    SMS not received in UAE

    Airtel have adverstised that SMS are received FREE of cost even internationally (without an International Roaming pack).

    However, this does not seem to work on my phone. No support from the side of the company to resolve this....

    I have [protected] since 10 years and have been regularly using the airtel services since 10 years. The recent issue is the phone is not showing network. i have restarted phone and tried on different instrument. But still the problem persist. Pls try to look in to the matter.

      Someone Else's Bill Sent to Me

      Address: Airtel Lucknow

      I am receiving internet consumption bill from airtel black since last 2 months though I do not have any active Airtel connection. The bill owner shares similar name as mine, however the other details like address and Father's name are different. Just because our names are similar, Airtel has picked up my mail ID and sending me the bills every month. I have written to them but even for March 2022 I have received a mail with the bill details...

      I was a loyal customer of Airtel, a platinum customer and also opted for Airtel Black. They have not responded to any of my complaints and emails on network issues at my home in south Delhi. When I requested for port they asked for time to resolve the issues. After 3 months of continuous follow up and harrasment they haven't provided the resolution and are not asking for bill payment of 2 months when I've not used any of the services in last 4 months.

        I recharged for 155/- Rs bundle 4 days back. However till today whenever I browse internet or use wats app it says no data available. It seems this is one type of a loot they started. Like me there could be milions of people who may be facing problem. Why such a cheating, discomfort, inconvenience, irritation to the customer at customer cost? Does Airtels management cares such issue. ?

          Respected Sir,
          I was having Airtel Postpaid No . [protected], Airtel was having Family 999 Plan, wherein 2 more Nos can be Included .Accordingly I Ported 2 Vodafone nos in Airtel .Total 3 Nos .One primary Airtel No and 2 Airtel Ported Vodafone Nos . Airtel is Providing Me 2 bills. one of Primary No and 2nd Bill of Family Plan Nos ie Rs 999 family Plan which is having only 2 Nos .
          I requested them to to give only one Bill of Family Plan which Includes all 3 Nos. One Primary No. and 2 Airtel ported Nos, I have given them 3 reminders but I didn't get any resolution of the same & unnecessary I have to pay 2 bills .I request you to ask Airtel to Reimburse my Extra Money .& give me justice as airtel has cheated me .

            Hii i am sarang wadalkar i unable to use airtel Xtreme fiber from 15 march night. So thought it back in few hours but it didn't.. so next day i rise a complaint in airtel thanks app they vome in 17 march they check and say your router have a problem sonwe change router upto evening unless tomorrow evening.. abd they put status of on thanks app as a complaint resolve but actually they didn't solve the problem and not even replace the router at suggested duration and i try to contact them i didnt respond to me. So unfortunately i have to rise complaint because i didn't receive any resond from customer service and and service engineer please help me out from this situation.

              I have processed a recharge of Rs. 479, the money has been deducted from my bank account but recharge failed. Now the amount has to be refunded back to my bank account whereas it has been refunded in airtel wallet where it doesn't allow me to take my money back into my bank account nor does it allow me to make payments to merchants of my choice.
              It is a kind of cheating and blocking user's money.
              I seek for justice and resolution asap.

                I'm using Airtel Broadband and very frequency facing issue in browsing some sites. Especially I use to observe this issue for SBI & ICICI banking sites.

                I would like to look into this issue on priority.

                  I changed my WhatsApp number (Airtel) to the local number (Etisalat) bought. Now I need to change it back again to my Airtel number. For receiving OTP for WhatsApp verification, I recharged an international roaming plan priced Rs.496. Still it says “No service”. Please fix this issue asap.

                  I have attached the proof of recharge which got all the credentials.

                    On 9th March 2022 i try to add ruppes of 506 to my airtel payment wallet in which i did it from my bank account(bank of india via debit card) it got deducted but not added to my wallet i tried to call customer care Said that money refund will come from 4 to 5 days but refund has not come yet... im so in tension about this..

