Date of disconnection, 15th Feb, 17th Feb, 23rd Feb and 8th Feb
Airtel promises stable network is absolutely false, they refuse to give a waiver on no network connection for hours on Postpaid sim, absolute harassment experienced, multiple escalations done but no action has been taken over a month . The supervisors Aanchal Mishra, makes are false commitment that the ticket is escalated and team is working .Ideally the ticket was closed 5 days ago, on further interrogation they had just re-opened the ticket after forcing.
I don't trust the network stability, If Airtel has no option for waver that we also cannot accept network disconnection for hours.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
