    Airtel have installed an internet booster tower in jeevan vihar, shastri nagar, ghaziabad, Uttarpradesh at house no. C -22.
    I request you to take some preventive steps as it is not good for health because it causes hazardous radiations and i request you to remove that tower as soon as possible.

    Please take this into consideration .

      For above issue, Airtel service engineers are making false promises & not resolving it. Airtel customer care executives just make promises and say that the same has been escalated. this issue is pending for last 40 hours

          Hi Team,

          This is regarding my complaint about three recharges that I have made through net banking and via gpay window for a similar number. I was under assumption that my first payment got failed as I have got a message on the same and I have tried twice from netbanking solution and one time from gpay. Among this one payment was successful and rest of the two failed. I wanted to request for a refund of these two payment requests that I have made which is a total of 6000/- Indian rupees.             Hi, I'm using Airtel postpaid connection in netherlands for more than 4 years. Since morning 10:30 suddenly the signal dropped and i tried this sim with other mobiles also but still no signal at all. But I can able to see the sim is detected in the sim card management . So the problem with the network collaboration. Since all my OTP s are connected to this sim card number i'm totally struck now. Please give me a quick solution

              For my SR#[protected], Airtel service engineers are making false promises & not resolving it. There is no system to talk to Airtel customer care executives.

              Despite my repeated mails (ONLY WAY OF COMMUNICATION with them), there is no response.

                I could not send port message from airtel. I am in unlimited plan (rs.179). but i my message is not send to 1900.

                Last time airtel said i am not in unlimited plan. so i could not send port message to 1900. but now i am in 179 unlimited plan. but still i could not send a message.

                  I went to a Airtel store in tollygunge kolkata. Address is premises 41 D, Ashok nagar, Tollygunge kolkata-700040. I went there for SIM replacement. My SIM was old and I want a new SIM. The lady in the store said that there is a mismatch in the name so you have to take postpaid Sim. My sim was prepaid. She said your ownership will not remain if you will not take postpaid. Otherwise the Sim will get deactivated. And also said she don't have any other options. She activated postpaid plan and said that you have to keep postpaid for 4 months otherwise the SIM will get deactivated. She cheated me. My number is [protected].Please take strict action against her and change my Sim to prepaid. I can pay expensive lla.

                      On 24th Feb the abovementioned airtel landline number which is on my name was given a waiver of 250/= + taxes which comes out to be 295 rs total.

                      Numerous complaints were made to AIRTEL
                      121 customer service regarding issues with the connection and when I recived the bill I called back on 121 and was given the above mentioned 250/= plus taxes discount as I did NOT want to continue with AIRTEL with so many issues.

                      The executive named MAANSI provided me a waiver of 250/= plus taxes as she was from the retention department and did not want to loose a customer.

                      Since then till today the waiver has not been processed and I recieve more than 5 calls a day to deposit the bill which has not yet been adjusted with the amount of 295/= rs.

                      It's been almost a month and now very FRAUDENTLY I have been charged with the late payment fees and today morning itself my connection has been RESTRICTED which means NO INTERNET and NO OUTGOING calls from the landline number provided.

                      Just yo keep the BILLING CYCLE active AIRTEL has FRAUDENTLY kept my incoming calls active so that they can bill me for another month and also fine me with late payment fees and asking me to pay the bill in which NO adjustment has been made till now.

                      I have also contacted 121 myself numerous times that I am willing to the bill after the adjustment and alli I am promised from AIRTEL 121 support team is that they are SORRY as the adjustment of 295/= is not yet made from their side and matter being ESCALATED to the senior department with the promise of a call back and adjustment being made in 24 hours but as usual it's a no show.

                      On 20th March I had a lengthy conversation with one
                      Aditi Vajpayee of the AIRTRL team
                      The call landed in Madhya Pradesh in the north
                      district as per the information provided by her.
                      The interaction ID for the same was
                      [protected] and as usual I was promised a call back from the senior department with the resolution but again a no show.

                      It's as simple as
                      I use the connection so I should pay the bill
                      I was OVERBILLED as my issue took weeks to be solved so I was given a waiver which never reflected in my account and I did not pay the bill and constantly called 121 to make the adjustment and take the bill on call itself.

                      This is pure HARASSMENT on the part of AIRTEL by NOT DISCONNECTING the services fully and keeping the account active and FRAUDENTLY promising WAIVER by not processing it almost a month after also.

                      When the issue has been raised and ESCALATED by the 121 team numerous times as I get called up frequently whole day regarding the billing issue then why am I being HARASSED by being called up whole day again and again.

                      When the issue has been ESCALATED there should be some patience on the part of AIRTEL of not calling me up again and again for the due bill which is actually mistake and delay on their part.

