I had recharged my number +91 [protected] with an amount of INR 1199 Transaction number[protected]
Transaction Date- 08/03/2022

The amount was selected by me by mistake as I did not realise that the plan only provided ISD roaming and not outgoing ISD calls.

I then recharged my number with the correct amount. Request you to please refund the amount and deactivate the ISD plan as it is not being used.

Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me..

    The issue that I have experienced was: Airtel Payment Bank - FasTag Deactivation and Refund Issue

    [CASE:14371766] - FasTag Deactivate

    I want to deactivate my Airtel FasTag due to face some service-related issue. As discussed with Customer Care, I have cut the FasTag and attached for same and requested to provide me full refund (Reserve amount + Balance amount).

    I have done this on[protected]. Approx after 1 month, they provide any support and not deactivate my FasTag and not refund my amount. Also, I got email again and again to provide FasTag cut in two pieces while I provide 2 times.

    I have email and reminded to much time, but the didn't provide any solution. I have attached all emails in a PDF

    It occurred on: 16/02/2022

    Deactivate my FasTag as well as refund my amount as quick as possible

    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

      I am NIDHI SORATHIYA. My employee number is 2317858. I have joined Airtel from 10th January and my salary is still due till date as my employer is not providing the same. It's been 11 days than, still I didn't get one. I have talked with them very politely, but they are not ready to listen anything. I have already sent lots of e-mails, But no one is responding.       Paid electricity bill
      On 7th of March via airtel thanks app utility bill payment and While Paying using Airtel Thanks App the Transaction was successful. My bank has confirmed that the Amount has been paid to Airtel BUT Airtel has not paid YET to the supplier so the bill is still outstanding on my TNEB account.

        I am having Airtel Sim card, and the same is with my mother. We got 2 sim card, both from Airtel . Earlier, we used to have the mobile network for airtel, here in dubai . For that we used to recharge the SIM card, so that card will remain active. From last 2 weeks, suddenly the network disappears. It happens with both of our number. We used to have this to receive some critical SMS from necessary services.
        We dont know, why the network disappears.

          I have subscribe for the unlimited package of Rs. 2999 on 31st Dec 2021 which includes free subscription for Disney-Hotstar. But still not activated on same

            I am using Airtel black broadband with 3 mobile numbers bundled in it. Since 2 months Airtel is sending wrong bills with some fake ISD calls in it. The bill shockingly sows numbers of different countries USA, UAE, EUROPE, CHINA, TAIWAN SINGAPORE etc., which is all false. Last month i.e., January to February, they have generated a bill with a huge amount. I have been calling the customer executive consequently since 5 days. I nearly spoke to 25 different customer executives and made them understand that NO ISD calls were made and requested them to investigate the issue. They tried to convince me to pay the bill of fake ISD calls. While I was explaining they said that they are waiving the ISD bill and àpologized. But again I received new bill for February and March. Again it has some ISD call numbers in it. I asked them to investigate but they are saying ok and closing the call. They clearly know that there is some issue at their end and they are trying to avoid it without solving. They mentioned some ISD numbers and asking me to pay. They are not ready to investigate. Please help me with this matter.

              I tried to contact via customer mail but they are sending me reply that my mail id is not registered with my cell number (+91 [protected]) there is no customer care number they provided and they are also not taking any request from there Airtel application simply they send error message. I want to resolve this because I couldn't receive any OTP SMS from any bank so I’m unable to use any bank services for any type of payments.

                Prepaid Recharge Rs.2999/- failed @airtel - UPI payment done on 02-02-2022.

                I have done this transaction of 2, 999/- for my mobile recharge of Airtel no. [protected] on 2nd Feb 2022. The transaction was successful from the HDFC Bank to Airtel BHIM UPI and the amount got deducted from my account but the recharge failed. I was supposed to get the refund within 7 to 10days but it has been more than a 1 month and I am yet to receive my refund amount. I tried everything, contacting almost all the points of contact of Airtel...

                I had Done a recharge on[protected] of Rs.460 and the Recharge Failed but the Amount Deducted in Airtel Thanks app, Then a Message came that Amount will be Refunded but Not yet Came into Bank Account. I have called All the Customer Call Numbers 400 and 121. But they Didnot do anything to solve the problem, But they keep telling it will be Refunded in a week, from The Last month the same reply is coming from them.

