I have opted to get airtel broadband (xtreme fiber) on 4 feb 2022 on the insist of airtel's sales persons roaming in streets. the person [protected] dealed me and bring a person Mr dubey [protected] and ankush [protected] to inspect my site to check the signal and they told me the signal is ok and later they punched my connection sale and took the amount 600 rs on behalf of 590 rs from me after promising me the amount is refundable if i would be unsatisfied with service, on the installation day their technician Mr Shammi [protected] did not installed landline telephone, and left the site as it is in uncompleted status, next day after several requests finally they installed but i was highly dissatisfied with the speed and connection of xtreme fiber and later i requested them several time to sort bcz the Mr shammi told me to ask for any service to him till one month but they had made fake promises, finally their visit many times they failed to sort the problem and later on 9th feb 2022 i decided to terminate the connection and requested to terminate and excutive unbundled my two sims which i have got bundle in airtel black and these two sims had much pack in prepaids that time, without let me know it will be unbundle and i'll be lose banefits, then Mr Baljinder [protected] came to scene and promised me bundle it again and asked me to get two day to sort the issues but he also made fake promises, later on 12 feb i called helpline again and requested to terminate the connection, i plugged out the modem and kept aside, but after many calls on helpline no one came to collect the modem till date, and now i have recived the bill for broadband which i havenot used for even one or two days properly and no one is listening me on even helpline, airtel is assisnating me and doing harrasment to me, i want to get my pack value back and refund my money i had paid at the time of installation,
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by bsvirdi today i received a call from Mr Baljinder [protected] sales person and want to know the issue and when i told him about his fake promises he made to me i m suffering till now he got angry and shouted at me to go where ever i can. i said i had complined on consumer forum he said i dont care. this is totally harrasment from airtel