                      I want to SUE the company i.e.AIRTEL
                      for the HARASSMENT and MENTAL TRAUMA they are causing by calling again and again whole day without checking why there is a delay on the part of customer.

                      Today also called up to solve the pending issue but FRAUDENTLY was again asked to wait 24 hours and the person named
                      SHOYSHAB KHAN from the DISCONNECTION department very FRAUDENTLY never provided the interaction id of the call no the state or region where the call hd landed.

                      Such matters re o[censored]tmost carelessness and should be checked by concerned authorities.

                      ABSOLUTELY ZERO RESPONSE from the AIRTEL team. NO resolution provided as of yet also my internet and outgoing call services have been barred but still FRAUDENTLY AIRTEL is keeping my account active so that they can keep on billing me for the services and late payment charges.

                        Iam using airtel postpaid plan rs999 on my number [protected]. On 05 Jan 2022 I have raised complaint as Internet issue with airtel #[protected]. For almost 2 months i called customer care for this problem. after multiple calls and mails they replied that they working on it. Suddenly on 04 Mar 2022 i received SMS saying that this complaint was resolved, upon calling customer care they said complaint was automatically closed by system becoz of the timeline yet Iam paying bills and still with issue. After some heated conversation from airtel they raised another compliant #[protected] on same day. Mrs.Aishwarya from airtel promised that they will take it on priority and will reolve the issue by 19th Mar 2022. So I have waited untill 18th Mar 2022. On 18th I have receiced SMS saying that complaint was reosolved upon calling customer care again they said compliant was closed and the solution was "soft optimised". yet Iam still facing network issue now additionaly Iam facing call droping also. I got frustrated and started scolding Mrs.Revathy from airtel on the call. after an hour she asked me wait again 7 days untill 26th Mar 2022. Everytime I tried connect with senior members yet they are litreally begging to excues airtel and wait for some more time. Even almost 2.5 months after India's No:1 network provider cant able solve my network issue, shameleslly they are still generating bill asking me pay.

                          I did recharge on 22 March 2022 for someone else's number through Airtel app but instead the recharge happened on my number.

                          I rechecked by doing recharge for another airtel number as well but still the recharge was initiated to my number only.

                          Since this was an app related issue, I want my last recharge transaction to be reverted and amount transferred back to my account.

                            I am ziyad i am from India but now I am residing in qatar. I can not get any incoming messages and messages from my airtel number [protected].
                            Because of this problem I can't using banking. Not getting the OTP. can you please solve this problem. Don't have any problem for outgoing calls and messages its working

                                Dear sir / madam,

                                one of your collection team called and mailed for activation and reversal of rentals we have made the payment of rs. 879 and the rental reversal amount is 878 as the service was not used for almost 45 days and we have raised the complaint many times for service issue in a week 3 to 4 days the service won't be available if we raise the issue to the customer care say's we will assign the person the person will come after 24hrs - 48hrs and he will be clueless about the problem and he will give some reason that the power flow is high in poll from were we are getting the connection & the full plan is airtel black plan which includes Broadband and DTH so the total amount for both the service was rs. 1757 as per mail conversation he offerd me to pay the half amount as it was service issue and balance will be reversed towards your rentals & now there is no service at all no internet and no DTH and no one are responding properly nor customer care nor collection team so please assist on this asap.

                                  I'm in Dubai. I’d recharged with the international roaming pack of 1199 on my number [protected]. It was supposed to give me 30 days roaming. But it just worked for one day. Unable to make or receive call since 2 days now.
                                  Even customer care couldn’t help. They say it’ll be fixed in 48hrs. But it’s not acceptable at all. On an international trip how am I going to manage without calling ability for so long. I also need a refund for the wasted time when I you’d charged me money but didn’t provide the service.

                                    With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that the internet connection in our area has not been working between( 5 pm to 1 am) for the last 2 months. I have made several calls on customer care and visit airtel center and also complaint in airtel thanks app but I haven’t get proper response.

                                    As you know I am a Bachelor's and UPSC aspirant and all of my class is done online and for that, I need a proper network and internet connection throughout the day and evening. My house location is exactly on the 500m south west away from the airtel tower on the main road. Then Why have i have to face such issues?? Not only me but All the airtel users facing such problems in my area. My location address as mentioned below.

                                    I saw your advertisement for airtel fixing such type of internet, network and no signal issue so I am requesting you otherwise I have to port my all no in vodafone or jio.
                                    Because now it is very difficult to wait for this.

                                        Hello there,

                                        I have taken new broadband connection on March-4th-2022, for which AMAZON PRIME VIDEO subscription was free upto one year, however while am trying to claim that offer, it is showing as activated, which is not actually.

                                        Hence i have raised complaint on this same, its been two weeks they are not providing any solution instead of that they are asking me to pay the money.

                                        Airtel is cheating customer's by offering false promises.