                  I recently bought an iPhone 12 and my FaceTime and iMessage services are not activating with my phone number also i tried with another airtel number same issue perhaps, yet it’s working fine with my Apple ID. also it working fine with another vodafone and JIO Number

                  I tried calling apple support to look into it, but all the settings were fine with the phone, also i have restore my iphone from service center but still facing same issue, also i meet a guy in service center he facing same issue with Iphone 12, so it’s definitely a technical snag at the carriers end. Airtel is not updated there carrier setting for iphone 12 Due to this this issue arrives with all iphone12, i have complaint in customer care but no one revert properly they saying its issue from handset end but if there is issue from handset side then all carrier should face same issue but here problem created due to airtel network or there technical issue, .

                  They said that an amount should’ve been deducted from my account to activate the service, but no amount has been deducted from my account yet as that service is not supported by airtel with handset iphone 12 or may be higher

                  is this service going to update or should i switch to another carrier? i visted service center they clearly told me that its confirmed problem from airtel end if they don't resolve then change carrier / Network provider.

                    AIRTEL 4G NETT COVERAGE OF AIRTEL IS VERY SLOW AT LABOUR HUT, BACHELI, DANTEWADA DISTRICT OF CHHATTISGARH. NO response from Airtel even though is trying to contact several times. There is a malafied intention with other network. No speed. Unable to do online transaction and works with Airtel. Also problem for online study. Buffering videos.

                      Third class unreliable untrustworthy company sold faulty xstream box and denying warranty no support from nodal too it seems they fooling customer like me sending also sends false SMS of free OTT subscription which actually not available in my account and no response from them on the same very unprofessional and careless company

                        I have done recharge 2 times of RS.209 @ times first time from APB and 2nd time from Axis Bank.
                        This was not my mistake. This was the error from the end of APB. Money got debited from APB but they showed the transaction failed "money will be refunded in 10 days"
                        Then after waiting for 3 hours, iI did a Rs.209 recharge from Axis bank
                        I waited for 10 days but I didn't received the refund. So, I called APB helpline. And they told me to contact 121.
                        I called 121 and they told me that your 2nd recharge will be activated once the first one gets over
                        2nd is expired 4 days ago but still, the recharge is not activated nor I am receiving my refund.

                          I am a NRI working in Hong Kong and using Airtel number from past 2 years. The sim card stopped working last month and from then I am continuously following up with Airtel customer care at 121 email and also Airtel branch in Kolkata. With flights banned I ma not able to travel from Hong Kong to India and so not able to be physically present for the sim replacement request.

                          Initially they agreed to hand over the sim to my blood relative (my father) in this case. Though they are not accepting Hong Kong Visa as valid visa and not even giving any reason or explanation.

                          I am only requesting to let me know what documents are further required. But Airtel team never reached me to explain the issue. Please help.
                          If the sim card can not be issued in my name i would like to request if it can be transferred to my father's name. Pleas help.

                            I have recharged(Sun, 06 Mar 2022) for 148 Data Pack of 15 GB, in which I consumed only around 5 GB. Since the existing validity is about to expire, I recharged(Tue, 08 Mar 2022) an amount of 179(unlimited pack) with a validity of 28 days to continue the service. But unfortunately, my remaining 10 Gb data is not provided.
                            Requesting to carry forward my unused data 10 GB.

                              I have activated dnd service with airtel to avoid unwanted calls fro telemarketer and other phisers . Now airtel has blocked me from making calls saying that I have been making unwanted calls . I am a banker and I do make calls to my own contact list since that bast 8yrs . Yet on this day they chose to limit my calls to 20 call/day or sometimes even block my number without even making a single call as well . The service provider chose to do this without any logic or intimation. They icing to the cake is whenever I try to make a call I get a service prompt saying that I haven't paid my bills which is why my service for making any outgoing calls is blocked but in reality there is no payment due even for a single day . When I talk to the service people ( Today ot was Mamatha : supervisor)they nonchalantly answer that "for further info you can just check our website or send an email". I am right in between work where I need to make important calls and this is what I need to run after. Without proper intimation or adjudication I made to suffer for not a mistake of mine. Need an immediate resolution

                                My Airtel D2H was suspended due to recharge was not done .Today after recharging they deducted Rs 15 as charge .Being an consumer it's upon us to choose when to avail the service .it's basically postpaid service if we will pay then we can able to see the channels.

                                Again it's our turn when to see channels then how can they decided to impose fines for not charging.This is not fare and the amount should be refunded.
