      I ported my sim from jio to airtel and when I dial 59059 It says sim not registered to network

        I recharged my mobile no [protected] on 5 th APR 22 with amount Rs 460 by Airtel thanks app I got confirmation sms and I got order ID[protected]
        But still neither recharged not refunded the money.
        I complained also 3 times by Airtel thanks app but still not resolved.
        I paid by Google pay.

        Please resolve it as soon as possible.

              On 31st October 2020 I have activated airtel payments bank fastag.
              But after 5-6 months 2200rupess were blacklisted and I cleared the Blacklisted amount and get the new fastag of paytm payments bank.
              But on 9th February 2022 Rs.15000 were credited in my account and all the amount was deducted in fastag and on 25th of march 2022 Rs.17000 were credited to my account and all the amount was deducted in fastag. I'm using the paytm fastag and all the toll tax are deducted from that account.

              When i check the fastag menu in Airtel thanks app it was showing Rs.60940 in pending which i have never used.
              I contacted the customer care but they don't provide me any resolution.
              I asked them why this much amount is get deducted in fastag so they have no answer.

              I contact customer care everyday but they dont provide any information.

              So I want that all my money should be refunded.

              All i need is my refund.

                  Refund not received in wallet after recharge failed

                  I have tried recharge on 19 Feb From Airtel wallet. First i have add money from bank account to Airtel app wallet. Then I have tried prepaid recharge but recharge got failed. Money Deducted successfully from wallet but recharged not done. Till the time Refund not received in wallet. It is showing successfully Payment made for Airtel recharge.

                  I have raised ticket both on Airtel customer care and Airtel payment bank many times....

                  Hi,

                  I am in the UAE from more than an year and my Airtel sim card was active. From last month it is showing no network service, even though I kept all the validity recharge every month. I am facing problem with having no network service.

                      Incorrect charges of 1000 rs added to bill for a Funzone number which I have not availed, the number is not in my dialled list. Despite stating the same that there is no proof of me calling that number, they have put the charges on my bill. From their end as well, the support team were not able to prove i have dialled the number. They gave excuses like we can't retrieve the call log details which is highly preposterous for a telecom giant like Airtel

                        I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for Rs. 128 on 6th April 2022, Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my ICICI bank account.

                                Hi I am Gifta using Airtel Sim in UAE, two days back i found there is no network coverage in my sim card I even tried to switch to the local networks but still i couldn't register it.And whenever am trying to call there is a mobile network error.My Mobile number is [protected]

                                    From last 2 days I am experiencing Cross Connection when attempting to make a call, What happens is when I try to call someone for example my father, he receives the ring, when he picks it up, he doesn't hears my voice but the call remains connected and on my side, instead of hearing his voice, I hear conversation of someone else on another call but they don't hear my voice.

                                      Your salesman said that xtreme broadband is available at my area and charged 3536. Later the technician visited my place and informed that connection is not available at my area. Now sales man not picking up my call.

                                      How they will connect with me.

                                      This is not resolved since 3 days. Money isn't refunded and the order still not cancelled.
