I did a prepaid recharge (mrp299) on date 1/03/22 but its not reflecting in my phone number ([protected]).. I tried calling coustomer care but couldn't connect to them so i tried mailing them and address my problem but instead this is what they replied me " Dear Customer,

For your account security, we would request you to call us at our customer care number 121 and get your email ID registered against your number.

One thing i don't get is that, why is it necessary to register my gmail account inorder to solve my problem? Am i not their coustomer? And weren't they there to help their coustomer issue? I mean this is ridiculous. If this thing don't change then I'm switching to other circular network.. I'll attach a screenshot for my recharge details . Kindly refer to it and solve my problem 🙏
