We would like to lodge a complaint on behalf of my village Shelu(Se) Tq. Arni, Dist. Yavatmal, Maharashtra -445103
We have requested Bharti Airtel Limited to build a mobile network site at my village through PMO Portal and the complaint number is PMOPG/E/2022/0030100.
The last communication I had with one of customer care executives was on 7-Feb-2022 and her name is Priyanshu Soni, and she mentioned that there is a site planned in my area and the engineers team will contact you in a week.
Neither I Contacted by anyone else nor any of the engineers visited my place as on date. I tried to reach them through various channels to know the progress/update but I did not receive any positive response as on date.
Also, I tried to contact this [protected], initially they responded to my call but nowadays they are not receiving my call.
Request your kind attention on this.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Kindly help me in resolving the issue as soon as possible please.
I believe there is loop hole in airtel dth that faulty setup box will be given to customers so that the setup cannot be taken back and Airtel policy is in such a way that they can do nothing. Airtel dth Team needs to closely look in to the issue and try to cover the loophole as soon as possible.
