Dear sir / madam,

one of your collection team called and mailed for activation and reversal of rentals we have made the payment of rs. 879 and the rental reversal amount is 878 as the service was not used for almost 45 days and we have raised the complaint many times for service issue in a week 3 to 4 days the service won't be available if we raise the issue to the customer care say's we will assign the person the person will come after 24hrs - 48hrs and he will be clueless about the problem and he will give some reason that the power flow is high in poll from were we are getting the connection & the full plan is airtel black plan which includes Broadband and DTH so the total amount for both the service was rs. 1757 as per mail conversation he offerd me to pay the half amount as it was service issue and balance will be reversed towards your rentals & now there is no service at all no internet and no DTH and no one are responding properly nor customer care nor collection team so please assist on this asap.

    I'm in Dubai. I’d recharged with the international roaming pack of 1199 on my number [protected]. It was supposed to give me 30 days roaming. But it just worked for one day. Unable to make or receive call since 2 days now.
    Even customer care couldn’t help. They say it’ll be fixed in 48hrs. But it’s not acceptable at all. On an international trip how am I going to manage without calling ability for so long. I also need a refund for the wasted time when I you’d charged me money but didn’t provide the service.

      With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that the internet connection in our area has not been working between( 5 pm to 1 am) for the last 2 months. I have made several calls on customer care and visit airtel center and also complaint in airtel thanks app but I haven’t get proper response.

      As you know I am a Bachelor's and UPSC aspirant and all of my class is done online and for that, I need a proper network and internet connection throughout the day and evening. My house location is exactly on the 500m south west away from the airtel tower on the main road. Then Why have i have to face such issues?? Not only me but All the airtel users facing such problems in my area. My location address as mentioned below.

      I saw your advertisement for airtel fixing such type of internet, network and no signal issue so I am requesting you otherwise I have to port my all no in vodafone or jio.
      Because now it is very difficult to wait for this.
      It would be highly appreciated if you respond you my complaint as soon as possible. Thank you.

          Hello there,

          I have taken new broadband connection on March-4th-2022, for which AMAZON PRIME VIDEO subscription was free upto one year, however while am trying to claim that offer, it is showing as activated, which is not actually.

          Hence i have raised complaint on this same, its been two weeks they are not providing any solution instead of that they are asking me to pay the money.

          Airtel is cheating customer's by offering false promises.

              There was a credit balance of Rs. 1500 open on my DTH account since Jan'22 and Airtel asked me for the bank details/cancelled cheque to process with the refund and till date they have not refunded the money after providing my account details. Whenever I send an email, they will raise a ticket and ask me to wait for a week after a week they will raise another ticket. Today they have replied to my email stating that they have a different team who work on the DTH issues and I have to contact them for the refund. Airtel has mentioned earlier stating that being an Airtel black customer, we will have a single point of contact/officer to resolve our queries or concerns. But that seems that their statement is only on their site/app and not in reality.

              For me they just delay the refund and adjusting the amount in the upcoming bills.

                Hi.
                I did an advance prepaid recharge of my airtel number in the beginning of March 2022, through the Amazon app. The amount has been debited from my bank account as well. I have the receipt as well. I thought the recharge would take effect after the previous plan expired (which was just recently), but it didn't. Now my number is barred from making calls, etc.

                I don't if I'm supposed to provide my number here.
                Please rectify this situation as soon as you can. Thank you.

                    I switched from postpaid to prepaid on March 2nd and since then my internet is not working. I complained several times (lost count how many times) and after every promised deadline, internet issue not resolved.

                    I am in a cycle of calling, complaining, talking to supervisors, getting promised deadlines, and calling again after deadlines to complain about internet not working. My latest deadline is 24th March, after complaining today.

                    I tried all changes in setting as suggested by Airtel, even changed my SIM on 5th March, visited Airtel stores, got my mobile checked, swapped SIMs, switch-OFF/ON, took SIM out and re-inserted SEVERAL TIMES!

                    I am told that Airtel tried to reach me but couldn't, I am surprised as I never received any call from Airtel. I even provided alternate Airtel number and didn't receive any call on that number either.

                    I am outside India, bought expensive IR pack pack on 16th March after assurance from your representative that my issue is resolved on 11th March and internet will work (You record calls, please cross-check)

                    You can cross-check how many times have I complained both while in India and after traveling internationally. In total, it has been 18 days since I am complaining and my internet still not working.

                    Please do something about it or refund my money.

                        Having network issue more than a week in 4th cross, 8th main, byrasadra, Jayanagar 1st block east, bangalore. I don't know how long it will take them to resolve issue. No network, not able to use internet.

                          Got a new prepaid sim, was told to wait 4 hours and it will activate and I will receive a sms. Nothing received still waiting, the Airtel guy who set it all up for us refuses to pick up the phone... Completely unsatisfied..

                              SMS not received in UAE

                              Airtel have adverstised that SMS are received FREE of cost even internationally (without an International Roaming pack).

                              However, this does not seem to work on my phone. No support from the side of the company to resolve this....

                                Someone Else's Bill Sent to Me

                                I am receiving internet consumption bill from airtel black since last 2 months though I do not have any active Airtel connection. The bill owner shares similar name as mine, however the other details like address and Father's name are different. Just because our names are similar, Airtel has picked up my mail ID and sending me the bills every month. I have written to them but even for March 2022 I have received a mail with the bill details...

                                I was a loyal customer of Airtel, a platinum customer and also opted for Airtel Black. They have not responded to any of my complaints and emails on network issues at my home in south Delhi. When I requested for port they asked for time to resolve the issues. After 3 months of continuous follow up and harrasment they haven't provided the resolution and are not asking for bill payment of 2 months when I've not used any of the services in last 4 months.

                                  I recharged for 155/- Rs bundle 4 days back. However till today whenever I browse internet or use wats app it says no data available. It seems this is one type of a loot they started. Like me there could be milions of people who may be facing problem. Why such a cheating, discomfort, inconvenience, irritation to the customer at customer cost? Does Airtels management cares such issue. ?

                                    Respected Sir,
                                    I was having Airtel Postpaid No . [protected], Airtel was having Family 999 Plan, wherein 2 more Nos can be Included .Accordingly I Ported 2 Vodafone nos in Airtel .Total 3 Nos .One primary Airtel No and 2 Airtel Ported Vodafone Nos . Airtel is Providing Me 2 bills. one of Primary No and 2nd Bill of Family Plan Nos ie Rs 999 family Plan which is having only 2 Nos .
                                    I requested them to to give only one Bill of Family Plan which Includes all 3 Nos. One Primary No. and 2 Airtel ported Nos, I have given them 3 reminders but I didn't get any resolution of the same & unnecessary I have to pay 2 bills .I request you to ask Airtel to Reimburse my Extra Money .& give me justice as airtel has cheated me .
