells me to dial on 198 but how can i if there is no network.

            My Data plan is 2 GB per day and without using it has been finished.
            Since last 5 days I have facing the same problem and when I have call to Airtel customer care then they said your data is utilized in night hour but I have not using data in night hours as well I have putting data off in night hours..

            I have also attached data usage snapshot of this month for the same..
            I have used total 12 GB data in last 16tn days and airtel customer support says you have utilized complete 2GB daly data..

            Required resolution on the same on that...

              My all the calls are dropping since a month and no body takes the accountibility for this from their customer service, I am a customer with airtel since quiet a while and i hold 7 connections with them Inspite of multiple complaints my issue is never resolved. I lost my job because continuosly for a month i have faced network issues and every time they say it will be resolved in a month but it is not and eventually i lost my job as am in the calling profile and i work from home. I need a compensation as my 3 months salary from airtel to pay for my loss

                    Sir/madam,
                    I was in Bangalore from the month of aug 2021- Dec 2021 when I had used Airtel broadband service ONLY FOR A PERIOD OF 06 MONTHS TILL MONTH OF FEB 2022. I paid rs 3500 initially in the month of August. I was contacted by airtel service executive Mr Chetan [protected], [protected] in the month of August 2021 when I subscribed to your service who clearly said that ROUTER WAS FREE WITH THE SERVICE AND I CAN KEEP IT. if they insist I will give it back to them. I had put cancellation request thru mr Chetan and myself to the Airtel Back in DEC 2021. THE REQUEST WAS NEITHER ATTENDED TO NOR UPDATED. The service was autorenewed without my knowledge in Feb 2022 and I am being asked to pay up for the same an amount of rs 3533/- without my consent or knowledge. I will NOT PAY for the service I haven't used and which was IMPOSED ON ME without my KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. I have paid for 6 months service which I have used. I also want Airtel to refrain from contacting me regarding the same.

                          Unfortunately not many forums left where I can request this.

                          The Customer Care representatives at 121 or 198 Support unfortunately don't understand this, nor do the ones at Service Centre.

                          I am facing the same issue... infact many would be facing but they don't know the cause...due to this volte is unavailable and call quality is very poor and fragile

                            I did an airtel recharge of rs 1799 on a wrong number by mistake on 13th march 2022 through csb mobile application
                            ref no:[protected]

                            the last number of my mobile number got wrong while typing by mistake and the recharge was done on some other number outside kerala. tried to contact airtel customer service but no response. i do not not what is to be done as it is not a small amount, i would like to have a reversal of recharge or refund.
                            tried to send a text message to airtel customer service using the wrong recharge reversal format but service was unavailable. kindly do the needful.

                              Airtel prepaid service provider is not solving poort internate connection from last one year. I am complaining from nov'21 till date. They have cheated me of double recharge of Rs 479 on same time on Dec'21. Assured me of providing uninterrupted internate connection from Nov'21 till date. Even his Nodal officer/Appelate is not picking phone now. They are closing my service request very often without resolving the problem.My mobile no is [protected], Orissa. I have no option than to switch to other network. All are saying wait from nov'21

                                  On 8th feb, I visited airtel habsiguda store to transfer my connection from postpaid to prepaid. I was asked to make the remaining bill payment of postpaid INR 1047 and I cleared the dues. I was informed that the connection request was successful and my sim was converted to prepaid. But again I got a postpaid bill in March for the remaining 227rs. On calling customer care, I was informed that the connection was not converted to prepaid and there was no such transaction made. I visited the store twice and still there’s no resolution. Both the store personnel and customer service teams have been useless not providing any resolution to any issue so far and seem to be least interested in resolving customer issues
