Hi,
I recently swapped my existing sim with a new one as the existing one was throwing’invalid input’ error while inserting. But after 3 hour my existing sim stopped working and the new sim was not activated. After 12 hour when I tried, the new sim was not working. In fact the sim is undetectable. No network, no service nothing. I am working from home with that number. I am stuck now. Please help me on this. My alternate number is [protected](it is my brother’s number)

    Called up Airtel customer support on March 21 about network problem. ticket #[protected] generated for the same and was informed that it will be taken care of within next 12 hours. Next day called up again to follow got same response that it will be resolved in next 12 hours. its been 7 days now but no update from them.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Air-tel is bothering me pay for charity after paying the pending charges when I ported the number to Jio . I am not sure how many times you will ask me to pay pending charges. Is this some charity you are expecting? I have cleared the balance and paid the pending charges as per Air-tel. But why is that you are asking me to pay pending charges again. Why do you have to scam people with the threat that you will disconnect the service. I am sure that 42 rs per person will make a huge difference . Why not ask for alms directly than scamming people,

      I went to the payment link thinking I should donate you, and sadly payment link does not even work. How pathetic!!
      I tried paying using Google pay, amazon pay, phone pay and debit card details - nothing works ! Wow stone age

      Why do you advertise about customer care when you actually have none
      All crap automated system goes in circles and there are options only as per your convenience.

      Your chat system is bogus.
      I had one air-tel postpaid number that I saved before . I have called that number : [protected] and one senseless man told me to search for the customer care number in google and dial. Hilarious !
      On what criteria do you hire people ? Is it based on cow-dung n the head?
      I have screenshots on how your payment links failure.

      Give me an explanation why you require the pending charges when this was already paid. I NEED a response.

        Hello i had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 1799 and had activated a pack for next 365 days.

        Next using 'phone pe' i had recharged the same number mistakenly of inr 2999 and pack for next 365 days.

        I contacted airtel for refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.

        Now they were not ready to refund it as it was done through third party app g pay
        ) where in they were ready to refund it if was done through airtel app.

        Does it make sense?? No matter how you pay money i was paying it to airtel.

        Kindly look into this at the earliest and i am ready to provide you all yhe the transaction details as i want to find a solution for this by having the money refunded.

            During covid 19 lockdowns & after that in punjab all toll plazas were closed by farmer protest. Airtel closed my wallet & marked as dormant account .
            Now am unable to recharge my fastag because it is linked with wallet & now fastag is marked as blacklisted also it shows pending payments of 170 rs at toll plazas.. Customer care executives didn't provide well information about reactivation. They said u have to go at pos of airtel payments bank & open a savings account . I don't want another bank account... Also in my city there is no pos of airtrl.. They said it is closef by airtel...Worst ever service by airtel 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

                Company is charging extra amount on my post paid no [protected], , I have grouped this no in airtel family 999plan, Instead of providing one bill of 999 plan, They are charging me bill for 999 plan &also of [protected].
                Instead of resolving my concern, they stopped my outgoing of [protected].Pls take a strong action against company fraud & ask them to reimburse my money. .

                  To make it more clearer I'm writing again as I called and complained Airtel as usual to no avial.
                  My number is[protected] and caller id shows Khandwa, Madhyapradesh to the whole world, but it was purchased in Bangalore. Please make sure you override what ever it shows in Airtel/Truecaller to show Bangalore, Karnataka.

                      "UPC cannot be generated there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."

                        Not sure why airtel is doing this? No any airtel number is able to call me on my number [protected] (VI Network). All other network providers working well tried JIO and VI users, they are able to call me, but unfortunately airtel users getting “Invalid number” message when they try to call me.

                        Note: I’m VI user and able to call on any network provider user tried JIO, VI as well as airtel too, I’m able to call airtel users but they can’t.

                                I have made recharge on airtel number [protected] on 22nd March 2022 of Rs. 3359 for one year plan using Net banking in Airtel Thanks App. The amount Rs. 3359 are deducted from my account but I have not received any recharge on my phone number.                                   I've ported my no. from bsnl to airtel. i submitted KYC also. It has been 6 days now, and i inserted new airtel sim (bsnl doesn't provide service now) tried to call 59059 for verfication, but it's not connecting. it disconnects within few mins.

                                  Checked with the person whom we got sim, and checked with customer care also by calling/sending mail. All are simply saying dial 59059/remove the sim and insert again/restart phone/select network operator as automatically.
                                  All these things i tried more than 25 times, still its not connecting.

                                  It has been 2 days i don't have any network in my sim. I have missed many important calls and messages.

                                  airtel is not concerned about customers, they are not looking into actual problem, they have some set of steps and they are keep on saying the same.

                                      My number is being used by someone else

                                      Hi. I have been seeing some suspicious activity going on with my number lately. Someone opened a telegram account using my number a few days back. Someone is using my number for their Flipkart account as well. My whatsapp is banned, though I didn't do anything that violates their policy. I don't know how but i think my number is being used by someone else.
