I have been using Airtel postpaid connection (No:[protected] connected to my family no: [protected]).
For the last four months, the calls service is very poor. Both sides of a call are always distracted. Unable to hear anything. Calls connections are also delayed.
I have complained the same through the Airtel Thanks app but they take at least 15 days to answer the query or resolve the issue.
I understand the administrative delays.
However, my request to you is to direct the Airtel service provider not to charge the monthly rental charge from customers till the issue is resolved. Otherwise, I end up paying them for very limited usage of the connection.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