                      Recently Airtel provided the offer to its DTH customers to upgrade to extreme set-up box. I opted for it and raised a request to upgrade to this new set-up box. But its now been more than two months but they did not resolve the issue. I contacted their customer care many times but all they could say was they would resolve the issue in another 48 hrs. So far it doesn't seem like they will resolve this ticket. If they are not willing to provide the box, at least they could inform and close the ticket. Its unacceptable that the reputed companies like Airtel behaving in this manner. I thought to get the broadband from them but now decided to stick to ACT for their excellent customer support. Thank you Airtel for your appreciated customer service.

                        Hi,

                        I am using my Airtel Prepaid connection as primary sim on my Iphone 12 mini. Everytime I make a call from my phone to any number, it says "It looks like you're dialing a wrong number..." and then disconnects.

                        After retrying several times, sometimes the call gets connected. This issue is going on for months now and I have already reached out to Airtel Customer Support, but they didn't help much.

                        Need a quick resolution on it.

                          Dear TRAI Team,

                          Thank you providing the forum to address the issues faced.

                          I paid 2118 Rs for Airtel DTH connection in Kondapur, Hyderabad on Feb 9th 2022.
                          Raised multiple complaints to resolve the issue but airtel Team couldn’t resolve issue in time. And asked me to wait for 1 month more to try and test with a new setup box. As i was not interested to wait for a month for resolving the issue. I have choosen to go for suspension by Feb 14th 2022.
                          Due to non satisfactory services, raised a request for suspension of Airtel DTH services.. and was asked to call back after a month to process the refund.
                          When i called on March 14th 2022. They are asking me to call them after a year i.e. 9th Frb 2023. Astonished to hear this from Airtel.
                          We request you to kindly address the issue in processing the refund from Airtel DTH Team.

                          So far no resolution received from Airtel DTH team. I tried to call the customer care asking for the refund but still they are saying the same thing that back End Team will call me and give resolution. But back team after calling saying the same thing that i will not get any refund and do not qualify for refund. I do not understand what qualifications do i need to get my money back for unsatisfactory services provided by airtel. I tried to get in touch with airtel dth technician as well to recheck if he can fix the issue. To my surprise he is repeating the same thing that i will not get good picture quality and that’s how airtel dth quality is and asked to get in touch with customer care. This is going on in a never ending loop. Neither they refund the money nor resolve the issue. They are literally harassing me and my family. Am spending my valuable time in coordinating with customer care team almost daily.
                          Kindly help me in resolving the issue as soon as possible please.
                          I believe there is loop hole in airtel dth that faulty setup box will be given to customers so that the setup cannot be taken back and Airtel policy is in such a way that they can do nothing. Airtel dth Team needs to closely look in to the issue and try to cover the loophole as soon as possible.

                            Talktime got deducted, not receiving OTP

                            I'm using Airtel service for so many years. From January my sim suddenly got disconnected and I'm not receiving any message or OTP though I'm recharging with monthly pack. This month i did 200 talktime recharge for 200 and activated 209 pack for receiving OTP but still I didn't receive any message or OTP. My talktime 200 got deducted on 13.3.2022 without any message and while checking Airtel app it's showing deduction reason is using internet...

                            I recharged Airtel Truly Unlimited Plan Rs839 and as mentioned in the offer prepaid recharge of Rs 839 will get 50% cashback upto RS 40 on the first transaction through Airtel payments Bank and it was also my first transaction but still I didn't get any cashback as mentioned. Look into this matter as soon as possible.

                                  We would like to lodge a complaint on behalf of my village Shelu(Se) Tq. Arni, Dist. Yavatmal, Maharashtra -445103

                                  We have requested Bharti Airtel Limited to build a mobile network site at my village through PMO Portal and the complaint number is PMOPG/E/2022/0030100.

                                  The last communication I had with one of customer care executives was on 7-Feb-2022 and her name is Priyanshu Soni, and she mentioned that there is a site planned in my area and the engineers team will contact you in a week.

                                  Neither I Contacted by anyone else nor any of the engineers visited my place as on date. I tried to reach them through various channels to know the progress/update but I did not receive any positive response as on date.

                                  Also, I tried to contact this [protected], initially they responded to my call but nowadays they are not receiving my call.
