There is only 2G network even i complain by Airtel thanks app .
My problem was not solved...

My Airtel SIM was not working. Visited an Airtel showroom and they provided a new SIM, verified my Aadhar, took my photo and asked me to wait for a day to complete the verification of my genuinity at my residence.

The next day an Airtel executive called me to my alternate mobile number that was provided already. I was in a meeting and returned the call five minutes later.

Due to Kissan protest in Punjab, I was not able to operate fastag for so many months. Airtel payment bank made my wallet account Dormant and made fastag inactive attached to account. Now they mailed me that there is no procedure to make wallet account active and not telling the process to activate/recharge fastag....

I am not able to connect my hotspot from this network....

My Airtel Xtream fiber optic internet got disconnected frequently. Always get resolved on next day. Thus wasting too much time. I purchased 6 months plan. It has been 1.5 months. There is no refund. Otherwise I will change the service. Everytime it takes 24 hours to get resolved....

Absolutely Airtel has NO RANGE or very weak range in Erandwane, Ganeshnagar Pune area and In Pragat House, Dr. Bedekar Hospital, Thane area. Pls resolved it as early as possible....

While purchasing Airtel postpaid connection I have verified with the sales staff whether I can deactivate and go for discnnection through email. they said yes ...I sent an email to [protected]@in.airtel.com
with all the relevant details and I have "cleared all the bill till date" and requested for disconnection.

but till date they have not disconnected it and there is acknowledgment for the email which I sent them.

Almost two years back I enquired about Airtel broadband services, and from that day onwards, I am getting calls from Airtel to my phone number which is not an airtel number. I requested them not to call me anymore, but I'm still getting calls. It's really frustrating. They are not deleting my number. I can't activate DND, because I'm getting promotional messages from the brands which I opted for. But not this one, because they never asked...

I have already recharged offer 2 gb and extra i make another recharge of 50 GB, but the extra gb is going fastee than a train whats its happen ng, i lost my recharge amount, y should my blance going like this how its happening its very painful...

I had visited a Airtel Store on Hyderabad (Near Kachiguda Railway Station) to get a replacement sim on my number - [protected]. But, my number is not activated still.
I had visited the store with my original documents, and I was told it would be activated in 3 days, but its already more than 15 days....

I had cancelled my broadband connection, as the Airtel couldn't delivery the speed they promised. They promised 100 mbps and could only deliver 24 mbps. After disconnecting, the customer care called and said that modem should be given back and 1000 rs deposit will be refunded. The technician came and took the modem Jan 6, 2022.

I have still to get the refund and their customer care is worthless. Cannot get a hold of anyone...

Hello! I was using my Indian sim actively when I was in India. But, recently I have moved to the UK. My Indian sim was active for 2 months but now it is not working. THe recharge is not being reflected in my account....

I raised multiple complaint regarding my 4g issue they closing the tickets after last date stating that they resolved. They don't check with us if the issue is resolved or not they wasted my 2months of time but no one contacted me but they send bill every month on time worst customer service...

I am an NRI working in Abu Dhabi and Visit my native in India (UP) once a year. I have Airtel prepaid life time service SIM card. Mobile phone no is +91-[[protected]]. I retuned from India on Dec 15, 2021 and My SIM card was working until Jan 19, 2022 but after that I am unable to receive any messages. I am just trying to use this SIM card but while using this SIM, it doesn't indicate any mobile network in Abu Dhabi and shows "Not registered...

Airtel sim suddenly stopped working. Only emergency calls available.
Resetted the network settings, Selected the carrier manually, restarted, swapped the sim, changed the mobile etc., nothing worked

I had applied for new Airtel Xstream Fiber Connerction on 30 january 2022. And their sales man also visited our place and insist us for the plan of 6 months which is of around 3.5k and he promissed us that our connection will be installed within Few hours by their engineer.. on their promissed we paid for this plan (3500) and then the sales man depart. There is very low network coverage in my area from last 2-3 months. Complaint so mANY TIME via their app but always getting automated response that your problem will be resolved in 30 days...but same problem still there and their is no option to complaint through call and when airtel internet not working there airtel app do not allow you to complaint via any other network u need working airtel connection...bruuuu why i need to complaint if...

My prepaid airtel sim card is showing rejected from the last week. So, please help me how to get rid of it.
